1The recommendations of Chinese Parkinson’s disease and movement disorder society consensus on therapeutic management of Parkinson’s disease显示文摘Background:Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a chronic,progressive and debilitating disease,which affects over 2.5 million people in China.PD is characterized clinically by resting tremor,muscular rigidity,bradykinesia and postural instability.As the disease progresses,additional complications can arise such as non-motor and neurobehavioral symptoms.Pharmacological treatment and surgical intervention for PD have been implemented in China.Until 10 years ago,there was lack of standardization for the management of PD in different regions and among different physicians,leading to different treatment levels in different regions and different physicians.Since then,the Chinese Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Society have published three versions of guidelines for the management of PD in China,in 2006,2009 and 2014,respectively.Correspondingly,the overall level of treatment for PD in China improved.Objectives:To update the treatment guidelines based on current foreign and domestic practice guidelines and clinical evidence,and to improve the treatment options available to physicians in the management of PD.Summary:A variety of treatment recommendations in the treatment guidelines have been proposed,including physical activity and disease-modifying medication,which should be initiated at the early-stage of the disease.The principles of dosage titration should be followed to avoid acute adverse reactions to the drugs,to achieve a satisfactory clinical effect with a low dose and to reduce the incidence of long-term motor complications.Moreover,different treatment strategies should be considered at different stages of the disease.Importantly,treatment guidelines and personalized treatments should be valued equally.A set of treatment recommendations has been developed to assist physicians to improve and optimize clinical outcomes for patients with PD in China.Shengdi Chen Piu Chan Shenggang Sun Haibo Chen Baorong Zhang Weidong Le Chunfeng Liu Guoguang Peng Beisha Tang Lijuan Wang Yan Cheng Ming Shao Zhenguo Liu Zhenfu Wang Xiaochun Chen Mingwei Wang Xinhua Wan Huifang Shang Yiming Liu Pingyi Xu Jian Wang Tao Feng Xianwen Chen Xingyue Hu Anmu Xie Qin Xiao 2016Translational Neurodegeneration2016,5,1:23

3Discrete time-varying fault detection filter for non-uniformly sampled-data systems显示文摘This paper investigates the fault detection problem for non-uniformly sampled-data systems.No periodic assumption is made for the sampling instants.In contrast to most currently available results that are limited to strictly proper systems,measurement noises are considered.With the operators introduced to capture the inter-sampling behaviors of disturbances and faults,an ofine fault detection algorithm is first derived to optimize the ratio-type design objective.It is then equivalently transformed into a recursive algorithm consisting of a discrete time-varying fault detection filter and the corresponding residual evaluation function.As repeated computation of the parity vectors is avoided,the proposed fault detection filter can help reduce the online computational burden with comparison to the existing parity relation based fault detection method.WAN YiMing WANG Wei YE Hao 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,3:2

10Recursive Least Squares Identification With Variable-Direction Forgetting via Oblique Projection Decomposition显示文摘In this paper,a new recursive least squares(RLS)identification algorithm with variable-direction forgetting(VDF)is proposed for multi-output systems.The objective is to enhance parameter estimation performance under non-persistent excitation.The proposed algorithm performs oblique projection decomposition of the information matrix,such that forgetting is applied only to directions where new information is received.Theoretical proofs show that even without persistent excitation,the information matrix remains lower and upper bounded,and the estimation error variance converges to be within a finite bound.Moreover,detailed analysis is made to compare with a recently reported VDF algorithm that exploits eigenvalue decomposition(VDF-ED).It is revealed that under non-persistent excitation,part of the forgotten subspace in the VDF-ED algorithm could discount old information without receiving new data,which could produce a more ill-conditioned information matrix than our proposed algorithm.Numerical simulation results demonstrate the efficacy and advantage of our proposed algorithm over this recent VDF-ED algorithm.Kun Zhu Chengpu Yu Yiming Wan 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,3:1

13Memristive structure of Nb/HfOx/Pd with controllable switching mechanisms to perform featured actions in neuromorphic networks显示文摘All memristor neuromorphic networks have great potential and advantage in both technology and computational protocols for artificial intelligence.It is crucial to find suitable elementary units for both performing featured neuromorphic functions and fabrication in large scale.Here a simple memristive structure,Nb/HfOx/Pd,is proposed for this goal.Its two resistive switching mechanisms,Mott transition of NbO2 and oxygen vacancy(Vo)migration,can be controlled by modulating external bias directions.Negative bias activates reversible phase transition and restrains Vo filament formation to allow the memristor to mimic the firing action potential.Positive bias activates Vo filament formation and restrains the other to allow the memristor to mimic synaptic plasticity and learning protocols.The system can respond adaptively to naturally generated action potentials and modified synaptic signals from the same memristive structure.In addition,some special features related to signal encoding and recognition are discovered when the system is settled according to chaos circuit theory.Our study provides a novel approach for designing elementary units for neuromorphic computations.Junwei Yu Fei Zeng Qin Wan Yiming Sun Leilei Qiao Tongjin Chen Huaqiang Wu Zhen Zhao Jiangli Cao Feng Pan 2022Nano Research2022,15,9:0
14Self-powered electrochemical water treatment system for pollutant degradation and bacterial inactivation based on high-efficient Co(OH)_(2)/Pt electrocatalyst显示文摘Electrochemical system with electro-Fenton reaction is an effective pathway for oxidative degradation of refractory organic pollutants for water treatment.However,the method is limited by the low catalytic efficiency and high electrical cost in practical applications.This work presents a self-powered and high-efficient electrochemical system for water treatment including pollutant degradation and bacterial inactivation,which is composed of a self-powered triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)converting mechanical energy into electrical energy,a power management circuit integrated with a supercapacitor to store the harvesting electrical energy temporarily,and an electrochemical setup integrated with two-dimentional Co(OH)_(2)/Pt nanosheet as electrocatalyst.The nanocatalyst,ultrafine Pt nanoparticles(Pt NPs)loaded on Co(OH)_(2) nanosheet(Co(OH)_(2)/Pt),is synthesized by a facile one step hydrothermal reaction without any surfactant,which can improve H_(2)O_(2)and hydroxyl radical production via redox reaction.This self-powered electrocatalytic system is able to degrade nearly 100%of organic pollutant within 100 min,and efficiently kill bacteria.This work shows great potential to develop high-efficient and self-powered electrochemical water treatment system through integrating TENG and nanocatalyst.Zhuo Wang Xi Liang Zhirong Liu Tian Huang Shaobo Wang Shuncheng Yao Yiming Ding Jiaming Zhang Xingyi Wan Zhong Lin Wang Linlin Li 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:0
15Low Overhead and Fast Reaction Adaptive Clocking System for Voltage Droop Tolerance显示文摘Variation in on-chip power supply continues to be a major challenge to limit circuit performance. To mitigate the impact of high-frequency voltage droop, a novel all-digital adaptive clock system is proposed. The adaptive clock system is composed of a droop detector and an adaptive clock generator, which directly stretch the clock period when the circuit suffers from the supply voltage droop. The droop detector circuit detects the VDD droop and the digital adaptive clock generator circuit selects the stretched clock to prevent timing-margin failures. The response time for droop detection and clock stretch can be as fast as one cycle. The whole scheme is used on a test circuit under SMIC 40 nm CMOS process with a layout area of 900 um*1100 um. 17Synergetic effect of TeMo_5O_(16) and MoO_3 phases in MoTeO_x catalysts used for the partial oxidation of propylene显示文摘A detailed study on the synergetic effect of TeMo5O16 and MoO3 phases in the MoTeOx catalysts for the partial oxidation of propylene to acrolein has been reported in this work. It was found that both propylene conversion and acrolein selectivity increased with the addition of MoO3 to TeMo5O16.
