2ECharts: A declarative framework for rapid construction of web-based visualization显示文摘While there have been a dozen of authoring systems and programming toolkits for visual design and development,users who do not have programming skills,such as data analysts or interface designers,still may feel cumbersome to efficiently implement a web-based visualization.In this paper,we present ECharts,an open-sourced,web-based,cross-platform framework that supports the rapid construction of interactive visualization.The motivation is driven by three goals:easy-touse,rich built-in interactions,and high performance.The kernel of ECharts is a suite of declarative visual design language that customizes built-in chart types.The underlying streaming architecture,together with a high-performance graphics renderer based on HTML5 canvas,enables the high expandability and performance of ECharts.We report the design,implementation,and applications of ECharts with a diverse variety of examples.We compare the utility and performance of ECharts with C3.js,HighCharts,and Chart.js.Results of the experiments demonstrate the efficiency and scalability of our framework.Since the first release in June 2013,ECharts has iterated 63 versions,and attracted over 22,000 star counts and over 1700 related projects in the GitHub.ECharts is regarded as a leading visualization development tool in the world,and ranks the third in the GitHub visualization tab.Deqing Li Honghui Mei Yi Shen Shuang Su Wenli Zhang Junting Wang Ming Zu Wei Chen 2018Visual Informatics2018,2,2:69

4Climatic change features of fog and haze in winter over North China and Huang-Huai Area显示文摘This paper revealed the climatic change characteristics of fog and haze of different levels over North China and Huang-Huai area(NCHH).It was found that the haze-prone period has changed from winter into a whole year,and the haze days(HD)in winter have increased significantly.The foggy days(FD)are half of HD.There are little difference on the number of days and trends of fog at various levels.The HD and FD show no obvious positive correlation until the 1980s.Fog has larger spatial scale,showing more in the south than in the north.Haze occurs mainly around large cities with a discrete distribution.In the background of weakened East Asian Winter Monsoon(EAWM)and sufficient particulate matter,the negative correlation between haze and wind speed is weakened,but the positive correlation between haze and moisture conditions(precipitation and humidity)is significantly strengthened.In recent years,small wind and variability appear frequently.Meanwhile,as the stable source and strong moisture absorption of the aerosol particles,the moisture condition becomes one key control factor in the haze,especially wet haze with less visibility.In contrast,the FD presents a stable positive correlation with precipitation and relative humidity,but has no obvious negative correlation with wind speed.YIN ZhiCong WANG HuiJun GUO WenLi 2015Science China Earth Sciences2015,58,8:19
5GYY4137 protects against myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury by attenuating oxidative stress and apoptosis in rats显示文摘Hydrogen sulfide(H_2S) is a gasotransmitter that regulates cardiovascular functions.The present study aimed to determine the protective effect of slow-releasing H_2S donor GYY4137 on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion(I/R) injury and to investigate the possible signaling mechanisms involved.Male Sprague-Dawley rats were treated with GYY4137 at 12.5 mg/(kg·day),25 mg/(kg·day) or 50 mg/(kg·day) intraperitoneally for7 days.Then,rats were subjected to 30 minutes of left anterior descending coronary artery occlusion followed by reperfusion for 24 hours.We found that GYY4137 increased the cardiac ejection fraction and fractional shortening,reduced the ischemia area,alleviated histological injury and decreased plasma creatine kinase after myocardial I/R.Both H_2S concentration in plasma and cystathionine-γ-lyase(CSE) activity in the myocardium were enhanced in the GYY4137 treated groups.GYY4137 also decreased malondialdehyde and myeloperoxidase levels in serum,attenuated superoxide anion level and suppressed phosphorylation of mitogen activated protein kinases in the myocardium after I/R.Meanwhile,GYY4137 increased the expression of Bcl-2 but decreased the expression of Bax,caspase-3 activity and apoptosis in the myocardium.The data suggest that GYY4137 protects against myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury by attenuating oxidative stress and apoptosis.Guoliang Meng Jing Wang Yujiao Xiao Wenli Bai Liping Xie Liyang Shan Philip K Moore Yong Ji 2015The Journal of Biomedical Research2015,29,3:18
6Properties and evaluation of amidoxime-based UHMWPE fibrous adsorbent for extraction of uranium from seawater显示文摘An amidoxime-based ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fibrous adsorbent was successfully prepared by γ-irradiation-induced graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile(AN)and acrylic acid(AA),followed by amidoximation.The grafting of AN and AA on the UHMWPE fiber and the amidoximation of the grafted fiber were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and thermogravimetric analysis.The mechanical property of the original and modified UHMWPE fibers was compared by single-filament strength test.The adsorption property of the UHMWPE fibrous adsorbent was evaluated by adsorption test in uranyl nitrate solution and seawater.The surface of the modified UHMWPE fibers was covered by the grafting layer and became rough.The tensile strength of the amidoxime-based UHMWPE fibrous adsorbent was influenced by the absorbed dose and hydrochloric acid elution,but was independent of the grafting yield and amidoximation.The uranium adsorption amount of the amidoxime-based UHMWPE fibrous adsorbent after immersing in seawater for 42 days was 2.3 mg-U/g.XING Zhe HU JiangTao WANG MouHua ZHANG WenLi LI ShiNeng GAO QianHong WU GuoZhong 2013Science China Chemistry2013,56,11:17
7Degradation of Nitrobenzene-Containing Wastewater with O_3 and H_2O_2 by High Gravity Technology显示文摘Nitrobenzene-containing industrial wastewater was degraded in the presence of ozonecoupled with H2O2 by high gravity technology. The effect of high gravity factor, H2O2 concentration, pH value, liquid flow-rate, and reaction time on the efficiency for removal of nitrobenzene was investigated. The experimental results show that the high gravity technology enhances the ozone utilization efficiency with O3 /H2O2 showing synergistic effect. The degradation efficiency in terms of the COD removal rate and nitrobenzene removal rate reached 45.8% and 50.4%, respectively, under the following reaction conditions, viz.: a high gravity factor of 66.54, a pH value of 9, a H2O2 /O3 molar ratio of 1:1, a liquid flow rate of 140L/h, an ozone concentration of 40mg/L, a H2O2 multiple dosing mode of 6mL/h, and a reaction time of 4h. 9Genetic and biological characteristics of the globally circulating H5N8 avian influenza viruses and the protective efficacy offered by the poultry vaccine currently used in China显示文摘The H5N8 avian influenza viruses have been widely circulating in wild birds and are responsible for the loss of over 33 million domestic poultry in Europe, Russia, Middle East, and Asia since January 2020. To monitor the invasion and spread of the H5N8 virus in China, we performed active surveillance by analyzing 317 wild bird samples and swab samples collected from 41,172 poultry all over the country. We isolated 22 H5N8 viruses from wild birds and 14 H5N8 viruses from waterfowls. Genetic analysis indicated that the 36 viruses formed two different genotypes: one genotype viruses were widely detected from different wild birds and domestic waterfowls;the other genotype was isolated from a whopper swan. We further revealed the origin and spatiotemporal spread of these two distinct H5N8 virus genotypes in 2020 and 2021. Animal studies indicated that the H5N8 isolates are highly pathogenic to chickens, mildly pathogenic in ducks, but have distinct pathotypes in mice. Moreover, we found that vaccinated poultry in China could be completely protected against H5N8 virus challenge. 11Degradation of Wastewater Containing Nitrobenzene by High Gravity-Ultrasonic/Ozonation/Electrolysis Technology显示文摘The integrated high gravity-ultrasonic/ozonation/electrolysis technology was applied in the pretreatment of wastewater containing nitrobenzene.The effect of pH value,high gravity factor,liquid flow-rate and electric current density on removal of COD and nitrobenzene compounds was investigated.Experimental results have determined the optimal process regime involving a high gravity factor of 100,an electric current density of 20mA/cm2,a liquid flow-rate of 100L/h,and an initial liquid pH value of 11.After the wastewater had been treated for 180 min,the degradation of nitrobenzene and COD reached 99% and 80%,respectively,with the biochemical coefficient(BOD/COD) equating to 0.64,and the subsequent treatment of wastewater could be carried out by conventional biochemical means.Compared with traditional aerationozone contactors,a rotating packed bed with high mass transfer characteristics could be used to increase the ozonation treatment efficiency.Jiao Weizhou Liu Youzhi Shao Fan Liu Wenli Li Jing Wang Chaoran 2012China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2012,14,3:11
12Highly efficient heritable genome editing in wheat using an RNA virus and bypassing tissue culture.显示文摘Genome editing provides novel strategies for improving plant traits,but relies on current genetic transformation and plant regeneration procedures,which can be inefficient.We have engineered a barley stripe mosaic virus(BSMV)-based sgRNA delivery vector(BSMV-sg)that is effective in performing heritable genome editing in Cas9-transgenic wheat plants.Mutated progenies were present in the next generation at frequencies ranging from 12.9%to 100%in three different wheat varieties,and 53.8%to 100%of mutants were virus-free.We also achieved multiplex mutagenesis in progeny using a pool of BSMV-sg vectors harboring different sgRNAs.Furthermore,we devised a virus-induced transgene-free editing procedure(VITF-Edit)to generate Cas9-free wheat mutants by crossing BSMV-infected Cas9-transgenic wheat pollen with wild-type wheat.Our study provides a robust,convenient and tissue culture-free approach for genome editing in wheat through virus infection.Tingdong Li Jiacheng Hu Yu Sun Boshu Li Dingliang Zhang Wenli Li Jinxing Liu Dawei Li Caixia Gao Yongliang Zhang Yanpeng Wang 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,11:10

16Relationship between composite structures and compressive properties in CuZr-based bulk metallic glass system显示文摘Bulk metallic glass (BMG) composites with the austenite B2 phase as reinforcement macroscopically showed strain hardening behavior due to the plasticity induced by martensitic transformation during deformation. Relationship between characteristics of the B2-CuZr reinforcing phase and uniaxial compressive properties of CuZr-based BMG composites was studied. Mechanical properties of these BMG composites were found to depend on not only the reinforced phases but also the amorphous matrix,and the yield and fracture strength can be roughly estimated by the rule of mixture principle. 18Divergent evolutionary patterns of the MAPK cascade genes in Brassica rapa and plant phylogenetics显示文摘Mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)cascade signal transduction modules play crucial roles in regulating many biological processes in plants.These cascades are composed of three classes of hierarchically organized protein kinases,MAPKKKs,MAPKKs and MAPKs.Here,we analyzed gene retention,phylogenetic,evolution and expression patterns of MAPK cascade genes in Brassica rapa.We further found that the MAPK branches,classes III and IV,appeared after the split of bryophytes and green algae after analyzing the MAPK cascade genes in 8 species,and their rapid expansion led to the great size of the families of MAPKs.In contrast,the ancestral class I subfamily of MAPKK gene families have been highly conserved from algae to angiosperms.For the MAPKKK family,the MEKK and Raf subfamily share a common evolutionary origin,and Raf plays a major role in the expansion of the MAPKKK gene family.The cis-elements and interaction network analyses showed the important function of MAPK cascade genes in development and stress responses in B.rapa.This study provides a solid foundation for molecular evolution analyses of MAPK cascade genes.Peng Wu Wenli Wang Ying Li Xilin Hou 2017Horticulture Research2017,4,1:6
