| 3 | Application of an analytic hierarchy process to hydrocarbon accumulation coefficient estimation显示文摘The hydrocarbon accumulation coefficient is a key parameter in resources evaluation by genetic techniques. Methods of obtaining its value scientifically have always been an important factor influencing evaluation credibility. In this paper, the hydrocarbon accumulation system is evaluated quantitatively by establishing a hierarchy structure model based on an analytical hierarchy process. The hydrocarbon accumulation system of a higher exploration degree is selected as a calibration area and its hydrocarbon accumulation coefficient can be calculated using methods of hydrocarbon generation potential and reservoir-scale sequence. The hydrocarbon accumulation coefficient of a petroleum accumulation system can be gained by analogy of reservoir forming comprehensive evaluation results with the calibration area. The hydrocarbon accumulation coefficient of each petroleum accumulation system in the upper reservoir-forming combination of the Liaohe Western Sag can be obtained with this method. | 4 | Multiple sulfur and oxygen isotope compositions in Beijing aerosol显示文摘Multiple sulfur isotopes(32S, 33 S, 34 S, 36S) and oxygen isotopes(16O, 18O) in Beijing aerosols were measured with MAT-253 isotope mass spectrometer. The δ34S values of Beijing aerosol samples range from 1.68‰ to 12.57‰ with an average value of 5.86‰, indicating that the major sulfur source is from direct emission during coal combustion. The δ18O values vary from 5.29‰ to 9.02‰ with an average value of 5.17‰, revealing that the sulfate in Beijing aerosols is mainly composed of the secondary sulfate. The main heterogeneous oxidation of SO2 in atmosphere is related to H2O2 in July and August, whereas H2O2 oxidation and Fe3+ catalytic oxidation with SO2 exist simultaneously in September and October. Remarkable sulfur isotope mass-independent fractionation effect is found in Beijing aerosols, which is commonly attributed to the photochemical oxidation of SO2 in the stratosphere. | 6 | CILP-2 is a novel secreted protein and associated with insulin resistance显示文摘Genetic association studies have implicated that cartilage intermediate layer protein 2 (CILP-2) confers the risk susceptibility for type 2 diabetes (T2DM). However, it is still unknown whether CILP-2 is involved in the regulation of glucose homeostasis and insulin resistance (IR). In the current study, we initially observed that CILP-2 as a secreted protein was detected in both conditioned medium and lysates of cells transfected with an overexpressed vector. We then found that circulating CILP-2 levels had a progressive increase from normal to impaired glucose tolerance (a pre-diabetic status) and then to diabetes, which was correlated positively with waist-to-hip ratio, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose, 2-h blood glucose after glucose overload, HbA1c, fasting insulin, 2-h plasma insulin after glucose overload, and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance but negatively with HDL-C. CILP-2 expression was increased in the liver and muscle but decreased in adipose tissues of obese mice or T2DM patients. Furthermore, we demonstrated that CILP-2 circulating levels were affected by OGTT and Exenatide. CILP-2 overexpression resulted in impaired glucose tolerance and hepatic IR in vivo and increased PEPCK expression whereas suppressed phosphorylation of insulin receptor and Akt kinase in vitro. | 16 | 腹腔镜肝肿瘤切除术15例报道(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of our study was to retrospectively analyze 15 patients' clinical materials with laparoscopic resection of liver neoplasms.Methods:From December 2007,a total of 15 patients with liver neoplasms were performed with laparoscopic hepatectomy,and their clinical materials,perioperative dates,postoperative complications,postoperative recovery and short-term curative effects were analyzed and summarized respectively.Results:Laparoscopic hepatectomy(LH) were performed in 15 patients,including 1 case underwent laparoscopic hepatic left lobectomy,1 case of left lateral hepatectomy,13 cases of partial liver resection.Fourteen cases of total laparoscopic liver resections for liver neoplasms,1 case of hand-assisted laparoscopic liver resection of the tumor,there was no conversion to open approach.Of the 15 patients with liver neoplasms,13 cases of hepatic neoplasms with the maximum diameter was 8 cm x 8 cm × 9 cm,9 cases of the borderline micro hepatocellular carcinoma(MHCC) with the diameter not more than 2 cm,3 cases of hepatic benign tumor.The mean operation time was(120 ± 30) min,and the intraoperative average hemorrhage was 100 mL,beginning to eat and get out of bed following 1-2 days of operation.The average postoperative hospitalization was 8 days,WBC,ALT,AST,albumin,bilirubin returned to normal after one week of operation.There were no postoperative complications such as hemorrhage,bile leakage or air embolism etc.Twelve patients with HCC were confirmed by postoperative pathology,1 case of liver smooth muscle lipoma,2 case of hepatic hemangioma.By one year of followed-up in 12 cases of HCC,the longest survival was 38 months,and no recurrence or death,1 year survival rate was 100%.Conclusion:Among the choice of cases,the advantages of LH for liver neoplasms compared with open surgery were less trauma,faster recovery and less blood loss.it is safe and effective for choosing a reasonable surgical indication,especially for peripheral micro hepatocellular carcinoma. | Dongfang Huang Jinsheng Wu Jianhuai Zhang Shaochuang Wang Lei Liu Fuzhen Qi Dianhua Gu Yebo Wang Ling Liu Guofeng Chen Ping Wang Gang Xu Yong Sun Yong Cai | 2012 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2012,11,5: | 0 |
| 17 | Study of pollutant transport in depth-averaged flows using random walk method显示文摘The random walk particle tracking(RWPT)method is compared with the Eulerian methods in investigating pollutant transport in depth-averaged flows.As a typical representative of the Eulerian model with high performance,the MacCormack scheme with Total Variation Diminishing modification(TVD-Mac)is selected for comparison.Solute concentration is simulated in four case studies.First,both numerical models have been tested in two idealized cases and compared against analytical solutions.Numerical dissipation is observed for TVD-Mac model where the concentration changes abruptly,especially under the circumstances of low resolution and misalignment between the flow direction and grid orientation.On the contrary,simulations by the random walk model achieve higher accuracy in both cases and are free of fictitious oscillations in the vicinity of sharp concentration gradients.Then,the solute oscillation along a one-dimensional hypothetical tidal estuary is simulated,with the RWPT accurately con serving mass and suffering less rm merical diffusion compared with the Eulerian method.Finally,the process of pollutant transport in a Yangzte River reach is predicted by the RWPT.The longitudinal dispersion coefficient DL is calculated accordingly.It is compared favorably with the theoretical/empirical formulae,indicating the validity of the RWPT in solving complex natural problems. | Xue-fei Wu Dongfang Liang | 2019 | Journal of Hydrodynamics2019,31,2: | 0 |

| 19 | Jiaozhou Bay and Surrounding Waters not Polluted by Cr显示文摘Based on the investigation data of water area in Jiaozhou Bay in April and August of 1981,Cr content and its surface horizontal distribution in water area of Jiaozhou Bay were studied. Research results showed that Cr content in the water body of Jiaozhou Bay was between 0. 18 and 32.32μg/L,corresponding with national class-one seawater quality standard( 50. 00μg/L). The water area of Jiaozhou Bay was not polluted by any Cr. In April,Cr content was higher in northeast water area of Jiaozhou Bay and lower in southern coastal waters. In August,Cr content was lower in whole Jiaozhou Bay. Cr in water area of Jiaozhou Bay was mainly from river,which was between 1. 85 and 32. 32 μg/L. | 20 | As Sources in Jiaozhou Bay Waters显示文摘Based on data from the investigation in Jiaozhou Bay waters in 1982,the distribution,transfer and seasonal variation of As in Jiaozhou Bay were analyzed. Research results showed that in Jiaozhou Bay,As content was 0. 22-2. 80 μg /L at surface layer in one year and 0. 84-4. 48 μg /L at bottom layer. In one year,there was no As pollution in the whole waters of Jiaozhou Bay,and only low-content As was input into Jiaozhou Bay. By the horizontal distribution in the waters,it was able to determine if the mater was transported from the land into the waters and what the way of the transportation was. In April and October,there was no As source in the bay; the As content came from the river transportation in June and from the surface runoff transportation in July. In the land transfer process,the As content change in waters of Jiaozhou Bay was determined by the rainy season.
