1Stage-progressive distribution pattern of the Lungmachi black graptolitic shales from Guizhou to Chongqing, Central China显示文摘The Lungmachi Formation is widely distributed in Guizhou, Chongqing and the adjacent area. It is important for the study of Silurian biostratigraphy and shale-gas investigation. Based on those biostratigraphically well-studied sections from Guiyang to Huayingshan, we reveal the stage-progressive distribution pattern of the Lungmachi black shales. The distribution of the Lungmachi black shales in the studying area can be subdivided into four geographic belts from the south to the north,reflecting the joint effect of regional and global environmental changes. The graptolite depth zonation model was adopted herein to infer the water depth of major graptolite assemblages from the black shales. The changes in the water depth indicate two major stages. The first stage is named the transgressive distribution stage which ranged from the Persculptograptus persculptus Biozone(LM1, upper Hirnantian) to the Coronograptus cyphus Biozone(LM5, upper Rhuddanian), an interval mostly controlled by global sea-level rise. If the exact solution u∈H5/2(Ω), the error estimate of order O(h) about the broken energy norm is obtained for quadrilateral meshes satisfying regularity assumption and bi-section condition. Furthermore, the superconvergence results of order O(h3/2) are derived for rectangular meshes. 3Transformative hyaluronic acid-based active targeting supramolecular nanoplatform improves long circulation and enhances cellular uptake in cancer therapy显示文摘Hyaluronic acid(HA) is a natural ligand of tumor-targeted drug delivery systems(DDS) due to the relevant CD44 receptor overexpressed on tumor cell membranes. However, other HA receptors(HARE and LYVE-1) are also overexpressing in the reticuloendothelial system(RES). Therefore,polyethylene glycol(PEG) modification of HA-based DDS is necessary to reduce RES capture.Unfortunately, pegylation remarkably inhibits tumor cellular uptake and endosomal escapement,significantly compromising the in vivo antitumor efficacy. Herein, we developed a Dox-loaded HA-based transformable supramolecular nanoplatform(Dox/HCVBP) to overcome this dilemma. Dox/HCVBP contains a tumor extracellular acidity-sensitive detachable PEG shell achieved by a benzoic imine linkage.The in vitro and in vivo investigations further demonstrated that Dox/HCVBP could be in a 'stealth' state at blood stream for a long circulation time due to the buried HA ligands and the minimized nonspecific interaction by PEG shell. However, it could transform into a 'recognition' state under the tumor acidic microenvironment for efficient tumor cellular uptake due to the direct exposure of active targeting ligand HA following PEG shell detachment. 5Influence of Tip Clearance on Performance of a Contra-Rotating Fan显示文摘Influences of tip clearance on the tip flow and associated loss mechanism in a contra-rotating axial flow fan hasbeen studied in the paper, based on three dimensional numerical results. The results with different tip clearanceare compared in terms of stage efficiency, relative total pressure loss coefficient, flow angle. It is found that theefficiency of the contra-rotating fan changes almost linearly with increment of the tip clearance, however, efficiencyof the rear rotor is observed to decrease more dramatically than that of the forward rotor given same tipclearance variation. The analysis on the flow structure indicates that the tip region flow field is qualitatively similarin both rotors. 6Tetra-alkylsulfonate functionalized poly(aryl ether) membranes with nanosized hydrophilic channels for efficient proton conduction显示文摘The microstructure of polymer electrolyte membranes plays a key role in ion conductivity and water transport.Herein,fluorinated poly(aryl ether)s with tetra-alkylsulfonate side chains(SFPAEs)have been successfully synthesized from the copolymerization of a newly developed tetra-allyl-containing bisphenol(TABP)monomer,followed by the thiol-ene addition with sodium 3-mercapto-1-propanesulfonate to attach the ionic groups at the end of the flexible chains.Being the first of its kind,the densely distributed and lengthy alkylsulfonate group possesses the benefit of ease to self-assemble into hydrophilic domains during membrane preparation via solution casting.Indeed,the TEM characterizations revealed that distinct hydrophilic channels of 1-2 nm width had been formed,much larger than those of a home-made control sample where only di-alkylsulfonate side chains were attached.The SFPAE-4-45 with an IECw of 2.0 mmol g^-1 exhibited an enhanced proton conductivity of 143.7 m S cm^-1 at room temperature,which was superior to that of Nafion 212(91.0 m S cm^-1).Furthermore,the oxidative stabilities of SFPAEs were significantly higher than those of non-fluorinated analogs in literature.This study offered a new route to engineering the pendent structure of ionomers for well-defined microscopic morphologies.Lijun Zhou Junyang Zhu Meijin Lin Jiaqi Xu Zailai Xie Dongyang Chen 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,1:4

8Spatiotemporal patterns and influencing factors of human migration networks in China during COVID-19显示文摘The social lockdowns and strict control measures initiated to combat the COVID-19 pandemic have had an impact on human migration.In this study,big data was used to analyze spatial patterns of population migration in 369 Chinese cities during the COVID-19 outbreak and to identify determinants of population migration.We found that the overall migration intensity decreased by 39.87%compared to the same period in 2019 prior to the COVID-19 outbreak.COVID-19 severely affected human migration.The public holidays and weekends have impacted human migration from the perspective of time scale.The spatial pattern of China’s population distribution presents a diamond structure that is dense in the east and sparse in the west,which is bounded by the Hu line and the cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Chengdu as nodes to connect.There is a strong consistency between the population distribution center and the level of urban development.The urban human migration network is centered on provincial capitals or municipalities at the regional scale,showing a prominent'center-periphery'structure.COVID-19 dispersed the forces of human migration in time and changed the direction of human migration in space.But it did not change the pattern of national migration.The most critical factors influencing mass migration are income levels and traditional culture.This study reveals the impacts of major public health emergencies on conventional migration patterns and provides a scientific theoretical reference for COVID-19 prevention and control.Debin Lu Wu Xiao Guoyu Xu Lin Ha Dongyang Yang 2021Geography and Sustainability2021,2,4:2

10Towards win-win: weighted-Voronoi-diagram based channel quantization for security enhancement in downlink cloud-RAN with limited CSI feedback显示文摘Physical layer(PHY) security is recently proved to enable improving the security of wireless communication networks. In downlink frequency division duplex(FDD) cloud radio access network(C-RAN), the performance of PHY security highly relies on the channel state information(CSI) which is usually acquired through the codebook-quantization-based technique at the transceiver. However, the conventional quantization method aggravates the leakage of privacy information in C-RAN under the eavesdropping environment. In this paper, a novel channel quantization method is investigated to improve the secrecy-rate performance of C-RAN by exploiting the high-dimension space geometry. Based on this method, it is proved that when the statistical distribution of the channel matrices of both the legitimate user and the eavesdropper is exploited, a win-win situation can be created where secrecy-rate gains are improved without sacrificing beamforming gains from the point of view of ergodic rate. Particularly, a secrecy-oriented criterion is devised to implement the proposed method for generating codebooks. Then a weighted Voronoi diagram(WVD) is formulated on the complex Grassmann manifold and finally, a vector quantization based algorithm is proposed to build up novel quantization codebooks iteratively. 16Exploring the relationship of hyaluronic acid molecular weight and active targeting efficiency for designing hyaluronic acid-modified nanoparticles显示文摘Although it is reported that the targeting ability of hyaluronic acid(HA)-based nanoparticles(NPs) is molecular weight(MW) dependent,the influence of HA MW on targeting efficiency of HA-functionalized NPs and the underlying mechanism remain elusive. In this study,we constituted three HA-functionalized Dox-loaded NPs(Dox/HCVs) different HA MWs(7,63,and 102 k Da) and attempted to illustrate the effects of HA MW on the targeting efficiency.The three Dox/HCVs had similar physiochemical and pharmaceutical characteristics,but showed different affinity to CD44 receptor. Furthermore,Dox/HCV-63 exerted the best targeting effect and the highest cytotoxicity compared with Dox/HCV-7 and Dox/HCV-102. It was interesting to found that both the HA-CD44 binding affinity and induced CD44 clustering by HA-based NPs were HA MW-dependent,the two of which determine the apparent targeting efficacy of Dox/HCV NPs in the conflicting directions. 17Synthesis of surface sulfated BiWO with enhanced photocatalytic performance显示文摘Sulfated BiWO(SBiWO)was synthesized by an impregnation method to enhance the visible-light-driven photoactivities of BiWO(BiWO).The characterization results verified that sulfate anion mainly anchored on the catalyst surface greatly extended the visiblelight-responsive range without destroying the crystal lattice.Moreover,the SBiWO-based photoactivities were evaluated with the removal of Malachite Green(MG)under UV-Vis irradiation emitted from two microwave-powered electrodeless discharge lamps(MPEDL-2)and under visible light(λ>420nm).The results demonstrated that the kinetic constant was increased 2.25 times,varying from 0.1478(BiWO)to 0.3328min-1(SBiWO-1).Similar results were also obtained for the visible light-driven reaction.Furthermore,radical scavengers such as t-butanol restricted the visible-light induced degradation of MG over BiWO and SBiWO-1.This indicated that the sulfating process increased the generation of reactive oxygen species,which was further verified by molecular probe with salicylic acid.Thus,more blue-shifting at λ=618nm was observed over SBiWO.On the basis of the above results,the photocatalytic mechanism over the sulfated catalyst was also discussed.Yongming Ju Jianming Hong Xiuyu Zhang Zhencheng Xu Dongyang Wei Yanhong Sang Xiaohang Fang Jiande Fang Zhenxing Wang 2012Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,12:1
