1Different types of La Nia events and different responses of the tropical atmosphere显示文摘Historical La Nia events since 1950 are divided into Eastern Pacific(EP) type and Central Pacific(CP) type,and the SSTA developing features as well as the different responses of the tropical atmosphere are further analyzed by using multiple datasets.Classification of different types La Nia is based on the normalized Ni o3 and Ni o4 indices and the SSTA distribution pattern during the mature phase.The minimum negative SSTA for CP La Nia is located over the equatorial central Pacific near the dateline,more westward than that of EP La Nia.It has stronger intensity and larger east-west zonal difference of SSTA over the equatorial Pacific than EP La Nia.Influenced by the different SSTA distribution pattern,CP La Nia induces more westward location of the anomalous sinking motion and the anomalous low-level divergent and high-level convergent winds over the equatorial eastern Pacific.The different response of the tropical atmospheric circulation between EP and CP La Nia is more significant in the upper troposphere than in the lower troposphere.However,the tropical precipitation patterns during the mature phase of EP and CP La Nia are much similar,except the less(more) precipitation over the equatorial central Pacific(eastern Indian Ocean-western Pacific) during CP La Nia than during EP La Nia.YUAN Yuan YAN HongMing 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,3:13
2High-Resolution Genome-wide Association Study Identifies Genomic Regions and Candidate Genes for Important Agronomic Traits in Wheat显示文摘Wheat(Triticum aestivum)is a major staple food crop worldwide.Genetic dissection of important agronomic traits is essential for continuous improvement of wheat yield to meet the demand of the world's growing population.We conducted a large-scale genome-wide association study(GWAS)using a panel of 768 wheat cultivars that were genotyped with 327609 single-nucleotide polymorphisms generated by genotyping-by-sequencing and detected 395 quantitative trait loci(QTLs)for 12 traits under 7 environments.Among them,273 QTLs were delimited to≤1.0-Mb intervals and 7 of them are either known genes(Rht-D,Vrn-B1,and Vrn-D1)that have been cloned or known QTLs(TaGA2ox8,APO1,TaSus1-7B,and Rht12)that were previously mapped.Eight putative candidate genes were identified for three QTLs that enhance spike seed setting and grain size using gene expression data and were validated in three bi-parental populations.Protein sequence analysis identified 33 putative wheat orthologs that have high identity with rice genes in QTLs affecting similar traits.Large r^2 values for additive effects observed among the QTLs for most traits indicated that the phenotypes of these identified QTLs were highly predictable.Results from this study demonstrated that significantly increasing GWAS population size and marker density greatly improves detection and identification of candidate genes underlying a QTL,solidifying the foundation for large-scale QTL fine mapping,candidate gene validation,and developing functional markers for genomics-based breeding in wheat.Yunlong Pang Chunxia Liu Danfeng Wang Paul St.Amand Amy Bernardo Wenhui Li Fang He Linzhi Li Liming Wang Xiufang Yuan Lei Dong Yu Su Huirui Zhang Meng Zhao Yunlong Liangi Hongze Jia Xitong Shen Yue Lu Hongming Jiang Yuye Wu Anfei Li Honggang Wang Lingrang Kong Guihua Bai Shubing Liu 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,9:8
3Progress on sensors based on nanomaterials for rapid detection of heavy metal ions显示文摘The heavy metal ions,especially Cd^(2+),Pb^(2+) and Hg^(2+),show extremely hazard to the environment and human being.The measurement of heavy metal ions using sensors is catching more and more attention for its advantages of high sensitivity and selectivity,low-cost,convenience to handle and rapid detection.In recent years,nanomaterials such as gold nanoparticles(NPs),magnetic nanoparticles,graphene and nanocomposite materials are applied in sensors for improving sensitivity and selectivity,making the research on electrochemical(EC) sensors,spectrometric biosensors and colorimetric biosensors become a hot spot in the application to investigate heavy metal ions,in particular,Cd^(2+),Pb^(2+) and Hg^(2+).In this short review,the research of advanced detection of Cd^(2+),Pb^(2+) and Hg^(2+) and its progress based on nanomaterial sensors in recent years is reviewed.Yuan Liu Yan Deng Hongming Dong Keke Liu Nongyue He 2017Science China Chemistry2017,60,3:6

5Hydrothermal synthesis and characterization of rare-earth ruthenate pyrochlore compounds R_2Ru_2O_7(R=Pr_(3+),Sm(3+)-Ho(3+))显示文摘A series of pyrochlore oxides, R2Ru2O7 (R=Pr3+, Sm3+–Ho3+) were synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions. All the samples crystallize in uniform octahedron characteristically. The products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-disperse X-ray spectroscopy, and dc susceptibility, and the factors that affected the crystallization were discussed. It was found that the purity of products depends strongly on the raw materials and the amount of alkalinity in the initial reaction mixtures. 6Peniazaphilones A—I,Produced by Co-culturing of Mangrove Endophytic Fungi,Penicillium sclerotiorum THSH-4 and Penicillium sclerotiorum ZJHJJ-18显示文摘Co-culturing the mangrove endophytic fungus Penicillium sclerotiorum THSH-4 with Penicillium sclerotiorum ZJHJJ-18 in PDB medium resulted in the production of nine new azaphilones derivatives,peniazaphilones A—I(1-9),and six known azaphilones derivatives(10-15).Their structures were elucidated by analysis of detailed spectroscopic data,single-crystal X-ray diffraction,ECD spectra,^(13)C NMR calculation and DP4+analysis.It is noteworthy that compound 1 with an isoquinoline quinone moiety,was isolated from natural source for the first time.Besides,compound 2 is the third reported phenylhydrazone derivative from fungi.In the bioactivity assays,compounds 1,12,14 and 15(IC_(50)=4.71-17.64μmol/L)exhibited potent inhibition of LPS-induced NO release from RAW264.7 without obvious cytotoxicity within 50μmol/L compared to the positive control indomethacin(IC_(50)=35.27μmol/L).Moreover,compounds 1 and 13 displayed moderate to strong cytotoxicity to A549 and MDA-MB-435,with IC_(50) values in the range of 6.84-14.63μmol/L.Together compound 1 showed moderate broad-spectrum antibacterial activity.Wencong Yang Jie Yuan Qi Tan Yan Chen Yujia Zhu Hongming Jiang Ge Zou Zhenming Zang Bo Wang Zhigang She 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,12:3
7Dietary fats suppress the peritoneal seeding of colorectal cancer cells through the TLR4/Cxcl10 axis in adipose tissue macrophages显示文摘Peritoneal carcinomatosis(PC)of colorectal cancer(CRC)is a terminal phase of malignancy with no effective strategies for the prevention of this condition.Here we established PC models in mice by intraperitoneal engraftment of CRC cells and revealed an unexpected role for a high-fat diet(HFD)in preventing metastatic seeding in the visceral fat.Mechanistically,the HFD stimulated the activation of adipose tissue macrophages(ATMs)toward an M1-like phenotype and enhanced ATM tumor phagocytosis in a TLR4-dependent manner.Furthermore,the TLR4–Cxcl10 axis in ATMs promoted T cell recruitment,and M1-like macrophages stimulated T cell activation in tumor-seeded fats.The inhibitory effect of the HFD on tumor seeding was abolished with the ablation of macrophages,inactivation of T cells,or blockade of the TLR4–Cxcl10 axis in macrophages.Finally,we showed that a HFD and conventional chemotherapeutic agents(oxaliplatin or 5-fluorouracil)synergistically improved the survival of tumor-seeded mice.Collectively,our findings demonstrate that peritoneal seeding of CRC can be suppressed by short-term treatment with a HFD in the early phase,providing a novel concept for the management of these patients in the clinic.Wei Xiang Rongchen Shi Dapeng Zhang Xia Kang Lili Zhang Jing Yuan Xuan Zhang Hongming Miao 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:3
8Degradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol catalyzed by the immobilized laccase with the carrier of Fe_3O_4@MSS–NH_2显示文摘With the Fe3O4@MSS(magnetic mesoporous silica spheres)–NH2as the carrier and the glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent,the immobilized laccase has been prepared and characterized by XRD,IR,SEM and BET etc.Under the optimal conditions,the removal efficiency of2,4-DCP reached 88%and the removal efficiency still remained 61.5%after five cycles of operations.In virtue of GC–MS analysis,2,5-dimethoxyl-1,4-quinone,2-chlorine-1,4-dimethoxyl benzene,3,30-dichlorine-4,40-dimethoxyl biphenyl,maleic acid phenol ester,and three kinds of maleic acid,alcohol ester,and para-hydroxyl phenol ester compounds have been identified as intermediate and final degradation products of 2,4-DCP,respectively.Besides,the degradation products of 2,4-DCP have been confirmed by performing the1H-NMR and13C-NMR experiments,further demonstrating the degradation mechanism of 2,4-DCP by the immobilized laccase.Yan Huang Yanjie Xi Yuxiang Yang Cheng Chen Hongming Yuan Xiangnong Liu 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,5:3
9Late Quaternary Strata and Carbon Burial Records in the Yellow River Delta, China显示文摘Sediment carbon sequestration plays an essential role in mitigating atmospheric CO2 increases and the subsequently global greenhouse effect. To clarify the late Quaternary strata and carbon burial records in Yellow River delta(YRD), detailed analysis of benthic foraminifera, total carbon(TC), organic carbon(Corg), sedimentary characteristics and moisture contents of sediments, was performed on core ZK3, 30.3 m in length and obtained from YRD in 2007. Eight depositional units(designated U1-U8 in ascending order) were identified. A comprehensive analysis method of historical geography and sedimentary geology was used to determine the precise depositional ages of the modern Yellow River delta(MYRD), from which pre-MYRD ages were deduced. The results indicates that the maximum burial rates of TC, inorganic carbon(IC) and Corg occurred in the delta front(U5), and the minimum in the shallow sea(U3). Remarkable high sedimentation rates in the MYRD are responsible for burial efficiency of carbon, with an average rate of Corg burial reaching 2087±251 g(m2 yr)-1, and that of IC reaching 13741±808 g(m2 yr)-1, which are much higher than those of other regions with high contents of Corg. 10CoPt-Co hybrid supported on amino modified SiO2 nanospheres as a high performance catalyst for hydrogen generation from ammonia borane显示文摘CoPt-Co hybrids were successfully supported on amino modified SiO2 nanospheres by a chemical reduction method at a temperature of 278 K.The solid carrier i.e.amino modified SiO2,provides numerous anchoring sites for the metal nanoparticles(NPs)to improve the dispersion while reducing the size of metal NPs.The supported NPs displayed a narrow particle size distribution on the SiO2 surface with an average diameter of 12 nm.The XRD results alongside with the binary alloy phase diagram suggest that the resulted NPs are bimetallic,composed of CoPt and amorphous Co.Among the prepared materials,the solid with the specific composition of SiO2@Pt0.1Co0.9was proved to be effective catalyst for ammonia borane(AB)hydrolysis in aqueous solution.The turnover frequency(TOF)value of the supported nanocatalyst was 25.59molH2min^-1·molM^-1,almost twice as that of unsupported Pt0.1Co0.9NPs while the activation energy was 37.05 kJ mol^-1.Furthermore,the SiO2@Pt0.1Co0.9composite manifested high catalytic activity even after five cycles of reuse.Hongming Zhang Dandan Ke Lina Cheng Xuelei Feng Xuewei Hou Jin Wang Yuan Li Shumin Han 2019Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2019,29,1:2

12Tuning the properties of Ni-based catalyst via La incorporation for efficient hydrogenation of petroleum resin显示文摘The hydrogenation of petroleum resin(PR)is an effective process to prepare high value-added hydrogenated PR(HPR).However,the preparation of non-noble metal-based catalysts with high catalytic activity for PR hydrogenation still remains a challenge.Herein,a La promoted Ni-based catalyst is reported through the thermal reduction of quaternary Ni La Mg Al-layered double hydroxides(Ni La Mg Al-LDHs).The incorporation of La is beneficial to the reduction and stability of Ni particles with reduced particle size,and the increased alkalinity effectively mitigates the breakage of molecular chains of PR.As a result,the La promoted Ni-based catalyst exhibits high catalytic activity and excellent stability for PR hydrogenation.A hydrogenation degree of 95.4%and 96.1%can be achieved for HC_(5)PR and HC_(9) PR with less reduced softening point,respectively.Notably,the hydrogenation degree still maintains at 92.7%even after 100 hours’reaction,much better than that without La incorporation or prepared using conventional impregnation method.Qunhong Liu Jiangtao Yang Hongwei Zhang Hongming Sun Shuzheng Wu Bingqing Ge Rong Wang Pei Yuan 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,5:2
13Cagelike mesoporous silica encapsulated with microcapsules for immobilized laccase and 2,4-DCP degradation显示文摘In this study,cage-like mesoporous silica was used as the carrier to immobilize laccase by a physical approach,followed by encapsulating with chitosan/alginate microcapsule membranes to form microcapsules of immobilized laccase based on layer-by-layer technology.The relationship between laccase activity recovery/leakage rate and the coating thickness was simultaneously investigated.Because the microcapsule layers have a substantial network of pores,they act as semipermeable membranes,while the laccase immobilized inside the microcapsules acts as a processing plant for degradation of2,4-dichlorophenol.The microcapsules of immobilized laccase were able to degrade 2,4-dichlorophenol within a wide range of 2,4-dichlorophenol concentration,temperature and p H,with mean degradation rate around 62%.Under the optimal conditions,the thermal stability and reusability of immobilized laccase were shown to be improved significantly,as the removal rate and degradation rate remained over 40.2% and 33.8% respectively after 6 cycles of operation.Using mass spectrometry(MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),diisobutyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate were identified as the products of 2,4-dichlorophenol degradation by the microcapsules of immobilized laccase and laccase immobilized by a physical approach,respectively,further demonstrating the degradation mechanism of 2,4-dichlorophenol by microcapsule-immobilized laccase.Junya Yang Yan Huang Yuxiang Yang Hongming Yuan Xiangnong Liu 2015Journal of Environmental Sciences2015,27,12:2

15Hydrolytic dehydrogenation of ammonia borane catalyzed by poly(amidoamine) dendrimers-modified reduced graphene oxide nanosheets supported Ag_(0.3)Co_(0.7) nanoparticles显示文摘Poly(amidoamine) dendrimers-modified reduced graphene oxide nanosheets(PAMAM/rGO) composite was selected as a carrier of heterogeneous Ag_(0.3)Co_(0.7) nanoparticles in order to obtain an excellent catalyst for ammonia borane(AB) hydrolysis. During the synthetic processes, GO could easily assembled with PAMAM by the electrostatic and hydrogen-bonding interactions. Structural characterization revealed that Ag_(0.3)Co_(0.7) bimetallic nanoparticles with uniform size distribution of 5 nm are well dispersed on PAMAM/rGO composite architecture. Ag_(0.3)Co_(0.7)@PAMAM/rGO was found to be a highly active and reusable catalyst in hydrogen generation from the hydrolysis of AB with a turnover frequency value(TOF) of 19.79 mol_(H2) min^(-1) mol_M^(-1) at 25.0±0.1℃ and retained 75.4% of their initial activity with a complete release of hydrogen in five runs.
