1Senegenin promotes in vitro proliferation of human neural progenitor cells显示文摘Senegenin,an effective component of Polygala tenuifolia root extract,promotes proliferation and differentiation of neural progenitor cells in the hippocampus.However,the effects of senegenin on mesencephalon-derived neural progenitor cells remain poorly understood.Cells from a ventral mesencephalon neural progenitor cell line(ReNcell VM) were utilized as models for pharmaceutical screening.The effects of various senegenin concentrations on cell proliferation were analyzed,demonstrating that high senegenin concentrations(5,10,50,and 100 μmo/L),particularly 50 μmol/L,significantly promoted proliferation of ReNcell VM cells.In the mitogen-activated protein kinase signal transduction pathway,senegenin significantly increased phosphorylation levels of extracellular signal-regulated kinases.Moreover,cell proliferation was suppressed by extracellular signal-regulated kinase inhibitors.Results suggested that senegenin contributed to in vitro proliferation of human neural progenitor cells by upregulating phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase.Shi, Fang Liang, Zhigang Guo, Zixuan Li, Ran Yu, Fen Zhang, Zhanjun Wang, Xuan Wang, Xiaomin 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,3:5
2Evolution from small molecule to nano-drug delivery systems:An emerging approach for cancer therapy of ursolic acid显示文摘Ursolic acid(UA),a natural pentacyclic triterpenoid,possesses widespread biological and pharmacological activities.However,drawbacks such as low bioavailability,poor targeting and rapid metabolism greatly hinder its further clinical application.Recently,with the development of nanotechnology,various UA nanosystems have emerged as promising strategies for effective cancer therapy.This article reviews various types of UA-based nanodelivery systems,primarily with emphasis placed on novel UA-based carrier-free nanodrugs,which are considered to be innovative methods for cancer therapy.Moreover,this review presents carrier-free nano-drugs that co-assembled of UA and photosensitizers that displayed synergistic antitumor performance.Finally,the article also describes the development and challenges of UA nanosystems for future research in this field.Overall,the information presented in this review will provide new insight into the rational utilization of nano-drugs in cancer therapy.Jingwei Shao Yifan Fang Ruirui Zhao Fangmin Chen Mingyue Yang Jiali Jiang Zixuan Chen Xiaotian Yuan Lee Jia 2020Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2020,15,6:3
3Low-firing,temperature stable and improved microwave dielectric properties of ZnO-TiO_(2)-Nb_(2)O_(5) composite ceramics显示文摘This article presents low-firing,low-loss and temperature stable ZnO-TiO_(2)-Nb_(2)O_(5) microwave dielectric composite ceramics with the assistance of lithium borosilicate(LBS)and zinc borosilicate(ZBS)glass frits.There is a liquid phase(eutectic mixture)generated by LBS(ZBS)glass,and solid particles could be wetted and dissolved.Therefore,the migrations and rearrangements of particles could be performed.Besides,compared with ceramics undoped with glass frits,lower activation energies(E_(a))of ceramics doped with LBS and ZBS glass suggest that the low-temperature sintering behavior is easier to carry out.The results indicated that LBS and ZBS glass both are effective sintering aids to accelerate the sintering process and improve the microwave dielectric properties of composite ceramics by controlling the phase compositions under low temperature.Combination great properties of ZnO-TiO_(2)-Nb_(2)O_(5) ceramics were obtained when sintered at 900℃ for 4 h:ε_(r)=36.7,Q×f=20,000 GHz,τ_(f)=7 ppm/℃.Hongyu Yang Shuren Zhang Yawei Chen Hongcheng Yang Zixuan Fang Ying Yuan Enzhu Li 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,3:2

5Orbital-regulated interfacial electronic coupling endows Ni3N with superior catalytic surface for hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘The interstitial structure and weak Ni-N interaction of Ni3N lead to high unoccupied d orbital energy and unsuitable orbital orientation,which consequently results in weak orbital coupling with H2O and slow water dissociation kinetics for alkaline hydrogen evolution catalysis.Herein,we successfully lower the unoccupied d orbital energy of Ni3N to strengthen the interfacial electronic coupling by employing the strong electron pulling capability of oxygen dopants.The prepared O-Ni3N catalyst delivers an overpotential of 55 mV at 10 mA cm−2,very close to the commercial Pt/C.Refined structural characterization indicates the oxygen incorporation can decrease the electron densities around the Ni sites.Moreover,density functional theory calculation further proves the oxygen incorporation can create more unoccupied orbitals with lower energy and superior orientation for water adsorption and dissociation.The concept of orbital-regulated interfacial electronic coupling could offer a unique approach for the rational design of hydrogen evolution catalysts and beyond.Yanyan Fang Da Sun Shuwen Niu Jinyan Cai Yipeng Zang Yishang Wu Linqin Zhu Yufang Xie Yun Liu Zixuan Zhu Amirabbas Mosallanezhad Di Niu Zheng Lu Junjie Shi Xiaojing Liu Dewei Rao Gongming Wang Yitai Qian 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,11:1
6Structure,dielectric and relaxor properties of Sr_(0.7)Bi_(0.2)TiO_(3)—K_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)lead-free ceramics for energy storage applications显示文摘Sr_(0.7)Bi_(0.2)TiO_(3)(SBT)by increasing the proportion and size of polar nano-region.Meanwhile,the BDS remains a high level with x<0.38 attributed to the addition of KBT with a large band gap.As a result,the 0.62SBT-0.38KBT exhibits a high energy storage density of 2.21 J/cm^(3)with high h of 91.4%at 220 kV/cm and superior temperature stability(-55~150℃),frequency stability(10~500 Hz)and fatigue resistance(105 cycles).Moreover,high pulsed discharge energy density(1.81 J/cm^(3)),high power density(49.5 MW/cm3)and great thermal stability(20~160℃)are achieved in 0.62SBT-0.38KBT.Based on these excellent properties,the 0.62SBT-0.38KBT are suitable for pulsed power systems.This work provides a novel strategy and systematic study for improving energy storage properties of SBT.Peng Zhao Bin Tang Zixuan Fang Feng Si Chengtao Yang Gang Liu Shuren Zhang 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,1:1
7Structure,far-infrared spectroscopy,microwave dielectric properties,and improved low-temperature sintering characteristics of tri-rutile Mg_(0.5)Ti_(0.5)TaO_(4) ceramics显示文摘In this study,tri-rutile type Mg_(0.5)Ti_(0.5)TaO_(4) ceramics were synthesized,where the structure–property relationship,especially the structural configuration and intrinsic dielectric origin of Mg_(0.5)Ti_(0.5)TaO_(4) ceramics,and the low-firing characteristics were studied.It is found that the tri-rutile structural type is unambiguously identified through the Rietveld refinement analysis,the selected area electron diffraction(SAED),and the high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)along the[110]zone axis.With the increase in sintering temperature,the densification and uniformity of crystal growth play important roles in regulating the microwave dielectric properties of Mg_(0.5)Ti_(0.5)TaO_(4) ceramics.Intrinsically,theoretical dielectric properties calculated by the far-infrared reflective spectra approached the experimental values,indicating the importance of structural features to dielectric properties.Furthermore,a glass additive with high matching relevance with ceramics has been developed to decrease the high sintering temperature of Mg_(0.5)Ti_(0.5)TaO_(4) ceramics,where 2–4 wt%Li_(2)O–MgO–ZnO–B_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)(LMZBS)glass frit was adopted to reduce the suitable temperature from 1275 to 1050℃ without significantly deteriorating the microwave dielectric characteristics.Specifically,Mg_(0.5)Ti_(0.5)TaO_(4) ceramics containing 2 wt% glass addition sintered at 1050℃for 4 h possess excellent microwave dielectric properties:dielectric constant(ε_(r))=44.3,quality factor multiplied by resonant frequency(Q×f)=23,820 GHz(f=6.2 GHz),and the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(τ_(f))=123.2 ppm/℃.Hongyu YANG Liang CHAI Guangchao LIANG Mengjiang XING Zixuan FANG Xing ZHANG Tianying QIN Enzhu LI 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,2:1
8Epicatechin gallate prevents the de novo synthesis of fatty acid and the migration of prostate cancer cells显示文摘Lipid metabolism disorder caused by the upregulation of lipogenic genes is a typical feature of prostate cancer.The synthesis of fatty acids is enhanced to accelerate the development of prostate cancer and is considered as a potential therapeutic target.Epicatechin gallate,an active compound of green tea,has been reported to modulate lipid metabolism.In this research,the potential role of epicatechin gallate in prostate cancer cells was evaluated.The results indicated that epicatechin gallate downregulates the expression of acetyl-CoA carboxylase,ATP citrate lyase,and fatty acid synthase in prostate cancer cells and prostate xenograft tissues,suggesting that epicatechin gallate can inhibit de novo fatty acid synthesis.Moreover,epicatechin gallate significantly restrains the migration rather than the viability of prostate cancer cells.PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway,which exhibits regulatory effect on lipogenesis,is also inhibited under epicatechin gallate treatment,while pretreatment with AKT activator SC79 or mTOR activator MHY1485 blocks the inhibitory effect of epicatechin gallate on the expression of lipogenic genes and the migration of prostate cancer cells.In conclusion,this study revealed that epicatechin gallate impairs the synthesis of fatty acids via inhibition PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and then attenuates the migration of prostate cancer cells.Luyao Chen Yaping Guo Zixuan Wu Shuwu Zhao Zhaiyi Zhang Fang Zheng Likang Sun Zheng Hao Chen Xu Tao Wang Yanfei Peng 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,12:1
9Real-time Synchrophasor Data Compression Technique with Phasor Interpolation and Extrapolation显示文摘To completely eliminate the time delays caused by phasor data compressions for real-time synchrophasor applications,a real-time synchrophasor data compression(RSDC)is proposed in this paper.The two-way rotation characteristic and elliptical trajectory of dynamic synchrophasors are introduced first to enhance the compressions along with a fast solving method for elliptical trajectory fitting equations.The RSDC for phasor data compression and reconstruction is then proposed by combining the interpolation and extrapolation compressions.The proposed RSDC is verified by both the actual phasor measurement data recorded in a two-phase short-circuit incident and a subsynchronous oscillation incident,and the synthetic dynamic synchrophasors.It is also compared with two previous real-time phasor data compression techniques,i.e.,phasor swing door trending(PSDT)and exception and swing door trending(SDT)data compression(ESDC).The verification results demonstrate that RSDC can achieve significantly higher compression ratios for offline applications with the interpolation and the zero-delay phasor data compression with the extrapolation for real-time applications simultaneously.Fang Zhang Meiqian Liu Zixuan Zhang Jinghan He Wenzhong Gao 2023Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,3:0

12Community structure and activity potentials of archaeal communities in hadal sediments of the Mariana and Mussau trenches显示文摘Hadal trenches are the least explored marine habitat on earth. Archaea has been shown to be the dominant group in trench sediments. However, the activity potentials and detailed diversity of these communities as well as their inter-trench variations are still not known. In this study, we combined datasets from two pairs of primers to investigate at high resolution the structure and activity potentials of the archaeal communities in vertically sectioned sediment cores taken from the deepest points of the Mariana (10,853 m) and Mussau (7011 m) trenches. The compositions of the potentially active communities revealed, via 16S ribosomal RNA gene (rDNA) and RNA (rRNA), significant differences between samples. Marine Group I (MGI), with nine identified subgroups, was the most dominant class in the active archaeal communities of the two trenches. Significantly different species composition and vertical variations were observed between the two trenches. Vertical transitions from aerobic MGI α to anaerobic MGI η and υ subgroups were observed in MST but not in MT sediments, which might be related to the faster microbial oxygen consumption in MST. 14Co-doping strategy enhanced the ionic conductivity and excellent lithium stability of garnet-type Li_(7)La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)electrolyte in all solidstate lithium batteries显示文摘Garnet-type Li_(7)La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)(LLZO)is one of the most promising solid-state electrolytes(SSEs).However,the application of LLZO is limited by structural instability,low ionic conductivity,and poor lithium stability.To obtain a garnet-type solid electrolyte with a stable structure and high ionic conductivity,a series of TaeCe co-doping cubic Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4-x)Ta_(0.6)Ce_(x)O_(12)(LLZTCO,x=,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.10,0.20,0.30)electrolytes were successfully synthesized through conventional solid-phase method.The Ta^(5+)doping can introduce more lithium vacancies and effectively maintain the stability of the cubic phase.The Ce^(4+)with a larger ionic radius is introduced into the lattice to widen the Lit migration bottleneck size,which significantly increased the ionic conductivity to 1.05×10^(-3)S/cm.It also shows excellent stability to lithium metal by the optimization of Lit transport channel.Li||LLZTCO||Li symmetric cells can cycle stably for more than 6000 h at a current density of 0.1 mA/cm^(2)without any surface modifications.The commercialization potential of LLZTCO samples in all solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs)is confirmed by the prepared LiFePO_(4)||LLZTCO||Li cells with a capacity retention rate of 98%after 100 cycles at 0.5C.This new co-doping method presents a practical solution for the realization of high-performance ASSLBs.Ziqiang Xu Xin Hu Bowen Fu Kashif Khan Jintian Wu Teng Li Haiping Zhou Zixuan Fang Mengqiang Wu 2023Journal of Materiomics2023,9,4:0
