2Emission characteristics and combustion instabilities in an oxy-fuel swirl-stabilized combustor显示文摘This paper presents an experimental study on the emission characteristics and combustion instabilities of oxy-fuel combustions in a swirl-stabilized combustor. Different oxygen concentrations (Xoxy=25%~45%, where Xoxy is oxygen concentra- tion by volume), equivalence ratios (φ=0.75~1.15) and combustion powers (CP=1.08~2.02 kW) were investigated in the oxy-fuel (CH4/CO2/O2) combustions, and reference cases (Xoxy=25%~35%, CH4/N2/O2 flames) were covered. The results show that the oxygen concentration in the oxidant stream significantly affects the combustion delay in the oxy-fuel flames, and the equivalence ratio has a slight effect, whereas the combustion power shows no impact. The temperature levels of the oxy-fuel flames inside the combustion chamber are much higher (up to 38.7%) than those of the reference cases. Carbon monoxide was vastly produced when Xoxy>35% or φ>0.95 in the oxy-fuel flames, while no nitric oxide was found in the exhaust gases because no N2 participates in the combustion process. The combustion instability of the oxy-fuel combustion is very different from those of the reference cases with similar oxygen content. Oxy-fuel combustions excite strong oscillations in all cases studied Xoxy=25%~45%. However, no pressure fluctuations were detected in the reference cases when Xoxy>28.6% accomplished by heavily sooting flames which were not found in the oxy-fuel combustions. Spectrum analysis shows that the frequency of dynamic pressure oscillations exhibits randomness in the range of 50~250 Hz, therefore resulting in a very small resultant amplitude. 3Discovery of Wolitu Pb-Zn deposit through geochemical prospecting under loess cover in Inner Mongolia, China显示文摘We report the finding of the Wolitu Pb-Zn deposit in Inner Mongolia, China, through a series of geochemical surveys. The Wolitu area, located in the loess-cover area in the Hure Banner, Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia, and neighboring the Horqin Sandy Land to the north, had no previous history of Pb-Zn mining or record of Pb-Zn mineralization. Our study identified a large Pb-Zn anomaly with potential zones of mineralization by stream sediment survey. Random rock sampling reveals limonitization at sporadic outcrops in the gullies. The high concentrations of Pb in the residual debris provided guidelines to fix the position for exploratory trench. Oxidized concealed orebodies were identified by trenching.Blind orebodies in veins hosted within the structural zone between slates and marbles of the upper Carboniferous Shizuizi Formation and the Permian granite were discovered by drilling. It is computed that the ore reserve may reach up to 540,000 tones with Pb grade of 1.27% and Zn of 1.9%. 5Differentially Expressed microRNAs as Potential Markers for Vital Reaction of Burned Skin显示文摘The identification of antemortem burns and postmortem burns is essential in forensic practice.In this study,microRNA(miRNA)microarray analysis was conducted to identify differentially expressed miRNAs in the skin of an experimental burn model.Microarray analysis revealed 24 differentially expressed miRNAs in antemortem burned mice skin,with 19 miRNAs significantly upregulated and 5 downregulated.Based on the intersection predicted using three databases(Targetscan,microRNA.org,and PITA),293 potential miRNA targets were identified.These dysregulated miRNAs and their predicted targets were further analyzed using the Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes databases.Several functional categories and signaling pathways were enriched,including the“fc epsilon ri signaling pathway,”“endometrial cancer,”and“mTOR signaling pathway.”Expression patterns of 10 differentially expressed miRNAs were verified by reverse transcription‑quantitative polymerase chain reaction in mice skins.The results agreed with the results of microarray analysis.These findings suggest that differentially expressed miRNAs revealed by microarray are potential markers for forensic molecular diagnosis of antemortem burns.Hao‑Pin Lyu Ming Cheng Jin‑Cen Liu Ming‑Yuan Ye Di Xu Jie‑Tao He Xiao‑Li Xie Qi Wang 2018Journal of Forensic Science and Medicine2018,4,3:2

13Kinetics and mechanism of the sulfurization behavior of silver conductive material in automobile industry显示文摘As a functional material,silver was employed as the electrical contact material in automotive electronics due to the excellent conductivity.However,this material was prone to the atmospheric corrosion,resulting in the damage of structure and failure of devices.In this study,the corrosion behavior of conductive silver applied in printed circuit board was explored,and it was found that the strongest environmental factors(SO2 pollutants,temperature and relative humidity(RH))influenced the structural damage of material on the viewpoints of kinetics and mechanism.Compared with other factors,temperature(55℃)was the dominating factor causing the structural change of conductive material under operation environments,and the corrosion product on the surface reached the maximum at the thickness of different corrosion product layer of dfilm=15.56910-5 lm.However,SO2 pollutants and RH accordingly increase the thickness of corrosion products(Ag2S and Ag_(2)SO_(4))during corrosion process,due to the promotion of the diffusion of corrosive species.Therefore,this study not only significantly reinforces the understanding of the structural damage of conductive material among the different environmental factors,but also provides an important guide to corrosion prevention design and materials selection in actual manufacturing.Ze-Di Shi Le Zhang Yue-Long Ma Tian-Yuan Zhou Bing-Heng Sun Cen Shao Guo-Can Huang Shi-Tong Yin Su-Dan Hou Zeng-Wang Yang Hao Chen 2022Rare Metals2022,41,1:1
