| 1 | Plate tectonic control on the formation and tectonic migration of Cenozoic basins in northern margin of the South China Sea显示文摘The tectonic evolution history of the South China Sea(SCS) is important for understanding the interaction between the Pacific Tectonic Domain and the Tethyan Tectonic Domain,as well as the regional tectonics and geodynamics during the multi-plate convergence in the Cenozoic.Several Cenozoic basins formed in the northern margin of the SCS,which preserve the sedimentary tectonic records of the opening of the SCS.Due to the spatial non-uniformity among different basins,a systematic study on the various basins in the northern margin of the SCS constituting the Northern Cenozoic Basin Group(NCBG) is essential.Here we present results from a detailed evaluation of the spatial-temporal migration of the boundary faults and primary unconformities to unravel the mechanism of formation of the NCBG.The NCBG is composed of the Beibu Gulf Basin(BBGB),Qiongdongnan Basin(QDNB),Pearl River Mouth Basin(PRMB) and Taixinan Basin(TXNB).Based on seismic profiles and gravity-magnetic anomalies,we confirm that the NE-striking onshore boundary faults propagated into the northern margin of the SCS.Combining the fault slip rate,fault combination and a comparison of the unconformities in different basins,we identify NE-striking rift composed of two-stage rifting events in the NCBG:an early-stage rifting(from the Paleocene to the Early Oligocene) and a late-stage rifting(from the Late Eocene to the beginning of the Miocene).Spatially only the late-stage faults occurs in the western part of the NCBG(the BBGB,the QDNB and the western PRMB),but the early-stage rifting is distributed in the whole NCBG.Temporally,the early-stage rifting can be subdivided into three phases which show an eastward migration,resulting in the same trend of the primary unconformities and peak faulting within the NCBG.The late-stage rifting is subdivided into two phases,which took place simultaneously in different basins.The first and second phase of the early-stage rifting is related to back-arc extension of the Pacific subduction retreat system.The third phase of the earlystage rifting resulted from the joint effect of slab-pull force due to southward subduction of the proto-SCS and the back-arc extension of the Pacific subduction retreat system.In addition,the first phase of the late-stage faulting corresponds with the combined effect of the post-collision extension along the Red River Fault and slab-pull force of the proto-SCS subduction.The second phase of the late-stage faulting fits well with the sinistral faulting of the Red River Fault in response to the Indochina Block escape tectonics and the slab-pull force of the proto-SCS. | Pengcheng Wang Sanzhong Li Yanhui Suo Lingli Guo Guangzeng Wang Gege Hui M.Santosh Ian D.Somerville Xianzhi Cao Yang Li | 2020 | Geoscience Frontiers2020,11,4: | 10 |

| 3 | Traffic Clustering Algorithm of Urban Data Brain Based on a Hybrid-Augmented Architecture of Quantum Annealing and Brain-Inspired Cognitive Computing显示文摘In recent years,the urbanization process has brought modernity while also causing key issues,such as traffic congestion and parking conflicts.Therefore,cities need a more intelligent'brain'to form more intelligent and efficient transportation systems.At present,as a type of machine learning,the traditional clustering algorithm still has limitations.K-means algorithm is widely used to solve traffic clustering problems,but it has limitations,such as sensitivity to initial points and poor robustness.Therefore,based on the hybrid architecture of Quantum Annealing(QA)and brain-inspired cognitive computing,this study proposes QA and Brain-Inspired Clustering Algorithm(QABICA)to solve the problem of urban taxi-stand locations.Based on the traffic trajectory data of Xi’an and Chengdu provided by Didi Chuxing,the clustering results of our algorithm and K-means algorithm are compared.We find that the average taxi-stand location bias of the final result based on QABICA is smaller than that based on K-means,and the bias of our algorithm can effectively reduce the tradition K-means bias by approximately 42%,up to approximately 83%,with higher robustness.QA algorithm is able to jump out of the local suboptimal solutions and approach the global optimum,and brain-inspired cognitive computing provides search feedback and direction.Thus,we will further consider applying our algorithm to analyze urban traffic flow,and solve traffic congestion and other key problems in intelligent transportation. | Ning Wang Gege Guo Baonan Wang Chao Wang | 2020 | Tsinghua Science and Technology2020,25,6: | 3 |

| 5 | Linkage between reactivation of the sinistral strike-slip faults and 28 September 2018 Mw7.5 Palu earthquake, Indonesia显示文摘On September 28, 2018, a Mw7.5 earthquake occurred near Sulawesi, Indonesia as a result of strike-slip faulting at shallow depth within the interior of the Molucca Sea Microplate that forms a part of the broader Sunda Plate. Focal mechanism solutions and distribution for the earthquakes indicate rupture occurred on a left-lateral NNW-SSE-to N-S-striking fault. This region has been characterized by complex tectonics in which motions of numerous small microplates are accommodating large-scale convergence between the Australia, Sunda, Pacific and Philippine Sea plates. In this paper, the Coulomb stress calculation verified the WNW-, nearly E-W-trending sinistral strike slip receiver fault in Sulawesi, which is consistent with the giant sinisterly strike-slip fault system across New Guinea, Pacific Tectonic System and the Tethys Tectonic System caused by the oblique convergence. | 7 | An M-ALO-SVR Model to Predict Output of Industry-University-Research Collaboration Network in China显示文摘The output prediction of industry-university-research cooperation network is a prerequisite for optimization of network resource allocation and improvement of network innovation performance.Accurate prediction of network output can provide data for feedback systems,offermethods and reference to government macro-level control,and avoid resource wastes caused by improper input of capital and humans.In this paper,a prediction model based on Ant Lion Optimizer and Support Vector Regression is proposed.First,the M-ALO-SVR model was built.Then,Pareto function and regulatory factors were applied to accelerate the convergence of ALO-SVR optimization,improving the global search ability of the algorithm.Finally,the empirical research of the industry-university-research cooperation network was implemented,and simulation experiments were conducted with samples of China Statistical Yearbooks.The results show that the M-ALO-SVR model performs well in the innovation network output prediction.The predictive goodness of fit of the model reaches 99.7%,improved by 0.02%and 3.3%respectively compared with that of ALO-SVR model and SVM.The running time of the model is two seconds fewer than that of the ALO-SVR model.In addition,the optimizing function of the model converges at higher speed and its MSE is optimal. | Ruiqiong Zhong Ben Wang Gege Feng | 2021 | 国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2021,,2: | 0 |

| 15 | Two stream skeleton behavior recognition algorithm based on Motif-GCN显示文摘Compared with RGB videos and images,human bone data is less vulnerable to external factors and has stronger robustness.Therefore,behavior recognition methods based on skeletons are widely studied.Because graph convolution network(GCN)can deal with the irregular topology data of hu-man skeletons very well,more and more researchers apply GCN to human behavior recognition.Tra-ditional graph convolution methods only consider the joints with physical connectivity or the same type when building the behavior recognition model based on human skeletons structure,which cannot capture higher-order information better.To solve this problem,Motif-GCN is used in this paper to ex-tract spatial features.The relationship between the joints with natural connection in the human body is encoded by the first Motif-GCN,and the possible relationship between the unconnected joints in the human skeleton is encoded by the second Motif-GCN.In this way,the relationship between non-physical joints can be strengthened.Then a two stream framework combining joint and bone informa-tion is used to capture more action information.Finally,experiments are conducted on two subdata-sets X-Sub and X-View of NTU-RGB+D,and the accuracy shown in Top-1 classification results is 89.5%and 95.4%respectively.The experimental results are 1.0%and 0.3%higher than those of the 2S-AGCN model respectively.The superiority of this method is also proved by the experimental results. | 吴进 WANG Lei FENG Haoran CHONG Gege | 2023 | High Technology Letters2023,29,4: | 0 |

| 17 | Accumulation of glycolipids in wheat grain and their role in hardness during grain development显示文摘Grain hardness is an important parameter for wheat quality. To understand the role of glycolipids in the formation of grain hardness, the glycolipid contents in wholegrain wheat flour and the starch granule surfaces of oven-dried and freeze-dried hard and soft wheat grain were analyzed. Changes in endosperm structure and amyloplast membrane integrity during grain development were also examined by electron microscopy. The monogalactosyldigylcerol(MGDG) and digalactosyldigylcerol(DGDG) contents of the starch surface were significantly higher in soft wheat than in hard wheat, regardless of the drying method or developmental stage. Throughout grain development, MGDG content was significantly higher in the starch surface of freeze-dried hard wheat than in the starch surface of oven-dried hard wheat. In contrast, the MGDG content of the starch surface was significantly higher in freeze-dried soft grain at 14 and 35 days after anthesis. No significant difference was observed in puroindoline protein(PIN) accumulation in wholegrain flour from wheat that was dried using the two methods, whereas PIN accumulation on the starch surface of freeze-dried grain was lower than that on the starch surface of oven-dried grain.The gap between the amyloplast membrane and starch granules was larger in hard wheat than in soft wheat, as shown by transmission electron microscopy. For the same wheat cultivar, this gap was larger for oven-dried than for freeze-dried grain. | 18 | Optimal Culture Capacity of White Shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) and Razor Clam (Sinonovacula constricta) in a New Series-Connection Culture Model显示文摘To construct an effective circular mix-culture model and investigate its culture capacity,we established one small and one large systems,with white shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei)and razor clam(Sinonovacula constricta)cultured in separate ponds.The culture water from the L.vannamei was pumped to the S.constricta,and the culture water from the S.constricta overflowed back into the L.vannamei via gravity.In trial I,we tested four culture densities(groups 1–4),and monitored water quality,growth indices,and digestive and immune enzyme activities.From the results,the nitrogen and phosphorus levels generally increased then declined after 56 days,and were lower in groups 1 and 2.The specific growth rate of group 2 was the highest.After 56 days,activities of four digestive enzymes were increased in group 2,and lysozyme activity was significantly decreased in S.constricta in groups 1–4;Alkaline phosphatase activity of L.vannamei was increased in group 3,but decreased in S.constricta in groups 2–4;Acid phosphatase activity was significantly higher in groups 1–3(P<0.05),while SOD and CAT activities were significantly elevated in group 2(P<0.05).Thus,we applied group 2 density for trial II.In trial II,nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations declined significantly during the latter stages,and growth indices were higher than the control(P<0.05).The yields of L.vannamei and S.constricta were significantly higher than the control(P<0.05).The results revealed a good circular mix-culture system with the optimal culture capacity for L.vannamei(40 ind m^(−2))and S.constricta(300 ind m^(−2)),which provided a reference for the future culture of them. | HU Jiabao ZHAO Chunpu BAO Gege LUO Yunhui WANG Danli XU Jilin XU Shanliang | 2022 | Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,6: | 0 |
