4Ultrasensitive broadband phototransistors based on perovskite/organic-semiconductor vertical heterojunctions显示文摘Organolead halide perovskites have emerged as the most promising materials for various optoelectronic devices,especially solar cells,because of their excellent optoelectronic properties.Here,we present the first report of low-voltage high-gain phototransistors based on perovskite/organic-semiconductor vertical heterojunctions,which show ultrahigh responsivities of~10^(9)A W^(–1) and specific detectivities of~10^(14) Jones in a broadband region from the ultraviolet to the near infrared.The high sensitivity of the devices is attributed to a pronounced photogating effect that is mainly due to the long carrier lifetimes and strong light absorption in the perovskite material.In addition,flexible perovskite photodetectors have been successfully prepared via a solution process and show high sensitivity as well as excellent flexibility and bending durability.The high performance and facile solution-based fabrication of the perovskite/organic-semiconductor phototransistors indicate their promise for potential application for ultrasensitive broadband photodetection.Chao Xie Peng You Zhike Liu Li Li Feng Yan 2017Light(Science & Applications)2017,6,1:12
5HCWCI/Carbon Steel Bimetal Liner by Liquid-Liquid Compound Lost Foam Casting显示文摘Impact, friction and corrosion from the grinding balls and the grinding medium during the mineral processing result in liner breakage. Liner, made from Hadfield steel or alloyed steel, could not have served in wet grinding environment for more than ten months. Composite liner, made from HCWCI (high Cr white cast iron) and carbon steel, has been developed successfully with liquid-liquid composing process based on LFC (lost foam casting). The microstructure of composite was analyzed with optical microscope, SEM (scanning electron microscope)/EDX energy-dispersive X-ray and XRD (X-ray diffraction). According to micrograph, the combination region of two metals was staggered like dogtooth, no mixtures occurred between two liquid metals, and its interface presented excellent metallurgical bonding state. The results of mechanical property test show that, the hardness of HRC, the fracture toughness, and the bending strength are more than 61, 16.5 J/cm2 and 1 600 MPa, respectively. Comparison between liners made from bimetal composite and alloyed steel has also been investigated in industrial hematite ball mill. 6Spatial and Temporal Variability of Thermal Stress to China's Coral Reefs in South China Sea显示文摘Coral bleaching, caused by elevated sea surface temperature(SST), is occurring more frequently and seriously worldwide. Due to the lack of field observations, we understand little about the large-scale variability of thermal stress in the South China Sea(SCS) and its effect on China's coral reefs. This paper used 4-km high resolution gap-filled SST(Filled SST) data and thermal stress data related to coral bleaching derived from Coral Reef Temperature Anomaly Database(Co RTAD) to quantify the spatial and temporal characteristics of chronic thermal stress and acute thermal stress to China's coral reefs in SCS from 1982 to 2009. We analyzed the trend of SST in summer and the thermal stress frequency, intensity and duration during this period. The results indicate that, as a chronic thermal stress, summer mean SST in SCS shows an average upward trend of 0.2℃/decade and the spatial pattern is heterogeneous. Waters of Xisha Islands and Dongsha Islands of the northern SCS are warming faster through time compared to Zhongsha Islands and Nansha Islands sea areas of the southern SCS. High frequency bleaching related thermal stress events for these reefs are seen in the area to the northwest of Luzon Island. Severe anomaly thermal stress events are more likely to occur during the subsequent year of the El Nino year for these coral reefs. 7Characterization of Carotenoid Accumulation and Carotenogenic Gene Expression During Fruit Development in Yellow and White Loquat Fruit显示文摘Accumulation of carotenoids in peel and pulp of the yellow-fleshe loquat ‘Zaozhong 6'(ZZ6) and the white-fleshe loquat ‘Baiyu'(BY) were tracked during different fruit development stages, and the expression of 15 carotenogenic genes were analyzed. During loquat fruit ripening the fresh weight content of β-carotene in peel and pulp of ZZ6 increased gradually and peaked at the fully ripe stage, reaching 68.53 μg·g^(-1)FW in the peel and 11.92 μg·g^(-1)FW in the pulp. In BY, the content of β-carotene in the peel increased and peaked at the fully ripe stage, reaching38.89 μg·g^(-1)FW, while it decreased in the pulp from the original 0.47 μg·g~(^(-1))FW and reduced to 0.29 μg·g~(^(-1))FW. The content of β-cryptoxanthin in the peel and pulp of ZZ6 and BY both increased steadily, and peaked at the fully ripe stage; however, the content of lutein decreased in the peel of ZZ6 and increased in the pulp, but in BY, it dropped and then rose in the peel. There was no significan change of β-cryptoxanthin in the pulp of BY. After the breaker stage, the m RNA levels of phytoene synthase(PSY) and chromoplast-specifi lycopene β-cyclase(CYCB) were higher in the peel, while CYCB and β-carotene hydroxylase(BCH) m RNAs were higher in the fles of ZZ6, compared with BY. 8Predictors of dysphagia screening and pneumonia among patients with acute ischaemic stroke in China:findings from the Chinese Stroke Center Alliance(CSCA)显示文摘Background and purpose Guidelines recommend dysphagia screening to identify those at high risk of pneumonia.However,little is known about the prevalence and predictors of dysphagia screening and pneumonia among patients with acute ischaemic stroke in China.Methods Using data from the Chinese Stroke Center Alliance,which is a multicentre,prospective,consecutive patient enrolment programme,univariate and multivariate analyses were conducted to identify patient and hospital characteristics associated with dysphagia screening and pneumonia during acute hospitalisation.Results Of 790811 patients admitted to 1476 hospitals,622718(78.7%)underwent dysphagia screening,and 64398(8.1%)developed pneumonia.Patients in stroke units were more likely to be screened for dysphagia than those not in stroke units(OR 1.50;95%CI 1.48 to 1.52),while patients with a past history of stroke were less likely to be screened(OR 0.87;95%CI 0.86 to 0.88).Dysphagia screening(OR 1.46;95%CI 1.30 to 1.65),dysphagia(OR 7.31;95%CI 7.15 to 7.46),and admission to stroke units(OR 1.17;95%CI 1.14 to 1.19)were significantly associated with a greater risk of pneumonia.Conclusions Dysphagia was a critical factor in the development of pneumonia.Nearly one in five patients with acute ischaemic stroke in the Chinese Stroke Center Alliance were not screened for dysphagia.Pneumonia prevention during acute hospitalisation is dependent not only on dysphagia screening but also on the effectiveness of subsequent dysphagia management interventions.Further studies are needed to elucidate the relationship between dysphagia screening,stroke unit care and pneumonia in patients with acute ischaemic stroke.Jianshu Liang Zhike Yin Zixiao Li Hongqiu Gu Kaixuan Yang Yunyun Xiong Yongjun Wang Chunjuan Wang 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,4:5

10Targeted energy transfer of a parallel nonlinear energy sink显示文摘A parallel nonlinear energy sink(NES) is proposed and analyzed. The parallel NES is composed of a vibro-impact(VI) NES and a cubic NES. The dynamical equation is given, and the essential analytical investigation is carried out to deal with the cubic nonlinearity and impact nonlinearity. Multiple time-scale expansion is introduced, and the zeroth order is derived to give a rough outline of the system. The underlying Hamilton dynamic equation is given, and then the optimal stiffness is expressed. The clearance is regarded as a critical factor for the VI. Based on the periodical impact treatment by analytical investigation, the relationships of the cubic stiffness, the clearance, and the zeroth-order attenuation amplitude of the linear primary oscillator(LPO) are obtained.A cubic NES under the optimal condition is compared with the parallel NES. Harmonic signals, harmonic signals with noises, and the excitation generated by a second-order?lter are considered as the potential excitation forces on the system. 13Immunomagnetic assay combined with CdSe/ZnS amplification of chemiluminescence for the detection of abscisic acid显示文摘Abscisic acid (ABA) is an important plant hormone. It plays a key role in regulating plant responses to abiotic stress and in controlling seed germination, growth, and stomatal aperture. A rapid, sensitive analytical method for the ABA detection is urgently required for further investigation of ABA signaling. In this work, an immunomagnetic assay combined with CdSe/ZnS amplification of chemiluminescence has been developed for the detection of ABA. The result could be read out in 30 min at least, with the simplified procedure of immunomagnetic assay. Under the optimized condition, a linear range from 1 pM to 10 nM was obtained. An unexpected result induced by the dose hook effect was discussed. 14Parametric identification of time-varying systems from free vibration using intrinsic chirp component decomposition显示文摘Time-varying systems are applied extensively in practical applications,and their related parameter identification techniques are of great significance for structural health monitoring of time-varying systems.To improve the identification accuracy for time-varying systems,this study puts forward a novel parameter identification approach in the time-frequency domain using intrinsic chirp component decomposition(ICCD).ICCD is a powerful tool for signal decomposition and parameter extraction,with good signal reconstruction capability in a high-noise environment.To maintain good identification effects for the time-varying system in a noisy environment,the proposed method introduces a redundant Fourier model for the non-stationary signal,including instantaneous frequency(IF)and instantaneous amplitude(IA).The accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed approach are demonstrated by a single-degree-of-freedom system with three types of time-varying parameters,as well as an example of a multi-degree-of-freedom system.The effects of different levels of measured noise on the identified results are also discussed in detail.Numerical results show that the proposed method is very effective in tracking the smooth,periodical,and non-smooth variations of time-varying systems over the entire identification time period even when the response signal is contaminated by intense noise.Sha Wei Shiqian Chen Xingjian Dong Zhike Peng Wenming Zhang 2020Acta Mechanica Sinica2020,36,1:3

16Spatial and Temporal Changes of Wetlands on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau from the 1970s to 2010s显示文摘Wetlands on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau(QTP) perform a dazzling array of vital ecological functions and are one of the most fragile ecosystems in the world. Timely and accurate information describing wetland resources and their changes over time is becoming more important in their protection and conservation. By using remote sensing data, this study intended to investigate spatial distribution and temporal variations of wetlands on the QTP at different watershed scales from 1970 s to 2010 s. Results show that wetlands on the QTP have undergone widespread degradation from 1970 s to 2010 s, with nearly 6.4% of their area being lost. Areas of freshwater marsh, salt marsh and wet meadow declined by 46.6%, 53.9% and 15.6%, respectively, while lake area increased by 14.6%. The most extensive losses of natural wetlands have occurred in endorheic basins, such as in the Kunlun-Altun-Qilian Drainage Basin and Qiangtang Basin, which shrank by 44.5% and 33.1%, respectively. A pronounced increase in temperature tends to facilitate the evaporation process and reduce water availability for wetlands. One-third of the wetlands on the QTP are under threat of being submerged due to lakes rising in recent years. 19Interfacial engineering of printable bottom back metal electrodes for full-solution processed flexible organic solar cells显示文摘Printing of metal bottom back electrodes of flexible organic solar cells(FOSCs) at low temperature is of great significance to realize the full-solution fabrication technology. However, this has been difficult to achieve because often the interfacial properties of those printed electrodes, including conductivity, roughness, work function,optical and mechanical flexibility, cannot meet the device requirement at the same time. In this work, we fabricate printed Ag and Cu bottom back cathodes by a low-temperature solution technique named polymer-assisted metal deposition(PAMD) on flexible PET substrates. Branched polyethylenimine(PEI) and ZnO thin films are used as the interface modification layers(IMLs) of these cathodes. Detailed experimental studies on the electrical, mechanical, and morphological properties, and simulation study on the optical properties of these IMLs are carried out to understand and optimize the interface of printed cathodes. We demonstrate that the highest power conversion efficiency over 3.0% can be achieved from a full-solution processed OFSC with the device structure being PAMDAg/PEI/P3 HT:PC_(61)BM/PH1000.
