| 3 | The influence of Stokes drift on oil spills:Sanchi oil spill case显示文摘Spilled oil floats and travels across the water’s surface under the influence of wind,currents,and wave action.Wave-induced Stokes drift is an important physical process that can affect surface water particles but that is currently absent from oil spill analyses.In this study,two methods are applied to determine the velocity of Stokes drift,the first calculates velocity from the wind-related formula based upon a one-dimensional frequency spectrum,while the second determines velocity directly from the wave model that was based on a twodimensional spectrum.The experimental results of numerous models indicated that:(1)oil simulations that include the influence of Stokes drift are more accurate than that those do not;(2)for medium and long-term simulations longer than two days or more,Stokes drift is a significant factor that should not be ignored,and its magnitude can reach about 2%of the wind speed;(3)the velocity of Stokes drift is related to the wind but is not linear.Therefore,Stokes drift cannot simply be replaced or substituted by simply increasing the wind drift factor,which can cause errors in oil spill projections;(4)the Stokes drift velocity obtained from the two-dimensional wave spectrum makes the oil spill simulation more accurate. | Yiqiu Yang Yan Li Juan Li Jingui Liu Zhiyi Gao Kaixuan Guo Han Yu | 2021 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,10: | 3 |
| 4 | Changes in Soil Enzyme Activity and Nutrient Content in Different Years of Continuous Cropping Tobacco Fields显示文摘In order to find out changes in the main fertility indicators of continuous cropping tobacco fields in Henan Province with years of continuous cropping,5 typical tobacco fields( Jia County,Shaoling District,Fangcheng County,Xiangcheng County,and Song County) were studied. Indicators in question included activity of main enzymes( sucrase,urease,catalase,and acid phosphatase),p H value,organic matters,total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium. The results indicate that in most tobacco fields,the activity of sucrase and urease increased in two years of continuous cropping,later,it showed a declining trend with increase in years of continuous cropping; in some fields,it directly declined with increase in years of continuous cropping; the activity of catalase increased in two years of continuous cropping,later,it showed a declining trend with increase in years of continuous cropping,and it became stable after three years of continuous cropping;generally,the activity of acid phosphatase declined with increase in the years of continuous cropping within 3 years continuous cropping,later,it became stable. Except Fangcheng County,the soil p H value of other districts( counties) generally declined with increase in years of continuous cropping,and it was in the range of 5. 6-6. 8. With the increase in continuous cropping,the soil organic matters( SOM) in tobacco fields of Jia County and Song County declined,changes of SOM in tobacco fields of Fangcheng County and Xiangcheng County were not obvious,and SOM showed the trend of first decline then rise in Shaoling District. In most tobacco fields( Jia County,Xiangcheng County,and Song County),the total nitrogen showed a declining trend; in Shaoling District,it showed a trend of first decline then rise; in Fangcheng County,it showed a rising trend. The available phosphorus firstly slightly declined then rose in tobacco fields of Shaoling District and Song County; it showed a trend of first rise then decline in Jia County; there were no obvious changes in Fangcheng County and Xiangcheng County. Changes in the available potassium were different in tobacco fields. In sum,there are certain rules for changes in soil enzyme activity and nutrient content in tobacco fields in Henan Province,but changes are not completely the same. It is concluded that the site conditions and farming activities exert a certain influence on soil enzyme activity,p H value,organic matters,and nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content. | 8 | Biomolecular Preservation of Miocene Fossil Liquidambar from Tiantai,China and Clarkia,USA:Implications for Palaeoenvironmental Study显示文摘Biomolecular characteristics of fossil Liquidambar from the Miocene Shengxian Formation, Tiantai, Zhejiang province in eastern China and Miocene Clarkia sediment, Idaho, U.S.A., are obtained by means of Pyrolysis-Gas chromatography-Mass spectrometry analysis(Py-GC-MS). Their modern equivalent(Liquidambar formosana) collected from Nanjing, eastern China, is also analyzed for comparison. The total ion chromatograms(TIC) of modern L. formosana leaves shows abundant pyrolysates of lignin, polysaccharide, aliphatic acid, and amino acid. However, only one polysaccharide molecule, i.e., levoglucosan, is retained in fossil Liquidambar leaves from the two Miocene sites with the Tiantai specimen possessing higher intensity. As expected, some lignin pyrolysates including benzene, phenol, guaiacol, vinylphenol and their derivatives, are detected in Miocene Tiantai L. miosinica. However, the lignin components with large molecular weight other than benzene and phenol compounds, are absent in Miocene Clarkia L. pachyphyllum. Abundant pristene and homologous series of n-alk-1-ene/n-alkane pairs with a long retention time are shown in pyrograms of both Tiantai and Clarkia fossils. Based upon our Py-GC-MS data, the molecular preservation in these Liquidambar leaf samples can be ranked as the following(from high to low quality respectively): modern sample >Tiantai sample >Clarkia sample. Vinyl phenol, an important compound, is present in modern and Tiantai Liquidambar leaves, while absent in Clarkia sample, implying that vinyl phenol may be sourced from lignin for Liquidambar leaves. Our data support the hypothesis of in situ polymerization for the origin of long-chain homologous series of n-alk-1-ene/nalkane pairs as leaf alteration products. | 9 | Controllable growth of type-II Dirac semimetal PtTe2 atomic layer on Au substrate for sensitive room temperature terahertz photodetection显示文摘Platinum telluride(PtTe_(2)),a member of metallic transition metal dichalcogenides,provides a new platform for investigating various properties such as type-II Dirac fermions,topological superconductivity,and wide-band photodetection.However,the study of PtTe_(2)is largely limited to exfoliated flakes,and its direct synthesis remains challenging.Herein,we report the controllable synthesis of highly crystalline 2D PtTe_(2)crystals with tunable morphology and thickness via chemical vapor deposition(CVD)growth on Au substrate.By adjusting Te amount and substrate temperature,anisotropic and isotropic growth modes of PtTe_(2)were realized on the solid and molten Au substrates,respectively.The domain size of PtTe_(2)crystal was achieved up to 30μm,and its thickness can be tuned from 5.6 to 50 nm via controlling the growth time.Furthermore,a metal–PtTe_(2)–metal structural device was fabricated to validate the wide-band terahertz(THz)photodetection from 0.04 to 0.3 THz at room temperature.Owing to the high crystallinity of PtTe_(2)crystal,the photodetector acquires high responsivity(30–250 mA W-1 from 0.12 to 0.3 THz),fast response rate(rise time:7μs,decay time:8μs),and high-quality imaging ability.Our work demonstrates the feasibility for realistic exploitation of high-performing photodetection system at THz band based on the CVDgrown 2D Dirac semimetal materials. | Yang Yang Kaixuan Zhang Libo Zhang Guo Hong Chao Chen Hongmei Jing Jiangbo Lu Peng Wang Xiaoshuang Chen Lin Wang Hua Xu | 2021 | InfoMat2021,3,6: | 1 |
| 10 | Highly sensitive smartphone-based detection of Listeria monocytogenes using SYTO9显示文摘Listeriosis is caused by Listeria monocytogenes(LM) and is currently considered to be one of the leading food-borne diseases worldwide, with mortality rate of 20%~30%. Currently, detection methods for LM are time-consuming with low sensitivity, and delayed detection results. SYTO9 has a high affinity for DNA and exhibits enhanced fluorescence upon binding. Therefore, this study used SYTO9 staining and image processing to develop a rapid loop mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) detection method for LM. Smartphone was successfully used for detecting the color change in different concentrations of LM. Besides, the optimized LAMP reaction temperature was 63 °C by color identification, and the limit of detection for LM was 6 copies/μL in the green channel. | 11 | Efficient gene transfection of suspension cells by highly branched poly(β-amino ester)显示文摘Suspension cells play a crucial role in many biological processes. However, compared to adherent cells, it is particularly challenging to introduce exogenous genes into suspension cells to regulate their biological functions with non-viral gene vectors, mainly due to the low cellular uptake and endosomal escape of polyplexes. Herein, to improve the interactions of polyplexes with cellular membranes, we design and synthesize highly branched poly(β-amino ester)(HPAE) via an “A2 + B4 + C2” Michael addition strategy.Results show that branching significantly increases DNA condensation of HPAE, cellular uptake and endosomal escape of HPAE/DNA polyplexes. In mast cells(MCs), HPAE exhibits up to 80-fold higher gene transfection efficiency compared to the corresponding linear poly(β-amino ester)(LPAE) and the leading commercial gene transfection reagents PEI25k, jetPEI, and Lipofectamine 3000, without causing obvious cytotoxicity. | 12 | Development and evaluation of a thermostatic nucleic acid testing device based on magnesium pyrophosphate precipitation for detecting Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei显示文摘Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei(EHP)infection has seriously affected prawn culture globally.The symptoms of the infection are not apparent,and traditional detection methods are time consuming and low in accuracy.We developed a new onsite rapid testing device(size 18.8×16.7×6.6 cm^(3))for EHP based on magnesium pyrophosphate precipitation and facilitated by loop mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP).The design and fabrication of the device enables efficient light absorbance.The device has a highly sensitive detector,high-precision thermal controller,and humanized touch screen.The temperature control precision of the device is 0.2-0.3℃ at 60℃,63℃,and 65℃.The coefficients of variation values(CVV)of the luminous power in one channel at light on and off were found to be 0.0097 and 0.0014,respectively,within 1 h.The CVV of the background,luminous power,and values of eight PCR tubes filled with pure water were all less than 5%.In the EHP experiment,eight samples(including seven positive and one negative)confirmed the effectiveness of the device,and four positive and four negative samples verified whether cross-contamination exists.Among them,the rise time of the curve was about 15 min.These results assert that the developed device exhibits enhanced stability and uniformity and has excellent performance with high sensitivity,good specificity,and low testing time.Moreover,the optimal and minimum absorbance range was 555-655 nm for monitoring the production of LAMP. | Zhu Chen Kaixuan Zhao Ziyu He Xiaofang Luo Zuodong Qin Yimin Tan Xiangming Zheng Zuozhong Wu Yan Deng Hui Chen Yuan Guo Song Li | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,8: | 0 |
| 13 | Enzootic epidemiology of Brucella in livestock in central Gansu Province after the National Brucellosis Prevention and Control Plan显示文摘Brucellosis remains one of the most common zoonoses spread worldwide,inducing enormous economic losses to the livestock industry and posing serious health threats to humans.Brucellosis re-emerged in China in the mid-1990s and reached a historically high level in 2015.The National Brucellosis Prevention and Control Plan(NBPCP)was initiated from 2016 to 2020.However,the present epidemiological status in livestock has not been elucidated,and whether Brucella variation occurred remains unclear.This study performed an extensive serological investigation in ruminant livestock from 2019 to 2021 in central Gansu Province,China.In total,11,296 samples from 337 farms were collected to detect the specific antibodies of Brucella.The yearly average serological prevalence of Brucella at the flock level and individual level declined from 11.32%to 8.26%and 1.17%to 0.57%,respectively.The apparent individuallevel seroprevalence of small and large ruminants was 0.89%and 0.52%,respectively.The brucellosis distribution has shifted from pastoral areas to agro-pastoral areas.Flock size and gender may be major risks of Brucella infection.Then,the B.melitensis TZ strain was isolated from female Tibetan sheep blood cell lysates.Phonotypical characterization demonstrated that it belongs to B.melitensis.biovar 3,and multilocus sequencing typing results indicated that it belongs to ST8.The whole genome and subsequent phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that the B.melitensis TZ strain is genetically more closely related to the B.melitensis QH61 strain.The B.melitensis TZ strain has similar growth characteristics to the B.melitensis 16 M strain.Overall,our study suggests that after strengthening control and prevention measures based on the NBPCP,there is a very low prevalence or absence of B.melitensis in the central Gansu Province of China,and the genotype of an epidemic strain of Brucella in Northwest China is relatively stable. | Yupeng Fang Jianjun Wang Guanyin Zhang Fengdong Zhu Chaoyue Guo Jiandong Zhang Kaixuan Guo Yun Deng Jinxue Zhang Huanchun Chen Zhengfei Liu | 2023 | Animal Diseases2023,3,2: | 0 |
| 14 | Band-like transport in non-fullerene acceptor semiconductor Y6显示文摘The recently reported non-fullerene acceptor(NFA)Y6 has been extensively investigated for high-performance organic solar cells.However,its charge transport property and physics have not been fully studied.In this work,we acquired a deeper understanding of the charge transport in Y6 by fabricating and characterizing thin-film transistors(TFTs),and found that the electron mobility of Y6 is over 0.3-0.4 cm^(2)/(V⋅s)in top-gate bottom-contact devices,which is at least one order of magnitude higher than that of another well-known NFA ITIC.More importantly,we observed band-like transport in Y6 spin-coated films through temperature-dependent measurements on TFTs.This is particularly amazing since such transport behavior is rarely seen in polycrystalline organic semiconductor films.Further morphology characterization and discussions indicate that the band-like transport originates from the unique molecule packing motif of Y6 and the special phase of the film.As such,this work not only demonstrates the superior charge transport property of Y6,but also suggests the great potential of developing high-mobility n-type organic semiconductors,on the basis of Y6. | Kaixuan Chen Huan Wei Ping-An Chen Yu Liu Jing Guo Jiangnan Xia Haihong Xie Xincan Qiu Yuanyuan Hu | 2022 | Frontiers of Optoelectronics2022,15,2: | 0 |

| 17 | RS-SVM Machine Learning Approach Driven by Case Data for Selecting Urban Drainage Network Restoration Scheme显示文摘Urban drainage pipe network is the backbone of urban drainage,flood control and water pollution prevention,and is also an essential symbol to measure the level of urban modernization.A large number of underground drainage pipe networks in aged urban areas have been laid for a long time and have reached or practically reached the service age.The repair of drainage pipe networks has attracted extensive attention from all walks of life.Since the Ministry of ecological environment and the national development and Reform Commission jointly issued the action plan for the Yangtze River Protection and restoration in 2019,various provinces in the Yangtze River Basin,such as Anhui,Jiangxi and Hunan,have extensively carried out PPp projects for urban pipeline restoration,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of sewage treatment.Based on the management practice of urban pipe network restoration project in Wuhu City,Anhui Province,this paper analyzes the problems of lengthy construction period and repeated operation caused by the mismatch between the design schedule of the restoration scheme and the construction schedule of the pipe network restoration in the existing project management mode,and proposes a model of urban drainage pipe network restoration scheme selection based on the improved support vector machine.The validity and feasibility of the model are analyzed and verified by collecting the data in the project practice.The research results show that the model has a favorable effect on the selection of urban drainage pipeline restoration schemes,and its accuracy can reach 90%.The research results can provide method guidance and technical support for the rapid decision-making of urban drainage pipeline restoration projects. | Li Jiang Zheng Geng Dongxiao Gu Shuai Guo Rongmin Huang Haoke Cheng Kaixuan Zhu | 2023 | Data Intelligence2023,5,2: | 0 |
