| 3 | Monolayer MoS_(2)-based transistors with low contact resistance by inserting ultrathin Al_(2)O_(3)interfacial layer显示文摘Transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)are promising high performance electronic materials due to their interesting semiconductor properties.However,it is acknowledged that the effective electrical contact between TMDCs-layered materials and metals remains one of the major challenges.In this work,the homogeneous monolayer MoS_(2)films with high crystalline quality were prepared by chemical vapor deposition method on SiO2/Si substrates.The back-gate field-effect transistors(FETs)were fabricated by inserting an ultrathin Al_(2)O_(3)interlayer between the metal electrodes and MoS_(2)nanosheets.With the addition of an ultrathin 0.8 nm Al_(2)O_(3)interlayer,the contact resistance decreased dramatically from 59.9 to 1.3 kΩμm and the Schottky barrier height(SBH)dropped from 102 to 27 meV compared with devices without the Al_(2)O_(3)interlayer.At the same time,the switching ratio increased from~106to~108,and both the on-current and field-effect mobility were greatly improved.We find that the ultrathin Al_(2)O_(3)interlayer can not only reduce the SBH to alleviate the Fermi level pinning phenomenon at the interface,but also protect the channel materials from the influence of air and moisture as a covering layer.In addition,the lattice and band structures of Al_(2)O_(3)/MoS_(2)film were calculated and analyzed by first-principles calculation.It is found that the total density of states of the Al_(2)O_(3)/MoS_(2)film exhibits interfacial polarized metals property,which proves the higher carrier transport characteristics.FETs with Al_(2)O_(3)interlayers have excellent stability and repeatability,which can provide effective references for future low power and high performance electronic devices. | CHEN Gang LIN Xin LIU Yuan WANG Fang HU Kai SHAN Xin WU ZeYu ZHANG YuPeng NIE WeiCan ZHONG JiXiang REN TianLing ZHANG KaiLiang | 2023 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,6: | 2 |

| 7 | Research on EPS application to very wide highway embankments in permafrost regions显示文摘In order to maintain the thermal stability of very wide highway embankments in permafrost regions, the thermal isolation material EPS is often utilized. To examine the effects of this insulation on the China National Highway (G214), two-dimensional finite element analysis of temperature fields was conducted for varying widths of highway embankments with and without EPS insulation. The numerical results show that in permafrost regions the effect of thermal aggregation on asphalt pavement is more obvious when highway embankments are wider, and, specifically for the G214 highway, the insulation should be more than 25 cm thick for 24-m-wide embankments. | 9 | Effects of different ridge-furrow mulching systems on yield and water use efficiency of summer maize in the Loess Plateau of China显示文摘Ridge-furrow film mulching has been proven to be an effective water-saving and yield-improving planting pattern in arid and semi-arid regions.Drought is the main factor limiting the local agricultural production in the Loess Plateau of China.In this study,we tried to select a suitable ridge-furrow mulching system to improve this situation.A two-year field experiment of summer maize(Zea mays L.)during the growing seasons of 2017 and 2018 was conducted to systematically analyze the effects of flat planting with no film mulching(CK),ridge-furrow with ridges mulching and furrows bare(RFM),and double ridges and furrows full mulching(DRFFM)on soil temperature,soil water storage(SWS),root growth,aboveground dry matter,water use efficiency(WUE),and grain yield.Both RFM and DRFFM significantly increased soil temperature in ridges,while soil temperature in furrows for RFM and DRFFM was similar to that for CK.The largest SWS was observed in DRFFM,followed by RFM and CK,with significant differences among them.SWS was lower in ridges than in furrows for RFM.DRFFM treatment kept soil water in ridges,resulting in higher SWS in ridges than in furrows after a period of no water input.Across the two growing seasons,compared with CK,RFM increased root mass by 10.2%and 19.3%at the jointing and filling stages,respectively,and DRFFM increased root mass by 7.9%at the jointing stage but decreased root mass by 6.0%at the filling stage.Over the two growing seasons,root length at the jointing and filling stages was respectively increased by 75.4%and 58.7%in DRFFM,and 20.6%and 30.2%in RFM.Relative to the jointing stage,the increased proportions of root mass and length at the filling stage were respectively 42.8%and 94.9%in DRFFM,63.2%and 115.1%in CK,and 76.7%and 132.1%in RFM,over the two growing seasons,showing that DRFFM slowed down root growth while RFM promoted root growth at the later growth stages.DRFFM treatment increased root mass and root length in ridges and decreased them in 0-30 cm soil layer,while RFM increased them in 0-30 cm soil layer.Compared with CK,DRFFM decreased aboveground dry matter while RFM increased it.Evapotranspiration was reduced by 9.8%and 7.1%in DRFFM and RFM,respectively,across the two growing seasons.Grain yield was decreased by 14.3%in DRFFM and increased by 13.6%in RFM compared with CK over the two growing seasons.WUE in CK was non-significantly 6.8%higher than that in DRFFM and significantly 22.5%lower than that in RFM across the two growing seasons.Thus,RFM planting pattern is recommended as a viable water-saving option for summer maize in the Loess Plateau of China. | CHEN Pengpeng GU Xiaobo LI Yuannong QIAO Linran LI Yupeng FANG Heng YIN Minhua ZHOU Changming | 2021 | Journal of Arid Land2021,13,9: | 1 |
| 10 | Monitoring and analysis of ground temperature and deformation within Qinghai-Tibet Highway subgrade in permafrost region显示文摘In order to study the stability of the Qinghai-Tibet Highway embankment at Chumaerhe in the permafrost region of northwest China, the ground temperature and deformation at different depths were monitored under the left and right shoulders of the embankment where thermosyphons were set up only on the left shoulder. Based on the monitored data, characteristics of ground temperature and deformation of the left and right shoulders are analyzed and discussed. The results show that the start time of freezing or thawing of the seasonal active layer was about one to two months later than that of the embankment body itself. The stability of each shoulder was mainly controlled by the settlement of different soil layers, whereas frost heave of soil had scarcely any effect on the stability of the embankment. For the left shoulder, the settlement was mainly influenced by the seasonal active layer and then by the embankment body itself, due to freeze-thaw cycles which may change the soil properties; however, the permafrost layer remained fairly stable. For the right shoulder, creep of the warm permafrost layer was the main influence factor on its stability, followed by settlement of embankment body itself, and finally settlement of the seasonal active layer. | 13 | Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of | 14 | Enzootic epidemiology of Brucella in livestock in central Gansu Province after the National Brucellosis Prevention and Control Plan显示文摘Brucellosis remains one of the most common zoonoses spread worldwide,inducing enormous economic losses to the livestock industry and posing serious health threats to humans.Brucellosis re-emerged in China in the mid-1990s and reached a historically high level in 2015.The National Brucellosis Prevention and Control Plan(NBPCP)was initiated from 2016 to 2020.However,the present epidemiological status in livestock has not been elucidated,and whether Brucella variation occurred remains unclear.This study performed an extensive serological investigation in ruminant livestock from 2019 to 2021 in central Gansu Province,China.In total,11,296 samples from 337 farms were collected to detect the specific antibodies of Brucella.The yearly average serological prevalence of Brucella at the flock level and individual level declined from 11.32%to 8.26%and 1.17%to 0.57%,respectively.The apparent individuallevel seroprevalence of small and large ruminants was 0.89%and 0.52%,respectively.The brucellosis distribution has shifted from pastoral areas to agro-pastoral areas.Flock size and gender may be major risks of Brucella infection.Then,the B.melitensis TZ strain was isolated from female Tibetan sheep blood cell lysates.Phonotypical characterization demonstrated that it belongs to B.melitensis.biovar 3,and multilocus sequencing typing results indicated that it belongs to ST8.The whole genome and subsequent phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that the B.melitensis TZ strain is genetically more closely related to the B.melitensis QH61 strain.The B.melitensis TZ strain has similar growth characteristics to the B.melitensis 16 M strain.Overall,our study suggests that after strengthening control and prevention measures based on the NBPCP,there is a very low prevalence or absence of B.melitensis in the central Gansu Province of China,and the genotype of an epidemic strain of Brucella in Northwest China is relatively stable. | Yupeng Fang Jianjun Wang Guanyin Zhang Fengdong Zhu Chaoyue Guo Jiandong Zhang Kaixuan Guo Yun Deng Jinxue Zhang Huanchun Chen Zhengfei Liu | 2023 | Animal Diseases2023,3,2: | 0 |

| 17 | Evaluation of the performance of Ca-deficient hydroxyapatite(CDHA)/MgF_(2)bilayer coating on biodegradable high-purity magnesium in a femoral condyle defect model in rabbits显示文摘The two most critical factors in promoting the clinical translation of magnesium(Mg)are reducing its degradation rate and improving its osteogenesis.In this study,a Ca-deficient hydroxyapatite(CDHA)/MgF_(2)bilayer coating was prepared on high-purity magnesium(HP Mg)rods by fluorination and hydrothermal treatment.Scanning electron microscope showed that the thickness of the bilayer coating was 3.78 lm and that the surface morphology was nanoscale.In an in vivo experiment on femoral condyle defects in rabbits,the serum magnesium ion levels of rabbits were always in the normal range after surgery,and the liver and kidney functions were not abnormal,which indicated that the CDHA/MgF_(2)bilayer coating has good biosafety.Micro-CT showed that the CDHA/MgF_(2)bilayer coating significantly reduced the degradation rate of the HP Mg rods and enhanced the promotion of bone formation.Hard tissue sections showed that the CDHA/MgF_(2)bilayer coating gave the bone tissue a tight contact interface with the HP Mg rod and improved the bone mass.Immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and BMP-2 was more obvious.These results confirm that the CDHA/MgF_(2)bilayer coating can improve the properties of HP Mg and provide a basis for the further transformation of HP Mg in the future.It also provides a new reference for the surface modification of magnesiummetal. | Shibo Huang Junlei Li Kairong Qin Zhiqiang Wang Jiahui Yang Fang Cao Weirong Li Yupeng Liu Lipeng Liu Dewei Zhao | 2022 | Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1: | 0 |

The optimization method is proposed based on the interpolation approximation principle. The real-time correction sensitivities are repeatedly measured at each radiant power.The relative system error of sensitivity nonlinearity is 2.2%. The impact of sensitivity nonlinearity is analyzed.The radiant powers are measured by the optimization method and the traditional method. The comparison experiment results illustrate that the optimization method improves the measure accuracy to 0. 1%. The sensitivity nonlinearity is compensated by the real-time correction. Thus,the optimization method significantly improves the calibration precision of ground-based comparison experiment.
