2Phylogenetic constrains on mycorrhizal specificity in eight Dendrobium(Orchidaceae) species显示文摘Plant phylogeny constrains orchid mycorrhizal(OrM) fungal community composition in some orchids. Here, we investigated the structures of the OrM fungal communities of eight Dendrobium species in one niche to determine whether similarities in the OrM fungal communities correlated with the phylogeny of the host plants and whether the Dendrobium-OrM fungal interactions are phylogenetically conserved. A phylogeny based on DNA data was constructed for the eight coexisting Dendrobium species,and the OrM fungal communities were characterized by their roots. There were 31 different fungal lineages associated with the eight Dendrobium species. In total, 82.98% of the identified associations belonging to Tulasnellaceae, and a smaller proportion involved members of the unknown Basidiomycota(9.67%). Community analyses revealed that phylogenetically related Dendrobium tended to interact with a similar set of Tulasnellaceae fungi. The interactions between Dendrobium and Tulasnellaceae fungi were significantly influenced by the phylogenetic relationships among the Dendrobium species. 3SwordDTA: A Dynamic Taint Analysis Tool for Software Vulnerability Detection显示文摘Software vulnerabilities are the root cause of various information security incidents while dynamic taint analysis is an emerging program analysis technique. In this paper, to maximize the use of the technique to detect software vulnerabilities, we present Sword DTA, a tool that can perform dynamic taint analysis for binaries. This tool is flexible and extensible that it can work with commodity software and hardware. It can be used to detect software vulnerabilities with vulnerability modeling and taint check. We evaluate it with a number of commonly used real-world applications. 4Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicines on Helicobacter pylori-associated gastroduodenal ulcers: a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect and safety of Chinese herbal medicines on Helicobacter pylori(HP)-associated gastroduodenal ulcers.METHODS: All randomized controlled trials(RCTs)listed in the PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,WanFang, China Science and Technology Journal Database and SinoMed databases that were published in English or Chinese were searched, and the retrieval time range was from database inception to December 31, 2018. A comprehensive Meta-analysis of all publications was performed with RevMan 5.3 software, and the quality of the evidence report-ed in the results of Meta-analysis was analyzed with GRADE profiler software(version 3.6.1). Dichotomous data were analyzed by calculating odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals(CIs). Outcome measures included the HP clearance rate and percentage of adverse effects.RESULTS: Eight trials with 919 participants were included in this Meta-analysis. Compared with the effects of single drug therapy on HP-associated gastroduodenal ulcers, according to the statistical analysis, odds ratios for the HP clearance rate and percentage of adverse effects of Chinese herbal medicines administered as complementary medicines combined with drugs were 3.10 [95% CI(2.21, 4.36),P < 0.01] and 0.28 [95% CI(0.15, 0.52), P < 0.01], respectively, and the differences were statistically significant. According to the GRADE analysis, the quality of evidence for the HP clearance rate and percentage of adverse effects were both very low.CONCLUSION: Compared with using the drug therapy only, the combination of Chinese herbal medicines with the drug therapy more effectively eliminates HP and alleviates adverse reactions. 9Construction of alkyl-substituted 7-norbornenones through Diels-Alder cycloaddition of electron-deficient olefins and a cyclopentadienone derivative generated in situ显示文摘Dimeric sesquiterpenoids possessing densely substituted 7-norbornenone/7-norbornenol motifs pose a considerable challenge for chemical synthesis. From a strategic perspective, one could envision intermolecular Diels-Alder cycloaddition as a straightforward method for assembling alkyl-substituted 7-norbornenones. However, this approach is hindered by lability of the required dienes, namely alkylsubstituted cyclopentadienones. Here we report a one-pot protocol for construction of alkyl-substituted7-norbornenones from electron-deficient olefins and a cyclopentenone derivative. DDQ was found to be an effective oxidant for generating a cyclopentadienone intermediate in situ from the enone. 10Dppa3 is critical for Lin28a-regulated ES cells na?ve–primed state conversion显示文摘Lin28a is a pluripotent factor that promotes somatic cell reprogramming. Unlike other pluripotent factors, Lin28a expression is transient and accumulated in primed embryonic stem (ES) cells, but its exact function and mechanism in the conversion of ES cells from naive to primed state remain unclear. Here, we present evidence for Dppa3, a protein originally known for its role in germ cell development, as a downstream target of Lin28a in naive–primed conversion. Using rescue experiment, we demonstrate that Dppa3 functions predominantly downstream of Lin28a during naive–primed state conversion. Higher level of Lin28a prevents let-7 maturation and results in Dnmt3a/b (target of let-7) upregulation, which in turn induces hypermethylation of the Dppa3 promoter. Dppa3 demarcates naive versus primed pluripotency states. 11Research on the Measurement of Urban Sprawl with a Multi-Factor Indicator in the Context of Rapid Urbanization in China显示文摘This paper attempts to create a multi-factor urban sprawl indicator containing population, economy, land use, and infrastructure by using statistical data, and empirically measures the urban sprawl level of 69 cities in China between 2000 to 2014. It then analyzes the results from regional and periodic perspectives, and divides urban sprawl into four types as well as discusses their characteristics.
