1Dual Space SVDD Based Radar Target Recognition from HRRP显示文摘In radar target recognition based on kernel method, Support vector data description(SVDD) has been applied to High resolution range profiles(HRRPs)recognition. In this paper, first, three distribution models,i.e., Membership model, Cloud model, Gaussian mixture model, are developed to describe distribution characteristics of HRRPs in extended space. Secondly, test HRRPs in multi-target hypersphere spaces are classified, in accordance with their multi-space distributing characteristics,into two types, i.e., shrink sample and slack sample. Determination of the property of a test sample is achieved by using the minimum relative distance for shrink samples and three distribution models for slack samples, respectively. Thus three HRRP recognition methods based on dual space SVDD are formed. 5Toughness improvement mechanism and evaluation of cement concrete for road pavement:A review显示文摘Traditional cement concrete has the disadvantages of low tensile strength,poor toughness,and rapid development of cracks while cracking,which causes a significantly negative influence on the safety and durability of concrete road pavement.This paper presents a state-of-the-art review of toughness improvement mechanisms and evaluation methods of cement concrete for road pavement.The review indicates that(i)The performance of concrete material depends on its material composition and internal structure.Aggregate size,cement properties and admixtures are the main factors of concrete toughness.(ii)The incorporation of rubber or fiber in pavement concrete improves the toughness of concrete materials.However,these additions must be maintained within a reasonable range.The amount of rubber and fiber are encouraged not more than 30%of the volume of fine aggregate and 2%of the volume of concrete,respectively.(iii)The toughness of pavement concrete material includes the toughness regarding bending,impact and fracture.The toughness of cement concrete for highway and municipal pavement is generally evaluated by bending and fracture toughness,while the toughness of airfield pavement concrete is more focused on impact toughness.(iv)The toughening measures of cement concrete for road pavement are mainly mixed with rubber or fiber,while these two materials have their defects,and the application of hightoughness cement concrete in the actual road still faces many challenges.For example,the synergistic effect of rubber and fiber,the development and application of new flexible admixtures,and the formulation of the toughness index of pavement cement concrete materials need further research.Mingjing Fang Yiming Chen Yungang Deng Zhe Wang Mengjun Zhu 2023Journal of Road Engineering2023,3,2:1

14Visible-to-near-infrared photodetectors based on SnS/SnSe_(2)and SnSe/SnSe_(2)p−n heterostructures with a fast response speed and high normalized detectivity显示文摘The emergent two-dimensional(2D)material,tin diselenide(SnSe_(2)),has garnered significant consideration for its potential in image capturing systems,optical communication,and optoelectronic memory.Nevertheless,SnSe_(2)-based photodetection faces obstacles,including slow response speed and low normalized detectivity.In this work,photodetectors based on SnS/SnSe_(2)and SnSe/SnSe_(2)p−n heterostructures have been implemented through a polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)−assisted transfer method.These photodetectors demonstrate broad-spectrum photoresponse within the 405 to 850 nm wavelength range.The photodetector based on the SnS/SnSe_(2)heterostructure exhibits a significant responsivity of 4.99×10^(3)A∙W^(−1),normalized detectivity of 5.80×10^(12)cm∙Hz^(1/2)∙W^(−1),and fast response time of 3.13 ms,respectively,owing to the built-in electric field.Meanwhile,the highest values of responsivity,normalized detectivity,and response time for the photodetector based on the SnSe/SnSe_(2)heterostructure are 5.91×10^(3)A∙W^(−1),7.03×10^(12)cm∙Hz^(1/2)∙W−1,and 4.74 ms,respectively.And their photodetection performances transcend those of photodetectors based on individual SnSe_(2),SnS,SnSe,and other commonly used 2D materials.Our work has demonstrated an effective strategy to improve the performance of SnSe_(2)-based photodetectors and paves the way for their future commercialization.Xinfa Zhu Weishuai Duan Xiancheng Meng Xiyu Jia Yonghui Zhang Pengyu Zhou Mengjun Wang Hongxing Zheng Chao Fan 2024Journal of Semiconductors2024,45,3:0
15Thermal Degradation of PCDD/Fs Promoted by Alcohol Amines in Different Types of Incinerator Ashes显示文摘The low-temperature thermal treatment to degrade PCDD/Fs contained in fly ash was promoted by alcohol amines in a closed system. Three types of fly ash collected separately from municipal solid waste incinerator, medical waste incinerator and hazardous waste incinerator, were compared. Experimental design was used to investigate the homologue patterns of PCDD/Fs and distribution of the toxic congeners in fly ash from incinerator after thermal treatment promoted by alcohol amines. The effect of ethanolamine (MEA) on the hydrodechlorination reaction of polychlorinated aromatics pollutants on fly ash from solid waste incinerator was carried out, and the three ashes clearly showed different degradation potentials for PCDD/F during thermal treatment. Results from the present study indicate that (1) the concentration of alkaline species and metals strongly influenced the degradation of PCDD/F; (2) after addition of 8% MEA, the toxicity equivalent (TEQ) values of PCDD/Fs in fly ash were significantly lower than those obtained without MEA. 49%–71% of PCDD/Fs in TEQ was removed from different types of ash at 250℃ with 8% MEA; (3) the destruction and dechlorination are major mechanism for PCDD/Fs degradation.FAN Yun ZHU Meiwen NI Yuwen CHEN Jiping CHEN Mengjun 2013矿物学报2013,33,S1:0
16Application of Activated Carbon in the Removal of COD in Zero-emission Reverse Osmosis Concentrate显示文摘For further reducing the load of subsequent processing,the activated carbon adsorption method was used to remove organic compounds from reverse osmosis water concentrate,and the influence of variety of activated carbon,residence time,dosage of activated carbon and p H on the removal rate of COD was studied.The results show that the removal rate of COD was up to 61.8%under the conditions of influent p H=6,400 ml water,30 min of residence time and 1.5 g of 2#activated carbon as the adsorbent.In the dynamic adsorption experiment and field application,the adsorption tower was loaded with 40 tons of 2#activated carbon,and the inflow of influent water was 100 m^3/h;average COD was 142 mg/L,and p H was 8.04;the residence time was 36 min.Under the above conditions,when effluent COD was less than 60 mg/L,the adsorption capacity of activated carbon was up to 1330 m^3/t.Li Jun Liu Xiaojing Tian Lei Zhu Haichen Li Mengjun 2019Meteorological and Environmental Research2019,10,6:0
17Mechanical Analysis for Two-layered Ultrahigh Pressure Apparatus with Interlayer Pressure显示文摘To improve the bearing pressure capacity of ultrahigh pressure apparatus,the internal autofrettaged cylinder with interlayer pressure(ACCIP)is introduced,and the analytical model for the ACCIP structure and its derivation are presented as well.Calculation showed that the ACCIP method enhance bearing pressure of the apparatus obviously;optimization results revealed that under the working pressure pw=1.07σs and different radius ratios,the ACCIP method can keep the apparatus in deformed-elastically state;And when the pw=1.07σs,the minimum radius ratio was approximate 3.29,in this case,no yielding happened.The above results demonstrate that the ACCIP method is a promising technique to improve the bearing pressure of ultrahigh pressure apparatus,and the analytical model for the ACCIP method is also reasonable.In addition,the minimum radius ratio ro/ri under randomly specified workload can be Fig.d out by the analytical model proposed in this work.Mengjun ZHAO Pengchen ZHU Zan LIU Chao KANG 2021Mechanical Engineering Science2021,3,1:0

19Recognition for avian influenza virus proteins based on support vector machine and linear discriminant analysis显示文摘Total 200 properties related to structural characteristics were employed to represent structures of 400 HA coded proteins of influenza virus as training samples. Some recognition models for HA proteins of avian influenza virus (AIV) were developed using support vector machine (SVM) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA). The results obtained from LDA are as follows: the identification accuracy (Ria) for training samples is 99.8% and Ria by leave one out cross validation is 99.5%. Both Ria of 99.8% for training samples and Ria of 99.3% by leave one out cross validation are obtained using SVM model, respectively. External 200 HA proteins of influenza virus were used to validate the external predictive power of the resulting model. 20On-site conversion reaction enables ion-conducting surface on red phosphorus/carbon anode for durable and fast sodium-ion batteries显示文摘The practical applications of high-capacity alloy-type anode materials in sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are challenged by their vast volume effects and resulting unstable electrode-electrolyte interphases during discharge-charge cycling.Taking red phosphorus(P)/carbon anode material as an example,we report an on-site conversion reaction to intentionally eliminate the volume effect-dominated surface P and yield an ionically conducting layer of Na3PS4solid-state electrolyte on the composite.Such a surface reconstruction can significantly suppress the electrode swelling and simultaneously enable the activation energy of interfacial Na+transfer as low as 36.7 k J mol^(-1),resulting in excellent electrode stability and ultrafast reaction kinetics.Consequently,excellent cycling performance(510 mA h g^(-1)at 5 A g^(-1)after 1000 cycles with a tiny capacity fading rate of 0.016%per cycle)and outstanding rate capability(484 mA h g^(-1)at 10 A g^(-1)are achieved in half cells.When coupled with Na_(3)V_(2)(PO4)3cathode,the full cells exhibit 100%capacity retention over 200 cycles at 5C with an average Coulombic efficiency of 99.93%and a high energy density of 125.5 W h kg^(-1)at a power density of 8215.6 W kg^(-1)(charge or discharge within~49 s).Remarkably,the full cell can steadily operate at a high areal capacity of 1.9 mA h cm^(-2),the highest level among red P-based full SIBs ever reported.Jiangping Song Xin Peng Dan Liu Hao Li Mengjun Wu Kan Fang Xinxin Zhu Xinyuan Xiang Haolin Tang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,5:0
