| 1 | Pattern and timing of late Cenozoic rapid exhumation and uplift of the Helan Mountain,China显示文摘The Helan Mountain, an intraplate deformation belt in the North China Craton, is located in the northern portion of the China North-South seismic belt, and at the northwestern margin of the Ordos Block. The Cenozoic deformation history of the Helan Mountain is characterized by extension along the eastern Helan Mountain fault (EHSF), resulting in the exhumation and uplift of the Helan Mountain, relative to the rifting of the adjacent Yinchuan Basin. Here we present new apatite fission track (AFT) data from several transects adjacent to the EHSF in the central and northern Helan Mountain. AFT ages from the northern Helan Mountain (Dawukou and Zhengyiguan transects) range from 10 Ma to 89 Ma, whereas AFT ages from the southern Helan Mountain (Suyukou transect) are greater than 71 Ma. The AFT data analysis reveals initiation of rapid uplift and exhumation of the Helan Mountain at 10–12 Ma. Additionally, a plot of the AFT ages versus their mean track length shows a distinctive 'boomerang' pattern indicating that the Helan Mountain experienced a discrete phase of accelerated exhumation beginning at 10-12 Ma. Spatially, AFT samples systematically increase in age away from the EHSF and are consistent with late Cenozoic exhumation that was slow in the southwestern Helan Mountain and rapid in the northeastern Helan Mountain, as well more rapid adjacent to the EHSF and slower away from the EHSF. Obviously, the spatial distribution of late Cenozoic exhumation indicates that normal faulting of the EHSF is related to southwestward tilting and rapid exhumation of the Helan Mountain beginning at 10–12 Ma. | 6 | A thermodynamic potential for barium zirconate titanate solid solutions显示文摘Barium zirconate titanate[Ba(ZrxTi_(1−x))O_(3)]solid solutions are promising lead-free ferroelectric materials that have received substantial interest.Thermodynamic analysis based on phenomenological Landau–Devonshire theory is a powerful method for theoretical investigation of ferroelectric materials,but cannot be applied to Ba(ZrxTi1−x)O3 because there is no thermodynamic potential.In this paper,a thermodynamic potential for Ba(ZrxTi_(1−x))O_(3)(0≤x≤0.3)solid solutions is constructed,and then a thermodynamic analysis carried out.The results accurately reproduce known phase structures and their transition temperatures,with good agreement with experimentally measured polarization,dielectric,and piezoelectric constants.It is found that Ba(ZrxTi_(1−x))O_(3) solid solutions at room temperature have three phase boundaries,including a tetragonal–orthorhombic phase boundary at x=0.013,an orthorhombic–rhombohedral phase boundary at x=0.0798,and a rhombohedral–paraelectric phase boundary at x=0.2135.The results also indicate that the chemical composition-induced ferroelectric–paraelectric phase boundary has superior electromechanical properties,suggesting a new way to enhance electromechanical coupling in Ba(ZrxTi_(1−x))O_(3) solid solutions. | Jinlin Peng Dongliang Shan Yunya Liu Kai Pan Chihou Lei Ningbo He Zhenyu Zhang Qiong Yang | 2018 | npj Computational Materials2018,,1: | 3 |

| 9 | An unconventional phase field modeling of domains formation and evolution in tetragonal ferroelectrics显示文摘Based on characteristic functions of variants, we developed an unconventional phase field modeling for investigating domains formation and evolution in tetragonal ferroelectrics. In order to develop this computational approach, we constructed the anisotropy energy of tetragonal variants, which is used instead of Landau-Devonshire potential in the conventional phase field method, resulting in that much fewer parameters are needed for simulations. This approach is advantageous in simulations of emerging ferroelectric materials. We employ it to study the formation and evolution of domains in tetragonal barium titanate single crystal, as well as the nonlinear behaviors under cyclical stress and electric field loading. A multi-rank laminated ferroelectric domain pattern, 90° domain switching accompanied by polarization rotation, and 180° domain switching accompanied by move of domain wall are predicted. It is found that the speed of 90° domain switching is slower than that of 180° domain switching, due to both polarization and transformation strain changed in 90° domain switching. It also suggests that large strain actuation can be generated in single crystal ferroelectrics via combined electromechanical loading inducing 90° domain switching. | 10 | The Geological Significance of the Deformation and Geochronology of the Xiaotian–Mozitan Shear Zone in the Dabie Orogenic Belt(East-Central China)显示文摘The Xiaotian–Mozitan Shear Zone(XMSZ)is the boundary of the Dabie High-grade Metamorphic Complex(DHMC)and the North Huaiyang Tectonic Belt.It was deformed in ductile conditions with a top-to-NW/WNW movement.Geothermometers applied to mineral parageneses in mylonites of the shear zone give a temperature range of 623–691°C for the predeformation and 515–568°C for the syndeformation,respectively,which indicates a retrograde process of evolution.A few groups of zircon U-Pb ages were obtained from undeformed granitic veins and different types of deformed rocks in the zone.Zircons from the felsic ultramylonites are all magmatic,producing a weighted mean 206Pb/238U age of 754±8.1 Ma,which indicates the time of magmatic activities caused by rifting in the Neoproterozoic.Zircons from the granitic veins,cutting into the mylonites,are also of magmatic origin,producing a weighted mean 206 Pb/238 U age of 130±2.5 Ma,which represents the time of regional magmatic activity in the Cretaceous.Zircons from the mylonitic gneisses are of anatectic-metamorphic origins and are characterized by a core-mantle interior texture,which yielded several populations of ages including the Neoproterozoic ages with a weighted mean 206 Pb/238 U age of 762±18 Ma,similar to that of the felsic ultramylonites and the Early Cretaceous ages with a weighted mean 206Pb/238U age of 143±1.8 Ma,indicating the anatectic metamorphism in the Dabie Orogenic Belt(DOB).Based on integrated analysis of the structure,thermal conditions of ductile deformation and the contact relations of the dated rocks,the activation time of the Xiaotian–Mozitan Shear Zone is constrained between~143 Ma and 130 Ma,during which the DOB was undergoing a transition in tectonic regime from compression to extension.Therefore,the deformation and evolution of this shear zone plays an instrumental role in fully understanding this process.This research also inclines us to the interpretation of it as an extensional detachment,with regard to the tectonic properties of the shear zone.It may also be part of a continental scale extension in the background of the North China Block’s cratonic destruction,dominated by the subduction and roll-back of the Paleo-Pacific plate,but more detailed work is needed in order to unravel its complicated development. | HUANG Peng SONG Chuanzhong XIAO Wenjiao LI Jiahao ZHOU Kefa WANG Jinlin NIJIATI Abuduxun LI Zhenwei | 2021 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,2: | 1 |

| 17 | Pt-confinement catalyst with dendritic hierarchical pores on excellent sulfur-resistance for hydrodesulfurization of dibenzothiophene and 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene显示文摘Metal confinement catalyst Mo S_(2)/Pt@TD-6%Ti(TD,TS-1/Dendritic mesoporous silica nanoparticles composite) in dendritic hierarchical pore structures was synthesized and showed excellent sulfur-resistance performance and stabilities in catalytic hydrodesulfurization reactions of probe sulfide molecules.The Mo S_(2)/Pt@TD-6%Ti catalyst combines the concepts of Pt-confinement effect and hydrogen spillover of Pt noble metal.The modified micropores of Mo/Pt@TD-6%Ti only allow the migration and dissociation of small H_(2) molecules(0.289 nm),and effectively keep the sulfur-containing compounds(e.g.H_(2)S,0.362 nm) outside.Thus,the Mo S_(2)/Pt@TD-6%Ti catalyst exhibits higher DBT and 4,6-DMDBT HDS activities because of the synergistic effect of the strong H_(2) dissociation ability of Pt and desulfurization ability of Mo S_(2) with a lower catalyst cost.This new concept combining H2dissociation performance of noble metal catalyst with the desulfurization ability of transition metal sulfide Mo S_(2) can protect the noble metal catalyst avoiding deactivation and poison,and finally guarantee the higher activities for DBT and 4,6-DMDBT HDS. | Xilong Wang Chengkun Xiao Mohnnad H.Alabsi Peng Zheng Zhengkai Cao Jinlin Mei Yu Shi Aijun Duan Daowei Gao Kuo-Wei Huang Chunming Xu | 2022 | Green Energy & Environment2022,7,2: | 0 |
| 18 | A Review of Deep Learning-Based Vulnerability Detection Tools for Ethernet Smart Contracts显示文摘In recent years,the number of smart contracts deployed on blockchain has exploded.However,the issue of vulnerability has caused incalculable losses.Due to the irreversible and immutability of smart contracts,vulnerability detection has become particularly important.With the popular use of neural network model,there has been a growing utilization of deep learning-based methods and tools for the identification of vulnerabilities within smart contracts.This paper commences by providing a succinct overview of prevalent categories of vulnerabilities found in smart contracts.Subsequently,it categorizes and presents an overview of contemporary deep learning-based tools developed for smart contract detection.These tools are categorized based on their open-source status,the data format and the type of feature extraction they employ.Then we conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis of these tools,selecting representative tools for experimental validation and comparing them with traditional tools in terms of detection coverage and accuracy.Finally,Based on the insights gained from the experimental results and the current state of research in the field of smart contract vulnerability detection tools,we suppose to provide a reference standard for developers of contract vulnerability detection tools.Meanwhile,forward-looking research directions are also proposed for deep learning-based smart contract vulnerability detection. | Huaiguang Wu Yibo Peng Yaqiong He Jinlin Fan | 2024 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2024,140,7: | 0 |
