1Effects of Water-table Depth and Soil Moisture on Plant Biomass, Diversity, and Distribution at a Seasonally Flooded Wetland of Poyang Lake, China显示文摘Hydrological regime has been widely recognized as one of the major forces determining vegetation distribution in seasonally flooded wetland. Poyang Lake, the largest freshwater lake in China, has been encountering dramatic changes in hydrological conditions in last decade, which greatly influenced the wetland vegetations. To explore the relationships between hydrology and vegetation distribution, water-table depth, soil moisture, species composition, diversity and biomass were measured at a seasonally flooded wetland section at Wucheng National Nature Reserve. Three plant communities, Artemisia capillaris, Phragmites australis and Carex cinerascens communities, were examined which are zonally distributed from upland to lakeshore with decreasing elevation. Canonical correspondence analysis(CCA), spearmen correlation and logistic regression were adopted to analyze the relationships between vegetation characteristics and hydrological variables of water-table depth and soil moisture. Results show that significant hydrological gradient exist along the wetland transect. Water-table demonstrates a seasonal variation and is consistently deepest in A. capillaris community(ranging from –0.5 m above ground to +10.3 m below ground), intermediate in P. australis community(–2.6 m to +7.8 m) and shallowest in C. cinerascens community(–4.5 m to +6.1 m). Soil moisture is lowest and most variable in A. capillaris community, highest and least variable in P. australis community, and intermediate and moderate variable in C. cinerascens community. The CCA ordination indicated that variables of water-table depth and soil moisture are strongly related to community distribution, which explained 81.7% of the vegetation variations. Species diversity indices are significantly positively correlated with soil moisture and negatively correlated with moisture variability, while above- and belowground biomass are positively correlated with moisture. Above- and belowground biomass present Gaussian models along the gradient of average water-table depth in growing season, while species diversity indices show bimodal patterns. The optimal average water-table depths for above- and belowground biomass are 0.8 m and 0.5 m, respectively, and are 2.2 m and 2.4 m for species richness and Shannon-Wiener indices, respectively. 2Preparation and evaluation of poly(L-histidine) based pH-sensitive micelles for intracellular delivery of doxorubicin against MCF-7/ADR cells显示文摘In this study, a p H-sensitive micelle self-assembled from poly(L-histidine) based triblock copolymers of poly(ethylene glycol)–poly(D,L-lactide)–poly(L-histidine)(mPEG-PLA-PHis) was prepared and used as the intracellular doxorubicin(Dox) delivery for cancer chemotherapy. Dox was loaded into the micelles by thin-film hydration method and a Box–Behnken design for three factors at three levels was used to optimize the preparations. The optimized mPEG-PLA-Phis/Dox micelles exhibited good encapsulation efficiency of 91.12%,a mean diameter of 45 nm and narrow size distribution with polydispersity index of 0.256.In vitro drug release studies demonstrated that Dox was released from the micelles in a p Hdependent manner. Furthermore, the cellular evaluation of Dox loaded micelles displayed that the micelles possessed high antitumor activity in vitro with an IC50 of 35.30 μg/ml against MCF-7/ADR cells. The confocal microscopy and flow cytometry experiments indicated that m PEG-PLA-Phis micelles mediated efficient cytoplasmic delivery of Dox with the aid of poly(Lhistidine) mediated endosomal escape. In addition, blank m PEG-PLA-Phis micelles were shown to be nontoxic to MCF-7/ADR cells even at a high concentration of 200 μg/ml. 3TiC/C core/shell nanowires arrays as advanced anode of sodium ion batteries显示文摘High-perfo rmance anodes of sodium ion batteries(SIBs)largely depends on rational architecture design and binder-free smart hybridization.Herein,we report TiC/C core/shell nanowires arrays prepared by a one-step chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method and apply it as the anode of SIBs for the first time.The conductive TiC core is intimately decorated with carbon shell.The as-obtained TiC/C nanowires are homogeneously grown on the substrate and show core/shell heterostructure and porous architecture with high electronic conductivity and reinforced stability.Owing to these merits,the TiC/C electrode displays good rate performance and outstanding cycling performance with a capacity of 135.3 mAh/g at 0.1 A/g and superior capacity retention of 90.14%after 1000 cycles at 2 A/g.The reported strategy would provide a promising way to construct binder-free arrays electrodes for sodium ion storage.Yanbin Shen Yahao Li Shengjue Deng Guoxiang Pan Qinqin Xiong Xiaokun Ding Yangfan Lu Qi Liu Xinhui Xia Xiuli Wang Jiangping Tu 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,3:2
4Cyclic Shearing Deformation Behavior of Saturated Clays显示文摘The apparatus for static and dynamic universal triaxial and torsional shear soil testing is employed to perform stress-controlled cyclic single-direction torsional shear tests and two-direction coupled shear tests under unconsolidated-undrained conditions. Through a series of tests on saturated clay, the effects of initial shear stress and stress reversal on the clay’s strain-stress behavior are examined, and the behavior of pore water pressure is studied. The experimental results indicate that the patterns of stress-strain relations are distinctly influenced by the initial shear stress in the cyclic single-direction shear tests. When the initial shear stress is large and no stress reversal occurs, the predominant deformation behavior is characterized by an accumulative effect. When the initial shear stress is zero and symmetrical cyclic stress occurs, the predominant deformation behavior is characterized by a cyclic effect. The pore water pressure fluctuates around the confining pressure with the increase of cycle number. It seems that the fluctuating amplitude increases with the increase of the cyclic stress. But a buildup of pore water pressure does not occur. The de- formations of clay samples under the complex initial and the cyclic coupled stress conditions include the normal deviatoric deforma- tion and horizontal shear deformation, the average deformation and cyclic deformation. 5Degradation of acid fuchsine by a modified electro-Fenton system with magnetic stirring as oxygen supplying显示文摘The current modified electro-Fenton system was designed to develop a more convenient and efficient undivided system for practical wastewater treatment.The system adopted a cathode portion that employed magnetic stirring instead of common oxygen gas difflusion or gas sparging to supply oxygen gas for the electrolyte solution.Key factors influencing the cathode fabrication and activity were investigated.The degradation of acid fuchsine with a self-made graphite-polytetrafluorethylene cathode was studied using a spectrophotometer.It was found that the cathode generated hydrogen peroxide with high current efficiency and the hydrogen peroxide yield of the cathode did not decay after 10 times reuse.With the Pt anode at a ferrous ion concentration of 0.5 mmol/L,a pH of 3,and using magnetic stirring,dye decolorization could be rapidly accomplished but the destruction of benzene rings and intermediates was fairly difficult.With a Fe anode,dye degradation was more complete.Yiping Sheng,Limin Zhen,Xiuli Wang,Ning Li,Qi Tong College of Environmental and Chemical Engineering,Yanshan University,Qinhuangdao,Hebei 066004,China. 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,4:2
6The Study of Visible Implant Elastomer(VIE)Tag on Small-sized Chinese Shrimp(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to prove the feasibility of using visible implant elastomer( VIE) tags to mark Chinese shrimp of about 1 cm in length.[Method]In June 2014,2 856 Chinese shrimps with an average length of 1. 14 cm were tagged with red VIE. After temporary rearing for one day,2 321 tagged shrimps were cultured in the same pond with 60 000 untagged shrimps in this experiment. In predation test,spottedtail gobies( Synechogobius ommaturus) were selected as the predator,and the predation rate of spottedtail gobies on small-sized Chinese shrimps was measured. [Result]On September 21,2014,206 kg of Chinese shrimp was harvested in the pond. There were 389 tagged shrimps,with an average body weight of 16. 84 g,and an average length of 11. 15 cm. The untagged shrimps had an average body weight of 17. 08 g,and average length of 11. 23 cm. The results indicated that there was no significant difference in growth between the tagged and untagged shrimps. The survival rate of the tagged shrimps was 2. 7% lower than the untagged ones. Although the fluorescent tag dispersed and the position changed,the tag was still distinct both under ultraviolet light and to the naked eye. The predation test revealed that the fluorescent tag of shrimps did not increase the predation rate by spottedtail gobies. [Conclusion]Red VIE tagging is feasible in Chinese shrimps. 7Seismic performance of a rectangular subway station with earth retaining system显示文摘Much effort has been made in investigating the seismic response and failure mechanism of rectangular subway stations,however,the influence of earth retaining systems has generally been ignored in previous studies.This paper presents a numerical study on the seismic performance of a rectangular subway station with/without earth retaining systems by taking fender piles as the example,and aims to illustrate how the existence of fender piles affects seismic responses on subway stations.The loading conditions of subway stations and their surrounding soils prior to earthquakes are discussed.Next,seismic responses of subway stations with or without fender piles were simulated.Afterward,earthquake-induced deformations of stations and surrounding soils,as well as the internal forces and damage modes of the structural components,were systematically studied.Consequently,the seismic performance of the stations was affected by the existence of fender piles.In addition,earthquake intensity is illustrated.The study showed that deformation modes of surrounding soils and damage modes of stations were different with regard to the existence of fender piles.Meanwhile,earthquake intensity influencing the seismic performance of stations with or without fender piles were found to be opposite.Ma Chao Lu Dechun Du Xiuli Qi Chengzhi 2022Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2022,21,1:1

9Analyzing Interpretability Semantically via CNN Visualization显示文摘Deep convolutional neural networks are widely used in image recognition,but the black box property is always perplexing.In this paper,a method is proposed using visual annotation to interpret the internal structure of CNN from the semantic perspective.First,filters are screened in the high layers of the CNN.For a certain category,the important filters are selected by their activation values,frequencies and classification contribution.Then,deconvolution is used to visualize the filters,and semantic interpretations of the filters are labelled by referring to the visualized activation region in the original image.Thus,the CNN model is interpreted and analyzed through these filters.Finally,the visualization results of some important filters are shown,and the semantic accuracy of filters are verified with reference to the expert feature image sets.In addition,the results verify the semantic consistency of the same important filters under similar categories,which indicates the stability of semantic annotation of these filters.Chunqi Qi Yuechen Zhao Yue Wang Yapu Zhao Qian Hong Xiuli Wang Weiyu Guo 2021国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2021,,2:0
10Short-Term Predictions and LIME-Based Rule Extraction for Standard and Poor’s Index显示文摘In this paper,neural networks is proposed to predict the trend of the S.P.500 index,comparing the effects of different data inputs and model types on the prediction results.Then the model was selected with good interpretation results to use the LIME interpretability algorithm to interpret the prediction results,and extract the prediction rules of the neural network model.It firstly compared three neural networks prediction models,including multi-layer perceptron(MLP),one-dimensional convolutional neural network(1D CNN)and long short-term memory(LSTM),with the price data,continuous technical indicators and discrete technical indicators of different time durations as inputs,and found the model and parameter configuration with good predicting effect for each type of inputs.In another aspect,the data of the first experiment was used,the rules were extracted in the model that predict the rise of the index by the LIME interpretability algorithm,and the rules with high investment utility were finally selected.The experimental result show high precision in predicting the trend of the stock index and high frequency of occurrence,with certain reference value for predicting the short-term index trend.Chunqi Qi Yue Wang Wenjun Wu Xiuli Wang 2020国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2020,,2:0
11Immunologically effective poly(D-lactic acid) nanoparticle enhances anticancer immune response显示文摘Chiral materials with the same atomic compositions exhibit different chemical,physical,and biological properties because of their distinct spatial structures.Herein,a chiral strategy was proposed to develop poly(lactic acid)(PLA)nanoparticle as an efficient nanoadjuvant to activate adaptive anticancer immunity.Two chiral nanovaccines were prepared by directly mixing amino-terminated PLA(PLLA-NH2 or PDLA-NH2)with the model protein antigen ovalbumin(OVA).After being injected into mice subcutaneously,both nanovaccines efficiently migrated to the lymph nodes to initiate the sequential anticancer immune responses.Compared with the PLLA nanovaccine(PLLA-OVA),the PDLA one(PDLA-OVA)contributed to more robust dendritic cell(DC)maturation,antigen presentation,and T lymphocyte activation.In addition to the activation of cellular immunity,PDLA-OVA also triggered a more vigorous activation of humoral immunity,which induced the production of more anti-OVA immunoglobulin G(IgG)than PLLA-OVA.When used as prophylactic or therapeutic nanovaccine toward murine melanoma models,PDLA-OVA triggered more potent adaptive anticancer immune responses that more effectively inhibited the cancer genesis and progression,indicating the significant potential of immunologically effective PDLA nanoadjuvant in cancer immunotherapy.Weiguo Xu Yuanzhen Su Yang Ma Qi Wei Jiazhen Yang Xiuli Zhuang Jianxun Ding Xuesi Chen 2023Science China Chemistry2023,66,4:0
12Alluvial Fan Facies and Their Distribution in the Lower Talang Acar Formation, Northeast Betara Oilfield, Indonesia显示文摘This paper studies the alluvial fan facies characteristics and distribution in the Lower Talang Acar Formation in the Northeast Betara Oilfield. The conglomerate sedimentary characteristics and its distribution were studied based on core data, logging interpretation and seismic property analysis. The research indicated that alluvial fan deposits of Bed F in the Lower Talang Akar Formation were characterized by coarse granularity, poor sorting and low quality. Sand-bodies accumulate longitudinally, and inter-layers are poorly developed, extending locally in the transverse orientation. Typical logging response of alluvial fan system is summarized, and conglomerate is characterized by low gamma-ray (GR) intensity, low resistance, high density and low value between DLD and LLD, which reflects poor physical reservoir properties, coarse rocks and relatively high density. Conglomerate is developed mainly in the northeast and middle-south of the studied area. 15Blockchain Access Control Scheme Based on Multi-authority Attribute-Based Encryption显示文摘Blockchain has been widely used in many fields because it can solve the problem of information asymmetry and enable users who do not trust each other to collaborate without the participation of third-party intermediaries.Existing blockchain access control schemes usually use attribute-based encryption,but most of them adopt traditional single-attribute authority for attribute authorization,which has the problem that the authority is overburdened and must be fully credible.This paper proposes a blockchain access control scheme based on multiauthority attribute-based encryption by improving the existing blockchain privacy protection method.Autonomous identity management is performed through the blockchain to complete the initialization of user identity and the issuance of attribute certificates.Attribute authorities are selected using the reputation proof consensusmechanism.The distributed key generation protocol is used to generate keys,and the linear secret sharing scheme is improved.The hierarchical relationship of the access structure is used to encrypt and access control the private data that need to be uploaded to the blockchain.According to the comparison with other blockchain access control schemes,the scheme proposed in this paper has been improved in terms of security and efficiency.Yang Li Baoyue Qi Mengmeng Wang Jianming Zhu Xiuli Wang 2022国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2022,,2:0
16ON PAIRED PRIORITIZATIONS OF CRITERIA IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF DIAGRAPHS显示文摘It is not usually independent among criteria in multi-criteria decision making(MCDM),and various dependences of criteria greatly influence the results of decision making.If an exact decision is desired,we must make clear the role of the dependences of criteria.Prioritizations,a new kind of dependences of criteria proposed recently,imply that the importance weights of criteria with lower priority for an alternative rely on whether the alternative satisfies the decision maker under criteria with higher priority.It has been validated that there exist lots of relevant applications in our daily activities.However,most existing literatures focus on how to deal with the problems of MCDM with ordered prioritizations among criteria(a special form of prioritizations).The characteristics of prioritizations are not dug deep.This paper constructs a new form of prioritizations,called paired prioritizations,so as to reduce or even avoid imperfect rationality of decision makers hidden in the ordered prioritizations.We first represent binary paired prioritizations as a digraph,based on which we discover two kinds of imperfect rationality(inconsistency and incompleteness) produced in the period that the decision maker supplies the binary paired prioritizations.After the given paired prioritizations are consistent and complete,we develop an approach to transform the paired prioritizations to ordered prioritizations.The latter can be used to handle prioritized MCDM problems.Moreover,uncertainty,another kind of imperfect rationality,is considered when the decision maker provides the fuzzy paired prioritizations based on a set of linguistic labels.We construct a fuzzy digraph whose fuzzy relations are just the fuzzy paired prioritizations.The ordered prioritizations can then be derived with the aid of the fuzzy digraph.Two use cases are taken to show the process of transformations from binary/fuzzy paired prioritizations to ordered prioritizations.Wenning Hao Xiaohan Yu Zeshui Xu Xiuli Qi 2015Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2015,24,4:0
17Tip-induced directional charge separation on one-dimensional BiVO4 nanocones for asymmetric light absorption显示文摘One dimensional(1D)semiconductor is a class of extensively attractive materials for many emerging solar energy conversion technologies.However,it is still of shortage to assess the impact of 1D structural symmetry on spatial charge separation and understand its underlying mechanism.Here we take controllably-synthesized 1D BiVO_(4)nanocones and nanorods as prototypes to study the influence of 1D symmetry on charge separation.It is found that the asymmetric BiVO_(4)nanocones enable more effective charge separation compared with the symmetric nanorods.The unexpected spatial charge separation on the nanocones is mainly ascribed to uneven light absorption induced diffusion-controllable charge separation due to symmetry breaking of 1D nanostructure,as evidenced by spatial and temporal resolved spectroscopy.Moreover,the promotion effect of charge separation on the nanocones was quantitatively evaluated to be over 20 times higher than that in BiVO_(4)nanorods.This work gives the first demonstration of the influence of 1D structural symmetry on the charge separation behavior,providing new insights to design and fabricate semiconductor materials for efficient solar energy conversion.Nengcong Yang Ruotian Chen Chenwei Ni Dongfeng Li Qi Sun Lifang Liu Yu Qi Shengye Jin Xiuli Wang Fengtao Fan Can Li Fuxiang Zhang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,9:0
18Nitrogen-Doped Sponge Ni Fibers as Highly Effcient Electrocatalysts for Oxygen Evolution Reaction显示文摘Controllable synthesis of highly active micro/nanostructured metal electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction(OER) is a particularly significant and challenging target.Herein,we report a 3D porous sponge-like Ni material,prepared by a facile hydrothermal method and consisting of cross-linked micro/nanofibers,as an integrated binder-free OER electrocatalyst.To further enhance the electrocatalytic performance,an N-doping strategy is applied to obtain N-doped sponge Ni(N-SN) for the first time,via NH3 annealing.Due to the combination of the unique conductive sponge structure and N doping,the as-obtainedN-SN material shows improved conductivity and a higher number of active sites,resulting in enhanced OER performance and excellent stability.Remarkably,N-SN exhibits a low overpotential of 365 mV at 100 mA cm-2 and an extremely small Tafel slope of 33 mV dec-1,as well as superior long-term stability,outperforming unmodified sponge Ni.Importantly,the combination of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and near-edge X-ray adsorption fine structure analyses shows that γ-NiOOH is the surface-active phase for OER.Therefore,the combination of conductive sponge structure and N-doping modification opens a new avenue for fabricating new types of high-performance electrodes with application in electrochemical energy conversion devices.Kaili Zhang Xinhui Xia Shengjue Deng Yu Zhong Dong Xie Guoxiang Pan Jianbo Wu Qi Liu Xiuli Wang Jiangping Tu 2019Nano-Micro Letters2019,11,2:0
19Constructing supramolecular polymers from phototrigger containing monomer显示文摘A new type of photo-induced supramolecular polymer was fabricated by host-guest interaction from a phototrigger containing building block. A dibenzo-24-crown-8(DB24 C8) macrocycle and dibenzylammonium(DBA) site containing linear monomer was designed and synthesized. The coumarin, as a photocleavable protector, was introduced to the terminal of the monomer. When exposed to the UV light,the coumarin unit would be cleavaged and the monomer without terminal coumarin can self-assemble into supramolecular polymers via the host-guest interaction between DB24 C8 moieties and DBA units.Increasing the concentration of the monomer, the supramolecular polymers will convert to supramolecular organogel by cross-linking with each other.Xiuli Zheng Qi Miao Wenzhi Wang Da-Hui Qu 2018Chinese Chemical Letters2018,29,11:0
20Supramolecular gelator based on a [c2]daisy chain rotaxane:efficient gel-solution transition by ring-sliding motion显示文摘A supramolecular gelator based on the bistable [c2]daisy chain rotaxane is designed and synthesized. The reversible actuation of the [c2]daisy chain renders the formed supramolecular gel with acid/base-responsive switching between gel and monomer solution.
