| 3 | Personalized neoantigen pulsed dendritic cell vaccine for advanced lung cancer显示文摘Neoantigens are considered to be ultimate target of tumor immunotherapy due to their high tumor specificity and immunogenicity.Dendritic cell(DCs)vaccines based on neoantigens have exciting effects in treatment of some malignant tumors and are a promising therapeutic modality.Lung cancer is a lethal disease with the highest morbidity and mortality rate in the world.Despite the rapid development of targeted therapy and immune checkpoint inhibitors for lung cancer in recent years,their efficacy is still unsatisfactory overall.Therefore,there is an urgent unmet clinical need for lung cancer treatment.Here,we attempted to treat lung cancer using a personalized neoantigen peptide-pulsed autologous DC vaccine and conducted a single-arm,2 medical centers,pilot study initiated by the investigator(ChiCTR-ONC 16009100,NCT02956551).The patients enrolled were patients with heavily treated metastatic lung cancer.Candidate neoantigens were derived from whole-exome sequencing and RNA sequencing of fresh biopsy tissues as well as bioinformatics analysis.A total of 12 patients were enrolled in this study.A total of 85 vaccine treatments were administered with a median value of 5 doses/person(range:3-14 doses/person).In total,12-30 peptide-based neoantigens were selected for each patient.AIl treatment-related adverse events were grade 1-2 and there were no delays in dosing due to toxic effects.The objective effectiveness rate was 25%;the disease control rate was 75%;the median progression-free survival was 5.5 months and the median overall survival was 7.9 months.This study provides new evidence for neoantigen vaccine therapy and new therapeutic opportunities for lung cancer treatment. | Zhenyu Ding Qing Li Rui Zhang Li Xie Yang shu Song Gao Peipei Wang Xiaoqing Su Yun Qin Yuelan Wang Juemin Fang Zhongzheng Zhu Xuyang Xia Guochao Wei Hui Wang Hong Qian Xianling Guo Zhibo Gao Yu Wang Yuquan Wei Qing Xu Heng Xu Li Yang | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,2: | 3 |

| 9 | Burch colposuspension for stress urinary incontinence: a 14-year prospective follow-up显示文摘We aimed to evaluate the long-term effectiveness and safety of Burch colposuspension(BC) for stress urinary incontinence(SUI). In this prospective cohort study, 84 patients with SUI undergoing BC were enrolled from February 2004 to January 2010.Data on long-term subjective success and postoperative complications were collected at clinic visits and by telephone follow-up.During a mean follow-up period of 14.2 years, 68%(57/84) patients completed the follow-up. A total of 68.4% of patients(39/57) reported absence of SUI symptoms, 73.6%(42/57) were subjectively satisfied according to the Patient Global Impression of Improvement, and 68.4%(39/57) reported subjective success regarding urinary symptoms via the Urinary Distress Inventory Short Form. However, 28.1%(16/57) suffered at least one long-term postoperative complication and incident. Specifically, 1 in25(4.0%) sexually active patients reported dyspareunia, 3 patients(5.3%) had de novo overactive bladder, and 6 patients(10.5%)reported voiding dysfunction. Four patients(7.0%) reported new onset prolapse symptoms, and 3 patients(5.3%) underwent secondary urinary incontinence surgery. Our study indicated that Burch colposuspension is an effective procedure for SUI, and the cure effect was largely maintained for the 14-year follow-up period, with relatively low complication rates. | 15 | Blood cell counting based on U-Net++ and YOLOv5显示文摘Clinical information about a variety of disorders is available through blood cell counting,which is usually done by manual methods.However,manual methods are complex,time-consuming and susceptible to the subjective experience of inspectors.Although many efforts have been made to develop automated blood cell counting algorithms,the complexity of blood cell distribution and the highly overlapping nature of some red blood cells(RBCs) remain significant challenges that limit the improvement of analytical accuracy.Here,we proposed an end-to-end method for blood cell counting based on deep learning.Firstly,U-Net++ was used to segment the whole blood cell image into several regions of interest(ROI),and each ROI contains only one single cell or multiple overlapping cells.Subsequently,YOLOv5 was used to detect blood cells in each ROI.Specifically,we proposed several strategies,including fine classification of RBCs,adaptive adjustment for non-maximal suppression(NMS) threshold and blood cell morphology constraints to improve the accuracy of detection.Finally,the detection outcomes for each ROI were combined and superimposed.The results show that our method can effectively address the issue of high overlap and precisely segment and detect blood cells,with a 98.18% accuracy rate for blood cell counting. | BAI Hua WANG Xuechun GUAN Yingjian GAO Qiang HAN Zhibo | 2023 | Optoelectronics Letters2023,19,6: | 0 |
| 16 | Texture engineering of mono-crystalline silicon via alcohol-free alkali solution for efficient PERC solar cells显示文摘Control of texture structures is an effective method to reduce surface reflectivity and enhance the efficiency of solar cells.In this paper,pyramid structures are prepared on mono-crystalline silicon wafers by cyclodextrin as surfactant to slow down the etching rate in alcohol-free alkali solution.Compared with volatile alcohol surfactant(e.g.isopropanol,IPA),the cyclodextrin not only possesses a relative high boiling point(1534.4℃),but displays non-toxic and biodegradable properties.Furthermore,the surface morphology,average reflectivity,surface recombination of mono-crystalline silicon wafers were studied in detail.The results show that cyclodextrin can decrease the size and depth of pyramid structures,and thus a lower average reflectivity of 7.5%was obtained.In addition,ray tracing simulation was performed to calculate the photo-generated carrier concentration of PN junction with different sizes of pyramids,and the conclusion is that the carrier concentration of small pyramids is much higher than that of large pyramids.Finally,the average efficiency of large-area mono-crystalline silicon PERC solar cells fabricated by cyclodextrin surfactant was 22.69%,which was 0.43%absolutely higher than that of conventional IPA surfactant. | Danni Zhang Jiawang Chen Rui Jia Zhibo Gao Ke Tao Longjie Wang Huayun Ge Xinpu Li Xing Li | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,8: | 0 |
