| 2 | Safety,tolerability,and pharmacokinetics of BAT8001 in patients with HER2-positive breast cancer:An open-label,dose-escalation,phase I study显示文摘Background:The introductions of anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)agents have significantly improved the treatment outcome of patients with HER2-positive breast cancer.BAT8001 is a novel antibodydrug conjugate targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)-expressing cells composed of a trastuzumab biosimilar linked to the drug-linker Batansine.This dose-escalation,phase I study was designed to assess the safety,tolerability,pharmacokinetics,and preliminary anti-tumor activity of BAT8001 in patients with HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.Methods:This trial was conducted in subjects with histologically confirmed HER2-positive breast cancer(having evaluable lesions and an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 or 1)using a 3+3 design of escalating BAT8001 doses.Patients received BAT8001 intravenously in a 21-day cycle,with dose escalation in 5 cohorts:1.2,2.4,3.6,4.8,and 6.0 mg/kg.The primary objective was to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BAT8001.Preliminary activity of BAT8001 was also assessed as a secondary objective.Results:Between March 2017 to May 2018,29 HER2-positive breast cancer patients were enrolled.The observed dose-limiting toxicities were grade 4 thrombocytopenia and grade 3 elevated transaminase.The maximum tolerated dose was determined to be 3.6 mg/kg.Grade 3 or greater adverse events(AEs)occurred in 14(48.3%)of 29 patients,including thrombocytopenia in 12(41.4%)patients,aspartate aminotransferase increased in 4(13.8%)patients,γ-glutamyl transferase increased in 2(6.9%)patients,alanine aminotransferase increased in 2(6.9%)patients,diarrhea in 2(6.9%)patients.Objective response was observed in 12(41.4%,95%confidence interval[CI]=23.5%-61.1%)and disease control(including patients achieving objective response and stable disease)was observed in 24(82.8%,95%CI=64.2%-94.2%)patients.Conclusions:BAT8001 demonstrated favorable safety profiles,with promising anti-tumor activity in patients with HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.BAT8001 has the potential to provide a new therapeutic option in patients with metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer. | Ruoxi Hong Wen Xia Liye Wang Kaping Lee Qianyi Lu Kuikui Jiang Shengfeng Li Jinquan Yu Jin Wei Weijia Tang Danyang Zhou Xin An Jiajia Huang Cong Xue Xiwen Bi Yanxia Shi Zhongyu Yuan Fei Xu Shusen Wang | 2021 | Cancer Communications2021,41,2: | 2 |

| 4 | Molten salt as ultrastrong polar solvent enables the most straightforward pyrolysis towards highly efficient and stable single-atom electrocatalyst显示文摘Currently,pyrolysis as the most widely used method still has some key issues not well resolved for synthesis of carbon-supported single-atom catalysts(C-SACs),e.g.,the sintering of metal atoms at high temperature as well as the high cost and complicated preparations of precursors.In this report,molten salts are demonstrated to be marvellous medium for preparation of C-SACs by pyrolysis of small molecular precursors(ionic liquid).The ultrastrong polarity on one hand establishes robust interaction with precursor and enables better carbonization,resulting in largely enhanced yield.On the other hand,the aggregation of metal atoms is effectively refrained while no nanoparticle or cluster is formed.By this strategy,a C-SAC with atomically dispersed Fe-N_(4) sites and a high specific area over 2000 m^(2) g^(-1) is obtained,which illustrates high ORR activity in both acid and alkaline media.Moreover,this SAC exhibits superior methanol tolerance and stability after acid soaking at 85℃ for 48 h.It is believed that the molten-salts-assisted pyrolysis can be developed into a routine strategy as it not only can largely simply the synthesis of C-SACs,but also can be extended to prepare other types of SACs. | Nannan Li Wei Liu Chao Zhu Ce Hao Jingya Guo Hongyu Jing Jinwen Hu Cuncun Xin Danyang Wu Yantao Shi | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3: | 1 |

| 7 | An energy-efficient reconfigurable asymmetric modular cryptographic operation unit for RSA and ECC显示文摘RSA and ellipse curve cryptography(ECC)algorithms are widely used in authentication,data security,and access control.In this paper,we analyze the basic operation of the ECC and RSA algorithms and optimize their modular multiplication and modular inversion algorithms.We then propose a reconfigurable modular operation architecture,with a mix-memory unit and double multiply-accumulate structures,to realize our unified,asymmetric cryptosystem structure in an operational unit.Synthesized with 55-nm CMOS process,our design runs at 588 MHz and requires only 437801µm2 of hardware resources.Our proposed design takes 21.92 and 23.36 mW for 2048-bit RSA modular multiplication and modular inversion respectively,as well as 16.16 and 15.88 mW to complete 512-bit ECC dual-field modular multiplication and modular inversion respectively.It is more energy-efficient and flexible than existing single algorithm units.Compared with existing multiple algorithm units,our proposed method shows better performance.The operation unit is embedded in a 64-bit RISC-V processor,realizing key generation,encryption and decryption,and digital signature functions of both RSA and ECC.Our proposed design takes 0.224 and 0.153 ms for 256-bit ECC point multiplication in G(p)and G(2^(m))respectively,as well as 0.96 ms to complete 1024-bit RSA exponentiation,meeting the demand for high energy efficiency. | Mengni BIE Wei LI Tao CHEN Longmei NAN Danyang YANG | 2022 | Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2022,23,1: | 0 |

| 9 | Tuned single atom coordination structures mediated by polarization force and sulfur anions for photovoltaics显示文摘Impeding high temperature sintering is challengeable for synthesis of carbon-supported single-atom catalysts (C-SACs), which requires high-cost precursor and strictly-controlled procedures. Herein, by virtue of the ultrastrong polarity of salt melts, sintering of metal atoms is effectively suppressed. Meanwhile, doping with inorganic sulfur anions not only produces sufficient anchoring sites to achieve high loading of atomically dispersed Co up to 13.85 wt.%, but also enables their electronic and geometric structures to be well tuned. When served as a cathode catalyst in dye-sensitized solar cells, the C-SAC with Co-N4-S2 moieties exhibits high activity towards the iodide reduction reaction (IRR), achieving a higher power conversion efficiency than that of conventional Pt counterpart. | 10 | Analysis of total reaction cross sections for deuterons on 1p-shell-nuclei显示文摘This study aims to analyze the differential cross sections(DCSs) of elastic scattering and total reaction cross sections(TRCSs) of the loosely-bound deuteron projectile impinging on 1 p-shell nuclei, such as9 Be,12 C, and16 O, at incident energies ranging between10.6 and 171 MeV using the continuum discretized coupled channel(CDCC) method. By fitting the experimental data for the DCSs and TRCSs, energy-dependent renormalization factors for the real and imaginary parts of the nucleon-nucleus opticalmodel potentials deduced from the studies proposed by Koning and Delaroche(KD02) and by Watson, Singh, and Segel(WSS),are obtained. It is found that with the WSS potential, which was obtained specifically for 1 p-shell nuclei, the CDCC calculations can simultaneously reproduce both the DCSs and the TRCSs. | 12 | Enhanced monopole transition strength from the cluster decay of ^(13)C显示文摘The inelastic excitations and cluster decay of ^(13)C have been measured using the reaction,9Be(^(13)C, ^(13)C* →~9Be + α)~9Be. We observe strong excitation to the 14.3-MeV(1/2-) resonant state from the cluster-decay channel, leading to an enhanced monopole matrix element of(6.3 ± 0.6) fm^2. This large cluster-related monopole strength is a clear indication of the cluster-structure domination of this state and is consistent with the recent prediction of the orthogonality condition model(OCM). | 14 | A nomogram-based immune-serum scoring system predicts overall survival in patients with lung adenocarcinoma显示文摘Objective:The immunoscore,which is used to quantify immune infiltrates,has greater relative prognostic value than tumor,node,and metastasis(TNM)stage and might serve as a new system for classification of colorectal cancer.However,a comparable immunoscore for predicting lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)prognosis is currently lacking.Methods:We analyzed the expression of 18 immune features by immunohistochemistry in 171 specimens.The relationship of immune marker expression and clinicopathologic factors to the overall survival(OS)was analyzed with the Kaplan-Meier method.A nomogram was developed by using the optimal features selected by least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)regression in the training cohort(n=111)and evaluated in the validation cohort(n=60).Results:The indicators integrated in the nomogram were TNM stage,neuron-specific enolase,carcino-embryonic antigen,CD8 center of tumor(CT),CD8 invasive margin(IM),Fox P3 CT,and CD45 ROCT.The calibration curve showed prominent agreement between the observed 2-and 5-year OS and that predicted by the nomogram.To simplify the nomogram,we developed a new immune-serum scoring system(I-SSS)based on the points awarded for each factor in the nomogram.Our I-SSS was able to stratify same-stage patients into different risk subgroups.The combination of I-SSS and TNM stage had better prognostic value than the TNM stage alone.Conclusions:Our new I-SSS can accurately and individually predict LUAD prognosis and may be used to supplement prognostication based on the TNM stage. | Qiujuan Huang Tongyuan Qu Lisha Qi Changxu Liu Yuhong Guo Qianru Guo Guangning Li Yalei Wang Wenshuai Zhang Wei Zhao Danyang Ren Leina Sun Shengguang Wang Bin Meng Baocun Sun Bin Zhang Wenjuan Ma Wenfeng Cao | 2021 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,2: | 0 |
| 15 | A first comprehensive evaluation of China's GNSS-R airborne campaign: part II—river remote sensing显示文摘The Global Navigation Satellite System Reflectometry(GNSS-R) has been proven to be a powerful technique for retrieving geophysical parameters of ocean and land. Airborne GNSS-R is an important experimental platform, because it is not only needed as validation for spaceborne application, but also possesses the advantages to be capable of remote sensing of small and medium scale targets, such as rivers and lakes. This paper presents an overview of China's airborne GNSS-R campaign conducted on May 30, 2014, in Henan. The campaign has two objectives, i.e.:(1) to examine the capability of a GNSS-R payload developed by National Space Science Center,Chinese Academy of Sciences(NSSC, CAS) for airborneobservations and(2) to study the algorithms for soil moisture and river remote sensing, including altimetry and flow velocity measurement. A previous paper has presented results of soil moisture retrieval as part I, and in this paper,initial results of the Yellow River remote sensing are presented as part II. This paper presents the river altimetry results and explores a new potential application of GNSS-R technology, which is used to detect the flow velocity of the river. The river surface height results observed by code delay altimetry method were consistent with the height results of GPS dual-frequency differential positioning altimetry. The GNSS-R altimetry results showed that decimeter level heights were achieved in 1-min sliding average. | 16 | Monitoring the delicate operations of surgical robots via ultra-sensitive ionic electronic skin显示文摘The arrival of surgical robots in high-end medical equipment is a landmark,and the realization of tactile sensation a major challenge in this important cutting-edge research field.Aiming to address this issue,we present ultra-sensitive ionic electronic skin in the form of flexible capacitive pressure sensors,which incorporate multistage bionic microstructures in ion gels for the purpose of monitoring the delicate operations of surgical robots.Significantly,the ionic skin exhibits an ultra-high sensitivity of 9484.3 kPa^(-1)(<15 kPa),and the sensitivity remains higher than 235 kPa^(-1)in the wide range of 15-155 kPa.The device has also achieved a detection limit as low as 0.12 Pa or,equivalently,0.31 mg,fast response within 24 ms,and high robustness(loading/unloading for 5000 cycles without fatigue).The sensor facilitates the challenging task of tele-operated robotic threading,which exceeds the human tactile perception limit when threading a needle.We have also confirmed that ionic skin can be used in robot-assisted invasive surgery,such as incision/resection of tissues and suturing of wounds,providing tactile information to surgeons to improve operation success rates.The flexible ionic skin is capable of conforming to the various shapes of robotic manipulators,thus has great promise for applications in robotic dexterous manipulation,prosthetics and human-machine interfaces. | Danyang Wei Jiajie Guo Yuqi Qiu Shaoyu Liu Jiangyan Mao Yutian Liu Zhenbing Chen Hao Wu Zhouping Yin | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,12: | 0 |

| 18 | Exploring the anti-aging effects of chlorogenic acid and the underlying mechanisms based on a Caenorhabditis elegans model显示文摘Objective:To explore the anti-aging effects of chlorogenic acid(CGA)and the underlying mechanisms based on a Caenorhabditis elegans(C.elegans)model.Methods:The anti-agingactivityofCGAwasstudied basedon thebodylength,exercisebehavior,lipofuscin content,antioxidative stress ability,swallowing frequency,body-bending frequency,and head-swinging ability of C.elegans.Through DAF-16 nuclear translocation and SOD-3-GFP fluorescence experiments,the effects of CGA on ROS levels,antioxidant enzyme activities,MDA content,mutant-strain lifespan,and anti-aging molecular signaling pathways were explored,as well as the underlying mechanisms.Results:CGA improved multiple indices of the nematode:body length was increased(all P<0.001),head-swing frequency and body-bending frequency were increased(all P<0.05),nematode longevity was prolonged(P=0.0021),lipofuscin deposition in nematodes was slowed down(all P<0.001),the chemotaxis index was improved(P=0.0012),ROS levels were reduced(all P<.001),and SOD activity and MDA content were reduced(SOD:P=0.0017 between the low-concentration group and the control group,P<.001 between the high-concentration and medium-concentration groups and the control group;MDA:P=0.0135 between the low-concentration group and the control group,and P<0.001 between the high-concentration and medium-concentration groups and the control group).In addition,CGA also activated the DAF-16 transcription factor,promoted DAF-16 nuclear translocation under oxidative stress conditions(both P<0.001 between the high-concentration and medium-concentration groups and the control group),and increased SOD-3 gene expression in nematodes(all P<0.001).Conclusion:CGA plays an anti-aging role in C.elegans.The underlying mechanisms include activation of the insulin/IGF-1 signaling pathway and enhancement of DAF-16 activity.This study lays a foundation for further research into the anti-aging effects of CGA. | Yuqian Yang Xu Chen Danyang Ye Chuanyu Wei Xinxin Pang Chuchu Kong Yongsheng Fang Hongliu Yang Yuanyuan Zhang Yonggang Liu | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2023,10,2: | 0 |
