2Investigation on Multiple Cylindrical Holes Casing Treatment for Transonic Axial Compressor Stability Enhancement显示文摘Casing treatment is one possible way of regaining axial compressor operating range. However, most of casing treatments extend the operating range with the cost of efficiency penalty. A new form of multiple cylindrical holes casing treatment(MHCT) with pre-swirl blowing for the NASA Rotor-37 has been designed based on profound understanding of the stall inception. Unsteady numerical simulations have been performed for Rotor-37 with and without MHCT. Parametric studies of the total extraction holes area and their axial locations show that the compressor performance deteriorates as the area ratio increases but the stall margin is extended and there is an optimum extraction holes axial location for stall margin extending. The better configuration of MHCT could extend the stall margin by 6.2% with only 0.23% peak efficiency reduction. Detailed analysis of the physical mechanism behind the stall margin improvement shows that the casing treatment could eliminate the passage blockage by suppressing breakup of tip leakage vortex and decrease the blade load in tip region, which both contribute to improve stall margin of transonic axial compressors.YANG Chengwu ZHAO Shengfeng LU Xingen HAN Ge ZHU Junqiang 2014Journal of Thermal Science2014,23,4:6
3Aeroacoustic and aerodynamic optimization of propeller blades显示文摘It is of great significance to develop a high-efficiency and low-noise propeller optimization method for new-generation propeller aircraft design.Coupled with free form deformation method,dynamic mesh interpolation technology,optimization algorithm,surrogate model,aerodynamic calculation and aeroacoustic prediction model module,the integrated aerodynamic and aeroacoustic design method of propeller is built.The optimization design for the six-blade propeller is carried out.The non-reduction in efficiency,thrust coefficient and the minimum of aerodynamic noise is treated as the optimization design objective.The spatial vorticity distribution of the propeller before and after the design is also analyzed by using unsteady computational fluid dynamics method.The results show that the optimized propeller can effectively reduce the aerodynamic noise level.The maximum total sound pressure level can be reduced by 5 dB without reducing its aerodynamic performance.The developed method has good application potential in low-noise optimization design of propeller and other rotating machinery.Peixun YU Jiahui PENG Junqiang BAI Xiao HAN Xiang SONG 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,3:4
4The Influence of Wedge Diffuser Blade Number and Divergence Angle on the Performance of a High Pressure Ratio Centrifugal Compressor显示文摘Wedge diffuser is widely used in centrifugal compressors due to its high performance and compact size. This paper is aimed to research the influence of wedge diffuser blade number and divergence angle on centrifugal compressor performance. The impact of wedge diffuser blade number on compressor stage performance is investigated, and then the wedge diffusers with different divergence angle are studied by varying diffuser wedge angle and blade number simultaneously. It is found that wedge diffuser with 27 blades could have about 0.8% higher adiabatic efficiency and 0.14 higher total pressure ratio than the wedge diffuser with 19 blades and the best compressor performance is achieved when diffuser divergence angle is 8.3°.These results could give some advices on centrifugal compressor design.WANG Yi HAN Ge LU Xingen ZHU Junqiang 2018Journal of Thermal Science2018,27,1:4

6Recover the abnormal positioning,velocity and timing services caused by BDS satellite orbital maneuvers显示文摘The BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)provides global Positioning,Velocity,And Timing(PVT)services that are widely used in various areas.The BDS satellites frequently need the orbit maneuvers due to various perturbations to keep satellites in their designed positions.During these maneuvers,PVT services may be abnormal if the data from a maneuvering satellite is used.In this paper we developed an approach to recover the abnormal PVT services.By using BDS observations from multiple tracking stations,the orbital errors of a maneuvering satellite can be in real time obtained and corrected,thereby avoiding any influence on the performance of PVT services.The tests show that the average precision of position,velocity and timing services are improved by 0.8 m,0.1 mm/s and 0.16 ns,respectively,using the developed orbital maneuver recovery approach.In addition,the approach can also be used for the orbital maneuver detection and monitoring.Rui Tu Rui Zhang Pengfei Zhang Junqiang Han Lihong Fan Xiaochun Lu 2021Satellite Navigation2021,2,1:3
7Construction of recombinant plasmid pEGFP-C2-L539fs/47 and its expression in HEK293 cells显示文摘Objective:To reconstruct pEGFP-C2-L539fs/47,a HERG nonsense mutant in eukaryotic expression plasmid,and observe the fusion protein expressed in HEK293 cells(human embryo kidney cells).Methods:After double digestion of pcDNA3-L539fs/47 and pEGFP-C2-HERG with sbf I and Eco91 I,the small product fragment,from pcDNA3-L539fs/47,was subcloned into the big fragment of pEGFP-C2-HERG under T4 ligase.pEGFP-C2-L539fs/47 was identified by agarose gel electrophoresis and sequencing.pcDNA3-L539fs/47 and pEGFP-C2-L539fs/47 were transiently transfected into HEK293 cells by Lipofect,respectively.The expression of fusion protein in HEK293 cells was detected through immunofluorescence,laser confocal imaging scanning in vivo,Western blot and PCR.Results:Mutation region cDNA fragment(about 1 kb) and target vector fragment(about 7.2 kb) were ligated after purification and gel recovery.Agarose gel electrophoresis and sequencing successfully demonstrated eukaryotic expression plasmid pEGFP-C2-L539fs/47,constructed approximately 8.2 kb,sequencing consistent with template gene.The transfection efficiency of recombinant plasmid by fluorescence microscopy was more than60%.Western blot analysis detected pcDNA3-L539fs/47 expression of the protein size 60 KD,the expression of pEGFP-C2 fusion protein size of approximately 90 KD.The L539fs/47 gene expression in HEK293 cells was significant by PCR analysis.Confocal laser imaging showed that pEGFP-C2-L539fs/47 protein was successfully expressed in cytoplasm and cytomembrane of HEK293 cells.Conclusion:pEGFP-C2-L539fs/47 containing the HERG gene mutant was successfully constructed by double digestion method and expressed fusion protein in HEK293 cells,which laid a foundation for the further study on L539fs/47.Lue Ying Zhang Aifeng Han Wenqi Li Guoliang Zhang Junbo Gao Jie Pan Junqiang Zhang Yong Sun Chaofeng 2012Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)2012,27,3:2
8Methodological exploration on the construction of a traditional Chinese medicine nursing expert consensus based on evidence--taking stroke as an example显示文摘Objective: To explore the methodology of the evidence-based expert consensus formulation process of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing taking stroke as an example.Methods: First, preliminary and comprehensive presentation of all stroke-related symptoms and corresponding TCM nursing techniques involved were revealed through bibliometric analysis. Then, selection of stroke symptoms and TCM nursing techniques for inclusion in the consensus was performed using an expert consultation method. Next, we determined the search strategy for a precise evidence search;conducted an evaluation of evidence quality and the grade of the evidence;and completed evidence extraction, evidence analysis, and evidence synthesis based on the included symptoms and TCM nursing techniques. The Delphi method was then applied to determine the strength of each recommendation and the choice of nursing care points by referring to the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluations grid. Finally, we conducted an external expert validation of the Delphi results to form an expert consensus guideline.Results: Through the bibliometric analysis, 22 stroke symptoms and 18 TCM nursing techniques were identified in the literature. Then, after expert consultation, 22 symptoms and 111 pairs of symptoms combined with TCM nursing techniques were selected for the evidence search. Evidence integration yielded 10 stroke symptoms corresponding to 29 bodies of evidence;these 10 symptoms were retained through the Delphi consultation, and recommendation strength results for 26 recommendations were obtained. A total of 9 symptoms were further retained for expert external validation to form 24 recommendations, with a recommendation process score range of 7.64-9.99 points and a more scientific and standardized recommendation-formation process.Conclusion: Owing to the current limited conditions of evidence-based resources for TCM nursing, the present consensus-building process represents only a preliminary exploration of an evidence-based expert consensus for TCM nursing to provide a reference for a more scientific and standardized methodology.Xuejing Li Ke Peng Meiqi Meng Liu Han Dan Yang Junqiang Zhao Yufang Hao 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2022,9,2:2

10The effect of soil moisture on the response by fungi and bacteria to nitrogen additions for N_(2)O production显示文摘In addition to bacteria,the contribution of fungi to nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)production has been recognized but the responses of these two broad and unrelated groups of microorganisms to global environmental changes,atmospheric nitrogen(N)deposition,and precipitation in terms of N_(2)O production are unclear.We studied how these two microbial-mediated N_(2)O production pathways responded to soil moisture conditions and to N addition in an N-limited temperate forest.Soils from a long-term N addition experiment in Changbai Mountain,northeastern China were incubated.Varied concentrations of cycloheximide and streptomycin,both inhibitors of fungal and bacterial activity,were used to determine the contributions of both to N_(2)O production in 66%,98%and 130%water-filled pore spaces(WFPS).The results showed that N_(2)O production decreased significantly with increasing cycloheximide concentration whereas streptomycin was only inhibiting N_(2)O emissions at 98%and 130%WFPS.The bacterial pathway of N_(2)O production in N-addition(Nadd)soil was significantly more dominant than that in untreated(Namb)soil.The difference in the fungal pathway of N_(2)O production between the soil with nitrogen addition and the untreated soil was not significant.Net N_(2)O emissions increased with increasing soil moisture,especially at 130%WFPS,a completely flooded condition.Bacteria dominated carbon dioxide(CO_(2))and N_(2)O emissions in Nadd soil and at 130%WFPS regardless of N status,while fungi dominated CO_(2)and N_(2)O emissions in soil without N addition at 66%and 98%WFPS.The results suggest that flooded soil is an important source of N_(2)O emissions and that bacteria might be better adapted to compete in fertile soils under anoxic conditions.Lei Zhang Junqiang Zheng Xu Han Junhui Zhang Chengxu Li Shicong Geng Shijie Han 2021Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,5:1

13Effect of statins use on the prevention of venous thromboembolism: a meta-analysis显示文摘Objective: To estimate the effect of statins use on the prevention of venous thromboembolism (VTE). Methods: We systematically searched MEDLINE (1980-June 2012), EMBASE (1980-June 2012), Google Scholar, Cochrane Library, and ISI Web of Science, manually reviewed references, and contacted experts. Case-control studies and cohort studies that compared any dose of statin with no statin or placebo are included. Data extraction and study quality evaluation were independently conducted in duplicate. Results: 12 studies including four cohort studies and eight case-control studies were identified and eligible for meta-analysis. Upon meta-analysis, statin use was associated with a statistically significant reduction in the odds of developing VTE (OR 0.91, 95% CI 0.86-0.96). Conclusion: This meta-analysis of current and available literature suggests that statins can reduce patient's risk of developing VTE. 14Inducer/Exducer Matching Characteristics inside Tandem Impellers of a Highly Loaded Centrifugal Compressor显示文摘A centrifugal compressor usually operates with low isentropic efficiency and a terrible stable operating range, resulting from the complex impeller flow structure companied with the intense interaction among the impeller and the diffuser downstream. In many studies, the potential of centrifugal compressor tandem-impeller configurations for improving the compressor has been demonstrated. Whereas, compared with the convincing results on the tandem-designed axial compressors, the results on tandem impellers are limited and contradictory. Very little insight has been provided into the flow mechanisms inside tandem impellers, which is considered to be the primary reason for the confusion in tandem impeller design and application. Tandem impellers are expected to exhibit a totally different behavior due to the intense aerodynamic interaction between the inducer and the exducer, which substantially contributes to the flow structure and the compressor performance change. In the present study, a numerical study of a highly-loaded centrifugal compressor with various tandem designs was conducted to explore the inducer/exducer matching characteristics and the underlying flow mechanism inside tandem impellers. Two tandem impeller design parameters, namely, the inducer/exducer clocking fraction and the axial gap(overlap), were considered in the tandem impeller design process. The tandem impeller was also compared to the existing conventional impeller which the tandem impeller was redesigned for. The results demonstrated that the tandem-designed impeller can improve the centrifugal compressor stage performance and intense inducer/exducer interaction can be observed with changes in the clocking fraction and the axial gap(overlap). The tandem impeller performance is sensitive to changes in axial gap(overlap) when the suction side of the exducer blade is circumferentially close to the inducer blade. The fundamental reason for the performance variation in the inducer and the exducer lies in the inducer pressure change in the blade trailing edge that is determined by the Kutta condition. 15GNSS rapid precise point positioning enhanced by low Earth orbit satellites显示文摘The Low Earth Orbit(LEO)satellites can be used to efectively speed up Precise Point Positioning(PPP)convergence.In this study,180 LEO satellites with a global distribution are simulated to evaluate their contribution to the PPP convergence.LEO satellites can give more redundant observations and improve satellite geometric distributions,particularly for a single Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS).The convergence speed of the PPP foat solution using the Global Positioning System(GPS,G)or BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS,C)single system as well as the G/C/Galileo navigation satellite system(Galileo,E)/GLObal NAvigation Satellite System(GLONASS,R)combined system with LEO satellites added is improved by 90.0%,91.0%,and 90.7%,respectively,with respect to the system without LEO satellites added.We introduced LEO observations to assist GNSS in PPP-AR(Ambiguity Resolution)and PPP-RTK(Real Time Kinematic).The success fx rate of a single system is signifcantly improved,and the Time-To-First-Fix(TTFF)of G and G/C/E is reduced by 86.4%and 82.8%,respectively,for the PPP-AR solution.We analyzed the positioning performance of LEO satellite assisted G/C/E PPP-RTK in the reference networks of diferent scales,namely diferent atmospheric delay interpolation accuracies.The success fx rate of the G/C/E combined system is improved from 86.8 to 94.9%,and the TTFF is reduced by 36.8%,with the addition of LEO satellites in the 57 km reference network.In the 110 km reference network,the success fx rate of the G/C/E combined system is improved from 64.0 to 88.6%,and the TTFF is reduced by 32.1%.GNSS PPP-RTK with adding the LEO satellites in the reference networks of diferent scales shows obvious improvement because the atmospheric correlation decreases with increasing distance from the reference networks.Ju Hong Rui Tu Pengfei Zhang Rui Zhang Junqiang Han Lihong Fan Siyao Wang Xiaochun Lu 2023Satellite Navigation2023,4,1:0
