| 1 | Synthesis of vertically aligned carbon nanotube arrays on silicon substrates显示文摘The growth of well-aligned carbon nanotube (CNT) arrays using a heat chemical vapor deposition system on silicon substrates is reported. The growth properties of CNT arrays are studied as a function of synthesis conditions. It is found that 750℃ and 10 nm Fe film are suitable conditions for the growth of well-aligned CNT arrays. CNT arrays with a uniform diameter, thick tube wall and firm cohesion to the Si substrate can be grown for C2H2 concentration of 27%. | 2 | Synthesis,Characterization and Electromagnetic Studies on Nanocrystalline Co_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_2O_4 Synthesized by Polyacrylamide Gel显示文摘Nanocrystalline Co_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_2O_4 ferrite was synthesized by polyacrylamide gel method.The electromagnetic and microwave absorption properties of the ferrite were investigated.The results indicated that calcining temperature of the ferrite had a significant influence on the effective properties of the ferrite.When the calcining temperature was 500,600 and 700℃,the average size of particles was 10,30 and 80 nm,respectively. The dielectric loss(ε″)and magnetic loss(u″)of the ferrite was around 0.65 and 0.29 at 8.2 GHz,respectively. | 3 | Niobium oxyphosphate nanosheet assembled two-dimensional anode material for enhanced lithium storage显示文摘The development of high-capacity and high-rate anodes has become an attractive endeavor for achieving high energy and power densities in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Herein,a new-type anode material of reduced graphene oxide(rGO) supported niobium oxyphosphate(NbOPO_4) nanosheet assembled twodimensional composite material(NbOPO_4/rGO) is firstly fabricated and presented as a promising highperformance LIB anode material.In-depth electrochemical analyses and in/ex situ characterizations reveal that the intercalation-conversion reaction takes place during the first discharge process,followed by the reversible redox process between amorphous NbPO_4 and Nb which contributes to the reversible capacity in the subsequent cycles.Meanwhile,the lithiation-generated Li3 PO_4,behaving as a good lithium ion conductor,facilitates ion transport.The rGO support further regulates the structural and electron/ion transfer properties of NbOPO_4/rGO composite compared to neat NbOPO_4, resulting in greatly enhanced electrochemical performances.As a result,NbOPO_4/rGO as a new-type LIB anode material achieves a high capacity of 502.5 mAh g^(-1) after 800 cycles and outstanding rate capability of 308.4 mAh g^(-1) at 8 A g^(-1).This work paves the way for the deep understanding and exploration of phosphate-ba sed high-efficiency anode materials for LIBs. | Bo Wen Ruiting Guo Xiong Liu Wen Luo Qiu He Chaojiang Niu Jiashen Meng Qi Li Yan Zhao Liqiang Mai | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,2: | 1 |
| 4 | Study on peptide-peptide interaction using high-performance affinity chromatography and quartz crystal microbalance biosensor显示文摘The specific interaction between sense and antisense peptides was studied by high-performance affinity chromatography (HPAC) and quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) biosensor. Fragment 1-14 of human interferon-β (hIFN-β) was chosen as sense peptide and its three antisense peptides (AS-IFN 1, AS-IFN 2, and AS-IFN 3) were designed according to the degeneracy of genetic codes. The affinity column was prepared with sense peptide as ligand and the affinity chromatographic behavior was evaluated. Glu-substituted antisense peptide (AS-IFN 3) showed the strongest binding to immobilized sense peptide at pH 7.5. A quartz crystal microbalance-flow injection analysis (QCM-FIA) system was introduced to investigate the recognition process in real-time. The equilibrium dissociation constants between sense peptide and AS-IFN 1, AS-IFN 2 and AS-IFN 3 measured 2.08×10-4, 1.31×10-4 and 2.22× 10-5 mol/L, respectively. | 6 | Dual-AAV split prime editor corrects the mutation and phenotype in mice with inherited retinal degeneration显示文摘The prime editor(PE)can edit genomes with almost any intended changes,including all 12 possible types of base substitutions,small insertions and deletions,and their combinations,without the requirement for double strand breaks or exogenous donor templates.PE demonstrates the possibility of correcting a variety of disease-causing mutations and might expand the therapeutic application of gene editing.In this study,PE was optimized based on a dual-adeno-associated virus(AAV)split-intein system in vitro by screening different split sites and split inteins.We found that splitting PE before amino acid 1105(Ser)of SpCas9 with Rma intein resulted in the highest on-target editing.The orientations of pegRNA and nicking sgRNA in the AAV vector were further optimized.To test the in vivo performance of the optimized dual-AAV split-PE3,it was delivered by subretinal injection in rd12 mice with inherited retinal disease Leber congenital amaurosis.The prime editors corrected the pathogenic mutation with up to 16%efficiency in a precise way,with no detectable off-target edits,restored RPE65 expression,rescued retinal and visual function,and preserved photoceptors.Our findings establish a framework for the preclinical development of PE and motivate further testing of PE for the treatment of inherited retinal diseases caused by various mutations. | Kaiqin She Yi Liu Qinyu Zhao Xiu Jin Yiliu Yang Jing Su Ruiting Li Li Song Jianlu Xiao Shaohua Yao Fang Lu Yuquan Wei Yang Yang | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,3: | 1 |

| 8 | Linc-RAM is a metabolic regulator maintaining whole-body energy homeostasis in mice显示文摘Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)are known to have profound functions in regulating cell fate specification,cell differentiation,organogenesis,and disease,but their physiological roles in controlling cellular metabolism and whole-body metabolic homeostasis are less well understood.We previously identified a skeletal muscle-specific long intergenic noncoding RNA(linc-RNA)activator of myogenesis,Linc-RAM,which enhances muscle cell differentiation during development and regeneration.Here,we report that Linc-RAM exerts a physiological function in regulating skeletal muscle metabolism and the basal metabolic rate to maintain whole-body metabolic homeostasis.We first demonstrate that Linc-RAM is preferentially expressed in type-II enriched glycolytic myofibers,in which its level is more than 60-fold higher compared to that in differentiated myotubes.Consistently,genetic deletion of the Linc-RAM gene in mice increases the expression levels of genes encoding oxidative fiber versions of myosin heavy chains and decreases those of genes encoding rate-limiting enzymes for glycolytic metabolism.Physiologically,Linc-RAM-knockout mice exhibit a higher basal metabolic rate,elevated insulin sensitivity and reduced fat deposition compared to their wild-type littermates.Together,our findings indicate that Linc-RAM is a metabolic regulator of skeletal muscle metabolism and may represent a potential pharmaceutical target for preventing and/or treating metabolic diseases,including obesity. | Qianying Zhang Lili Zhai Qian Chen Yixia Zhao Ruiting Wang Hu Li Tian Gao Meihong Chen Dahai Zhu Yong Zhang | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,11: | 0 |
| 9 | Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment. | 10 | Impact of Greenization on the Marginal Utility of Intensity of Carbon Emissions and Factors Affecting it in China显示文摘The impact of greenization on the marginal utility of the intensity of carbon emissions in China and factors influ-encing this relationship are explored in this study.China’s level of greenization is evaluated by using an index system developed based on the comprehensive index method.The intensity of carbon emissions is determined by using the standards for the coefficients of conversion of coal equivalent and coefficients of carbon emission.The impact of greenization on the marginal utility of the intensity of carbon emissions is then evaluated by using an elastic formula and factors affecting this relationship are verified by regression analysis.The results are as fol-lows:(1)China’s level of greenization has exhibited a trend of constant increase.The intensity of carbon emissions has followed a continual downward trend while the impact of greenization on the marginal utility of the intensity of these emissions has been declining.(2)Urbanization as well as scientific and technological developments have slowed the reduction in the marginal utility of the intensity of carbon emissions,whereas the structure of energy consumption has expedited it under the diminishing impact of greenization.The standard of living of the popu-lation,intensity of environmental regulation,and environmental quality have had different influences under dif-ferent conditions. | Yu Liu Ruiting Jiao Liyao Zhao Kai Liu | 2021 | Energy Engineering2021,118,2: | 0 |
| 11 | Pine wilt disease detection in high-resolution UAV images using object-oriented classification显示文摘Pine wilt disease(PWD)is currently one of the main causes of large-scale forest destruction.To control the spread of PWD,it is essential to detect affected pine trees quickly.This study investigated the feasibility of using the object-oriented multi-scale segmentation algorithm to identify trees discolored by PWD.We used an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)platform equipped with an RGB digital camera to obtain high spatial resolution images,and multiscale segmentation was applied to delineate the tree crown,coupling the use of object-oriented classification to classify trees discolored by PWD.Then,the optimal segmentation scale was implemented using the estimation of scale parameter(ESP2)plug-in.The feature space of the segmentation results was optimized,and appropriate features were selected for classification.The results showed that the optimal scale,shape,and compactness values of the tree crown segmentation algorithm were 56,0.5,and 0.8,respectively.The producer’s accuracy(PA),user’s accuracy(UA),and F1 score were 0.722,0.605,and 0.658,respectively.There were no significant classification errors in the final classification results,and the low accuracy was attributed to the low number of objects count caused by incorrect segmentation.The multi-scale segmentation and object-oriented classification method could accurately identify trees discolored by PWD with a straightforward and rapid processing.This study provides a technical method for monitoring the occurrence of PWD and identifying the discolored trees of disease using UAV-based high-resolution images. | Zhao Sun Yifu Wang Lei Pan Yunhong Xie Bo Zhang Ruiting Liang Yujun Sun | 2022 | Journal of Forestry Research2022,33,4: | 0 |
