1Carboniferous Post-collisional Rift Volcanism of the Tianshan Mountains, Northwestern China显示文摘The Tianshan Carboniferous post-collisional rift volcanic rocks occur in northwestern China as a large igneous province. Based on petrogeochemical data, the Tianshan Carboniferous post-collisional rift basic lavas can be classified into two major magma types: (1) the low-Ti/Y type situated in the eastern-central Tianshan area, which exhibits low Ti/Y (<500), Ce/Yb (<15) and SiO2 (43-55%), and relatively high Fe2O3T (6.4-11.5%); (2) the high-Ti/Y type situated in the western Tianshan area, which has high Ti/Y (>500), Ce/Yb (>11) and SiO2 (49-55%), and relatively low Fe2O3T (5.8-7.8%). Elemental data suggest that chemical variations of the low-Ti/Y and high-Ti/Y lavas cannot be explained by fractional crystallization from a common parental magma. The Tianshan Carboniferous basic lavas originated most likely from an OIB-like asthenospheric mantle source (87Sr/86Sr(t) ≈ 0.703-0.705, εNd(t) ≈ +4 to +7). The crustal contamination and continental lithospheric mantle have also contributed significantly to the formation of the basic lavas of the Tianshan Carboniferous post-collisional rift. The silicic lavas were probably generated by partial melting of the crust. The data of this study show that spatial petrogeochemical variations exist in the Carboniferous post-collisional rift volcanics province in the Tianshan region. Occurrence of the thickest volcanics dominated by tholeiitic lavas may imply that the center of the mantle-melting anomaly (mantle plume) was in the eastern Tianshan area at that time. 2~4.1 Ga xenocrystal zircon from Ordovician volcanic rocks in western part of North Qinling Orogenic Belt显示文摘High-precision U-Pb dating by in situ LA-ICP-MS yields an age of 4079±5 Ma for a xenocrystal zircon from Ordovician volcanics of the Caotangou Group in western part of the North Qinling Orogenic Belt. As a result, the North Qinling Orogenic Belt becomes one of a few localities in the world that contain Hadean age records (4276±6 Ma and 4404±8 Ma detrital zircons from Jack Hill of the Yilgarn craton, 4016 Ma Acasta gneisses of the Wopmay Orogeny and Burang quartzite with detrital zircon of 4103 Ma in Tibet). It is also the first report of the Hadean age in Phanerozoic volcanics. The finding of the 4.1 Ga xenocrystal zircon provides not only the geochronological record of the oldest crustal materials in China, but also the condition for further search for rocks forming in the region during the early time of the Earth’s evolution. Thirty-six zircon U-Pb dates from the Ordovician volcanic rocks are subgrouped into seven generations that represent different tectono-magmatic events in the North Qinling Orogenic Belt. 5Experimental study of temperature gradient in track slab under outdoor conditions in Chengdu area显示文摘Temperature is one of the important loads for designing slab track. The characteristic of slab track temperature varies greatly with different regional climates. In this work, a bi-block slab track model was built under outdoor conditions in Chengdu area; the statistical characteristic of temperature gradient in track slab and the relationship between temperature gradient and surface air temperature were tested and analyzed. The results show that the track slab temperature gradient will vary periodically according to the surface air temperature, and show a clear nonlinearity along the height direction. The temperature gradient distribution is extremely uneven: the temperature gradient in the top part of the track slab is larger than that in the bottom part; the most frequently occurring temperature gradient of the track slab is around-3.5 °C/m and more than75 % locates in the level-10 to 10 °C/m; concrete with a relatively good heat exchange condition with the surrounding air has a narrower band distribution. In addition, the frequency distribution histogram should exclude the time zone from 00:00 to 06:00 because there is almost no traffic in this period. 6The geochemical characteristics,geochronology and tectonic significance of the Carboniferous volcanic rocks of the Santanghu area in northeastern Xinjiang,China显示文摘The Santanghu area is located on the northeastern margin of the Junggar Basin,northern Xinjiang,Northwest China.The Carboniferous volcanic rocks in this area are widely distributed in Kaokesaiergaishan,Santanghu,Daheishan and Naomaohu districts,which are located to the north of the Kalameili Fault.These rocks,sourced from a cognate magma,consist of basic,intermediate,and acidic lavas,and pyroclastic rock.The basic volcanic rocks are enriched with large-ion lithophile elements(LILE),but are relatively depleted in high field strength elements(HFSE),and have an obvious negative Nb-Ta-Ti anomaly.They were most probably derived from a depleted mantle source,and during their ascent,these magmas were not contaminated by the crustal material as they underwent magma crystallization differentiation.Based on the Carboniferous volcanic assemblage and geochemical data,it is apparent that the early Carboniferous volcanism occurred in a subduction-related tectonic setting.New LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb analyses constrain the age of the andesite within the volcanic rocks as the early Carboniferous(328.9-331.3 Ma).Combined with the regional geological record,comprehensive analysis of the isotope geochronological data indicates that the subduction of the Junggar Ocean predates the early Carboniferous,and that the Santanghu island arc magmatism was induced by the subduction of the Junggar Ocean in the Carboniferous.LI Wei LIU YiQun DONG YunPeng ZHOU XiaoHu LIU XiaoMing LI Hong FAN TingTing ZHOU DingWu XU XueYi CHEN JunLu 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,8:8

8Optimization of Wind Farm Collection Line Structure under Symmetrical Grid Fault显示文摘A power-transmission collection line is connected to each wind turbine of a wind farm and then connected to the incoming switchgear at the low-voltage side of the booster station at a certain distance.Therefore,the grouping of the wind turbines in the wind farm determines the layout of the lines and affects the line impedance.The line structure and composition of the wind farm are analyzed,and the relationship between the impedance of the collection line and reactive power generated by the wind turbine at low-voltage ride through is derived.We conclude that the smaller the equivalent impedance of the wind farm collection line structure is,the greater the reactive power at the wind farm collection line point is.In addition,the economic aspect of the collection line needs to be considered in the design.The economic aspect and impedance values have contrasting characteristics.Therefore,according to the condition of minimum impedance and optimized economic aspect,an optimization model of a wind-farm collector-circuit structure is proposed.The optimal structure of the wind farm collector circuit is calculated using the Monte Carlo method,and the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation.Huan Jin Xueyi Zhang Yang Zhang Qianghui Xiao Juan Li Ya Liu 2019Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2019,5,3:3
9Growth and characterization ofβ-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin films grown on off-angled Al_(2)O_(3)substrates by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition显示文摘Beta-gallium oxide(β-Ga_(2)O_(3))thin films were deposited on c-plane(0001)sapphire substrates with different mis-cut angles along<>by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD).The structural properties and surface morphology of as-grownβ-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin films were investigated in detail.It was found that by using thin buffer layer and mis-cut substrate technology,the full width at half maximum(FWHM)of the()diffraction peak of theβ-Ga_(2)O_(3)film is decreased from 2°on c-plane(0001)Al_(2)O_(3)substrate to 0.64°on an 8°off-angled c-plane(0001)Al_(2)O_(3)substrate.The surface root-mean-square(RMS)roughness can also be improved greatly and the value is 1.27 nm for 8°off-angled c-plane(0001)Al_(2)O_(3)substrate.Room temper-ature photoluminescence(PL)was observed,which was attributed to the self-trapped excitons formed by oxygen and gallium vacancies in the film.The ultraviolet-blue PL intensity related with oxygen and gallium vacancies is decreased with the increas-ing mis-cut angle,which is in agreement with the improved crystal quality measured by high resolution X-ray diffraction(HR-XRD).The present results provide a route for growing high qualityβ-Ga_(2)O_(3)film on Al_(2)O_(3)substrate.Yabao Zhang Jun Zheng Peipei Ma Xueyi Zheng Zhi Liu Yuhua Zuo Chuanbo Li Buwen Cheng 2022Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,9:3
10Geochemistry, geochronology and Hf isotope of granitoids in the Chinese Altai: Implications for Paleozoic tectonic evolution of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt显示文摘The Chinese Altai in northwestern Xinjiang has numerous outcrops of granitoids which provide critical information on accretionary orogenic processes and crustal growth of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt.Zircon U-Pb ages, Hf-isotopic compositions and whole-rock geochemistry of monzogranite and granodiorites in the Qinghe County are employed to elucidate Paleozoic tectonics of the Chinese Altai. Granodiorites have crystallization ages of 424.6 ± 3.1 Ma(MSWD = 0.23) and 404.0 ± 3.4 Ma(MSWD = 0.18);monzogranite was emplaced in the early Permian with a crystallization age of 293.7 ± 4.6 Ma(MSWD = 1.06). Both granodiorites and monzogranite are I-type granites with A/CNK ratios of 0.92 -0.97 and 1.03 -1.06, respectively. They also show similar geochemical features of high HREE and Y contents, low Sr contents and Sr/Y ratios, as well as enrichment of Cs, Rb, Th and U, and depletion of Nb, Ta, P and Ti.These geochemical features indicate that the monzogranite and granodiorites were formed in an arc setting related to subduction. The gneissic monzogranites display high SiO_2 and K_2 O contents, and belong to the high-K calc-alkaline series. In the chondrite normalized REE distribution pattern, the monzogranite samples exhibit enrichment of LREE with strong negative Eu anomalies(σE u =0.44 -0.53), zircon εHf(t) values from +7.24 to +12.63 and two-stage Hf model ages of 463 -740 Ma. This suggests that the monzogranite was generated from the mixing of pelitic and mantle material. The granodiorite samples are calc-alkaline granites with lower contents of Si O_2 and Na_2 O + K_2 O, higher contents of TiO_2, Fe_2O_3~t, MgO and CaO compared to the monzogranite samples. They also show enrichment of LREE and moderate negative Eu anomalies(σE u= 0.54 =0.81), as well as slightly higher differentiation of LREE than that of HREE. The425 Ma granodiorite has zircon εHf(t) values from -0.51 to +1.98 and two-stage Hf model ages of 1133 -1240 Ma, whereas the 404 Ma granodiorite displays those of +2.52 to +7.50 and 816 -1071 Ma.Geochemistry and zircon Hf isotopic compositions indicate that granodiorites were formed by partial melting of juvenile lower crust. 11Differences between soybean genotypes in physiological response to sequential soil drying and rewetting显示文摘Soybean genotypes show diverse physiological responses to drought, but specific physiological traits that can be used to evaluate drought tolerance have not been identified. In the present study we investigated physiological traits of soybean genotypes under progressive soil drying and rewetting, using a treatment mimicking field conditions.After a preliminary study with eight soybean genotypes, two drought-tolerant genotypes and one susceptible genotype were grown in the greenhouse and subjected to water restriction. Leaf expansion rate, gas exchange, water relation parameters, total chlorophyll(Chl), proline contents of leaves, and root xylem p H were monitored in a time course, and plant growth and root traits were measured at the end of the stress cycle. Drought-tolerant genotypes maintained higher leaf expansion rate, net photosynthetic rate(Pn), Chl content,instantaneous water use efficiency(WUEi), % relative water content(RWC), water potential(ψw), and turgor potential(ψp) during progressive soil drying and subsequent rewetting than the susceptible genotypes. By contrast, stomatal conductance(gs) and transpiration rate(Tr)of tolerant genotypes declined faster owing to dehydration and recovered more sharply after rehydration than the same parameters in susceptible ones. Water stress caused a significant increase in leaf proline level and root xylem sap p H of both genotypes but tolerant genotypes recovered to pre-stress levels more quickly after rehydration. Tolerant genotypes also produced longer roots with higher dry mass than susceptible genotypes. 12Overpressure distribution and pressuring mechanism on the southern margin of the Junggar Basin, Northwestern China显示文摘On the basis of the pressure data ob- tained from the southern margin of the Junggar Basin, Northwestern China, the distribution and evolution of overpressures in high permeable sandy and in low-permeability shale formations are characterized. The evolution of overpressures in various structural processes, especially in erosion and mechanical de- formation, is quantified by numerical modeling stud- ies. The modeling results show that anomalies of high pressure observed in boreholes are likely a combination of several effects, i.e. 1) the compaction caused by overloading, 2) the compaction caused by lateral tectonic stressing, 3) lateral transmission of hydraulic pressure associated with fold formation, and 4) vertical hydraulic connection caused by opening faults crossing formations with different initial excessive pressures. 13Synthesis and performance of Li_3V_2(PO_4)_3/C composites as cathode materials显示文摘Carbon-coated Li3V2(PO4)3 cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries were prepared by a carbon-thermal reduction (CTR) method using su- crose as carbon source. The Li3V2(PO4)3/C composite cathode materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and electrochemical measurement. The results show that the Li3V2(PO4)3 samples synthesized using sucrose as carbon source have the same monoclinic structure as the Li3V2(PO4)3 sample synthesized using acetylene black as carbon source. SEM image exhib- its that the particle size is about 1 μm together with homogenous distribution. Electrochemical test shows that the initial discharge capacity of Li3V2(PO4)3 powders is 122 mAh·g-1 at the rate of 0.2C, and the capacity retains 111 mAh·g-1 after 50 cycles.LIU Minzhong GUO Xueyi 2008Rare Metals2008,27,6:2
