2Factors predicting sensory and motor recovery after the repair of upper limb peripheral nerve injuries显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the factors associated with sensory and motor recovery after the repair of upper limb peripheral nerve injuries. DATA SOURCES: The online PubMed database was searched for English articles describing outcomes after the repair of median, ulnar, radial, and digital nerve injuries in humans with a publication date between 1 January 1990 and 16 February 2011. STUDY SELECTION: The following types of article were selected:(1) clinical trials describing the repair of median, ulnar, radial, and digital nerve injuries published in English; and(2) studies that reported sufficient patient information, including age, mechanism of injury, nerve injured, injury location, defect length, repair time, repair method, and repair materials. SPSS 13.0 software was used to perform univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses and to investigate the patient and intervention factors associated with outcomes. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Sensory function was assessed using the Mackinnon-Dellon scale and motor function was assessed using the manual muscle test. Satisfactory motor recovery was defined as grade M4 or M5, and satisfactory sensory recovery was defined as grade S3+ or S4.RESULTS: Seventy-one articles were included in this study. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses showed that repair time, repair materials, and nerve injured were independent predictors of outcome after the repair of nerve injuries(P < 0.05), and that the nerve injured was the main factor affecting the rate of good to excellent recovery. 3Optimization of construction scheme and supporting technology for HJS soft rock tunnel显示文摘For a soft rock tunnel under high stress in jointed and swell soft rock(HJS), two construction schemes pilot-tunneling enlarging excavation and step-by-step excavation were optimized using FLAC2 D, and the deformation effects of the two construction schemes were verified by field tests. Based on engineering geological investigation and mechanical analysis of large deformations, the complex deformation mechanisms of stress expansion and structural deformation of the soft rock tunnel were confirmed,and support countermeasures from the complex deformation mechanism converted to a single type were proposed, and the support parameters were optimized by field tests. 4Two-dimensional optical spatial differentiation and high-contrast imaging显示文摘Optical analog signal processing technology has been widely studied and applied in a variety of science and engineering fields, with the advantages of overcoming the low-speed and high-power consumption associated with its digital counterparts. Much attention has been given to emerging metasurface technology in the field of optical imaging and processing systems. Here, we demonstrate, for the first time, broadband two-dimensional spatial differentiation and high-contrast edge imaging based on a dielectric metasurface across the whole visible spectrum. This edge detection method works for both intensity and phase objects simply by inserting the metasurface into a commercial optical microscope. 5Scalable and ultrafast epitaxial growth of single-crystal graphene wafers for electrically tunable liquid-crystal microlens arrays显示文摘The scalable growth of wafer-sized single-crystal graphene in an energy-efficient manner and compatible with wafer process is critical for the killer applications of graphene in high-performance electronics and optoelectronics. Here, ultrafast epitaxial growth of single-crystal graphene wafers is realized on singlecrystal Cu90Ni10(1 1 1) thin films fabricated by a tailored two-step magnetron sputtering and recrystallization process. The minor nickel(Ni) content greatly enhances the catalytic activity of Cu, rendering the growth of a 4 in. single-crystal monolayer graphene wafer in 10 min on Cu90Ni10(1 1 1), 50 folds faster than graphene growth on Cu(1 1 1). Through the carbon isotope labeling experiments, graphene growth on Cu90Ni10(1 1 1) is proved to be exclusively surface-reaction dominated, which is ascribed to the Cu surface enrichment in the Cu Ni alloy, as indicated by element in-depth profile. One of the best benefits of our protocol is the compatibility with wafer process and excellent scalability. A pilot-scale chemical vapor deposition(CVD) system is designed and built for the mass production of single-crystal graphene wafers, with productivity of 25 pieces in one process cycle. Furthermore, we demonstrate the application of single-crystal graphene in electrically controlled liquid-crystal microlens arrays(LCMLA), which exhibit highly tunable focal lengths near 2 mm under small driving voltages. By integration of the graphene based LCMLA and a CMOS sensor, a prototype camera is proposed that is available for simultaneous light-field and light intensity imaging. 7In situ fabrication of organic electrochemical transistors on a microfluidic chip显示文摘Microfluid chips integrating with organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) are useful for manufacturing biosensors with high throughput and large-scale analyses. We report here the utilization of alternating current (AC) electrodeposition to fabricate OECTs in situ on a microfiuid chip. With this method, the organic semiconductor (OS) layer with a channel length of 8μm was readily prepared without requiring the postbonding process in the conventional construction of microfluidic chips. Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(4-styrenesulfonate)/graphene quantum dots (PEDOT:PSS/GQDs) composites with different morphologies, such as microfilms, nanodendrites and nanowires were electropolymerized. The mass transfer process of the electropolymerization reaction was evidenced to be diffusion limited. Morphologies, growth directions, and chemical structures of OS layers could be tuned by the amplitude and the frequency of the AC voltage. Transfer and output characteristic curves of OECTs were measured on the microfluidic chip. 8Mixed H_2/H_∞ State Feedback Attitude Control of Microsatellite Based on Extended LMI Method显示文摘For the appearance of the additive perturbation of controller gain when the controller parameter has minute adjustment at the initial running stage of system,to avoid the adverse effects,this paper investigates the mixed H_2/H_∞ state feedback attitude control problem of microsatellite based on extended LMI method.Firstly,the microsatellite attitude control system is established and transformed into corresponding state space form.Then,without the equivalence restriction of the two Lyapunov variables of H_2 and H∞performance,this paper introduces additional variables to design the mixed H_2/H_∞ control method based on LMI which can also reduce the conservatives.Finally,numerical simulations are analyzed to show that the proposed method can make the satellite stable within 20 s whether there is additive perturbation of the controller gain or not.The comparative analysis of the simulation results between extended LMI method and traditional LMI method also demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method in this paper.Keke Shi Chuang Liu Feng Wang Zhaowei Sun 2016Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2016,23,5:2
9Surfactants Mediated Synthesis of Highly Crystalline Thin Films of Imine-Linked Covalent Organic Frameworks on Water Surface显示文摘Imine-linked covalent organic frameworks(COFs)have attracted extensive attention due to designable structures,tunable properties,and excellent thermal and chemical stability.They were typically obtained as insoluble and unprocessable powders,which seriously limits their full promise.Progress has been made in the synthesis of thin films of imine-linked COFs by interfacial synthesis.However,the synthesis of highly crystalline,self-supporting thin films of COFs remains challenging.Here,we employed a surfactants-mediated method to synthesize such films at an air-water interface,showed the films could be transferred onto arbitrary substrates on demand,and demonstrated the generality of the methodology with two different COFs.We found that the length of hydrophobic segments of surfactants played a key role in determination of the crystallinity and single crystalline domain size of the films.This work provides a feasible strategy to generate highly crystalline thin films of COFs.Zhaowei Ou Zihao Liang Xin Dong Fanglin Tan Li Gong Pei Zhao Honglei Wang Wei Liu Zhikun Zheng 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,12:2
10OsbZIP72 Is Involved in Transcriptional Gene-Regulation Pathway of Abscisic Acid Signal Transduction by Activating Rice High-Affinity Potassium Transporter OsHKT1;1显示文摘We created CRISPR-Cas9 knock-out and overexpressing OsbZIP72 transgenic rice plants to gain a better understanding of the role and molecular mechanism of OsbZIP72 gene in stress tolerance,which has remained largely elusive.OsbZIP72 was expressed and integrated into rice transgenic plant genomes,and the OsbZIP72 transcript in overexpression lines was elicited by salinity,abscisic acid(ABA)and drought stresses.OsbZIP72 overexpressing plants showed higher tolerance to drought and salinity stresses,while knock-out transgenic lines showed higher sensitivity to these stresses.The differentially expressed genes(DEGs)from RNA-sequencing data encompassed several abiotic stress genes,and the functional classification of these DEGs demonstrated the robust transcriptome diversity in OsbZIP72.Yeast one-hybrid,along with luciferase assay,indicated that OsbZIP72 acted as a transcriptional initiator.Remarkably,electrophoresis mobility assay revealed that OsbZIP72 bound directly to the ABAresponsive element in the OsHKT1;1 promoter region and activated its transcription.Overall,our findings revealed that OsbZIP72 can act as a transcriptional modulator with the ability to induce the expression of OsHKT1;1 in response to environmental stress through an ABA-dependent regulatory pathway,indicating that OsbZIP72 can play a crucial role in the ABA-mediated salt and drought tolerance pathway in rice.WANG Baoxiang LIU Yan WANG Yifeng LI Jingfang SUN Zhiguang CHI Ming XING Yungao XU Bo YANG Bo LI Jian LIU Jinbo CHEN Tingmu FANG Zhaowei LU Baiguan XU Dayong Babatunde Kazeem BELLO 2021Rice science2021,28,3:2

15Fullerenes and derivatives as electron transport materials in perovskite solar cells显示文摘In this study,two fullerenes(C60,C70)and their methano-substitutions(PC61BM,PC71BM),as electron transport materials(ETMs)in perovskite solar cells(Pero-SCs),were systematically studied.As being used as ETMs,methanofullerenes,though with lower electron mobility compared to the counterpart pristine fullerenes,lead to higher power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of Pero-SCs.The difference is likely caused by the fill-out vacancies and smoother morphology of the interfaces between ETM and perovskite layers,as they were prepared by different methods.In addition,compared to C60 and PC61BM,C70 and PC71BM showed priority in terms of short-circuit current density,which should be attributed to fast free charge extraction abilities.Kaicheng Zhang Hao Yu Xiaodong Liu Qingqing Dong Zhaowei Wang Yaofeng Wang Ning Chen Yi Zhou Bo Song 2017Science China Chemistry2017,60,1:1
