| 2 | Galloping Vibration Monitoring of Overhead Transmission Lines by Chirped FBG Array显示文摘A distributed online fiber sensing system based on the phase-sensitive optical time domain reflectometer(Φ-OTDR)enhanced by the drawing tower fiber Bragg grating(FBG)array is presented and investigated experimentally for monitoring the galloping of overhead transmission lines.The chirped FBG array enhanced Φ-OTDR sensing system can be used to measure the galloping behavior of the overhead transmission lines(optical phase conductor or optical power ground wire),which are helpful for monitoring the frequency response characteristics of the ice-induced galloping,evaluating the motion tendencies of these cables,and avoiding the risk of flashover during galloping.The feasibility of the proposed online monitoring system is demonstrated through a series of experiments at the Special Optical Fiber Cable Laboratory of State Grid Corporation of China(Beijing,China).Results show that the proposed system is effective and reliable for the monitoring of galloping shape and characteristic frequency,which can predict the trend of destructive vibration behavior and avoid the occurrence of cable breaking and tower toppling accidents,and these features are essential for the safety operation in smart grids. | Qizhong YAN Ciming ZHOU Xuebin FENG Chi DENG Wenyu HU Yimin XU | 2022 | Photonic Sensors2022,12,3: | 5 |

Hardware supports software, while the integrated circuit(IC) is the core of hardware. In this long review paper, we summarize and discuss recent trending IC design directions and challenges, and try to give the readers big/cool pictures on each selected small/hot topics. | 4 | A review of the amino acid metabolism in placental function response to fetal loss and low birth weight in pigs显示文摘The fertility of sows mainly depends on the embryo losses during gestation and the survival rate of the postfarrowing piglets.The selection of highly-prolific sows has been mainly focused on the selection of genotypes with high ovulatory quota.However,in the early-and post-implantation stages,the rate of embryo losses was increased with the increase of zygotes.Among the various factors,placental growth and development is the vital determinant for fetal survival,growth,and development.Despite the potential survival of fetuses with deficient placental development,their life-conditions and growth can be damaged by a process termed intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR).The newborn piglets affected by IUGR are prone to increased morbidity and mortality rates;meanwhile,the growth,health and welfare of the surviving piglets will remain hampered by these conditions,with a tendency to exacerbate with age.Functional amino acids such as glycine,proline,and arginine continue to increase with the development of placenta,which are not only essential to placental growth(including vascular growth)and development,but can also be used as substrates for the production of glutathione,polyamines and nitric oxide to benefit placental function in many ways.However,the exact regulation mechanism of these amino acids in placental function has not yet been clarified.In this review,we provide evidence from literature and our own work for the role and mechanism of dietary functional amino acids during pregnancy in regulating the placental functional response to fetal loss and birth weight of piglets.This review will provide novel insights into the response of nutritionally nonessential amino acids(glycine and proline)to placental development as well as feasible strategies to enhance the fertility of sows. | Chengquan Tan Zihao Huang Wenyu Xiong Hongxuan Ye Jinping Deng Yulong Yin | 2022 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,4: | 3 |

| 15 | Targeting FAPα-positive lymph node metastatic tumor cells suppresses colorectal cancer metastasis显示文摘Lymphatic metastasis is the main metastatic route for colorectal cancer, which increases the risk of cancer recurrence and distant metastasis. The properties of the lymph node metastatic colorectal cancer(LNM-CRC) cells are poorly understood, and effective therapies are still lacking. Here, we found that hypoxia-induced fibroblast activation protein alpha(FAPα) expression in LNM-CRC cells. Gain-or loss-function experiments demonstrated that FAPα enhanced tumor cell migration, invasion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, stemness, and lymphangiogenesis via activation of the STAT3 pathway. In addition, FAPα in tumor cells induced extracellular matrix remodeling and established an immunosuppressive environment via recruiting regulatory T cells, to promote colorectal cancer lymph node metastasis(CRCLNM). Z-GP-DAVLBH, a FAPα-activated prodrug, inhibited CRCLNM by targeting FAPα-positive LNM-CRC cells. This study investigated whether genetically attenuated Plasmodium sporozoite(GAS) could be used as a novel vector to induce antigen-specific CD8^+ T cell responses against lung cancer.Methods: We constructed GAS/MAGE-A3, a recombinant GAS engineered to express the lung cancer-specific antigen, melanomaassociated antigen 3(MAGE-A3), and assessed its therapeutic effects against lung cancer.Results: Robust parasite-specific CD8αlow CD11ahigh and CD49dhigh CD11ahigh CD4^+ T cell responses as well as a MAGE-A3-specific CD8^+ T cell response were induced in GAS/MAGE-A3-immunized mice. | 20 | [^(18)F]MAGL-4-11 positron emission tomography molecular imaging of monoacylglycerol lipase changes in preclinical liver fibrosis models显示文摘Monoacylglycerol lipase(MAGL) is a pivotal enzyme in the endocannabinoid system, which metabolizes 2-arachidonoylglycerol(2-AG) into the proinflammatory eicosanoid precursor arachidonic acid(AA). MAGL and other endogenous cannabinoid(EC) degrading enzymes are involved in the fibrogenic signaling pathways that induce hepatic stellate cell(HSC) activation and ECM accumulation during chronic liver disease. Our group recently developed an;F-labeled MAGL inhibitor([18F]MAGL-4-11)for PET imaging and demonstrated highly specific binding in vitro and in vivo. In this study, we determined [18F]MAGL-4-11 PET enabled imaging MAGL levels in the bile duct ligation(BDL) and carbon tetrachloride(CCl_(4)) models of liver cirrhosis;we also assessed the hepatic gene expression of the enzymes involved with EC system including MAGL, NAPE-PLD, FAAH and DAGL that as a function of disease severity in these models;[18F]MAGL-4-11 autoradiography was performed to assess tracer binding in frozen liver sections both in animal and human. [18F]MAGL-4-11 demonstrated reduced PET signals in early stages of fibrosis and further significantly decreased with disease progression compared with control mice. We confirmed MAGL and FAAH expression decreases with fibrosisseverity, while its levels in normal liver tissue are high;in contrast, the EC synthetic enzymes NAPE-PLD and DAGL are enhanced in these different fibrosis models. In vitro autoradiography further supported that[18F]MAGL-4-11 bound specifically to MAGL in both animal and human fibrotic liver tissues.
