| 1 | Orbit determination and time synchronization for a GEO/IGSO satellite navigation constellation with regional tracking network显示文摘Aiming at regional services,the space segment of COMPASS (Phase I) satellite navigation system is a constellation of Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO),Inclined Geostationary Earth Orbit (IGSO) and Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) satellites.Precise orbit determination (POD) for the satellites is limited by the geographic distribution of regional tracking stations.Independent time synchronization (TS) system is developed to supplement the regional tracking network,and satellite clock errors and orbit data may be obtained by simultaneously processing both tracking data and TS data.Consequently,inconsistency between tracking system and TS system caused by remaining instrumental errors not calibrated may decrease navigation accuracy.On the other hand,POD for the mixed constellation of GEO/IGSO/MEO with the regional tracking network leads to parameter estimations that are highly correlated.Notorious example of correlation is found between GEO's orbital elements and its clock errors.We estimate orbital elements and clock errors for a 3GEO+2IGSO constellation in this study using a multi-satellite precise orbit determination (MPOD) strategy,with which clock error elimination algorithm is applied to separate orbital and clock estimates to improve numerical efficiency.Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) data are used to evaluate User Ranging Error (URE),which is the orbital error projected on a receiver's line-of-sight direction.Two-way radio-wave time transfer measurements are used to evaluate clock errors.Experimenting with data from the regional tracking network,we conclude that the fitting of code data is better than 1 m in terms of Root-Mean-Square (RMS),and fitting of carrier phase is better than 1 cm.For orbital evaluation,difference between computed receiver-satellite ranging based on estimated orbits and SLR measurements is better than 1 m (RMS).For clock estimates evaluation,2-hour linear-fitting shows that the satellite clock rates are about 1.E-10 s/s,while receiver clock rates are about 1×10 13-1×10 12 s/s.For the 72-hour POD experiment,the average differences between POD satellite clock rates estimates and clock measurements based on TS system are about 1×10 13 s/s,and for receiver clock rates,the differences are about 1×10 15 s/s. | ZHOU ShanShi HU XiaoGong WU Bin LIU Li QU WeiJing GUO Rui HE Feng CAO YueLing Wu XiaoLi ZHU LingFeng SHI Xin TAN HongLi | 2011 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,6: | 44 |
| 2 | Structural changes of gut microbiota in Parkinson's disease and its correlation with clinical features显示文摘The aim of this study was to compare the structure of gut microbiota in Parkinson's disease(PD) patients and healthy controls;and to explore correlations between gut microbiota and PD clinical features. We analyzed fecal bacterial composition of 24 PD patients and 14 healthy volunteers by using 16 S rRNA sequencing. There were significant differences between PD and healthy controls, as well as among different PD stages. The putative cellulose degrading bacteria from the genera Blautia(P=0.018),Faecalibacterium(P=0.048) and Ruminococcus(P=0.019) were significantly decreased in PD compared to healthy controls.The putative pathobionts from the genera Escherichia-Shigella(P=0.038), Streptococcus(P=0.01), Proteus(P=0.022), and Enterococcus(P=0.006) were significantly increased in PD subjects. Correlation analysis indicated that disease severity and PD duration negatively correlated with the putative cellulose degraders, and positively correlated with the putative pathobionts. | 4 | Water quality criteria research and progress显示文摘Water quality criteria (WQC) are threshold limits for pollutants or other hazard factors in the ambient water environment, which are based on scientific experiments and extrapolations. Until now, there is limited information available regarding the study of water quality criteria in China. It is imperative to launch national-level systematic WQC studies that focus on the regional characteristics of China and provide scientific support for the enactment or revision of water quality standards and environmental management. This article reviews the concept of WQC and discusses the methodology and global progress of WQC research. The article also summarizes the key scientific issues in WQC research, including species sensitivity distribution, toxicological endpoint selection, and models selection. Furthermore, we can adopt the derivation method used in the USA and divide WQC into acute and chronic criteria. | 5 | The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. | 6 | Molecular heterogeneity of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy efficacy is correlated with tumor immune microenvironment in East Asian patients with non-small cell lung cancer显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate how the tumor immune microenvironment differs regarding tumor genomics,as well as its impact on prognoses and responses to immunotherapy in East Asian patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:We performed an integrated analysis using publicly available data to identify associations between anti-programmed death 1(PD-1)/programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)immunotherapy efficacy and classic driver oncogene mutations in East Asian NSCLC patients.Four pooled and clinical cohort analyses were used to correlate driver oncogene mutation status and tumor microenvironment based on PD-L1 and CD8+tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs).Immune infiltrating patterns were also established for genomic NSCLC subgroups using the CIBERSORT algorithm.Results:Based on East Asian NSCLC patients,TIDE analyses revealed that for anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy,epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)-mutant and anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)-rearranged tumors yielded inferior responses;however,although Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog(KRAS)-mutant tumors responded better,the difference was not statistically significant(EGFR:P=0.037;ALK:P<0.001;KRAS:P=0.701).Pooled and clinical cohort analyses demonstrated tumor immune microenvironment heterogeneities correlated with oncogenic patterns.The results showed remarkably higher PD-L1-and TIL-positive KRAS-mutant tumors,suggesting KRAS mutations may drive an inflammatory phenotype with adaptive immune resistance.However,the EGFR-mutant or ALK-rearranged groups showed a remarkably higher proportion of PD-L1-/TIL-tumors,suggesting an uninflamed phenotype with immunological ignorance.Notably,similar to triple wild-type NSCLC tumors,EGFR L858R-mutant tumors positively correlated with an inflammatory phenotype,suggesting responsiveness to anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy(P<0.05).Furthermore,the CIBERSORT algorithm results revealed that EGFR-mutant and ALK-rearranged tumors were characterized by an enriched resting memory CD4+T cell population(P<0.001),as well as a lack of CD8+T cells(P<0.01),and activated memory CD4+T cells(P=0.001).Conclusions:Our study highlighted the complex relationships between immune heterogeneity and immunotherapeutic responses in East Asian NSCLC patients regarding oncogenic dependence. | Runsen Jin Chengming Liu Sufei Zheng Xinfeng Wang Xiaoli Feng Hecheng Li Nan Sun Jie He | 2020 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,3: | 10 |

| 11 | Molecular dynamics study on thermal conductivity of nano-scale thin films显示文摘A simple and effective model of heat conduction across thin films is set up and molecular dynamics simulations are implemented to explore the thermal conductivity of nanoscale thin dielectric films in the direction perpendicular to the film plane. Solid argon is selected as the model system due to its reliable experimental data and potential function. Size effects of the thermal conductivity across thin films are found by computer simulations: in a film thickness range of 2-10 nm, the conductivity values are remarkably lower than the corresponding bulk experimental data and increase as the thickness increases. | 12 | A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. | 16 | Evaluation and scenario simulation for forest ecological security in China显示文摘Continuously growing populations and rapid economic development have led to the excessive use of forest resources,and the forest ecosystem is threatened.In response,forest ecological security(FES)has attracted attention.In this study,an integrated dynamic simulation model was constructed using the system dynamic method,and it was used to evaluate the FES in China from 1999 to 2014.A scenario analysis was then used to evaluate the changes in the FES under five forestry policy scenarios for the 2015–2050 period,including the baseline,afforestation policy,harvesting policies,management policy,investment policy,and a policy mix.The results showed that the evaluation values of the FES increased during the period from 1999 to 2002,the period from 2004 to 2010 and the year 2014,and they decreased in 2003 and during the period from 2011 to 2013.During the 2015–2050 simulation period,the FES improved continuously.In particular,China would enter a new stage when the economic systems,social systems and ecosystems were in harmony after 2040.To improve the FES and the current status of the FES,a scenario analysis showed the most suitable scenario to be Scenario 5 from 2015 to 2020 and Scenario 2 from 2021 to 2050.To relieve pressure,the most suitable scenario would be Scenario 5 from 2015 to 2040 and from 2046 to 2050,and the most suitable scenario would be Scenario 4 for 2041–2045.A policy mix(Scenario 5)would be most efficient under current conditions,while the effects of all the benefits of the forestry policies would weaken over the long term.The integrated method can be regarded as a decision support tool to help policy makers understand FES and promulgate a reasonable forestry policy. | Qin Zhang Guangyu Wang Feng Mi Xuanchang Zhang Lianzhen Xu Yufang Zhang Xiaoli Jiang | 2019 | Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,5: | 5 |

The preheating temperature had a great influence on the viscosity of oil samples and the resolution of spectral analysis. The repeatability of spectral measurements was impacted by the metal and wax content of the oil samples. For the case of high wax content oils, the wax species began to crystallize in the course of determination that could affect the repeatability of spectral measurements. These factors have evidenced why the preheating devices and filter unit are necessary when low field NMR system is used in the online analysis process. | 20 | KRAS-G12D mutation drives immune suppression and the primary resistance of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer显示文摘Background:Although immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)against programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)and its ligand PD-L1 have demonstrated potency towards treating patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC),the potential association between Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog(KRAS)oncogene substitutions and the efficacy of ICIs remains unclear.In this study,we aimed to find point mutations in the KRAS gene resistant to ICIs and elucidate resistance mechanism.Methods:The association between KRAS variant status and the efficacy of ICIs was explored with a clinical cohort(n=74),and confirmed with a mouse model.In addition,the tumor immune microenvironment(TIME)of KRASmutant NSCLC,such as CD8+tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)and PD-L1 level,was investigated.Cell lines expressing classic KRAS substitutions were used to explore signaling pathway activation involved in the formation of TIME.Furthermore,interventions that improved TIME were developed to increase responsiveness to ICIs.Results:We observed the inferior efficacy of ICIs in KRAS-G12D-mutant NSCLC.Based upon transcriptome data and immunostaining results from KRAS-mutant NSCLC,KRAS-G12D point mutation negatively correlated with PD-L1 level and secretion of chemokines CXCL10/CXCL11 that led to a decrease in CD8+TILs,which in turn yielded an immunosuppressive TIME.The analysis of cell lines overexpressing classic KRAS substitutions further revealed that KRAS-G12D mutation suppressed PD-L1 level via the P70S6K/PI3K/AKT axis and reduced CXCL10/CXCL11 levels by down-regulating high mobility group protein A2(HMGA2)level.Notably,paclitaxel,a chemotherapeutic agent,upregulated HMGA2 level,and in turn,stimulated the secretion of CXCL10/CXCL11.Moreover,PD-L1 blockade combined with paclitaxel significantly suppressed tumor growth compared with PD-L1 inhibitor monotherapy in a mouse model with KRAS-G12D-mutant lung adenocarcinoma.Further analyses revealed that the combined treatment significantly enhanced the recruitment of CD8+TILs via the up-regulation of CXCL10/CXCL11 levels.Results of clinical study also revealed the superior efficacy of chemo-immunotherapy in patients with KRAS-G12D-mutant NSCLC compared with ICI monotherapy.Conclusions:Our study elucidated the molecular mechanism by which KRASG12D mutation drives immunosuppression and enhances resistance of ICIs in NSCLC.Importantly,our findings demonstrate that ICIs in combination with chemotherapy may be more effective in patients with KRAS-G12D-mutant NSCLC. | Chengming Liu Sufei Zheng Zhanyu Wang Sihui Wang Xinfeng Wang Lu Yang Haiyan Xu Zheng Cao Xiaoli Feng Qi Xue Yan Wang Nan Sun Jie He | 2022 | Cancer Communications2022,42,9: | 4 |
