12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 3Boron nitride microsphere/epoxy composites with enhanced thermal conductivity显示文摘As modern electronics are developed towards miniaturisation,high-degree integration and intelligentisation,a large amount of heat will be generated during the operation of devices.How to efficiently remove needless heat is becoming more and more crucial for the lifetime and performance of electronic devices.Many efforts have been made to improve the thermal conductivity of polymer composites,which is an important component of electronics.Herein,the authors report on preparation of boron nitride micosphere/epoxy composites.The cross-plane thermal conductivity of the resultant composites is up to 1.03 Wm‒1K‒1.This is attributed to the thermally conductive network formed by the peeled hexagonal boron nitride flakes.Thanks to the superior thermal stability of boron nitride micosphere,the boron nitride micosphere/epoxy composite shows a decreased coefficient of thermal expansion(53.47 ppm/K)and an increased glass transition temperature(147.2℃)compared with the pure epoxy resin.In addition,the boron nitride micosphere/epoxy composite exhibits a lower dielectric constant compared with that of the hexagonal boron nitride/epoxy composite.This strategy can potentially pave the way for the design and fabrication of materials with high cross-plane thermal conductivity and lower dielectric properties.Jiajia Sun De Wang Yimin Yao Xiaoliang Zeng Guiran Pan Yun Huang Jiantao Hu Rong Sun Jian-Bin Xu Ching-Ping Wong 2017High Voltage2017,2,3:2
4Isolation and Sequence Analysis of NSP2, ORF3 and ORF5 of PRRSV XH-GD Strain from Guangdong Province显示文摘The diseased samples collected from Guangdong Province were inoculated to Marc-145 cells,PRRSV-specific cytopathogenic effects( CPE) such as cell aggregation,cell shrinkage and cell exfoliation were observed and a PRRSV strain XH-GD was obtained. By using primers designed in accordance with the published gene sequences of PRRSV in GenBank,NSP2,ORF3 and ORF5 fragments were amplified by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and analyzed by sequence alignment. The results demonstrated that PRRSV strain XH-GD belonged to the North American genotype and the NSP2 gene contained discontinuous deletions of 30 amino acids. NSP2,ORF3 and ORF5 genes of XH-GD shared 83. 3%- 98. 9%,88. 6%- 99. 2% and 88. 1%- 99. 2% nucleotide homology,and76. 8%- 98. 3%,83. 7%- 98. 8% and 88. 1%- 99. 2% amino acid homology with HUB1,NX06,BJsy06,VR-2332,HB-1( sh) 2002,HB-2( sh) 2002,CH-la and RespPRRS MLV,respectively; however,NSP2,ORF3 and ORF5 genes of XH-GD shared only 52. 9%,65. 0% and 64. 3% nucleotide homology,and31. 3%,57. 5% and 58. 9% amino acid homology with LV,respectively. 14Coalbursts in China: Theory, practice and management显示文摘Coalburst is one of the most serious disasters that threaten the safe production of coal mines, and this disaster is particularly serious in China. This paper presents an overview of coalbursts in China since 1980s. From the 'stress and energy' and 'regional and local' perspectives, the achievements in the theory, practice and management of coalbursts in China are systematically summarized. A theoretical system of coalbursts has been formed to reveal the deformational behavior of coalbursts and explain the mechanism of coalbursts. The occurrence conditions of coalbursts are put forward and the critical stress is obtained. The stress index method for risk evaluation of coalbursts before mining is proposed, and the deformation localization prediction method of coalbursts is put forward. The relationship between energy release and absorption in the process of coalbursts is found, and the prevention and control methods of coalbursts, including the regional method, the local method and support, are presented. The safety evaluation index of coalburst prevention and control is put forward. The integrated prevention and control method for coal and gas outbursts is proposed. The prevention and control technology and equipment of coalbursts have also been developed. Amongst them, the distribution law of the critical stress in China coalburst mines is discovered. The technology and equipment for monitoring, prevention and control of coalbursts, as well as for integrated prevention and control of combined coalbursts and other disasters, have been developed. The energy-absorbing and coalburst-preventing support technology for roadways is invented, and key engineering parameters of coalburst prevention and control are pointed out. In China, coalburst prevention and control laws and standards have been developed. 16Immobilization and Properties of Polyphenol Oxidase显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the effects of embedding conditions on activity and catalytic properties of immobilized polyphenol oxidase.[Methods]Polyphenol oxidase was immobilized in a polymer material by the embedding method,and the optimal immobilization conditions were obtained by single factor tests:CaCl_(2) concentration 2.0%,sodium alginate concentration 2.0%,immobilization time 2 h and mass ratio of enzyme to carrier 10 mg/100 g,under which the immobilized enzyme activity was 93.33 U/g.Under the above conditions,the properties of polyphenol oxidase immobilized by sodium alginate(A-PPO)and free polyphenol oxidase were studied.[Results]The thermostability of A-PPO was better than that of the free enzyme,but the pH stability of A-PPO was inhibited.The Michaelis constant K_(m) values of free polyphenol oxidase and A-PPO were 0.37 and 0.48 mmol/L,respectively,and the maximum reaction rate V_(max) values were 0.38 and 0.51 mmol/(L·g),respectively.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical basis for the study of the properties of polyphenol oxidase.Zheng LI Pan WANG Yanxi SHEN Mingfei WEI Yimin HE Aoyu JI Jianfeng ZHAN 2021Agricultural Biotechnology2021,10,6:0

19空气波压力治疗仪治疗奥沙利铂神经毒性的临床观察(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to observe the efficacy of air wave pressure therapeutic equipment in prevention of oxaliplatin-inducted neurotoxicity. Methods: Forty-five patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were given the treatment of air wave pressure therapeutic equipment during chemotherapy with oxaliplatin, the control group were given preventive treatment, the oxaliplatin-inducted neurotoxicity was evaluated after each cycle of chemotherapy. Evaluate the chemotherapy efficacy after the third cycle and sixth cycle of chemotherapy. Results: The treatment group have lower incidence of peripheral nerve toxicity than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 13.93; P < 0.01). Chemotherapy effect between the 2 groups was no significant difference (P > 0.05). 20Venovenous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation for COVID-19 and influenza H1N1 associated acute respiratory distress syndrome:A comparative cohort study in China显示文摘Background Venovenous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(VV-ECMO)has been demonstrated to be effective in treating patients with virus-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).However,whether the management of ECMO is different in treating H1N1 influenza and coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)-associated ARDS patients remains unknown.Methods This is a retrospective cohort study.We included 12 VV-ECMO-supported COVID-19 patients admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,Guangzhou Eighth People's Hospital,and Wuhan Union Hospital West Campus between January 23 and March 31,2020.We retrospectively included VV-ECMO-supported patients with COVID-19 and H1N1 influenza-associated ARDS.Clinical characteristics,respiratory mechanics including plateau pressure,driving pressure,mechanical power,ventilatory ratio(VR)and lung compliance,and outcomes were compared.Results Data from 25 patients with COVID-19(n=12)and H1N1(n=13)associated ARDS who had received ECMO support were analyzed.COVID-19 patients were older than H1N1 influenza patients(P=0.004).The partial pressure of arterial carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))and VR before ECMO initiation were significantly higher in COVID-19 patients than in H1N1 influenza patients(P<0.001 and P=0.004,respectively).COVID-19 patients showed increased plateau and driving pressure compared with H1N1 subjects(P=0.013 and P=0.018,respectively).Patients with COVID-19 remained longer on ECMO support than did H1N1 influenza patients(P=0.015).COVID-19 patients who required ECMO support also had fewer intensive care unit and ventilator-free days than H1N1.Conclusions Compared with H1N1 influenza patients,COVID-19 patients were older and presented with increased PaCO_(2) and VR values before ECMO initiation.The differences between ARDS patients with COVID-19 and influenza on VV-ECMO detailed herein could be helpful for obtaining a better understanding of COVID-19 and for better clinical management.Yonghao Xu Yin Xi Shuijiang Cai Yuheng Yu Sibei Chen Weijie Guan Weibo Liang Hongkai Wu Weiqun He Xilong Deng Yuanda Xu Rong Zhang Manshu Li Jieyi Pan Zhenting Liang Ya Wang Shaofeng Kong Xiaoqing Liu Zheng Lv Yimin Li 2023Journal of Intensive Medicine2023,3,4:0
