3High temperature tensile properties of directionally solidified Ni-43Ti-4Al-2Nb-2Hf alloy显示文摘By liquid metal cooling(LMC) process,the Ni-43Ti-4Al-2Nb-2Hf(%,atomic fraction) alloy was directionally solidified(DS).The microstructure and tensile properties at room and elevated temperature were investigated.It was found that the DS process significantly improves the room temperature tensile strength,increasing by 70% compared with the as-cast alloy.After appropriate heat treatment(HT),the average tensile strength reaches above 1900 MPa,nearly twice of the as-cast one.At 800 and 900 ℃,the tensile strengths are about 308 and 169 MPa,respectively.Jiang, Dongwen Zheng, Lijing Zhou, Lei Pan, Liwen Tang, Xiaoxia Zhang, Hu 2012Rare Metals2012,31,4:9

5Analysis and external validation of a nomogram to predict peritoneal dissemination in gastric cancer显示文摘Objective:Peritoneal dissemination is difficult to diagnose by conventional imaging technologies.We aimed to construct a nomogram to predict peritoneal dissemination in gastric cancer(GC)patients.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 1,112 GC patients in Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center between2001 and 2010 as the development set and 474 patients from The Sixth Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University between 2010 and 2016 as the validation set.The clinicopathological variables associated with gastric cancer with peritoneal dissemination(GCPD)were analyzed.We used logistic regression analysis to identify independent risk factors for peritoneal dissemination.Then,we constructed a nomogram for the prediction of GCPD and defined its predictive value with a receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.External validation was performed to validate the applicability of the nomogram.Results:In total,250 patients were histologically identified as having peritoneal dissemination.Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that age,sex,tumor location,tumor size,signet-ring cell carcinoma(SRCC),T stage,N stage and Borrmann classification IV(Borrmann IV)were independent risk factors for peritoneal dissemination.We constructed a nomogram consisting of these eight factors to predict GCPD and found an optimistic predictive capability,with a C-index of 0.791,an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.791,and a 95%confidence interval(95%CI)of 0.762-0.820.The results found in the external validation set were also promising.Conclusions:We constructed a highly sensitive nomogram that can assist clinicians in the early diagnosis of GCPD and serve as a reference for optimizing clinical management strategies.Xijie Chen Shi Chen Xinyou Wang Runcong Nie Dongwen Chen Jun Xiang Yijia Lin Yingbo Chen Junsheng Peng 2020Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2020,32,2:6

7小窝蛋白-1、基质金属蛋白酶-2在膀胱癌的表达及其关系(英文)显示文摘Objective: To explore the expression of caveolin-1 (CAV-1) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in bladder cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of CAV-1 and MMP-2 were detected by the SP immunohis- tochemical method in 77 cases of bladder cancer. Results: The positive rates of CAV-1, MMP-2 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC) and bladder adenocarcinoma were significantly high than those of normal bladder mucosa, the positive rates in the deeper cancer invasion was significantly high than those of superficial bladder cancer (P < 0.01), the positive rates of CAV-1 in grades I, II and III of bladder transitional cell carcinaoma (BTCC) were 15%, 40% and 68%, respectively; the positive rates of MMP-2 in grades I , II and III of bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC) were 20% , 40% and 72%, respectively (P < 0.01). CAV-1 was positive associated with MMP-2 in bladder cancer (r = 0.598, P < 0.001), but not in bladder tissue. 9Efficient base-free oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural to 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid over copper-doped manganese oxide nanorods with tert-butanol as solvent显示文摘2,5-Furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA)is an important and renewable building block and can serve as an alternative to terephthalic acid in the production of biobased degradable plastic.In this study,Cu-doped MnO_(2) nanorods were prepared by a facile hydrothermal redox method and employed as catalysts for the selective oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)to FDCA using tert-butyl hydroperoxide(TBHP)as an oxidant.The catalysts were characterized using X-ray diffraction analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermo-gravimetric analysis,and transmission electron microscopy.The effects of oxidants,solvents,and reaction conditions on the oxidation of HMF were investigated,and a reaction mechanism was proposed.Experimental results demonstrated that 99.4% conversion of HMF and 96.3% selectivity of FDCA were obtained under suitable conditions,and tert-butanol was the most suitable solvent when TBHP was used as an oxidant.More importantly,the Cu-doped MnO_(2) catalyst can maintain durable catalytic activity after being recycled for more than ten times.Feng Cheng Dongwen Guo Jinhua Lai Meihui Long Wenguang Zhao Xianxiang Liu Dulin Yin 2021Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2021,15,4:2

12Synthesis and Solution Properties of Comb-like Acrylamide Copolymers显示文摘A comb-like acrylamide copolymer (HCJ-1) was synthesized by using aqueous free radical polymerization of acrylamide (AM) as main monomer and ether carboxylate as functional monomer. The copolymers were characterized with FT-IR and SEM. The SEM results show that the molecular structure of copolymer is extended in salt water. It is proved that the copolymer shows good salt resistance.The solution properties of HCJ-1 were studied and compared with those of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM). The experimental results show that the obtained HCJ-1, compared with HPAM, exhibits a dramatic enhancement in the salt-resistant properties. The apparent viscosity retention rate of 1.5 g/L HCJ-1 aqueous solution and salt solution after 180 days at 60 ℃ are 70.6% and 64.5%, respectively, exhibiting good thermal stability. In addition, HCJ-1 solution also displays the excellent shearing resistance. 19Geomechanical and water vapor absorption characteristics of clay-bearing soft rocks at great depth显示文摘The geological and physico-mechanical properties characterization of deep soft rocks is one of the critical scientific issues for deep soft rock engineering. In the present study, X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis,scanning electron microscope(SEM), and mercury intrusion porosimetry experiments were carried out to investigate the mineral compositions, microstructure and porosity characteristics of the 13 claybearing soft rock samples collected from a deep coal mine in China. Water vapor absorption and uniaxial compressive experiments were also performed to examine water absorption characteristics and waterinduced strength degradation effect of the investigated deep soft rock samples. The results show that the dominant mineral components in mudstone, coarse sandstone and fine sandstone samples were calcite, quartz and clay respectively. The contents of clay minerals in all samples were relatively high and ranged from 12.3%(N-4) to 56.5%(XS-1). Water vapor absorption processes of all the soft rock samples follow an exponential law which is very similar to the water vapor absorption behavior of conglomerate samples reported in our earlier study. Correlation analyses also suggested that there were good positive correlation relationships between water absorptivity and clay minerals for both mudstone and sandstone samples. Furthermore, it was found that vapor absorption was not correlated with the porosity for mudstone, however, positive correlation relationship was found between them for sandstone.
