| 3 | Energy harvesting via nonlinear energy sink for whole-spacecraft显示文摘This paper presents nonlinear energy sink with giant magnetostrictive-piezoelectric material for energy harvesting of the wholespacecraft vibration reduction system. The whole-spacecraft vibration attenuation system can effectively reduce vibration and achieve self-tuning enhanced energy harvesting range. The open-circuit voltage generated at low frequency is affected by the magnetic field force, alternating magnetic field and relative displacement. In order to acquire a steady periodic solution of the energy harvesting system, a combination of the harmonic balance method and pseudo arc length continuation technique is used.The numerical outcomes are consistent with the analytical outcomes in a certain range, which also proves the accuracy and reliability of the results. The amplitude and voltage of the energy harvesting system are analyzed by parameters such as cubic stiffness, viscous damping, and external excitation acceleration. | 4 | High-performance PVDF-HFP based gel polymer electrolyte with a safe solvent in Li metal polymer battery显示文摘Poly(vinylidenefluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)based gel polymer electrolytes are widely studied owing to their electrochemical stability and high dielectric constant.However,most gel polymer electrolytes show unsatisfied safety and interface compatibility due to excessive absorption of volatile and flammable liquid solvents.Herein,by using a safe solvent(N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone)with higher boiling(203℃)and flash points(95℃),we initiatively fabricate a flexible PVDF-HFP based gel polymer electrolyte.The obtained gel polymer electrolyte demonstrates a high ionic conductivity of 7.24×10^−4 S cm−1,an electrochemical window of 5.2 V,and a high lithium transference number of 0.57.As a result,the synthesized polymer electrolyte exhibits a capacity retention of 70%after 500 cycles at 0.5 C,and a discharge capacity of 86 mAh g−1 even at a high current rate of 10 C for LiFePO4 based Li metal batteries.Moreover,a stable Li plating/stripping for more than 500 h is achieved under 0.1 mAh at both room temperature and 70℃.Our results indicate that the PVDF-HFP polymer electrolyte is promising for manufacturing safe and high-performance Li metal polymer batteries. | Jing Jie Yulong Liu Lina Cong Bohao Zhang Wei Lu Xinming Zhang Jun Liu Haiming Xie Liqun Sun | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,10: | 10 |
| 5 | Percent free prostate-specific antigen for prostate cancer diagnosis in Chinese men with a PSA of 4.0-10.0 ng/mL:Results from the Chinese Prostate Cancer Consortium显示文摘Objective:To test the diagnostic performance of percent free prostate-specific antigen(%fPSA)in predicting any prostate cancer(PCa)and high-grade prostate cancer(HGPCa)in a retrospective multi-center biopsy cohort with a PSA level of 4.0e10.0 ng/mL in China.Methods:Consecutive patients with a PSA of 4.0-10.0 ng/mL who underwent transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy were enrolled at 16 Chinese medical centers from January 1st,2010 to December 31st,2013.Total and free serum PSA determinations were performed using three types of electro-chemiluminescence immunoassays recalibrated to the World Health Organization(WHO)standard.The diagnostic accuracy of PSA,%fPSA,and %fPSA in combination with PSA(%fPSA t PSA)was determined using the area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUC).Results:A total of 2310 consecutive men with PSA levels between 4.0 and 10.0 ng/mL were included,and the detection rate of PCa was 25.1%.The AUC of%fPSA and %fPSA t PSA in predicting any PCa was superior to PSA alone in men aged≥60 years(0.623 vs.0.534,p<0.0001)but not in men aged 40e59 years(0.517 vs.0.518,p=0.939).Similar result was yield in predicting HGPCa.Conclusion:In a clinical setting of Chinese men with 4.0e10.0 ng/mL PSA undergoing initial prostate biopsy,adding %fPSA to PSA can moderately improve the diagnostic accuracy for any PCa and HGPCa compared with PSA alone in patients≥60 but not in patients aged 40-59 years. | Rui Chen Liping Xie Xiaobing Cai Yiran Huang Liqun Zhou Lulin Ma Xu Gao Chuanliang Xu Shancheng Ren Pengfei Shao Danfeng Xu Kexin Xu Zhangqun Ye Chunxiao Liu Dingwei Ye Li Lu Qiang Fu Jianquan Hou Jianlin Yuan Dalin He Tie Zhou Fubo Wang Biming He Yinghao Sun | 2015 | Asian Journal of Urology2015,2,2: | 8 |

| 7 | Genome evolution trend of common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) as revealed by the analysis of microsatellite loci in a gynogentic family显示文摘Genome evolution arises from two main ways of duplication and reduction. Fish specific genome duplication (FSGD) may have occurred before the radiation of the teleosts. Common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) has been considered to be a tetraploid species, because of its chromosome numbers (2n=100) and its high DNA content. Using 69 microsatellite primer pairs, the variations were studied to better understand the genome evolution (genome duplication and diploidization) of common carp from a gynogenetic family. About 48% of primer pairs were estimated to amplify duplicates based on the number of PCR amplification per individual. Segregation patterns in the family suggested a partially duplicated genome structure and disomic inheritance. This indicates that the common carp is tetraploid and polyploidy occurred by allotetraploidy. Two primer pairs (HLJ021 and HLJ332) were estimated to amplify reduction based on the number of PCR amplification per individual. One allele in HLJ002 locus and HLJ332 locus was clearly lost in the gynogenetic family and the same as in six wild populations. Segregation patterns in the family suggested a partially diplodization genome structure. | 8 | A preliminary analysis of the surface chemistry of atmospheric aerosol particles in a typical urban area of Beijing显示文摘Atmospheric aerosol particle samples were collected using an Ambient Eight Stage(Non-Viable) Cascade Impactor Sampler in a typical urban area of Beijing from 27 th Sep.to 5th Oct.,2009.The surface chemistry of these aerosol particles was analyzed using Static Time of Flight-Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry(Static TOF-SIMS).The factors influencing surface compositions were evaluated in conjunction with the air pollution levels,meteorological factors,and air mass transport for the sampling period.The results show that a variety of organic ion groups and inorganic ions/ion groups were accumulated on the surfaces of aerosol particles in urban areas of Beijing;and hydrophobic organic compounds with short-or middle-chain alkyl as well as hydrophilic secondary inorganic compounds were observed.All these compounds have the potential to affect the atmospheric behavior of urban aerosol particles.PM1.1–2.1and PM3.3–4.7had similar elements on their surfaces,but some molecules and ionic groups demonstrated differences in Time of Flight-Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry spectra.This suggests that the quantities of elements varied between PM1.1–2.1and PM3.3–4.7.In particular,more intense research efforts into fluoride pollution are required,because the fluorides on aerosol surfaces have the potential to harm human health.The levels of air pollution had the most significant influence on the surface compositions of aerosol particles in our study.Hence,heavier air pollution was associated with more complex surface compositions on aerosol particles.In addition,wind,rainfall,and air masses from the south also greatly influenced the surface compositions of these urban aerosol particles. | Zhengzheng Zhang Hong Li Hongyan Liu Runxiang Ni Jinjuan Li Liqun Deng Defeng Lu Xueli Cheng Pengli Duan Wenjun Li | 2016 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,9: | 5 |
| 9 | High-static-low-dynamic-stiffness vibration isolation enhanced by damping nonlinearity显示文摘High-static-low-dynamic-stiffness(HSLDS) nonlinear isolators have proven to have an advantage over linear isolators, because HSLDS nonlinear isolators allow low-frequency vibration isolation without compromising the static stiffness. Previously, these isolators have generally been assumed to have linear viscous damping, degrading the performance of the isolator at high frequencies. An alternative is to use nonlinear damping, where the nonlinear behavior is achieved by configuring linear dampers so they are orthogonally aligned to the excitation direction. This report compares the performances of single-stage and two-stage isolators with this type of damping with the corresponding isolators containing only linear viscous damping. | 10 | Nonlinear energy harvesting based on a modified snap-through mechanism显示文摘A modified snap-through mechanism is used in an electromagnetic energy harvester to improve its effectiveness. It mainly comprises three springs that are configured so that the potential energy of the system has two stable equilibrium points. In particular, the small vibration behavior of the harvester around one of the equilibriums is of interest. A multi-scale method(MSM) is used to analyze the frequency response curve. Two snap-through mechanisms are considered. One has both horizontal and vertical springs. The other has only horizontal springs. The frequency response curves of these two classes are compared under the same excitation and electric loading conditions. The latter exhibits more bending of the frequency response curve than the former one. The results are also validated by some numerical work. | 11 | Mass flows and river response in rapid uplifting regions-A case of lower Yarlung Tsangpo basin, southeast Tibet, China显示文摘The fluvial geomorphology in tectonically active(particularly rapid uplift)regions often undergoes continuous change.The rapid uplift is coincident with high erosion rates;consequently,incised valleys are formed.Mass flows(for example,avalanches,landslides,and debris flows)in incised valleys can markedly influence fluvial processes and even reshape valley geomorphology.However,these processes and long-term evolution corresponding to mass flows require further clarification.Field campaigns were carried out in the region near the Yigong Tsangpo and Palong Tsangpo Rivers(hereafter the Yigong and Palong Rivers),the two largest tributaries of the lower Yarlung Tsangpo River Tibet,China,to examine the feedback between fluvial processes and mass flows.Remote sensing images from recent decades were used to compare the channel morphology before and after typical mass flows(particularly catastrophic ones).The morphology of the lower Yigong River has evidently been impacted by landslides,while that of the Palong River has mainly been shaped by glacial processes and debris flows.At present,the morphology of the latter consists of alternating sections of gorges and wide valleys,with a staircase-like longitudinal profile.The gorge sections exhibit single and deeply incised channels with a high-gradient channel bed and terraces.In contrast,the wide valley sections consist of lakes,braided or anabranching channels,gentle bed gradients,and thick alluvial deposits.Debris flows occur more frequently in gullies in the reaches of the gorge sections and rarely in gullies along the wide valley sections.The occurrence of mass flow events has resulted in an imbalance of the previous(quasi-)equilibrium in the river morphology;however,this has triggered negative feedback that is driving the transient river morphology to a new state of(quasi-)equilibrium. | Guo-An Yu Jianyin Lu Liqun Lyu Lujie Han Zhaoyin Wang | 2020 | International Journal of Sediment Research2020,35,6: | 3 |

| 14 | Study on the Inhibition of Fermented Soybean to Cancer Cells显示文摘In the experiment, the inhibition of isoflavones extracted from soybean and tempe to SP2/0 and Hela cells was studied, and the inhibition rate of each unit for cancer cells was also studied. The results showed that the inhibition rate of tempe isoflavones to SP2/0 was 96.9% and to Hela cells was 69.5% when the concentration was 20 μg· mL-1. In the same condition, the inhibition rate of soybean isoflavones was 83.16% and 60.5%. With the decline of concentration, the inhibition rate decreased. | 15 | Natural rubber/nitrile butadiene rubber/hindered phenol composites with high-damping properties显示文摘New natural rubber(NR)/nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)/hindered phenol(AO-80)composites with high-damping properties were prepared in this study.The morpholo-gical,structural,and mechanical properties were characterized by atomic force micro-scopy(AFM),polarized Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer(DMTA),and a tensile tester.Each composite consisted of two phases:the NR phase and the NBR/AO-80 phase.There was partial compat-ibility between the NR phase and the NBR/AO-80 phase,and the NR/NBR/AO-80(50/50/20)composite exhibited a co-continuous morphology.Strain-induced crystal-lization occurred in the NR phase at strains higher than 200%,and strain-induced orientation appeared in the NBR/AO-80 phase with the increase of strain from 100%to 500%.The composites had a special stress–strain behavior and mechanical properties because of the simultaneous strain-induced orientation and strain-induced crystalliza-tion.In the working temperature range of a seismic isolation bearing,the composites(especially the NR/NBR/AO-80(50/50/20)composite)presented a high loss factor,high area of loss peak(TA),and high hysteresis energy.Therefore,the NR/NBR/AO-80 rubber composites are expected to have important application as a high-perfor-mance damping material for rubber bearing. | Xiuying Zhao Jingna Yang Detao Zhao Yonglai Lu Wencai Wang Liqun Zhang Toshio Nishi | 2015 | International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials2015,6,4: | 2 |
