1Temporal and spatial changes in nutrients and chlorophyll-a in a shallow lake,Lake Chaohu, China: An 11-year investigation显示文摘Temporal and spatial changes of total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP) and chlorophyll-a(Chl-a) in a shallow lake,Lake Chaohu,China,were investigated using monthly monitoring data from 2001 through 2011.The results showed that the annual mean concentration ranges of TN,TP,and Chl-a were 0.08-14.60 mg/L,0.02-1.08 mg/L,and 0.10-465.90 μg/L,respectively.Our data showed that Lake Chaohu was highly eutrophic and that water quality showed no substantial improvement during 2001 through 2011.The mean concentrations of TP,TN and Chl-a in the western lake were significantly higher than in the eastern lake,which indicates a spatial distribution of the three water parameters.The annual mean ratio of TN:TP by weight ranged from 10 to 20,indicating that phosphorus was the limiting nutrient in this lake.A similar seasonality variation for TP and Chl-a was observed.Riverine TP and NH4+ loading from eight major tributaries were in the range of 1.56 × 104-5.47 × 104 and 0.19 × 104-0.51 × 104 tons/yr over 2002-2011,respectively,and exceeded the water environmental capability of the two nutrients in the lake by a factor of 3-6.Thus reduction of nutrient loading in the sub-watershed and tributaries would be essential for the restoration of Lake Chaohu.Libiao Yang Kun Lei Wei Meng Guo Fu Weijin Yan 2013Journal of Environmental Sciences2013,25,6:19

4Humoral immune response to circulating SARS-CoV-2 variants elicited by inactivated and RBD-subunit vaccines显示文摘SARS-CoV-2 variants could induce immune escape by mutations on the receptor-binding domain(RBD)and N-terminal domain(NTD).Here we report the humoral immune response to circulating SARS-CoV-2 variants,such as 501Y.V2(B.1.351),of the plasma and neutralizing antibodies(NAbs)elicited by CoronaVac(inactivated vaccine),ZF2001(RBD-subunit vaccine)and natural infection.Among 86 potent NAbs identified by high-throughput single-cell VDJ sequencing of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from vaccinees and convalescents,near half anti-RBD NAbs showed major neutralization reductions against the K417N/E484K/N501Y mutation combination,with E484K being the dominant cause.VH3-53/VH3-66 recurrent antibodies respond differently to RBD variants,and K417N compromises the majority of neutralizing activity through reduced polar contacts with complementarity determining regions.In contrast,the 242–244 deletion(242–244Δ)would abolish most neutralization activity of anti-NTD NAbs by interrupting the conformation of NTD antigenic supersite,indicating a much less diversity of anti-NTD NAbs than anti-RBD NAbs.Plasma of convalescents and CoronaVac vaccinees displayed comparable neutralization reductions against pseudo-and authentic 501Y.V2 variants,mainly caused by E484K/N501Y and 242–244Δ,with the effects being additive.Importantly,RBD-subunit vaccinees exhibit markedly higher tolerance to 501Y.V2 than convalescents,since the elicited anti-RBD NAbs display a high diversity and are unaffected by NTD mutations.Moreover,an extended gap between the third and second doses of ZF2001 leads to better neutralizing activity and tolerance to 501Y.V2 than the standard three-dose administration.Together,these results suggest that the deployment of RBD-vaccines,through a third-dose boost,may be ideal for combating SARS-CoV-2 variants when necessary,especially for those carrying mutations that disrupt the NTD supersite.Yunlong Cao Ayijiang Yisimayi Yali Bai Weijin Huang Xiaofeng Li Zhiying Zhang Tianjiao Yuan Ran An Jing Wang Tianhe Xiao Shuo Du Wenping Ma Liyang Song Yongzheng Li Xiang Li Weiliang Song Jiajing Wu Shuo Liu Xuemei Li Yonghong Zhang Bin Su Xianghua Guo Yangyang Wei Chuanping Gao Nana Zhang Yifei Zhang Yang Dou Xiaoyu Xu Rui Shi Bai Lu Ronghua Jin Yingmin Ma Chengfeng Qin Youchun Wang Yingmei Feng Junyu Xiao Xiaoliang Sunney Xie 2021Cell Research2021,31,7:12
5Durability of neutralizing antibodies and T-cell response post SARS-CoV-2 infection显示文摘The ongoing pandemic of coronavirus disease 19(COVID-19)is caused by a newly discoveredβcoronavirus named severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).How long the adaptive immunity triggered by SARS-CoV-2 can last is of critical clinical relevance in assessing the probability of second infection and efficacy of vaccination.Here we examined,using ELISA,the IgG antibodies in serum specimens collected from 17 COVID-19 patients at 6–7 months after diagnosis and the results were compared to those from cases investigated 2 weeks to 2 months post-infection.All samples were positive for IgGs against the S-and N-proteins of SARS-CoV-2.Notably,14 samples available at 6–7 months post-infection all showed significant neutralizing activities in a pseudovirus assay,with no difference in blocking the cell-entry of the 614D and 614G variants of SARS-CoV-2.Furthermore,in 10 blood samples from cases at 6–7 months post-infection used for memory T-cell tests,we found that interferonγ-producing CD4+and CD8+cells were increased upon SARS-CoV-2 antigen stimulation.Together,these results indicate that durable anti-SARS-CoV-2 immunity is common in convalescent population,and vaccines developed from 614D variant may offer protection from the currently predominant 614D variant of SARS-CoV-2.Yun Tan Feng Liu Xiaoguang Xu Yun Ling Weijin Huang Zhaoqin Zhu Mingquan Guo Yixiao Lin Ziyu Fu Dongguo Liang Tengfei Zhang Jian Fan Miao Xu Hongzhou Lu Saijuan Chen 2020Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,6:6
6Catheterization-associated complications of intraperitoneal chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer显示文摘AIM: To assess the catheterization-associated complications during intraperitoneal chemotherapy (IPCT) for advanced gastric cancer.METHODS: From 1998 to 2002, 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer received a total of 320 courses of IPCT using a large bore central venous catheter and associated complications were analyzed.RESULTS: Catheterization-associated complications occurred in 11 of the 80 patients (13.8%), including abdominal pain caused by catheter in 2 cases (0.63%), insertion failure in 2 cases (0.63%), bowel perforation in 1 case (0.31%) and abdominal pain during chemotherapy in 6 cases (1.88%).No serious complications required surgical intervention.CONCLUSION: IPCT using central venous catheters can be performed safely and simply without severe associated complications.MengYe Hong-MingPan Hai-YunWang FangLou WeiJin YuZheng Jin-MingWu 2004World Journal of Gastroenterology2004,10,9:6

8A novel STING agonist-adjuvanted pan-sarbecovirus vaccine elicits potent and durable neutralizing antibody and T cell responses in mice,rabbits and NHPs显示文摘The emergence of SARS-CoV-2 variants and potentially other highly pathogenic sarbecoviruses in the future highlights the need for pan-sarbecovirus vaccines.Here,we discovered a new STING agonist,CF501,and found that CF501-adjuvanted RBD-FC vaccine(CF501/RBD-FC)elicited significantly stronger neutralizing antibody(nAb)and T cell responses than Alum-and cGAMP-adjuvanted RBD-FC in mice.Vaccination of rabbits and rhesus macaques(nonhuman primates,NHPs)with CF501/RBD-FC elicited exceptionally potent nAb responses against SARS-CoV-2 and its nine variants and 41 S-mutants,SARS-CoV and bat SARSr-CoVs.CF501/RBD-FC-immunized hACE2-transgenic mice were almost completely protected against SARS-CoV-2 challenge,even 6 months after the initial immunization.NHPs immunized with a single dose of CF501/RBD-FC produced high titers of nAbs.The immunized macaques also exhibited durable humoral and cellular immune responses and showed remarkably reduced viral load in the upper and lower airways upon SARS-CoV-2 challenge even at 108 days post the final immunization.Thus,CF501/RBD-Fc can be further developed as a novel pan-sarbecovirus vaccine to combat current and future outbreaks of sarbecovirus diseases.Zezhong Liu Jie Zhou Wei Xu Wei Deng Yanqun Wang Meiyu Wang Qian Wang Ming Hsieh Jingming Dong Xinling Wang Weijin Huang Lixiao Xing Miaoling He Chunlin Tao Youhua Xie Yilong Zhang Youchun Wang Jincun Zhao Zhenghong Yuan Chuan Qin Shibo Jiang Lu Lu 2022Cell Research2022,32,3:5
9Research on Mobile Internet Mobile Agent System Dynamic Trust Model for Cloud Computing显示文摘This paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of security problems in mobile agent systems, and analyzes and compares the security mechanisms and security technologies of existing mobile agent systems from the perspective of blocking attacks. On this basis, the host protection mobile agent protection technology is selected, and a method to enhance the security protection of mobile agents (referred to as IEOP method) is proposed. The method first encrypts the mobile agent code using the encryption function, and then encapsulates the encrypted mobile agent with the improved EOP protocol IEOP, and then traces the suspicious execution result. 10Pharmacological Modulation of Vagal Nerve Activity in Cardiovascular Diseases显示文摘Cardiovascular diseases are life-threatening illnesses with high morbidity and mortality. Suppressed vagal(parasympathetic) activity and increased sympathetic activity are involved in these diseases. Currently, pharmacological interventions primarily aim to inhibit overexcitation of sympathetic nerves, while vagal modulation has been largely neglected. Many studies have demonstrated that increased vagal activity reduces cardiovascular risk factors in both animal models and human patients.Therefore, the improvement of vagal activity may be an alternate approach for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. However, drugs used for vagus nerve activation in cardiovascular diseases are limited in the clinic. In this review, we provide an overview of the potential drug targets for modulating vagal nerve activation, including muscarinic, and b-adrenergic receptors. 11Implementation of regional Acute Stroke Care Map increases thrombolysis rates for acute ischaemic stroke in Chinese urban area in only 3 months显示文摘Background The rate of intravenous thrombolysis for acute ischaemic stroke remains low in China.We investigated whether the implementation of a citywide Acute Stroke Care Map(ASCaM)is associated with an improvement of acute stroke care quality in a Chinese urban area.Methods The ASCaM comprises 10 improvement strategies and has been implemented through a network consisting of 20 tertiary hospitals.We identified 7827 patients with ischaemic stroke admitted from April to October 2017,and 506 patients underwent thrombolysis were finally included for analysis.Results Compared with‘pre-ASCaM period’,we observed an increased rate of administration of tissue plasminogen activator within 4.5 hours(65.4% vs 54.5%;adjusted OR,1.724;95% CI 1.21 to 2.45;p=0.003)during‘ASCaM period’.In multivariate analysis models,‘ASCaM period’was associated with a significant reduction in onset-to door time(114.1±55.7 vs 135.7±58.4 min,p=0.0002)and onset-to needle time(ONT)(169.2±58.1 vs 195.6±59.3 min,p<0.0001).Yet no change was found in door-to needle time.Clinical outcomes such as symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage,favourable functional outcome(modified Rankin Scale≤2)and in-hospital mortality remained unchanged.Conclusion The implementation of ASCaM was significantly associated with increased rates of intravenous thrombolysis and shorter ONT.The ASCaM may,in proof-of principle,serve as a model to reduce treatment delay and increase thrombolysis rates in Chinese urban areas and possibly other highly populated Asian regions.Yi Sui Jianfeng Luo Chunyao Dong Liqiang Zheng Weijin Zhao Yao Zhang Ying Xian Huaguang Zheng Bernard Yan Mark Parsons Li Ren Ying Xiao Haoyue Zhu Lijie Ren Qi Fang Yi Yang Weidong Liu Bing Xu 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1:4

15Effect of BaNH,CaNH,Mg3N2 on the activity of Co in NH3 decomposition catalysis显示文摘Development of active and non-noble metal-based catalyst for H2 production via NH3 decomposition is crucial for the implementation of NH3 as a H2 carrier.Co-based catalysts have received increasing attention because of its high intrinsic activity and moderate cost.In this work,we examined the effect of BaNH,CaNH and Mg3 N2 on the catalytic activity of Co in the NH3 decomposition reaction.The H2 formation rate ranks the order as Co-BaNH>Co-CaNH>Co-Mg3 N2≈Co/CNTs within a reaction temperature range of 300-550℃.It is worth pointing out that the H2 formation rate of Co-BaNH at 500℃reaches20 mmolH2 gcat-1 min-1,which is comparable to those of the active Ru/Al2 O3(ca.17 mmolH2 gcat-1 min1)and Ru/AC(21 mmolH2 gcat-1 min-1)catalysts under the similar reaction conditions.In-depth research shows that Co-BaNH exhibits an obviously higher intrinsic activity and much lower Ea(46.2 kJ mol-1)than other Co-based catalysts,suggesting that BaNH may play a different role from CaNH,Mg3 N2 and CNTs during the catalytic process.Combined results of XRD,Ar-TPD and XAS show that a[Co-N-Ba]-like intermediate species is likely formed at the interface of Co metal and BaNH,which may lead to a more energy-efficient reaction pathway than that of neat Co metal for NH3 decomposition.Pei Yu Han Wu Jianping Guo Peikun Wang Fei Chang Wenbo Gao Weijin Zhang Lin Liu Ping Chen 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,7:3
16Dissolved nitrous oxide and emission relating to denitrification across the Poyang Lake aquatic continuum显示文摘Most aquatic ecosystems contribute elevated N_2 O to atmosphere due to increasing anthropogenic nitrogen loading. To further understand the spatial heterogeneity along an aquatic continuum from the upriver to wetland to lake to downriver, the study was conducted on spatial variations in N_2 O emission along Poyang Lake aquatic continuum during the flood season from 15 July 2013 to 10 August 2013. The results showed the N_2 O concentrations, the ratio of N_2O/dinitrogen(N_2) gases production, N_2 O emission and denitrification rates ranged from 0.10 to 1.11 μg N/L,- 0.007% to 0.051%,- 9.73 to 127 μg N/m2/hr and 1.33 × 104to31.9 × 104μg N_2/m2/hr, respectively, across the continuum. The average N_2 O concentrations,the ratio of N_2O/N_2 and N_2O emission was significantly lower in wetlands as compared to the rivers and lake(p < 0.01). The significantly high denitrification rate and low N_2 O emission together highlighted that most N_2 O can be converted into N_2 via near complete denitrification in the Poyang Lake wetlands. Our study suggests that the wetlands might impact N_2 O budget in an integrated aquatic ecosystems. 19Alterations of endogenous metabolites in urine of rats exposed to decabromodiphenyl ether using metabonomic approaches显示文摘There is large usage of polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) especially for decabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-209, Deca-BDE) in controlling the risks of fire. The toxicological effects of PBDEs are worth being concerned about. Female SD rats were daily gavaged with BDE-209 ether at the dose of 100 mg/kg for 20 days. Histological observation was performed for the screening of the target organs for BDE-209 exposure. The distribution and metabolism of PBDEs in the exposed main organs were evidenced by HRGC-HRMS. Alterations of the endogenous metabolite concentrations in urine were investigated using metabonomic approaches based on1H NMR spectrum. Histopathological changes including serious edema in kidney, hepatocellular spotty necrosis and perivasculitis in liver indicated that BDE-209 caused potential influences on endogenous metabolism in the exposed liver and the kidney. BDE-209 was found to be highly accumulated in lipid, ovary, kidney and liver after 20 days' exposure. Occurrence of other lower brominated PBDEs in the rats demonstrated that reductive debromination process happened in vivo. Hydroxylated and methoxylated–BDEs, as metabolism products, were also detected in the rat tissues. A total of 12 different endogenous metabolites showed obvious alterations in urine from the exposed rats, indicating the disturbance of the corresponding internal biochemical processes induced by BDE-209 exposure. 20Dynamic Multi-Task Allocation Method for Passenger Diffusion in Mobile Crowd Sensing显示文摘This paper aims to solve the problem of low efficiency,high cost and instability in opportunistic network transmission in the process of mobile group intelligence perception task allocation.Two multi-task dynamic distribution methods based on Lowest cost Participant selection algorithm(LC-PSA)based on user incentive cost and Least number Participant selection algorithm(LN-PSA)based on number of users are proposed respectively.Through these two algorithms,the goal of minimizing the number of people and moving distance required for the task and reducing the system’s incentive cost is achieved.Simulation experiments show that compared with similar algorithms,the number of participants in the task distribution scheme selected by the LN-PSA algorithm is reduced by 24.0%,and the system resource consumption is lower,which can provide stable services for the system when users are insufficient in emergencies.Compared with the traditional greedy heuristics algorithm,the LC-PSA algorithm reduces the total system cost by 37.74%and has better overall performance in the comparison experiment.JIANG Weijin LYU Sijian 2021Chinese Journal of Electronics2021,30,5:3
