Compositions and sources of organic acids in fine particles(PM_(2.5)) over the Pearl River Delta region, south China显示文摘Organic acids as important constituents of organic aerosols not only influence the aerosols' hygroscopic property, but also enhance the formation of new particles and secondary organic aerosols. This study reported organic acids including C14–C32fatty acids, C4–C9dicarboxylic acids and aromatic acids in PM2.5collected during winter 2009 at six typical urban, suburban and rural sites in the Pearl River Delta region. Averaged concentrations of C14–C32fatty acids, aromatic acids and C4– C9 dicarboxylic acids were 157, 72.5 and 50.7 ng/m3, respectively. They totally accounted for 1.7% of measured organic carbon. C20–C32fatty acids mainly deriving from higher plant wax showed the highest concentration at the upwind rural site with more vegetation around, while C14–C18fatty acids were more abundant at urban and suburban sites, and dicarboxylic acids and aromatic acids except 1,4-phthalic acid peaked at the downwind rural site. Succinic and azelaic acid were the most abundant among C4–C9dicarboxylic acids, and 1,2-phthalic and 1,4-phthalic acid were dominant aromatic acids. Dicarboxylic acids and aromatic acids exhibited significant mutual correlations except for 1,4-phthalic acid, which was probably primarily emitted from combustion of solid wastes containing polyethylene terephthalate plastics. Spatial patterns and correlations with typical source tracers suggested that C14–C32fatty acids were mainly primary while dicarboxylic and aromatic acids were largely secondary. Principal component analysis resolved six sources including biomass burning, natural higher plant wax, two mixed anthropogenic and two secondary sources; further multiple linear regression revealed their contributions to individual organic acids. It turned out that more than 70% of C14–C18fatty acids were attributed to anthropogenic sources, about 50%–85% of the C20–C32fatty acids were attributed to natural sources, 80%–95% of dicarboxylic acids and 1,2-phthalic acid were secondary in contrast with that 81% of 1,4-phthalic acid was primary. | Xiuying Zhao Xinming Wang Xiang Ding Quanfu He Zhou Zhang Tengyu Liu Xiaoxin Fu Bo Gao Yunpeng Wang Yanli Zhang Xuejiao Deng Dui Wu | 2014 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2014,26,1: | 6
Unmanned aerial vehicle swarm mission reliability modeling and evaluation method oriented to systematic and networked mission显示文摘With the development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) system autonomy, network communication technology and group intelligence theory, mission execution in the form of a UAV swarm will be an important realization of future applications. Traditional single-UAV mission reliability modeling methods have been unable to meet the requirements of UAV swarm mission reliability modeling. Therefore, the UAV swarm mission reliability modeling and evaluation method is proposed. First, aimed at the interdependence among the multiple layers, a multi-layer network model of a UAV swarm is established. At the same time, based on the system having the following characteristics—using a mission chain to complete the mission and applying the connectivity of the mission network—the mission network model of a UAV swarm is established. Second, vulnerability and connectivity are selected as two indicators to reflect the reliability of the mission, and aimed at random attack and deliberate attack, vulnerability and connectivity evaluation methods are proposed. Finally, the validity and accuracy of the constructed model are verified through simulations, and the model and selected indicators can meet the reliability requirements of the UAV swarm mission. In this way, this study provides quantitative reference for UAV-swarm-related decisionmaking work and supports the development of UAV-swarm-related work. | Lizhi WANG Xuejiao ZHAO Yuan ZHANG Xiaohong WANG Tielin MA Xia GAO | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,2: | 5
High power and stable P-doped yolk-shell structured Si@C anode simultaneously enhancing conductivity and Li^(+)diffusion kinetics显示文摘Silicon is a low price and high capacity ancxje material for lithium-ion batteries. The yolk-shell structure can effectively accommodate Si expansion to improve stability. However, the limited rate performance of Si anodes can't meet people's growing demand for high power density.Herein, the phosphorus-doped yolk-shell Si@C materials(P-doped Si@C)were prepared through carbon coating on P-doped Si/SiO_(x)matrix to obtain high power and stable devices. Therefore, the as-prepared P-doped Si@C electrodes delivered a rapid increase in Coulombic efficiency from 74.4%to 99.6%after only 6 cycles, high capacity retention of-95%over 800 cycles at 4 A·g^(-1),and great rate capability(510 mAh·g^(-1)at 35 A·g^(-1)).As a result,P-doped Si@C anodes paired with commercial activated carbon and LiFePO_(4)cathode to assemble lithium-ion capacitor(high power density of〜61,080 W·kg^(-1)at 20 A·g^(-1))and lithium-ion full cell(good rate performance with 68.3 mAh·g^(-1)at 5 C),respectively. This work can provide an effective way tofurther improve power density and stability for energy storage devices. | Ming Chen Qinnan Zhou Jiantao Zai Asma Iqbal TsegayeTadesse Tsega Boxu Dong Xuejiao Liu Yuchi Zhang Changyu Yan Liang Zhao Ali Nazakat SharelPeisan E CheeTongJohn Low Xuefeng Qian | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,4: | 5
Novel resonant pressure sensor based on piezoresistive detection and symmetrical in-plane mode vibration显示文摘In this paper,a novel resonant pressure sensor is developed based on electrostatic excitation and piezoresistive detection. The measured pressure applied to the diaphragm will cause the resonant frequency shift of the resonator. The working mode stress–frequency theory of a double-ended tuning fork with an enhanced coupling beam is proposed, which is compatible with the simulation and experiment.A unique piezoresistive detection method based on small axially deformed beams with a resonant status is proposed, and other adjacent mode outputs are easily shielded.According to the structure design,high-vacuum wafer-level packaging with different doping in the anodic bonding interface is fabricated to ensure the high quality of the resonator. The pressure sensor chip is fabricated by dry/wet etching,high-temperature silicon bonding, ion implantation, and wafer-level anodic bonding. The results show that the fabricated sensor has a measuring sensitivity of~19 Hz/kPa and a nonlinearity of 0.02%full scale in the pressure range of 0–200 kPa at a full temperature range of−40 to 80°C.The sensor also shows a good quality factor>25,000,which demonstrates the good vacuum performance. Thus, the feasibility of the design is a commendable solution for high-accuracy pressure measurements. | Xiangguang Han Qi Mao Libo Zhao Xuejiao Li Li Wang Ping Yang Dejiang Lu Yonglu Wang Xin Yan Songli Wang Nan Zhu Zhuangde Jiang | 2020 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2020,6,1: | 4
Two-dimensional Numerical Model for Debris Flows in the Jiangjia Gully,Yunnan Province显示文摘Debris flows are recurrent natural hazards in many mountainous regions. This paper presents a numerical study on the propagation of debris flows in natural erodible open channels,in which the bed erosion and sedimentation processes are important.Based on the Bingham fluid theory,a mathematical model of the two-dimensional non-constant debris flow is developed. The governing equations include the continuity and momentum conservation equations of debris flow, the sediment convection-diffusion equation, the bed erosion-deposition equation and the bed-sediment size gradation adjustment equation. The yield stress and shear stress components are included to describe the dynamic rheological properties. The upwind control-volume Finite Volume Method (FVM) is applied to discretize the convection terms. The improved SIMPLE algorithm with velocity-free-surface coupled correction is developed to solve the equations on non-orthogonal,quadrilateral grids. The model is applied to simulate a debris flow event in Jiangjia Gully,Yunnan Province and to predict the flow pattern and bed erosion-deposition processes. The results show the effectiveness of the proposed numercial model in debris flow simulation and potential hazard analysis. | PENG Hong ZHAO Yanxin CUI Peng ZHANG Wanshun CHEN Xuejiao CHEN Xiaoqing | 2011 | Journal of Mountain Science2011,8,6: | 3
Non-destructive Measurement of Magnetic Properties of Claw Pole显示文摘The magnetic properties of the claw pole have a direct effect on the output power of a generator Many methods can be used to measure these magnetic properties, each with its own advantages, but an important shortcoming is that all are destructive. In this study,a new non-destructive method to measure the magnetic properties of claw pole was proposed and a corresponding testing set-up was designed.A finite-element model was constructed to simulate the measurement process. Results proved that the measured magnetization-like curves had good agreement with the trend of the input magnetic curves and the effect of the positioning error in the measuring process could be neglected. To further validate the new method, seven types of claw poles of different materials subjected to different heat-treatment processes were forged and tested by both the new method and the conventional ring-sample method.Compared with the latter, the new method showed better consistency, relatively higher accuracy, and much stronger stability of measurement results;however, its sensitivity needs to be improved. The effects of material compositions and heat-treatment parameters on the magnetic properties of the claw pole were briefly analyzed. | Chengliang Hu Xuejiao Bai Minjun Tang Xiaofeng Tang Zhen Zhao | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2019,32,5: | 2
Modulation of Beta Oscillations for Implicit Motor Timing in Primate Sensorimotor Cortex during Movement Preparation显示文摘Motor timing is an important part of sensorimotor control. Previous studies have shown that beta oscillations embody the process of temporal perception in explicit timing tasks. In contrast, studies focusing on beta oscillations in implicit timing tasks are lacking. In this study, we set up an implicit motor timing task and found a modulation pattern of beta oscillations with temporal perception during movement preparation. We trained two macaques in a repetitive visually-guided reach-to-grasp task with different holding intervals. Spikes and local field potentials were recorded from microelectrode arrays in the primary motor cortex, primary somatosensory cortex, and posterior parietal cortex. We analyzed the association between beta oscillations and temporal interval in fixedduration experiments(500 ms as the Short Group and1500 ms as the Long Group) and random-duration experiments(500 ms to 1500 ms). The results showed that the peak beta frequencies in both experiments ranged from15 Hz to 25 Hz. The beta power was higher during the hold period than the movement(reach and grasp) period.Further, in the fixed-duration experiments, the mean poweras well as the maximum rate of change of beta power in the first 300 ms were higher in the Short Group than in the Long Group when aligned with the Center Hit event. In contrast, in the random-duration experiments, the corresponding values showed no statistical differences among groups. The peak latency of beta power was shorter in the Short Group than in the Long Group in the fixed-duration experiments, while no consistent modulation pattern was found in the random-duration experiments. These results indicate that beta oscillations can modulate with temporal interval in their power mode. The synchronization period of beta power could reflect the cognitive set maintaining working memory of the temporal structure and attention. | Hongji Sun Xuan Ma Liya Tang Jiuqi Han Yuwei Zhao Xuejiao Xu Lubin Wang Peng Zhang Luyao Chen Jin Zhou Changyong Wang | 2019 | Neuroscience Bulletin2019,35,5: | 2
Erianin suppresses constitutive activation of MAPK signaling pathway by inhibition of CRAF and MEK1/2显示文摘Constitutive activation of RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK signaling pathway(MAPK pathway)frequently occurs in many cancers harboring RAS or RAF oncogenic mutations.Because of the paradoxical activation induced by a single use of BRAF or MEK inhibitors,dual-target RAF and MEK treatment is thought to be a promising strategy. In this work,we evaluated erianin is a novel inhibitor of CRAF and MEK1/2 kinases, thus suppressing constitutive activation of the MAPK signaling pathway induced by BRAF V600E or RAS mutations.KinaseProfiler enzyme profiling, surface plasmon resonance(SPR),isothermal titration calorimetry(ITC),cellular thermal shift assay, computational docking, and molecular dynamics simulations were utilized to screen and identify erianin binding to CRAF and MEK1/2.Kinase assay, luminescent ADP detection assay, and enzyme kinetics assay were investigated to identify the efficiency of erianin in CRAF and MEK1/2 kinase activity.Notably, erianin suppressed BRAF V600E or RAS mutant melanoma and colorectal cancer cell by inhibiting MEK1/2 and CRAF but not BRAF kinase activity. Moreover, erianin attenuated melanoma and colorectal cancer in vivo.Overall,we provide a promising leading compound for BRAF V600E or RAS mutant melanoma and colorectal cancer through dual targeting of CRAF and MEK1/2. | Penglei Wang Xuechao Jia Bingbing Lu Han Huang Jialin Liu Xuejiao Liu Qiong Wu Yamei Hu Pan Li Huifang Wei Tingting Liu Dengyun Zhao Lingwei Zhang Xueli Tian Yanan Jiang Yan Qiao Wenna Nie Xinli Ma Ruihua Bai Cong Peng Zigang Dong Kangdong Liu | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4: | 1
Comparative analysis of the cardiac structure and transcriptome of scallop and snail, perspectives on heart chamber evolution显示文摘The evolution of a two-chambered heart, with an atrium and a ventricle, has improved heart function in both deuterostomes(vertebrates)and some protostomes(invertebrates).Although studies have examined the unique structure and function of these two chambers, molecular comparisons are few and limited to vertebrates. Here,we focus on the two-chambered protostome heart of the mollusks, offering data that may provide a better understanding of heart evolution.Specifically,we asked if the atrium and ventricle differ at the molecular level in the mollusk heart. To do so,we examined two very different species, the giant African land snail(Lissachatina fulica)and the relatively small, aquatic yesso scallop(Mizuhopecten yessoensis),with the assumption that if they exhibited commonality these similarities would likely reflect those across the phylum. We found that, although the hearts of these two species differed histologically, their cardiac gene function enrichments were similar,as revealed by transcriptomic analysis.Furthermore, the atrium and ventricle in each species had distinct gene function clusters, suggesting an evolutionary differentiation of cardiac chambers in mollusks. Finally,to explore the relationship between vertebrate and invertebrate two-chambered hearts,we compared our transcriptomic data with published data from the zebrafish,a well-studied vertebrate model with a two-chambered heart. Our analysis indicated a functional similarity of ventricular genes between the mollusks and the zebrafish, suggesting that the ventricle was differentiated to achieve the same functions in invertebrates and vertebrates. As the first such study on protostomes, our findings offered initial insights into how the two-chambered heart arose, including a possible understanding of its occurrence in both protostomes and deuterostomes. | Meina Lu Rabia Hayat Xuejiao Zhang Yaqi Jiao Jianyun Huang Yifan Huangfu Mingcan Jiang Jieyi Fu Qingqiu Jiang Yaojia Gu Shi Wang Alexander A.Akerberg Ying Su Long Zhao | 2023 | Marine Life Science & Technology2023,5,4: | 1

Microstructural Transformation and Precipitation of an Ultra-high Strength Steel under Continuous Cooling显示文摘We investigated phase transition and precipitation of ultra-high strength steel(UHSS)in a new 'short process' with controlled rolling and controlled cooling.Thermalexpansion test combined with metallographic observation was used to research the continuous cooling transformation(CCT)curve. Moreover, the microstructuraltransformation and precipitation law was revealed by morphologicalobservation and alloying elements by electron probe micro-analyzer(EPMA).Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)was utilized to analyze the composition and grain orientation of microstructure. The study showed that the measured criticaltransformation temperatures of Ac1 and Ac3 were 746 and 868 ℃,respectively. The CCT curve indicated that the undercooled austenite was transformed into proeutectoid ferrite and bainite with HV 520 in a broad range of cooling rate 0.1^(-1) ℃·s^(-1).When subjected to a cooling rate of 1 ℃·s^(-1),the undercooled austenite was divided into small-sized blocks by formed martensite. With further increase of cooling rate,micro-hardness increased dramatically, the microstructure of specimen was mainly lathe bainite(LB),granular bainite(GB),lath martensite(LM)and residualaustenite.By diffraction test analysis,it was identified that there was K-S orientation relationship between martensite and austenite for {110}_α//{111}_γ,{111}_α//{101}_γ.EPMA clearly showed that carbon diffused adequately due to staying for a long time at high temperature with a lower cooling rate of 2 ℃·s-1.Phase transition drive force was lower and the residualaustenite existed in the block form of Martensite austenite island(M-A).With the increase of cooling rate to 10 ℃·s^(-1),the block residualaustenite reduced, the carbon content of residualaustenite increased and α phase around the residualaustenite formed into a low carbon bainite form. | 陈永利 ZHAO Yang ZHOU Xuejiao HUANG Jianguo | 2016 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2016,31,2: | 0
Ensuring the Authenticity and Non-Misuse of Data Evidence in Digital Forensics显示文摘In forensic investigations,it is vital that the authenticity of digital evidence should be ensured. In addition, technical means should be provided to ensure that digital evidence collected cannot be misused for the purpose of perjury. In this paper,we present a method to ensure both authenticity and non-misuse of data extracted from wireless mobile devices. In the method, the device ID and a timestamp become a part of the original data and the Hash function is used to bind the data together. Encryption is applied to the data, which includes the digital evidence, the device ID and the timestamp. Both symmetric and asymmetric encryption systems are employed in the proposed method where a random session key is used to encrypt the data while the public key of the forensic server is used to encrypt the session key to ensure security and efficiency. With the several security mechanisms that we show are supported or can be implemented in wireless mobile devices such as the Android,we can ensure the authenticity and non-misuse of data evidence in digital forensics. | Jingsha He Gongzheng Liu Bin Zhao Xuejiao Wan Na Huang | 2015 | Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2015,22,1: | 0
Recognition for avian influenza virus proteins based on support vector machine and linear discriminant analysis显示文摘Total 200 properties related to structural characteristics were employed to represent structures of 400 HA coded proteins of influenza virus as training samples. Some recognition models for HA proteins of avian influenza virus (AIV) were developed using support vector machine (SVM) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA). The results obtained from LDA are as follows: the identification accuracy (Ria) for training samples is 99.8% and Ria by leave one out cross validation is 99.5%. Both Ria of 99.8% for training samples and Ria of 99.3% by leave one out cross validation are obtained using SVM model, respectively. External 200 HA proteins of influenza virus were used to validate the external predictive power of the resulting model. The external Ria for them is 95.5% by LDA and 96.5% by SVM, respectively, which shows that HA proteins of AIVs are preferably recognized by SVM and LDA, and the performances by SVM are superior to those by LDA. | LIANG GuiZhao CHEN ZeCong YANG ShanBin MEI Hu ZHOU Yuan YANG Li ZHOU Peng YANG ShengXi SHU Mao LIAO ChunYang WU ShiRong LI GenRong HE Liu GAO JianKun Gan MengYu LI DeJing CHEN GuoPing WANG GuiXue LONG Sha JING JuHua ZHENG XiaoLin ZENG Hui ZHANG QiaoXia ZHANG MengJun YANG Qi TIAN FeiFei TONG JianBo WANG JiaoNa LIU YongHong LI Bo QIU LiangJia CAI ShaoXi ZHAO Na YANG Yan SU XiaLi SONG Jian CHEN MeiXia ZHANG XueJiao SUN JiaYing LI JingWei CHEN GuoHua CHEN Gang DENG Jie PENG ChuanYou ZHU WanPing XU LuoNan WU YuQuan LIAO LiMin LI Zhi LI Jun LU DaJun SU QinLiang HUANG ZhengHu ZHOU Ping LI ZhiLiang | 2008 | Science China Chemistry2008,51,2: | 0
Experimental and numerical studies of the blast-induced overbreak and underbreak in underground roadways显示文摘Overbreak and underbreak are the crucial problems during the blasting excavation of underground tunnels owing to their effects on the construction costs and operational safety.A critical challenge facing overbreak and underbreak control is the difficulty in developing guidelines with respect to various and complex engineering conditions. In this study,a series of field measurements of overbreak and underbreak using the Focus^(S)150 laser scanner were performed in a deep roadway of the Kaiyang phosphate mine,China. The distri-bution and extent of the overbreak and underbreak surrounding the roadway contour were accurately analyzed in accordance with the collected point cloud data.Subsequently,a simplified three-dimensional model was established to simulate the blasting excavation of pre-stressed roadway using the explicit dynamic analysis code LS-DYNA.A comparison of numerical and measurement results revealed that the proposed model was a reliable tool to simulate the overbreak and underbreak induced by blasting excavation.Thereafter, the influ-ences of uncontrollable geological factors such as in situ stress conditions and controllable blasting factors including contour hole spac-ing(S),charge concentration(b)and decoupled coefficient(f)as well as stemming were further numerically investigated. The simulation results indicated that the lateral pressure coefficient significantly affected the distribution pattern of the overbreak and underbreak, while the stress magnitude contributed to their extents. Moreover,a comparison of the simulation findings and the field measurement data indicated that the minimal extents of the overbreak and underbreak corresponding the optimal contour blasting results were obtained at S=0.70 m,b=0.9 kg/m and f=2.5,respectively.Furthermore,the contour blastholes stemmed with sand created smaller damage to the periphery rock mass of roadway and enhanced the utilization efficiency of explosive energy. The research findings of this study pro-vide important implications for similar blasting excavation projects. | Zhixian Hong Ming Tao Xuejiao Cui Chengqing Wu Mingsheng Zhao | 2023 | Underground Space2023,,1: | 0
