1Effect of wind field below unmanned helicopter on droplet deposition distribution of aerial spraying显示文摘Wind field is one of the important factors affecting the distribution characteristics of aerial spraying droplet deposition.In order to reveal the impact mechanism of droplet deposition distribution by the wind field below agricultural unmanned helicopter rotor,in this study,the wind field distribution below uniaxial single-rotor electric unmanned helicopter rotor was measured by using a wireless wind speed sensor network measurement system for unmanned helicopter.The effects of wind field in three directions(X,Y,Z)below the rotor on droplet deposition distribution were analyzed with the condition of aerial spraying droplet deposition in rice canopy,and the regression model was established via variance and regression analyses of experiment results.The results showed that,the wind field in Y direction had a significant effect on droplet deposition in effective spray area,the wind field in Z direction had an extremely significant effect on droplet deposition in effective spray area,and the corresponding significance(sig.)values were 0.011 and 0.000.Furthermore,the wind field in Z direction had a significant effect on the penetrability and uniformity of droplet deposition in effective spray area,the corresponding sig.values were 0.025 and 0.011 respectively.The wind speed in Y direction at the edge of effective spray area had a significant effect on droplet drift,the sig.value was 0.021.In addition,the correlation coefficient R of the regression model was 0.869 between droplet deposition in effective spray area and the wind speed in Y and Z directions,and 0.915 between the uniformity of droplet deposition in effective spray area and the maximum wind speed in Z direction.The result revealed the influencing mechanism of the wind field below the rotor of uniaxial single-rotor electric unmanned helicopter on the distribution of aerial spraying droplet deposition.The results can provide guidance for the actual production application of aerial spraying to reduce liquid drift and improve the utilization rate of pesticide.Chen Shengde Yubin Lan Li Jiyu Zhou Zhiyan Liu Aimin Mao Yuedong 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,3:25
2Combined obeticholic acid and apoptosis inhibitor treatment alleviates liver fibrosis显示文摘Obeticholic acid(OCA), the first FXR-targeting drug, has been claimed effective in the therapy of liver fibrosis. However, recent clinical trials indicated that OCA might not be effective against liver fibrosis, possibly due to the lower dosage to reduce the incidence of the side-effect of pruritus. Here we propose a combinatory therapeutic strategy of OCA and apoptosis inhibitor for combating against liver fibrosis. CCl4-injured mice, D-galactosamine/LPS(GalN/LPS)-treated mice and cycloheximide/TNFα(CHX/TNFα)-treated HepG2 cells were employed to assess the effects of OCA, or together with IDN-6556, an apoptosis inhibitor. OCA treatment significantly inhibited hepatic stellate cell(HSC)activation/proliferation and prevented fibrosis. Elevated bile acid(BA) levels and hepatocyte apoptosis triggered the activation and proliferation of HSCs. OCA treatment reduced BA levels but could not inhibit hepatocellular apoptosis. An enhanced anti-fibrotic effect was observed when OCA was co-administrated with IDN-6556. Our study demonstrated that OCA inhibits HSCs activation/proliferation partially by regulating BA homeostasis and thereby inhibiting activation of HSCs. 3Design and test of operation parameters for rice air broadcasting by unmanned aerial vehicle显示文摘Considering the difficulty of broadcasting in the small plots and complex terrain in South China,this research aimed to explore a new efficient broadcasting way and figure out advisable operation parameters by using a hollow 12-axis,rotor-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)which is typically made up of four groups of solid support structure,with each consisting of three axes and two rotor wings.A 3.7 L reverse pyramid-shape seed hopper with a 60 mm×13 mm rectangular outlet at the bottom was designed to realize self-gravity seeding.Rice seed firstly directly falls on the rotating disc driven by direct-current dynamo before being sown.The disc was located 120 mm above the ground,with a diameter of 350 mm.Under constant flight conditions,parameters of the on-board broadcasting devices(dropping speed referring to speed for the outlet and the broadcasting speed for the disc’s rotation speed)determine the uniformity of air broadcasting.The FUTABA T8FG transmitter and receiver system were employed as the remote control device.When the UAV flies at 3 m/s and 2 m above the ground with an expected seeding of 180 grain/m^(2),the RD(Right Down)knob marked 29 and LD(Left Down)knob marked-24 with a disc rotation speed of 900 r/min,the broadcasting lasts for 15 seconds with a 25%opening(1.95 cm^(2))of rectangular outlet.In order to verify the feasibility of air broadcasting parameters,the project team carried out a field broadcasting test by using a hollow multi-rotor UAV at Zhongluotan Test Base in Guangzhou in July,2014.In the square field plots of 0.09 hm^(2),flying path of air broadcasting operation was designed.The collected sampling data of broadcasting quantity per unit area after the test showed that there were,on average,187.4 grains/m^(2)of the five sampling points with a standard deviation of 22.77,and a coefficient of variation of 12.15%which was far smaller than that of artificial broadcasting.The average yield of field broadcasted by UAV is 7705.5 kg/hm^(2)in 2014,implying that rice air broadcasting by UAV is feasible.Li Jiyu Lan Yubin Zhou Zhiyan Zeng Shan Huang Cong Yao Weixiang Zhang Yang Zhu Qiuyang 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,5:10
4Preparation and flexural properties of biomimetic laminated boards made from starch and maize stalk fiber显示文摘In this study,maize stalk tegument separated from the maize pith was crushed to obtain the fiber.The cross-linking maize starch adhesives considering four main factors(water content,gelatinization temperature,NaOH as gelatinization agent and Na2B4O7·10H2O as cross-linking agent)with three levels were prepared based on an orthogonal test scheme L9(34)in order to increase the water-resisting property and the bonding strength of the common maize starch adhesives.The bonding properties of maize starch adhesives were characterized using shearing strength under compression loading.Physical models of fiber reinforced composites were established according to the microstructure analysis of the four species of insects’elytra including Protaetia orentalis,Copris ochus Motschulsky,Anoplophora chinensis and Cytister bengalensis Aube,which will provide the biomimetic models for the biomimetic laminated boards.The maize stalk fiber biomimetic laminated boards were prepared based on the structural models of the elytra material.The flexural strength and flexural elastic modulus of the biomimetic boards were examined.The results showed that the flexural strengths of the single layer jute fiber,-reinforced maize stalk fiber boards and the dual layer jute fiber reinforced maize stalk fiber boards are higher than those of the common maize stalk fiber boards and the other three groups of jute fiber hybrid reinforced stalk fiber boards because of the biomimetic laminated design.Zhang Fu Wu Na Tong Jin Zhou Jiang Yang Xin Ma Yunhai Chen Donghui Sun Jiyu 2009International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2009,2,2:3
5Epidermal self-powered sweat sensors for glucose and lactate monitoring显示文摘Sweat could be a carrier of informative biomarkers for health status identification;therefore,wearable sweat sensors have attracted significant attention for research.An external power source is an important component of wearable sensors,however,the current power supplies,i.e.,batteries,limit further shrinking down the size of these devices and thus limit their application areas and scenarios.Herein,we report a stretchable self-powered biosensor with epidermal electronic format that enables the in situ detec-tion of lactate and glucose concentration in sweat.Enzymatic biofuel cells serve as self-powered sensing modules allowing the sweat sensor to exhibit a determination coefficient(R2)of 0.98 with a sensitivity of 2.48 mV/mM for lactate detection,and R2 of 0.96 with a sensitivity of 0.11 mV/μM for glucose detection.The microfluidic channels developed in an ultra-thin soft flexible polydimethylsiloxane layer not only enable the effective collection of sweat,but also provide excellent mechanical properties with stable performance output even under 30%stretching.The presented soft sweat sensors can be integrated at nearly any location of the body for the continuous monitoring of lactate and glucose changes during normal daily activities such as exercise.Our results provide a promising approach to develop next-generation sweat sensors for real-time and in situ sweat analysis.Xingcan Huang Jiyu Li Yiming Liu Tszhung Wong Jingyou Su Kuanming Yao Jingkun Zhou Ya Huang Hu Li Dengfeng Li Mengge Wu Enming Song Shijiao Han Xinge Yu 2022Bio-Design and Manufacturing2022,5,1:3
6Evaluation of triage strategies for high-risk human papillomavirus-positive women in cervical cancer screening:A multicenter randomized controlled trial in different resource settings in China显示文摘Objective:We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of different triage strategies for high-risk human papillomavirus(hrHPV)-positive women in primary healthcare settings in China.Methods:This study was undertaken in 11 rural and 9 urban sites.Women aged 35-64 years old were enrolled.HrHPV-positive women were randomly allocated to liquid-based cytology(LBC),visual inspection with acetic acid and Lugol’s iodine(VIA/VILI)(rural only)triage,or directly referred to colposcopy(direct COLP).At 24 months,hrHPV testing,LBC and VIA/VILI were conducted for combined screening.Results:In rural sites,1,949 hrHPV-positive women were analyzed.A total of 852,218 and 480 women were randomly assigned to direct COLP,LBC and VIA/VILI.At baseline,colposcopy referral rates of LBC or VIA/VILI triage could be reduced by 70%-80%.LBC(n=3 and n=7)or VIA/VILI(n=8 and n=26)could significantly decrease the number of colposcopies needed to detect one cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)2 or worse and CIN3+compared with direct COLP(n=14 and n=23).For the 24-month cumulative detection rate of CIN2+,VIA/VILI triage was 0.50-fold compared with LBC triage and 0.46-fold with the direct COLP.When stratified by age,baseline LBC triage+performed best(P<0.001),peaking among women aged 35-44 years(Ptrend=0.002).In urban sites,1,728 women were hrHPV genotyping test positive.A total of 408,571 and 568women were randomly assigned to direct COLP for HPV16/18+,direct COLP for other hrHPV subtypes+,and LBC triage for other hrHPV subtypes+.LBC(n=12 and n=31)significantly decreased the number of colposcopies needed to detect one CIN2+and CIN3+compared with direct COLP(n=14 and n=44).HPV16/18+increased the 24-month cumulative detection rate of CIN2+(17.89%,P<0.001).Conclusions:LBC triage for hrHPV-positive women in rural settings and direct COLP for HPV16/18+women and LBC triage for other hrHPV subtype+women in urban settings might be feasible strategies.Le Dang Linghua Kong Yuqian Zhao Yi Dai Li Ma Lihui Wei Shulan Zhang Jihong Liu Mingrong Xi Long Chen Xianzhi Duan Qing Xiao Guzhalinuer Abulizi Guonan Zhang Ying Hong Qi Zhou Xing Xie Li Li Mayinuer Niyazi Zhifen Zhang Jiyu Tuo Yiling Ding Youlin Qiao Jinghe Lang 2022Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2022,34,5:2

12High-performance LiNi_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2) cathode by nanoscale lithium sulfide coating via atomic layer deposition显示文摘The commercialization of nickel-rich LiNi_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2)(NMC811) has been hindered by its continuous loss of practical capacity and reduction in average working voltage.To address these issues,surface modification has been well-recognized as an effective strategy.Different from the coatings reported in literature to date,in this work,we for the first time report a sulfide coating,amorphous Li_(2)S via atomic layer deposition (ALD).Our study revealed that the conformal nano-Li_(2)S coating shows exceptional protection over the NMC811 cathodes,accounting for the dramatically boosted capacity retention from~11.6%to~71%and the evidently mitigated voltage reduction from 0.39 to 0.18 V after 500 charge–discharge cycles.In addition,the Li_(2)S coating remarkably improved the rate capability of the NMC811 cathode.Our investigation further revealed that all these beneficial effects of the ALD-deposited nano-Li_(2)S coating lie in the following aspects:(i) maintain the mechanical integrity of the NMC811 electrode:(ii) stabilize the NMC electrode/electrolyte interface:and (iii) suppress the irreversible phase transition of NMC structure.Particularly,this study also has revealed that the nano-Li_(2)S coating has played some unique role not associated with traditional non-sulfide coatings such as oxides.In this regard,we disclosed that the Li_(2)S layer has reacted with the released O_(2) from the NMC lattices,and thereby has dramatically mitigated electrolyte oxidation and electrode corrosion.Thus,this study is significant and has demonstrated that sulfides may be an important class of coating materials to tackle the issues of NMCs and other layered cathodes in lithium batteries.Xin Wang Jiyu Cai Yang Ren Mourad Benamara Xinwei Zhou Yan Li Zonghai Chen Hua Zhou Xianghui Xiao Yuzi Liu Xiangbo Meng 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6:1

14APPROACH ON INTELLIGENT OPTIMIZATION DESIGN BASED ON COMPOUND KNOWLEDGE显示文摘A concept of an intelligent optimal design approach is proposed, which is organized by a kind of compound knowledge model. The compound knowledge consists of modularized quantitative knowledge, inclusive experience knowledge and case-based sample knowledge. By using this compound knowledge model, the abundant quantity information of mathematical programming and the symbolic knowledge of artificial intelligence can be united together in this model. The intelligent optimal design model based on such a compound knowledge and the automatically generated decomposition principles based on it are also presented. Practically, it is applied to the production planning, process schedule and optimization of production process of a refining & chemical work and a great profit is achieved. 16Acute Toxicity of Oxyclozanide Suspension in Mice by Oral Administration显示文摘The safety of oxyclozanide suspension was preliminarily evaluated through acute toxicity test in mice. Administration dose,formal trial grouping and group interval were determined in pre-trial using incremental method. Formal test was performed using simplified karber's method. Changes in sign of mice after administration were observed; the mortality rate was statistically calculated,and the time of death was recorded; the median lethal dose( LD_(50)) and 95% confidence limit of oxyclozanide suspension were calculated. The results showed the LD_(50) of oxyclozanide suspension in mice by oral administration was 1. 679 g/kg,and the95% confidence interval was 1. 439-1. 947 g/kg. 17CD34^(+)CD38^(-)subpopulation without CD123 and CD44 is responsible for LSC and correlated with imbalance of immune cell subsets in AML显示文摘Acute myeloid leukemia(AML)is regarded as a stem cell disease.However,no one unique marker is expressed on leukemia stem cells(LSC)but not on leukemic blasts nor normal hematopoietic stem cells(HSC).CD34^(+)CD38^(-)with or without CD123 or CD44 subpopulations are immunophenotypically defined as putative LSC fractions in AML.Nevertheless,markers that can be effectively and simply held responsible for the intrinsical heterogeneity of LSC is still unclear.In the present study,we examined the frequency of three different LSC subtypes(CD34^(+)CD38^(-),CD34^(+)CD38^(-)CD123^(+),CD34^(+)CD38^(-)CD44^(+))in AML at diagnosis.We then validated their prognostic significance on the relevance of spectral features for diagnostic stratification,immune status,induction therapy response,treatment effect maintenance,and long^(-)term survival.In our findings,high proportions of the above three different LSC subtypes were all significantly characterized with low complete remission(CR)rate,high relapse/refractory rate,poor overall survival(OS),frequent FLT3^(-)ITD mutation,the high level of regulatory T cells(Treg)and monocytic myeloid^(-)derived suppressor cells(M^(-)MDSC).However,there was no significant statistical difference in all kinds of other clinical performance among the three different LSC groups.It was demonstrated that CD34^(+)CD38^(-)subpopulation without CD123 and CD44 might be held responsible for LSC and correlated with an imbalance of immune cell subsets in AML.QIANSHAN TAO QING ZHANG HUIPING WANG HAO XIAO MEI ZHOU LINLIN LIU HUI QIN JIYU WANG FURUN AN ZHIMIN ZHAI YI DONG 2022BIOCELL2022,46,1:0
18Recent advances in memristors based on two-dimensional ferroelectric materials显示文摘In this big data era, the explosive growth of information puts ultra-high demands on the data storage/computing, such as high computing power, low energy consumption, and excellent stability. However, facing this challenge, the traditional von Neumann architecture-based computing system is out of its depth owing to the separated memory and data processing unit architecture. One of the most effective ways to solve this challenge is building brain inspired computing system with in-memory computing and parallel processing ability based on neuromorphic devices. Therefore, there is a research trend toward the memristors, that can be applied to build neuromorphic computing systems due to their large switching ratio, high storage density, low power consumption, and high stability. Two-dimensional (2D) ferroelectric materials, as novel types of functional materials, show great potential in the preparations of memristors because of the atomic scale thickness, high carrier mobility, mechanical flexibility, and thermal stability. 2D ferroelectric materials can realize resistive switching (RS) because of the presence of natural dipoles whose direction can be flipped with the change of the applied electric field thus producing different polarizations, therefore, making them powerful candidates for future data storage and computing. In this review article, we introduce the physical mechanisms, characterizations, and synthetic methods of 2D ferroelectric materials, and then summarize the applications of 2D ferroelectric materials in memristors for memory and synaptic devices. 19Preparation of Compound Ban Huang Oral Liquid显示文摘[Objectives] To determine the optimal preparation process of compound Ban Huang oral liquid. [Methods] Orthogonal test and other methods were used to optimize the preparation conditions of compound Ban Huang oral liquid. [Results] The optimal conditions determined were as follows: soaking for 12 h,decocting twice with 2 h per time,concentrating filtrate to 1. 18-1. 25 g/m L at 80 ℃,ethanol precipitating twice with ethanol contents of 600 and 750 ml/L,standing for 24 h. 20Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid metagenomic next-generation sequencing assay for identifying pathogens in lung cancer patients显示文摘Background:For patients with lung cancer,timely identification of new lung lesions as infectious or non-infectious,and accurate identification of pathogens is very important in improving OS of patients.As a new auxiliary examination,metagenomic next-generation sequencing(mNGS)is believed to be more accurate in diagnosing infectious diseases in patients without underlying diseases,compared with conventional microbial tests(CMTs).We designed this study tofind out whether mNGS has better performance in distinguishing infectious and non-infectious diseases in lung cancer patients using bronchoalveolar lavagefluid(BALF).Materials and Methods:This study was a real-world retrospective review based on electronic medical records of lung cancer patients with bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)and BALF commercial mNGS testing as part of clinical care from 1 April 2019 through 30 April 2022 at The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.164 patients were included in this study.Patients were categorized into the pulmonary non-infectious disease(PNID)group(n=64)and the pulmonary infectious disease(PID)group(n=100)groups based onfinal diagnoses.Results:BALF mNGS increased the sensitivity rate by 60%compared to CMTs(81%vs.21%,p<0.05),whereas there was no significant difference in specificity(75%vs.98.4%,p>0.1).Among the patients with PID,bacteria were the most common cause of infection.Fungal infections occurred in 32%of patients,and Pneumocystis Yersini was most common.Patients with Tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs)therapy possess longer overall survival(OS)than other anti-cancer agents,the difference between TKIs and immuno-checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)was insignificant(median OS TKIs vs.ICIs vs.Anti-angiogenic vs.Chemo vs.Radiotherapy=76 vs.84 vs.61 vs.58 vs.60).Conclusions:our study indicates that BALF mNGS can add value by improving overall sensitivity in lung cancer patients with potential pulmonary infection,and was outstanding in identifying Pneumocystis infection.It could be able to help physicians adjust the follow-up treatment to avoid the abuse of antibiotics.JIYU WANG HUIXIA LI DEYUAN ZHOU LIHONG BAI KEJING TANG 2024BIOCELL2024,48,4:0
