| 1 | Salt-related structural styles of Kuqa foreland fold belt,northern Tarim basin显示文摘The salt beds of Lower Tertiary developed in the mid-segment of Kuqa foreland fold belt, northern Tarim basin. They considerably controlled structural deformation of the belt. Ac- cording to the field observation, seismic profile interpretation and drilling data, three different structural styles of supra-salt, intra-salt and sub-salt occurred in the Kuqa foreland fold belt. Su- pra-salt structural styles mainly include thrust faults and fault-related sags. Intra-slat structural styles essentially are salt-pillows, intra-salt faults and folds, and salt weld structures. Sub-salt structural styles mainly consist of imbricated thrust faults, duplex structures, pop-up and fault-related folds. It is indicated that great differences exist among supra-salt, intra-salt and sub-salt structures of Kuqa foreland fold belt. The salt-related structures were formed in the same structural stress field. | 4 | Petroleum geological characteristics of Kela-2 gas field显示文摘The Kela-2 gas field is located in the center ofKelasu structural belt in Kuqa Depression. This trap is oneof a series of traps in the folded belts which are distributed ina string of pearls in the dual structure. The primary gas-bearing layers are sandstone of Lower Cretaceous K1bswhile the secondary layers are dolomite member and gluten-ite member of Lower Tertiary E1-2km and sandstone ofLower Cretaceous K1b. The main component of natural gasis methane whose content is higher than 97%. It is charac-terized by dry gas whose source rock is Jurassic coal meas-ure. The Kela-2 structural trap was formed during the Xiyuperiod and then became a reservoir in the late time. The res-ervoir formed late and the thick seal rock of Lower Tertiarygipsmantle are the avail reason why the giant Kela-2 gasfield has been well kept. | 5 | Psoriasis treatment using minimally manipulated umbilical cordderived mesenchymal stem cells:A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune disease that usually manifests as a red scaly epidermis,induration,and hyperproliferation of basal keratinocytes.About 2%of the world’s population suffers from psoriasis but there are no clear therapeutics yet.Recently,mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have been regarded as a therapeutic alternative for autoimmune diseases,as they possess immunosuppressive effects without risks.Human umbilical cord-derived MSCs effectively regulate immune cells and are characterized by low immunogenicity,which has many advantages in treating immune diseases.CASE SUMMARY The patient was a 47-year-old male,diagnosed with psoriasis in 1995.He had received various treatments for 25 years,but the psoriatic condition was not significantly improved.He was given three rounds of minimally manipulated umbilical cord-derived MSCs over 2 wk.The erythema gradually disappeared.Three months after the 1st round,all erythema completely disappeared,and the psoriasis did not recur.CONCLUSION Minimally manipulated umbilical cord-derived MSC transplantation can potentially treat patients who suffer from psoriasis. | Hyunjun Ahn Sang Yeon Lee Won-Ju Jung Jia Pi Kye-Ho Lee | 2021 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2021,9,23: | 2 |

| 7 | Ginsenoside Rh2 inhibits breast cancer cell growth via ERβ-TNFα pathway显示文摘Ginsenoside Rh2 is one of rare panaxidiols extracted from Panax ginseng and a potential estrogen receptor ligand that exhibits moderate estrogenic activity.However,the effect of Rh2 on growth inhibition and its underlying molecular mechanism in human breast cells are not fully understood.In this study,we tested cell viability by MTT and colony formation assays.Cell growth and cell cycle were determined to investigate the effect of ginsenoside Rh2 by flow cytometry.The expressions of estrogen receptors(ERs),TNFα,and apoptosis-related proteins were detected by qPCR and western blot analysis.The mechanisms of ERαand ERβaction were determined using transfection and inhibitors.Antitumor effect of ginsenoside Rh2 against MCF-7 cells was investigated in xenograft mice.Our results showed that ginsenoside Rh2 induced apoptosis and G1/S phase arrest in MCF-7 cells.Treatment of cells with ginsenoside Rh2 down-regulated protein levels of ERα,and up-regulated mRNA and protein levels of ERβand TNFα.We also found that ginsenoside Rh2-induced TNFαover-expression is through up-regulation of ERβinitiated by ginsenoside Rh2.Furthermore,ginsenoside Rh2 induced MCF-7 cell apoptosis via estrogen receptorβTNFαpathway in vivo.These results demonstrate that ginsenoside Rh2 promotes TNFα-induced apoptosis and G1/S phase arrest via regulation of ERβ. | Kunjian Peng Tiao Luo Jijia Li Jingjia Huang Zizeng Dong Jia Liu Chaoqiong Pi Zizeng Zou Qin Gu Ousheng Liu Jian-Ting Zhang Zhi-Yong Luo | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,5: | 1 |

| 9 | Simulation of jet-flow solid fraction during spray forming显示文摘A numerical model was developed to simulate the jet-flow solid fraction of W18Cr4 V high-speed steel during spray forming. The whole model comprises two submodels: one is an individual droplet model, which describes the motion and thermal behaviors of individual droplets on the basis of Newton's laws of motion and the convection heat transfer mechanism; the other is a droplet distribution model, which is used to calculate the droplet size distribution. After being verified, the model was used to analyze the effects of parameters, including the initial gas velocity, deposition distance, superheat degree, and the ratio of gas-to-metal mass flow rates, on the jet-flow solid fraction. Finally, an equation to predict the jet-flow solid fraction directly and conveniently according to the parameters was presented. | 11 | Clinical Study on Fuzi Lizhong Pill in Treating Salivation after Taking Clozapine for Schizophrenia显示文摘[Objectives]To observe the clinical effect of Fuzi Lizhong pills for salivation after taking clozapine in schizophrenia.[Methods]A total of 45 cases of schizophrenia patients with salivation after taking clozapine only were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups according to enrollment order.The control group(22 cases)was treated with propantheline bromide tablets and the treatment group(23 cases)were treated with Fuzi Lizhong pills combined with propantheline bromide tablets.Clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Chinese medicine syndrome scores,scores of severe degree of salivation and levels of serum cholinesterase were compared between the two groups before treatment,after one-week treatment and after two-week treatment.[Results]The total clinical effective rate was 86.96%in the treatment group,higher than that of 59.09%in the control group(P<0.05).When compared with those before treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores of short breath and lack of strength,lassitude of spirit and somnolence,poor appetite,spontaneous sweating and dyspnea,and salivation as well as scores of salivation in Rating Scale for Extrapyramdal Side Effects(RSESE)and the severe degree of salivation in the two groups were decreased after 1 week and 2 weeks treatment(P<0.05),and levels of serum cholinesterase were increased(P<0.05).When compared with those in the control group after one-week and two-week treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores of short breath and lack of strength,lassitude of spirit and somnolence,poor appetite,spontaneous sweating and dyspnea,and salivation as well as scores of salivation in RSESE and the severe degree of salivation in the treatment group at the same period were lower(P<0.05),and level of serum cholinesterase was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).[Conclusions]Fuzi Lizhong pills combined with propantheline bromide tablets can improve clinical symptoms of schizophrenia patients with salivation after taking clozapine,and enhance level of serum cholinesterase and clinical effect. | Tiancheng JIA Zhe HONG Zhilian PI Chunhe MA | 2022 | Medicinal Plant2022,13,4: | 0 |
| 12 | Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment. | 13 | Highly in-plane anisotropic optical properties of fullerene monolayers显示文摘Both the intrinsic anisotropic optical materials and fullerene-assembled 2D materials have attracted much interest in fundamental science and potential applications.The synthesis of a monolayer(ML)fullerene makes the combination of these two features plausible.In this work,using first-principles calculations,we systematically study the electronic structure and optical properties of quasi-hexagonal phase(qHP)ML and quasi-tetragonal phase(qTP)ML fullerenes.The calculations of q HP ML show that it is a semiconductor with small anisotropic optical absorption,which agrees with the recent experimental measurements.However,the results for qTP ML reveal that it is a semimetal with highly in-plane anisotropic absorption.The dichroic ratio,namely the absorption ratio of x-and y-polarized lightα_(xx)/α_(yy),is around 12 at photon energy of 0.29 eV.This anisotropy is much more pronounced when the photon energy is between 0.7 and 1.4 eV,whereα_(xx)becomes nearly zero whileα_(yy)is more than two orders of magnitude larger.This indicates qTP ML as a candidate for long-pursuit lossless metal and a potential material for atomically thin polarizer.We hope this will stimulate further experimental eforts in the study of qTP ML and other fullerene-assembled 2D materials. | Danwen Yuan Hanqi Pi Yi Jiang Yuefang Hu Liqin Zhou Yujin Jia Gang Su Zhong Fang Hongming Weng Xinguo Ren Wei Zhang | 2023 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,4: | 0 |
| 14 | Formation,Stability,Geometry and Band Structure of Organically Surface-Modified Germanane显示文摘Surface modification may be an effective means for controlling the properties of germanane,i.e.,hydrogenated germanene.In this work,we investigate the formation,stability,structure and electronic properties of surface-modified germanane that results from the hydrogermylation,alkoxylation,aminization or phenylation of germanane.By assuming the typical organic surface coverage of ~33%,we have compared organically surface-modified germanane with germanene and germanane in the framework of density functional theory.It is found that organically surface-modified germanane may all stably exist despite the endothermic nature of organic surface modification.Organic surface modification leads to the decrease of the Ge—Ge bond length and the Ge—Ge—Ge bond angle of germanane,while causing the buckling distance of germanane to increase.Hydrogenation makes germanene change from a semimetal to a directbandgap semiconductor.Organic surface modification further impacts the band structure of the resulting germanane.Hydrogermylated/alkoxylated germanane is a direct-bandgap semiconductor,while aminated/phenylated germanane is an indirect-bandgap semiconductor.All the organic surface modification gives rise to the increase of the bandgap of germanane. | Hui Jia Rong Wang Zhenyi Ni Yong Liu Xiaodong Pi Deren Yang | 2017 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2017,33,1: | 0 |
