2A New Species of the Genus Tylototriton(Amphibia: Urodela: Salamandridae) from the Southern Dabie Mountains in Anhui Province显示文摘A new species of the genus Tylototriton is described,from Yuexi county,Anhui province,in the south of the Dabie Mountains.It is based on morphological and molecular analysis.The new species is identified as belonging to the Tylototriton asperrimus group and shares a number of similarities with T.wenxianensis,T.broadoridgus and T.dabienicus.The diagnostic characteristics of the new species are as follows: the head length is greater than the width of the head; bony ridges on the head are prominent and necked-in; the distal digit ends,ventral digits,peripheral area of the cloaca and the tail's lower edge are orange.The result from the molecular analysis of the genus Tylototriton(including the type specimen of the new species) based on three mitochondrial genes(ND1,ND2 and CYTB) indicated that the new species was close to T.wenxianensis,T.dabienicus,and T.broadoridgus,but formed an independent clade.This result was consistent with the morphological analysis above,which supports the theory that the population distributed in the south of the Dabie Mountains,namely in from Yuexi county,Anhui province,represented a distinct species,Tylototriton anhuiensis sp.nov.Lifu QIAN Xiaonan SUN Jiaqi LI Weibo GUO Tao PAN Xing KANG Hui WANG Jianping JIANG Jun WU Baowei ZHANG 2017Asian Herpetological Research2017,18,3:6
3Single-scan polarization-resolved degenerate four-wave mixing spectroscopy using a vector optical field显示文摘We report on a new method to achieve the single-scan polarization-resolved degenerate four-wave mixing(DFWM)spectroscopy in a Rb atomic medium using a vector optical field,in which two pump beams are kept linearly polarized and a vector beam is employed as the probe beam.As the polarization and intensity of the DFWM signal are closely dependent on the polarization state of the probe beam,a vector probe beam with space-variant states of polarization is able to generate a DFWM signal with space-variant states of polarization and intensity across the DFWM image.Accordingly,the polarization-resolved spectra can be retrieved from a single DFWM image.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first time that the single-scan polarizationresolved spectrum detection has been realized experimentally with a vector beam.This work provides a simple but efficient single-scan polarization-resolved spectroscopic method,which would be of great utility for the samples of poor light stability and fast optical processes.JIAQI YUAN XUEMEI CHENG XING WANG TENGFEI JIAO ZHAOYU REN 2022Photonics Research2022,10,1:1
4Thin buffer layer assist carbon-modifying separator for long-life lithium metal anodes显示文摘The guided Li dendrite growth by carbon-modifying separator is believed to be an effective strategy for enhancing life of lithium metal batteries(LMBs).However,the weak adhesions,as well as the large interface impedance between the smooth separator and the carbon functional layer(CFL) lead to an easily peeling of the CFL after repetitive cycles.Herein,we propose a promising solution by an inserting thin buffer layer(TBL) to strengthen the adhesion between CFL and separator as a double modifying layer(C-TBL) of the LMBs separator,which greatly improves the stability of the CFL and provides an effective Li metal anode protection.Owing to the sufficient ionic conductivity,chemical stability and strong adhesion to the separator of the TBL,it can avoid the failure of the CFL functionality with small interface impedance.Moreover,the CFL effectively reduces localized flux of Li+ through its abundant pores.The Li/Li cell with C-TBL separator displays the Li dendrite-free and stable cycling performance for at least 1500 h.When LiFePO_(4)(LFP) is employed as the cathode electrode,the assembled full cell with C-TBL separator shows the excellent rate performance and outstanding cycling capability.Our study builds a stable Li+conducting 'bridge' between the functional layer and the separator in stabilizing Li metal anode,and provides a fresh idea of the artificial separator of LMBs.Jiaqi Li Hongsheng Jia Haibo Li Xing Zhao Guiru Sun Zhiyong Chang Lei Li Ming Jin Zhao Wang Ming Feng 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,6:0
5Integrated optoelectronics with two-dimensional materials显示文摘As we enter the post-Moore era,heterogeneous optoelectronic integrated circuits(OEICs)are attracting significant attention as an alternative approach to scaling to smaller-sized transistors.Two-dimensional(2D)materials,offering a range of intriguing optoelectronic properties as semiconductors,semimetals,and insulators,provide great potential for developing nextgeneration heterogeneous OEICs.For instance,Fermi levels of 2D materials can be tuned by applying electrical voltages,while their atomically thin geometries are inherently suited for the fabrication of planar devices without suffering from lattice mismatch.Since the first graphene-on-silicon OEICs were demonstrated in 2011,2D-material heterogeneous OEICs have significantly progressed.To date,researchers have a better understanding of the importance of interface states on the optical properties of chip-integrated 2D materials.Moreover,there has been impressive progress towards the use of 2D materials for waveguide-integrated lasers,modulators,and photodetectors.In this review,we summarize the history,status,and trend of integrated optoelectronics with 2D materials.Zhenzhou Cheng Rongxiang Guo Jiaqi Wang Yi Wang Zhengkun Xing Lei Ma Wei Wei Yu Yu Hon Ki Tsang Tiegen Liu 2022National Science Open2022,1,3:0
6Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND 7Bioinspired mineral-in-shell nanoarchitectonics:Functional empowerment of mineral precursors for guiding intradentinal mineralization显示文摘Effective mineralization of biological structures poses a significant challenge in hard tissue engineering as it necessitates overcoming geometric complexities and multistep biomineralization processes.In this regard,we propose“mineral-in-shell nanoarchitectonics”,inspired by the nanostructure of matrix vesicles,which can influence multiple mineralization pathways.Our nanostructural design empowers mineral precursors with tailorable properties through encapsulating amorphous calcium phosphate within a multifunctional tannic acid(TA)and silk fibroin(SF)nanoshell.The bioinspired nanosystem facilitates efficient recruitment of mineral precursors throughout the dentin structures,followed by large-scale intradentinal mineralization both in vitro and in vivo,which provides persistent protection against external stimuli.Theoretical simulations combined with experimental studies attribute the success of intradentinal mineralization to the TA-SF nanoshell,which exhibits a strong affinity for the dentin structure,stabilizing amorphous precursors and thereby facilitating concomitant mineral formation.Overall,this bioinspired mineral-in-shell nanoarchitectonics shows a promising prospect for hard tissue repair and serves as a blueprint for next-generation biomineralization-associated materials.Xiaoran Zheng Yang Liu Mingjing Li Yuyan Li Wanshan Gao Rongmin Qiu Jiaqi Xing Jiaojiao Yang Yantao Chen Xinyuan Xu Mingming Ding Jun Luo Jianshu Li 2024Nano Research2024,17,5:0
8Suppression of Co(Ⅱ)ion deposition and hazards:Regulation of SEI film composition and structure显示文摘Despite the presence of Li F components in the solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)formed on the graphite anode surface by conventional electrolyte,these Li F components primarily exist in an amorphous state,rendering them incapable of effectively inhibiting the exchange reaction between lithium ions and transition metal ions in the electrolyte.Consequently,nearly all lithium ions within the SEI film are replaced by transition metal ions,resulting in an increase in interphacial impedance and a decrease in stability.Herein,we demonstrate that the SEI film,constructed by fluoroethylene carbonate(FEC)additive rich in crystalline Li F,effectively inhibits the undesired Li^(+)/Co^(2+)ion exchange reaction,thereby suppressing the deposition of cobalt compounds and metallic cobalt.Furthermore,the deposited cobalt compounds exhibit enhanced structural stability and reduced catalytic activity with minimal impact on the interphacial stability of the graphite anode.Our findings reveal the crucial influence of SEI film composition and structure on the deposition and hazards associated with transition metal ions,providing valuable guidance for designing next-generation electrolytes.Jiaqi Zhan Mingzhu Liu Yutian Xie Jiarong He Hebing Zhou Lidan Xing Weishan Li 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,89,2:0
9An effector-reporter system to study cellular signal transduction in strawberry fruit (Fragaria ananassa)显示文摘An effector-reporter system is a powerful tool used to study cellular signal transduction,but this technique has been traditionally used in protoplasts.A similar system to study cellular signal transduction in fruits has not yet been established.In this study,we aimed to establish an effector–reporter system for strawberry fruit,a model nonclimacteric fruit.We first investigated the characteristics of transient gene expression in strawberry fruits and found marked variation in gene expression levels among individual fruits,and this variation has complicated the establishment of a technical system.To overcome this difficulty,we investigated a sampling strategy based on a statistical analysis of the activity pattern of four different reporters(GUS,GFP,FLuc,and RLuc)among individual fruits and combinations of pairs of reporters(GUS/GFP and RLuc/FLuc).Based on an optimized sampling strategy,we finally established a step-by step protocol for the effector/reporter assay.Using FaMYB10 and FaWRKY71 as the effectors and GUS driven by the FaCHS promoter as the reporter,we demonstrated that this effector/reporter system was practical and reliable.This effector/reporter technique will contribute to an in-depth exploration of the signaling mechanism for the regulation of strawberry fruit ripening.Baozhen Zeng Tianyu Li Wei Wang Zhengrong Dai Jie Li Zhiyuan Xi Kenan Jia Yu Xing Bingbing Li Jiaqi Yan Wensuo Jia 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:0
10Kinetic and thermodynamic synergy of organic small molecular additives enables constructed stable zinc anode显示文摘An organic small molecule additive zinc formate is introduced to construct stable Zn metal interphase by electrochemical kinetic control and thermodynamic adjustment.It partially forms a water-formate concomitant dipole layer at the internal Helmholtz electrical double layers(HEDLs) under the preferential adsorption function of formate on Zn surface,reducing the occurrence of side reactions at phase interface.Meanwhile,free formate in HEDLs regulates the Zn^(2+) solvation sheath structure to accelerate the desolvation,transference,and deposition kinetics of Zn^(2+).Besides,the hydrolysis reaction of zinc formate increases the hydrogen evolution overpotential,inhibiting the thermodynamic tendency of hydrogen evolution.Consequently,it presents stable cycle for more than 2400 h at 5 mA cm^(-2),as well as an average Coulombic efficiency of 99.8% at 1 A g^(-1) after 800 cycles in the Zn‖VO_(2) full cell.The interphase engineering strategy zinc anode by organic small molecular brings new possibility towards high-performance aqueous zinc-ion batteries.Yang Gao Mingshan Wang Hao Wang Xinpeng Li Yuanwei Chu Zhicheng Tang Yuanlong Feng Jiaqi Wang Yong Pan Zhiyuan Ma Zhenliang Yang Dan Zhou Xing Li 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,9:0

14Characterization and analysis of Coscinodiscus genus frustule based on FIB-SEM显示文摘Coscinodiscus genus,a type of diatoms with complex frustule,has been widely studied and reported because of their delicate nanostructures.In this paper,a dual beam system focused ion beam and scanning electron microscope(F1B-SEM) were applied to precisely investigate the microstructure of diatom cell walls,in particular,aiming to reveal the hierarchical pores of the valve.The microstructures of the valve,valve mantle and girdle bands were illustrated in details through a series of high resolution images after performing the cross section milling of the specific region.The 3D morphology of frustule valve was reconstructed based on the 2D image series,which demonstrated the presence of cribellum in valve,the external foramen,hexagonal cavity and the internal foramen.The four dense porous membranes and girdle bands were characterized clearly based on FIB-SEM dual beam system.An integrated model of Coscinodiscus frustule could be simulated based on the 2D and 3D results.This study provided a systematic approach to measure the morphological features of diatoms at a nanoscale,which could be applied to other nanoporous structure in three dimensions.Yuan Xing Lihua Yu Xueli Wang Jiaqi Jia Yingying Liu Jianying He Zhihong Jia 2017Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2017,27,3:0
