1MRS and diffusion tensor image in mild traumatic brain injuries显示文摘Objective:To analyze characters of magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS) and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) in the diagnosis of mild trauma brain injuries(MTBI) in frontal lobe and to compare with conventional magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Methods:A total of 21 patients were selected,who all aged 12-51 years old and had injury within 24 hours.Computer tomography (CT) and the Glasgow Coma Scale were used to evaluate the degree of injury.All patients were diagnosed as MTBI,and 19 had conventional MRI,MRS and DTI.The major parameters of MRS were Probe-P sequence,TE= 144 or 35 ms,and both single voxel spectrum and chemical shift imging were included.The major parameters of DTI were diffusion directions =15,b value = 1000 s/mm^2. Frational anisotropic(FA) map and average ADC map were obtained to evaluate DTI result. Positive deletion ratio was observed and the imaging changes were compared between injured side and normal side.Results:All 21 patients had CT scan and Glasgow scale.A total of 19 patients had conventional MRI.DTI and MRS.Results of CT and conventional MRI showed no significant abnormality in lobe,and Glasgow scale showed mild type.MRS result showed significant decrease in N-acetyl aspartate(NAA) and NAA/creatine(Cr) in 13 cases(68.4%) (P<0.001),and increase in lactic acid(Lac) in 7 cases(36.8%).FA mapping of the frontal lobe displayed significant changes in 7 cases(36.8%),with 5 out of the 7 cases having increase in FA value.And there was no significant difference in average ADC.Conclusions:MRS and DTI might be more sensible than other methods,such as CT and conventional MRI in diagnosis of MTBI.The particular changes were reduced NAA and increased Lac for MRS.and increased FA values for DTI.Jing Chen Hu Jin Ying Zhang Qizhou Liang Haiyan Liao Ziyi Guo Xiangjun Han 2012Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2012,5,1:6
2Challenges and opportunities for carbon neutrality in China’s building sector—Modelling and data显示文摘The building sector is one of the largest energy user and carbon emitter globally.To achieve China’s national carbon target,the building sector in China needs to achieve carbon peaking and neutrality targets by 2030 and 2060,respectively.However,data deficiency on building energy and emissions become barriers for tracking the status of building energy and emissions,and identify potential opportunities for achieving dual carbon targets.To address these shortcomings,this study established an integrated China Building Energy and Emission Model(CBEEM).With CBEEM,this study evaluated the building-construction and building-operation energy and emissions in China,and revealed the status quo and potential challenge and opportunities.According to modelling results,building operation energy use of China was 1.06 billion tce in 2020,accounting for 21%of China’s total primary energy consumption.Building construction energy consumption was 0.52 billion tce in 2020,accounting for another 10%of total primary energy consumption.Key messages found on building carbon emissions are:building construction embodied emissions were 1.5 billion tCO_(2) in 2020 and are declining slowly,building operational carbon emissions were 2.2 billion tCO_(2) in 2020 and are still increasing.International comparisons between China and other countries on building stock,energy use intensity and carbon emission intensity were conducted as well,and help shed a light on the challenges for decarbonization of China’s building sector.Finally,technology perspectives to achieve carbon neutrality target were discussed and related policy suggestions were provided.Shan Hu Yang Zhang Ziyi Yang Da Yan Yi Jiang 2022Building Simulation2022,15,11:4
3A novel intelligent verification platform based on a structured analysis model显示文摘An intelligent verification platform based on a structured analysis model is presented.Using an abstract model mechanism with specific signal interfaces for user callback,the unified structured analysis data,shared by the electronic system level design,functional verification,and performance evaluation,enables efficient management review,auto-generation of code,and modeling in the transaction level.We introduce the class tree,flow parameter diagram,structured flow chart,and event-driven finite state machine as structured analysis models.As a sand table to carry maps from different perspectives and levels via an engine,this highly reusable platform provides the mapping topology to search for unintended consequences and the graph theory for comprehensive coverage and smart test cases.Experimental results show that the engine generates efficient test sequences,with a sharp increase in coverage for the same vector count compared with a random test.XIE Zheng WANG XinAn LIAN ZhiBin LUO YongGui HU ZiYi 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,6:4
4Theory and verification of operator design methodology显示文摘Non-recurring-engineering(NRE)and time-to-market play an increasingly important role in the field of IC design.Meanwhile,with the continuous development of IC manufacturing technology,it is necessary to propose a novel design methodology to shorten design cycle and enhance design efficiency.In this paper,operator design methodology(ODM)is presented and an H.264 encoder is implemented as a verification.According to the flow of ODM,the register transfer level(RTL)design of H.264 encoder has been accomplished with 15 man-months,which is lower than the average 19 man-months in the field of traditional application specific integrated circuit(ASIC)design.Moreover,with the advantage of operator design library,the design has a comparable performance with other ASIC implementations.The obtained design can support a real-time video encoding of 720p at 60 frames per second or 1080p at 30 frames per second,working at 167 MHz with SMIC 0.13 μm CMOS technology.These results provide good evidence for the practicability and efficiency of ODM.HU Ziyi ZHAO Yong WANG XinAn HUANG Ru WANG Teng ZHANG Xing 2012Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,2:3
5Identification of various food residuals on denim based on hyperspectral imaging system and combination optimal strategy显示文摘As the science and technology develop,crime methods and scenes have become increasingly complex and diverse.Trace evidence analysis has become amore and more important criminal investigation technology and liquid is the main form of trace evidence.Food can provide not only energy,but clues to solve crimes.In this study,we build a hyperspectral imaging system to detect liquid residue traces,including apple juice,coffee,cola,milk and tea,on denims with light,middle and dark colors.The obtained hyperspectral images are first subjected to spectral calibration and hyperspectral data pretreatment.Subsequently,Partial Least Squares(PLS)is applied to select the informative wavelengths from the preprocessed spectra.For modeling phase,the combination optimal strategy,support vector machine(SVM)combined with random forest(RF),is developed to establish classification models.The experimental results demonstrate that the combination optimal model can achieve TPR,FPR,Precision,Recall,F1,and AUC of 83.5%,2.30%,79.7%,83.5%,81.6%,and 94.7%for classifying fabrics contaminated by various food residuals.With respect to the classification of liquid and fabric types,the combination optimalmodel also yields satisfactory classification performance.In future work,wewill expand the types of liquid,and make appropriate adjustment to algorithms for improving the robustness of classification models.This research may play a positive role in the construction of a harmonious society.Yuzhen Chen Ziyi Xu Wencheng Tang Menghan Hu Douning Tang Guangtao Zhai Qingli Li 2021Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture2021,,1:2
6A novel CD4+CTL subtype characterized by chemotaxis and inflammation is involved in the pathogenesis of Graves’orbitopathy显示文摘Graves*orbitopathy(GO),the most severe manifestation of Graves'hyperthyroidism(GH),is an autoimmune-mediated inflammatory disorder,and treatments often exhibit a low efficacy.CD4+T cells have been reported to play vital roles in GO progression.To explore the pathogenic CD4-f T cell types that drive GO progression,we applied single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-Seq),T cell receptor sequencing(TCR-Seq),flow cytometry,immunofluorescence and mixed lymphocyte reaction(MLR)assays to evaluate CD4+T cells from GO and GH patients.scRNA-Seq revealed the novel GO-spedfic cell type CD4+cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTLs),which are characterized by chemotactic and inflammatory features.The clonal expansion of this CD4+CTL population,as demonstrated by TCR-Seq,along with their strong cytotoxic response to autoantigens,localization in orbital sites,and potential relationship with disease relapse provide strong evidence for the pathogenic roles of GZMB and IFN-y-secreting CD4+CTLs in GO.Therefore,cytotoxic pathways may become potential therapeutic targets for GO.Yue Wang Ziyi Chen Tingjie Wang Hui Guo Yufeng Liu Ningxin Dang Shiqian Hu Liping Wu Chengsheng Zhang Kai Ye Bingyin Shi 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,3:2
7Enhancing the stability of astaxanthin by encapsulation in poly (1-lactic acid) microspheres using a supercritical anti-solvent process显示文摘To improve the physicochemical properties of astaxanthin, it was encapsulated in poly (1-lactic acid)(PLLA) using a supercritical anti-solvent (SAS) process with dichloromethane/acetone mixture as the solvent, and supercritical CO2 as the anti-solvent. The effects of altering five SAS operating cond让ions, solvent ratio, temperature, pressure, concentration of carrier, and flow rate, on the microstructure of particles were investigated using an orthogonal experimental design. Under the optimal conditions, astaxanthin/PLLA particles were produced with an encapsulation efficiency of 91.5% and a mean particle size of 954.6 nm. SEM images showed that most astaxanthin/PLLA particles were uniform microspheres. FT-IR spectra showed that the chemical structure of astaxanthin was unchanged by the SAS process. The results of chromatic difference, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric, and differential scanning calorimetry analyses showed that astaxanthin had been encapsulated in the PLLA matrix in an amorphous state. Overall, astaxanthin/PLLA microspheres greatly enhanced the stability of astaxanthin during storage, and the levels of residual solvents were far lower than the ICH lim让s. 9Estimating the Economics of Electrical Energy Storage Based on Different Policies in China显示文摘This paper assesses the value of bulk grid-scale energy storage(GES) technologies in six electric power districts of China. The economic feasibility of GES under three different types of compensation mechanisms was analyzed. Based on a careful investigation of China’s existing power system, a unit commitment model that comprehensively reflects the production costs(including reduction of fuel consumption, grid loss, ancillary services and so on) of the entire power grid has been proposed. The benefits of GES can be obtained by comparing the production costs of two different scenarios: with and without GES. 10Identification of publication characteristics and research trends in the management of gallbladder cancer显示文摘Background:To date,no comprehensive analysis of gallbladder cancer(GBC)management has been reported.We aimed to identify the publication characteristics and research trends in managing GBC over the past three decades.Methods:We selected the 100 most cited articles and performed a bibliometric analysis to summarize the publication characteristics,explore research hotspots,and identify research trends in the management of GBC.Results:The total citations of the included articles ranged from 123 to 1822.Period II(2001–2010)yielded the highest number of included articles,whereas the lowest was in Period III(2011–2020).The United States and Japan published the most papers,in which the Memorial Sloan–Kettering Cancer Center and Nagoya University were the leading institutions,respectively.The most influential authors were Blumgart LH and Fong YM from the United States.Cooperation among countries,institutions,and authors was weak.The Annals of Surgery contributed the most articles with the highest number of total citations.The most researched topic was surgery,followed by systemic therapy and adjuvant therapy.Since Period I,the percentage of surgery-related publications continuously decreased(Periods II and III versus Period I,both p<0.001),with a concomitant increase in those of adjuvant therapy(Period III versus Period I,p=0.004)and systemic therapy(Period II versus Period I,p=0.004;Period III versus Period I,p=0.002).Conclusions:Surgery remains the preferred treatment,while there is a tendency toward adjuvant and systemic therapy in GBC management.An increase in local and international collaboration for managing GBC is required.Jiasheng Cao Jiahao Hu Jiliang Shen Bin Zhang Win Topatana Shijie Li Tianen Chen Sarun Jeungpanich Yitong Tian Ziyi Lu Shuyou Peng Xiujun Cai Mingyu Chen 2022iLIVER2022,1,2:0
11Design and in-situ construct BiOI/Bi/TiO_(2)photocatalysts with metal-mediated heterostructures employing oxygen vacancies in TiO_(2)nanosheets显示文摘The conventional p-n heterojunction photocatalysts suffer from the incompatibility between the interfacial charge transfer efficiency and the redox ability of charge carriers.To optimize the interfacial charge transfer of the conventional BiOI/TiO_(2) p-n photocatalyst,we synthesized the BiOI/Bi/TiO_(2) ternary photocatalyst with sandwiched metallic bismuth(Bi~0)by the oxygen-vacancy assisted method.The DFT calculation and structural characterizations confirmed the reaction of the electron-rich oxygen vacancies in the 2D-TiO_(2) nanosheets(TiO_(2)-NS)with the adsorbed BiO~+species.This reaction broke the Bi-O bonds to form Bi^(0) nanoparticles in-situ at the interface but still maintained the p-n heterojunction well.The NO-TPD and XRD analyses for samples correlated the Bi~0 formation with the oxygen vacancy concentrations well.The sandwiched Bi~0 functioned as an electronic transfer mediator like that in the Z-scheme heterostructure.Comparing with 0.20 BiOI/TiO_(2)-NP(NP,Nanoparticles),0.20 BiOI/Bi/TiO_(2)-NS-a(NS,Nanosheet)showed a much improved catalytic performance,i.e.,duplicated apparent quantum yield(AQY)and triplicated reaction rate constant(k).Also,the formation mechanism and the reaction mechanism were investigated in detail.This work provides a new strategy for the improving of the conventional p-n photocatalysts and new insights into the nature of the photocatalysis.Chenchen Zhang Wenbin Chen Dairong Hu Hanjie Xie Yibing Song Binbin Luo Yiwen Fang Wenhua Gao Ziyi Zhong 2022Green Energy & Environment2022,7,4:0
12A Knowledge-enhanced Two-stage Generative Framework for Medical Dialogue Information Extraction显示文摘This paper focuses on term-status pair extraction from medical dialogues(MD-TSPE),which is essential in diagnosis dia-logue systems and the automatic scribe of electronic medical records(EMRs).In the past few years,works on MD-TSPE have attracted increasing research attention,especially after the remarkable progress made by generative methods.However,these generative methods output a whole sequence consisting of term-status pairs in one stage and ignore integrating prior knowledge,which demands a deeper un-derstanding to model the relationship between terms and infer the status of each term.This paper presents a knowledge-enhanced two-stage generative framework(KTGF)to address the above challenges.Using task-specific prompts,we employ a single model to com-plete the MD-TSPE through two phases in a unified generative form:We generate all terms the first and then generate the status of each generated term.In this way,the relationship between terms can be learned more effectively from the sequence containing only terms in the first phase,and our designed knowledge-enhanced prompt in the second phase can leverage the category and status candidates of the generated term for status generation.Furthermore,our proposed special status'not mentioned'makes more terms available and en-riches the training data in the second phase,which is critical in the low-resource setting.The experiments on the Chunyu and CMDD datasets show that the proposed method achieves superior results compared to the state-of-the-art models in the full training and low-re-sourcesettings.Zefa Hu Ziyi Ni Jing Shi Shuang Xu Bo Xu 2024Machine Intelligence Research2024,21,1:0
13Sources appointment and health risks of PM_(2.5)-bound trace elements in a coastal city of southeastern China显示文摘To gain a comprehensive understanding of sources and health risks of trace elements in an area of China with high population densities and low PM_(2.5)concentrations,15 trace elements(Al,K,Ca,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Sn,Ba,Pb)in PM_(2.5)were monitored from December 2020 to November 2021 in a representative city,Xiamen.The concentrations of trace elements in Xiamen displayed an obvious seasonal variation and were dominated by K,Fe,Al,Ca and Zn.Based on Positive Matrix Factorization analysis,source appointment revealed that the major sources of trace elements in Xiamen were traffic,dust,biomass and firework combustion,industrial manufacture and shipping emission.According to health risk assessment combined with the source appointment results,it indicated that the average noncarcinogenic risk was below the threshold and cancer risk of four hazardous metals(Cr,Ni,As,Pb)exceeded the threshold(10^(-6)).Traffic-related source had almost half amount of contribution to the health risk induced by PM_(2.5)-bound trace elements.During the dust transport period or Spring Festival period,the health risks exceeded an acceptable threshold even an order of magnitude higher,suggesting that the serious health risks still existed in low PM_(2.5)environment at certain times.Health risk assessment reminded that the health risk reduction in PM_(2.5)at southeastern China should prioritize traffic-related hazardous trace elements and highlighted the importance of controlling vehicles emissions in the future.Ziyi Lin Xiaolong Fan Gaojie Chen Youwei Hong Mengren Li Lingling Xu Baoye Hu Chen Yang Yanting Chen Zhiqian Shao Jinsheng Chen 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,4:0
14RhoA/Rock activation represents a new mechanism for inactivating Wnt/β-catenin signaling in the aging-associated bone loss显示文摘The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway appears to be particularly important for bone homeostasis,whereas nuclear accumulation ofβ-catenin requires the activation of Rac1,a member of the Rho small GTPase family.The aim of the present study was to investigate the role of RhoA/Rho kinase(Rock)-mediated Wnt/β-catenin signaling in the regulation of aging-associated bone loss.We find that Lrp5/6-dependent and Lrp5/6-independent RhoA/Rock activation by Wnt3a activates Jak1/2 to directly phosphorylate Gsk3βat Tyr216,resulting in Gsk3βactivation and subsequentβ-catenin destabilization.In line with these molecular events,RhoA loss-or gain-of-function in mouse embryonic limb bud ectoderms interacts genetically with Dkk1 gain-of-function to rescue the severe limb truncation phenotypes or to phenocopy the deletion ofβ-catenin,respectively.Likewise,RhoA loss-of-function in pre-osteoblasts robustly increases bone formation while gain-of-function decreases it.Importantly,high RhoA/Rock activity closely correlates with Jak and Gsk3βactivities but inversely correlates withβ-catenin signaling activity in bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells from elderly male humans and mice,whereas systemic inhibition of Rock therefore activates theβ-catenin signaling to antagonize aging-associated bone loss.Taken together,these results identify RhoA/Rock-dependent Gsk3βactivation and subsequentβ-catenin destabilization as a hitherto uncharacterized mechanism controlling limb outgrowth and bone homeostasis.Wei Shi Chengyun Xu Ying Gong Jirong Wang Qianlei Ren Ziyi Yan Liu Mei Chao Tang Xing Ji Xinhua Hu Meiyu Qv Musaddique Hussain Ling-Hui Zeng Ximei Wu 2021Cell Regeneration2021,10,1:0
15Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND 16Packing Adjustment Towards High Mobility Luminescent Conjugated Polymers显示文摘Next generation display and lighting technology calls for thinner,cheaper and more-flexible unit devices.Polymer light emitting transistor(PLET),which integrates logic function of organic field effect transistor(OFET),luminescence function of organic light emitting diode(OLED),and potential mechanical properties,is believed to be the raising star in this field.However,great challenges remain in developing the core materials of PLETs,which simultaneously require the integration of high ambipolar mobility and strong solid-state luminescence properties.Herein,high mobility luminescent thienopyrroledione-benzodiathiadiazole-fluorene-based conjugated polymer was chosen as polymer backbone,and polymers TBT-1 and TBT-2(TBT=thienopyrroledione-benzodiathiadiazole-thienopyrrole-dione)with red luminescence were obtained by direct arylation polymerization(DArP).By introducing linear alkyl side chains,the packing orientation is changed from face-on in TBT-1 thin film to edge-on in TBT-2 thin film,which is beneficial for improving the field effect performance.The average hole and electron mobility of TBT-2 are 1.1×10^(-2)and 2.0×10^(-3)cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1),respectively.This work provides new design strategy for high mobility luminescent conjugated polymers,which can be used in PLETs.ZHANG Yihan LIU Qingqing GAO Can XIE Ziyi HU Beining DONG Huanli 2023Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2023,39,5:0

18RcSPL1-RcTAF15b regulates the flowering time of rose (Rosa chinensis)显示文摘Rose(Rosa chinensis),which is an economically valuable floral species worldwide,has three types,namely once-flowering(OF),occasional or re-blooming(OR),and recurrent or continuous flowering(CF).However,the mechanism underlying the effect of the age pathway on the duration of the CF or OF juvenile phase is largely unknown.In this study,we observed that the RcSPL1 transcript levels were substantially upregulated during the floral development period in CF and OF plants.Additionally,accumulation of RcSPL1 protein was controlled by rch-miR156.The ectopic expression of RcSPL1 in Arabidopsis thaliana accelerated the vegetative phase transition and flowering.Furthermore,the transient overexpression of RcSPL1 in rose plants accelerated flowering,whereas silencing of RcSPL1 had the opposite phenotype.Accordingly,the transcription levels of floral meristem identity genes(APETALA1,FRUITFULL,and LEAFY)were significantly affected by the changes in RcSPL1 expression.RcTAF15b protein,which is an autonomous pathway protein,was revealed to interact with RcSPL1.The silencing and overexpression of RcTAF15b in rose plants led to delayed and accelerated flowering,respectively.Collectively,the study findings imply that RcSPL1–RcTAF15b modulates the flowering time of rose plants.Rui Yu Zhiying Xiong Xinhui Zhu Panpan Feng Ziyi Hu Rongxiang Fang Yuman Zhang Qinglin Liu 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,6:0

20Effects of Househould Cleaning Methods on Carbendazim Residue in Apples显示文摘Carbendazim,belonging to fungicides,was commonly used for controlling crop diseases,resulting in frequent residues in fruits and vegetables.Washing was the initial step of household fruit processing for cleaning and reducing pollutant contents.However,the effect of washing on the removal of carbendazim in apples was not systemically studied.Thus,in this study,an analytical method was firstly established for the determination of carbendazim with great accuracy and precision through quick,simple,cheap,effective and safe(QuEChERS)method and ultra-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection(UPLC-FLD).Then,the influencing factors were systematically researched to unveil their effects on the carbendazim residue in apples.The results indicated that water temperature,washing products and washing method could obviously affect the carbendazim content in apples.In addition,the best cleaning scheme for removal of carbendazim was soaking apples for 5 min in a cleaning solution,which was prepared by dissolving 8 g of commercial fruit washing soup with 500 ml of water at 45℃.Under this condition,the removal rate of carbendazim in the washing step reached 73.91%.This study will be helpful for providing guidance for household cleaning methods for controlling pesticide residues.Zhiling HU Yuchao TIAN Qingling ZHU Haijian LIU Nan LUO Fan WANG Ziyi ZHANG Furong LIU Chang LIU Mengrong CHENG 2023Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,6:0
