Physical Mechanism and Performance Factors of Metal Oxide Based Resistive Switching Memory:A Review显示文摘This review summarizes the mechanism and performance of metal oxide based resistive switching memory The origin of resistive switching(RS) behavior can be roughly classified into the conducting filament type and the interface type. Here,we adopt the filament type to study the metal oxide based resistive switching memory, which considers the migration of metallic cations and oxygen vacancies,as well as discuss two main mechanisms including the electrochemical metallization effect(ECM) and valence change memory effect(VCM). At the light of the influence of the electrode materials and switching layers on the RS characteristics,an overview has also been given on the performance parameters including the uniformity endurance, the retention, and the multi-layer storage. Especially,we mentioned ITO(indium tin oxide electrode and discussed the novel RS characteristics related with ITO. Finally, the challenges resistive random access memory(RRAM) device is facing,as well as the future development trend, are expressed. | Cong Ye Jiaji Wu Gang He Jieqiong Zhang Tengfei Deng Pin He Hao Wang | 2016 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2016,32,1: | 3

A Comparative Study of Electrochemical Capacitance of Graphene Oxide Affected by Oligomers of p-phenylenediamine and Hydrazine Hydrate in Solvothermal Condition显示文摘A systematic investigation of the graphene oxide composite reduced by either p-phenylenediamine oligomers or hydrazine hydrate was performed with field emission scanning electron microscopy, high resolution transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction, fourier transform infrared, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses. The electrical capacitance of the composite was evaluated by a cyclic voltammetry technique, while the properties of these prototype supercapacitors were measured by a chronopotentiometry technique. It was found that, under the solvothermal condition, the graphene oxide reduced by p-phenylenediamine oligomers was observed to have higher electrical capacitance than that reduced by hydrazine. The improved electrical capacitance can be attributed to that p-phenylenediamine oligomers are the more effective spacers for graphene layers;and they could also provide some pseudo-capacitance to the graphene oxide composite based on their conjugate structure. The results imply that graphene oxide modified by diamine oligomers has a good potential in energy storage devices. | ZHANG Qingqing ZHANG Qingwu LU Hao WANG Wei FANG Tian LIU Hongying LIU Jiaji WANG Shuangshuang | 2020 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,2: | 2

An efficient aggregation-enhanced delayed fluorescence luminogen created with spiro donors and carbonyl acceptor for applications as an emitter and sensitizer in high-performance organic light-emitting diodes显示文摘Organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs)fabricated using organic thermally activated delayed fluorescence materials as sensitizers have recently achieved significant advancements, but the serious efficiency roll-offs are still troublesome in most cases.Herein,a tailor-made multifunctional luminogen SBF-BP-SFAC containing 9,9′-spirobifluorene(SBF)and spiro[acridine-9,9-fluorene](SFAC)as electron donors and carbonyl as an electron acceptor is synthesized and characterized.SBF-BPSFAC has the advantages of high thermal stability,aggregation-enhanced delayed fluorescence, and balanced carrier transport ability, and prefers horizontal dipole orientation.Highly efficient OLEDs employing SBF-BP-SFAC as an emitter radiate intense cyan light with outstanding external quantum efficiencies(ηexts)of up to 30.6%.SBF-BP-SFAC can also serve as an excellent sensitizer for orange fluorescence, phosphorescence, and delayed fluorescence materials, providing excellent η exts of up to 30.3% with very small efficiency roll-offs due to the fast Förster energy transfer as well as exciton annihilation suppression by bulky spiro donors. These outstanding performances demonstrate the great potential of SBF-BP-SFAC as an emitter and sensitizer for OLEDs. | Hao Chen Jiajie Zeng Ruishan Huang Jianghui Wang Junchu He Hao Liu Dezhi Yang Dongge Ma Zujin Zhao Ben Zhong Tang | 2023 | Aggregate2023,4,2: | 0
Abnormal anti-oxidation behavior of hexagonal boron nitride grown on copper显示文摘Atomic-layered hexagonal boron nitride(hBN)is expected to be the best two-dimensional(2D)anti-oxidation layer on metals for its incomparable impermeability, insulativity, and stability,as well as the progressive bottom-up growth techniques to ensure fast coating on metal surface in large area. However, its real anti-oxidation ability in practice is found to be unsatisfactory and nonuniform, and the main obstacle to achieving ideal anti-oxidation performance lies in unclear anti-oxidation behavior at special interface between 2D hBN and three-dimensional(3D)metals.Herein,system of monolayer hBN grown on copper(Cu)foils with various lattice orientations was grown to investigate the anti-oxidation behavior of different interlayer configurations.By using structural characterizations together with analysis of topography,we surprisingly found that stronger interlayer coupling led to worse anti-oxidation performance owing to fast diffusion of O2 through higher hBN corrugations generated at the commensurate hBN/Cu(111)configuration.In view of this,we developed the approach of cyclic reannealing that can effectively flatten corrugations and steps, and therefore improve the anti-oxidation performance to a great extent. This work provides a more indepth understanding of anti-oxidation behavior of 2D materials grown on 3D metals, and a practical method to pave the way for its large-scale applications in future. | Li Wang Jiajie Qi Shuai Zhang Mingchao Ding Wei Wei Jinhuan Wang Zhihong Zhang Ruixi Qiao Zhibin Zhang Zehui Li Kehai Liu Ying Fu Hao Hong Can Liu Muhong Wu Wenlong Wang Jun He Yi Cui Qunyang Li Xuedong Bai Kaihui Liu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,8: | 0
In-depth understanding of ionic liquid assisted perovskite film formation mechanism for two-step perovskite photovoltaics显示文摘Ionic liquids(ILs)have been widely applied in the one-step fabrication of perovskite with noticeable enhancement in the device performance.However,in-depth mechanism of ionic-liquid-assisted perovskite film formation is not well understood for also important two-step perovskite fabrication method, with better control of crystallization behavior. In this work,we introduced ionic liquid methylammonium formate(MAFa)into organic salt to produce perovskite film via a two-step method.Systematic investigations on the influence of MAFa on the perovskite thin film formation mechanism were performed.Ionic liquid is shown to assist lowering the perovskite formation enthalpy upon the density functional theory(DFT)calculation, leading to an accelerated crystallization process evidenced by in-situ UV-Vis absorption measurement.A gradient up-down distribution of ionic liquid has been confirmed by timeof-flight SIMS.Importantly, besides the surface passivation,we found the HCOO-can diffuse into the perovskite crystals to fill up the halide vacancies, resulting in significant reduction of trap states.Uniform perovskite films with significantly larger grains and less defect density were prepared with the help of MAFa IL,and the corresponding device efficiency over 23%was obtained by two-step process with remarkably improved stability. This research work provides an efficient strategy to tune the morphology and opto-electronic properties of perovskite materials via ionic-liquid-assisted two-step fabrication method, which is beneficial for upscaling and application of perovskite photovoltaics. | Fei Wang Patrick Wai-Keung Fong Zhiwei Ren Hai-Lun Xia Kang Zhou Kai Wang Jiajie Zhu Xiaoxi Huang Xiao-Yuan Liu Hao Wang Yumeng Shi Haoran Lin Quanyao Zhu Gang Li Hanlin Hu | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,10: | 0
Designing Electrochemical Nanoreactors to Accelerate Li_(2)S_(1/2) Three-Dimensional Growth Process and Generating More Li_(2)S for Advanced Li–S Batteries显示文摘With advantages of low costs and high energy density,Li–S batteries are considered as one of the most promising energy storage devices.However,Li_(2)S_(2) with a high dissociation energy and insulative properties is hard to convert into Li_(2)S,resulting in underutilization of sulfur capacity.Herein,Co-Mo_(2)C@C yolk–shell spheres as nanoreactors were designed to confront this challenge rationally. The Co-Mo_(2)C@C-induced Li_(2)S_(1/2) nucleation and growth in the three-dimensional process and the cathode produced more Li_(2)S after full discharge.Experimental studies and theoretical calculations reveal that the conversion barrier from Li_(2)S_(2) into Li_(2)S was lowered while the diffusion of lithium ions and electron transfer accelerated when using the Co-Mo_(2)C@C catalyst.Based on the above advantages, the Co-Mo_(2)C@C/S cathode exhibits a high reversible capacity and excellent cyclic stability, such as an initial specific capacity of 1200 mAh g^(−1) at 0.1 C with 709 mAh g^(−1) at 1.0 C after 1000 cycles with a low capacity fading rate of 0.04%per cycle.Even at high densities of 3.0 C and 5.0 C,the specific capacities are 647.6 and 557.7 mAh g^(−1) after 400 cycles, respectively.Impressively,it also shows ca.770 and 900 mAh g^(−1) at 0.2 C after 50 cycles with high sulfur loadings of 4.2 and 5.1 mg cm−2,respectively.The present work may provide new insights into the design of nanoreactors to promote Li_(2)S_(1/2) growth in a three-dimensional process and accelerate conversion from solid Li_(2)S_(2) to solid Li_(2)S in high performance Li–S batteries. | Junhao Li Kaixiang Shi Jiajie Pan Junda Pan Yongxian Lin Kaixin Wang Hao Li Jinyun Liao Huafeng Dong Quanbing Liu | 2023 | Renewables2023,1,3: | 0
Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector. Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements, such as its low-energy threshold, high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors, and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors. In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable, assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition, approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected. This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter, which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle. Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better, depending on the central value, and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment. | 10 | Construction of N,O co-doped carbon anchored with Co nanoparticles as efficient catalyst for furfural hydrodeoxygenation in ethanol显示文摘Hydrodeoxygenation of furfural(FF)into 2-methylfuran(MF)is a significant biomass utilization route. However, designing efficient and stable non-noble metal catalyst is still a huge challenge.Herein,we reported the N,O co-doped carbon anchored with Co nanoparticles(Co-SFB)synthesized by employing the organic ligands with the target heteroatoms.Raman, electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)characterizations showed that the co-doping of N and O heteroatoms in the carbon support endows Co-SFB with enriched lone pair electrons, fast electron transfer ability, and strong metal-support interaction. These electronic properties resulted in strong FF adsorption as well as lower apparent reaction activation energy. At last, the obtained N,O co-doped Co/C catalyst showed excellent catalytic activity(nearly 100 mol%FF conversion and 94.6 mol%MF yield)and stability for in-situ dehydrogenation of FF into MF.This N,O co-doping strategy for the synthesis of highly efficient catalytic materials with controllable electronic state will provide an excellent opportunity to better understand the structure-function relationship. | Hui Yang Hao Chen Wenhua Zhou Haoan Fan Chao Chen Yixuan Sun Jiaji Zhang Sifan Wang Teng Guo Jie Fu | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,3: | 0
Estimating SVCV waterborne transmission and predicting experimental epidemic development:A modeling study using a machine learning approach显示文摘Viral infectious diseases significantly threaten the sustainability of freshwater fish aquaculture. The lack of studies on epidemic transmission patterns and mechanisms inhibits the development of containment strategies from the viewpoint of veterinary public health. This study raises an epidemic mathematical model considering water transmission with the aim of analyzing the transmission process more accurately. The basic reproduction number R0 was derived by the model parameter including the water transmission coefficient and was used for the analysis of the virus transmission.Spring viremia of carp virus(SVCV)and zebrafish were used as model viruses and animals, respectively,to conduct the transmission experiment.Transmission through water was achieved by connecting two aquarium tanks with a water channel but blocking the fish movement between the tanks. With the collected experimental data,we determined the optimal hybrid machine learning algorithm to analyze the transmission process using an established mathematical model. In addition, future transmission was predicted and validated using the epidemic model and an optimal algorithm. Finally, the sensitivity of model parameters and the simulations of R0 variation were performed based on the modified complex epidemic model. This study is of significance in providing theoretical guidance for minimizing R0 by manipulating model parameters with containment measures.More importantly, since the modified model and algorithm demonstrated better performance in handling freshwater fish transmission problems, this study advances the future application of transmissible disease modeling with larger datasets in freshwater fish aquaculture. | Jiaji Pan Qijin Zeng Wei Qin Jixiang Chu Haibo Jiang Haiyan Chang Jun Xiao Hao Feng | 2024 | Water Biology and Security2024,3,1: | 0
Creating large EMS populations for functional genomics and breeding in wheat显示文摘Wheat germplasm is a fundamental resource for basic research, applied studies, and wheat breeding, which can be enriched normally by several paths, such as collecting natural lines, accumulating breeding lines, and introducing mutagenesis materials.Ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS)is an alkylating agent that can effectively introduce genetic variations in a wide variety of plant species. In this study,we created a million-scale EMS population(MEP)that started with the Chinese wheat cultivars‘Luyan 128’,‘Jimai 38’,‘Jimai 44’,and‘Shannong 30’.In the M1 generation, the MEP had numerous phenotypical variations, such as>3,000 chlorophyll-deficient mutants,2,519 compact spikes, and 1,692 male sterile spikes. There were also rare mutations, including 30 independent tillers each with double heads. Some M1 variations of chlorophyll-deficiency and compact spikes were inheritable, appearing in the M2 or M3 generations. To advance the entire MEP to higher generations,we adopted a single-seed descendent(SSD)approach. All other seed composites of M2 were used to screen other agronomically important traits, such as the tolerance to herbicide quizalofop-P-methyl.The MEP is available for collaborative projects, and provides a valuable toolbox for wheat genetics and breeding for sustainable agriculture. | Wenqiang Wang Xizhen Guan Yong Gan Guojun Liu Chunhao Zou Weikang Wang Jifa Zhang Huifei Zhang Qunqun Hao Fei Ni Jiajie Wu Lynn Epstein Daolin Fu | 2024 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2024,23,2: | 0

Adjusting phosphate feeding regimen according to daily rhythm increases eggshell quality via enhancing medullary bone remodeling in laying hens显示文摘Background Body phosphorus metabolism exhibits a circadian rhythm over the 24-h daily cycle. The egg laying behavior makes laying hens a very special model for investigating phosphorus circadian rhythms. There is lack of information about the impact of adjusting phosphate feeding regimen according to daily rhythm on the phosphorus homeostasis and bone remodeling of laying hens. Methods and results Two experiments were conducted. In Exp.1,Hy-Line Brown laying hens(n=45)were sampled according the oviposition cycle(at 0,6,12,and 18 h post-oviposition,and at the next oviposition,respectively;n=9 at each time point).Diurnal rhythms of body calcium/phosphorus ingestions and excretions, serum calcium/phosphorus levels, oviduct uterus calcium transporter expressions, and medullary bone(MB)remodeling were illustrated. In Exp.2,two diets with different phosphorus levels(0.32%and 0.14%non-phytate phosphorus(NPP),respectively)were alternately presented to the laying hens.Briefly, four phosphorus feeding regimens in total(each included 6 replicates of 5 hens):(1)fed 0.32%NPP at both 09:00 and 17:00;(2)fed 0.32%NPP at 09:00 and 0.14%NPP at 17:00;(3)fed 0.14%NPP at 09:00 and 0.32%NPP at 17:00;(4)fed 0.14%NPP at both 09:00 and 17:00.As a result, the regimen fed 0.14%NPP at 09:00 and 0.32%NPP at 17:00,which was designed to strengthen intrinsic phosphate circadian rhythms according to the findings in Exp.1,enhanced(P<0.05)MB remodeling(indicated by histological images, serum markers and bone mineralization gene expressions),elevated(P<0.05)oviduct uterus calcium transportation(indicated by transient receptor potential vanilloid 6 protein expression),and subsequently increased(P<0.05)eggshell thickness, eggshell strength, egg specific gravity and eggshell index in laying hens. Conclusions These results underscore the importance of manipulating the sequence of daily phosphorus ingestion, instead of simply controlling dietary phosphate concentrations,in modifying the bone remodeling process.Body phosphorus rhythms will need to be maintained during the daily eggshell calcification cycle. | Jiakun Yan Jiajie Wang Jie Chen Hao Shi Xujie Liao Chong Pan Yanli Liu Xin Yang Zhouzheng Ren Xiaojun Yang | 2023 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,3: | 0
Efficient heterogeneous integration of InP/Si and GaSb/Si templates with ultra-smooth surfaces显示文摘Heterogeneous integration of InP and GaS b on Si substrates holds a huge potential interest in near-infrared and mid-infrared optoelectronic devices. In this study,2-inch 180-nm-thick InP and 185-nmthick GaS b thin layers were successfully transferred onto the Si substrates to form high-quality and ultrasmooth InP/Si and GaS b/Si templates using molecular beam epitaxy(MBE)and the ion-slicing technique together with selective chemical etching. The relocation of the implantation-introduced damage in the sacrificial layer enables the transfer of relatively defect-free InP and GaS b thin films. The sacrificial layers were completely etched off by selective chemical etching, leaving ultra-smooth epitaxial surfaces with a roughness of 0.2 nm for the InP/Si template and 0.9 nm for the GaS b/Si template, respectively. Thus, the chemical mechanical polishing(CMP)process was not required to smooth the surface which usually introduces particles and chemical contaminations on the transferred templates.Furthermore, the donor substrate is not consumed and can be recycled to reduce the cost, which provides a paradigm for the sustainable and economic development of the Si integration platform. | Tingting JIN Jiajie LIN Tiangui YOU Xiaolei ZHANG Hao LIANG Yifan ZHU Jialiang SUN Hangning SHI Chaodan CHI Min ZHOU Robert KUDRAWIEC Shumin WANG Xin OU | 2022 | Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,8: | 0
