1Economic evaluation of cervical cancer screening strategies in urban China显示文摘Objective:This study evaluated the feasibility of different cervical cancer screening strategies in urban China.Methods:A Markov model was constructed to simulate a hypothetical cohort of 100,000 females aged 30-59 years in a 20-year period.Screening strategies included liquid-based cytology(LBC)every three years,human papillomavirus(HPV)DNA testing every three and five years,respectively,and a combination of HPV DNA testing and LBC(HPV+LBC)every three and five years,respectively.Model outcomes included cumulative incidence over 20 years,cumulative risk of cervical cancer,costs,life year saved(LYS),quality-adjusted life years(QALYs)and benefits.The cost-effectiveness ratios(CERs),incremental cost-effectiveness ratios(ICERs),costutility ratios(CURs),and benefit-cost ratios(BCRs)were used as outcomes in the health economic evaluation analysis.Univariate sensitivity analyses were performed to examine the stability of the results.Results:The cumulative incidence of the five screening strategies ranged from 833.02 to 1,158.07 cases per100,000 females.HPV DNA testing was most effective in reducing the cumulative risk of cervical cancer,saving life years and QALYs and gaining benefits.The CERs of HPV DNA testing every three and five years,and LBC every three years were considered to be very cost-effective if they were below China's GDP per capita.The CERs of HPV+LBC were considered to be cost-effective if they were below three times GDP per capita.The incremental cost-effectiveness analysis showed that HPV DNA testing every three and five years,LBC every three years and HPV+LBC every five years were dominant strategies.Conclusions:The findings of this study indicated that HPV DNA testing every five years or LBC every three years should be recommended in urban China.Li Ma Yuying Wang Xiaohong Gao Yi Dai Yu Zhang Zhaojing Wang Xiaoxia Wang Limin Wang Jing Jiang Xinhua Jing Chunxia Yang Fanghui Zhao Jinghe Lang Youlin Qiao 2019Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2019,31,6:4

3Application of Several Additives Instead of Antibiotics in the Production of Laying Hens显示文摘[Objective] The test was conducted to study the effect of three different additives instead of antibiotics in the production of laying hens. [Method]Basal diets in four test groups were added with 0. 015% oxytetracycline,0. 01% microecological preparation,0. 2% fulvic acid,and 0. 1% Chinese herbal medicine extract respectively,and laying hens in control group were fed with basal diets. Effect of four different additives on performance and egg quality were studied under the temperature of 28. 6℃. [Result]The average egg-laying rate and feed-egg ratio in groups 2,3 and 4 were significantly better than those in control group and group 1( P < 0. 05). The contents of fat and cholesterol in eggs in groups 2,3 and 4 were lower than those in control group and group 1. And the fat content of eggs in group 4 was 13. 42% lower than that in control group,the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). The protein contents in groups 2,3 and 4 were significantly higher than those in control group and group 1( P < 0. 05). 6Effects of 5% Biological Compound Premix on Milk Perform ance and Quality in Dairy Cow显示文摘This study was to investigate the effect of biological compound premix on the performance and milk quality in dairy cows. Twenty Holstein cows,with the similar age,parity,lactating month,gestation period,milk quantity and body weight,were randomly divided into two groups. The cows in two groups were fed with either common compound premix as control or 5% biological compound premix as treatment group. Two treatments contained same basal diet but different compositions of premix. The feeding experiment lasting 74 days displayed that daily milk quantity in treatment group was significantly higher than control group( P < 0. 05).The milk fat percentage was increased significantly in treatment group with the extended lactation time than control group( P < 0. 05). The milk protein and solids percentage were raised,but no significant difference was found between the two treatments( P > 0. 05). 8A joint call for actions to advance taxonomy in China显示文摘Taxonomy plays an important role in understanding the origin, evolution, and ecological functionality of biodiversity. There are large number of unknown species yet to be described by taxonomists, which together with their ecosystem services cannot be effectively protected prior to description. Despite this, taxonomy has been increasingly underrated insufficient funds and permanent positions to retain young talents. Further, the impact factordriven evaluation systems in China exacerbate this downward trend, so alternative evaluation metrics are urgently necessary. When the current generation of outstanding taxonomists retires,there will be too few remaining taxonomists left to train the next generation. 10Effect of Different Thawing Methods on Post-thaw Motility of Cow Semen in Cryopreservation Straws显示文摘The study was to investigate the effects of different thawing temperatures(5,15,40,75,90 ℃) and times(1- 120 s) on properties of post-thaw cow semen by detecting frozen-thawed semen motility,acrosome integrity and tail membrane integrity,further obtaining the optimal thawing method of straw frozen semen from dairy cow. The results showed that(1) Thawing of the straw frozen semen of dairy cow at 75 ℃ for 3 s yielded the highest semen motility,followed by 40 ℃for 20 s,and the least by low temperature 5 ℃ and room temperature 15 ℃ with a semen motility of 0. 3,moreover thawing at high temperature 90 ℃ was not suitable for large scale production due to the difficult control of the temperature;(2) The acrosome intact rate and plasma membrane integrity rate of semens thawed at90 ℃ were remarkably lower than that at 40 ℃ and 75 ℃ significantly(P < 0. 05),while its semen malformation rate was significantly higher than that at 40 ℃and 75 ℃(P < 0. 05);(3) The Survival time of semens at 37 ℃ varied largely among different thawing temperature,in detail by 40 ℃ > 75 ℃ > 90 ℃. In practice,the thawing method of straw frozen semen of dairy cow should be selected according to the specific circumstance and inseminated immediately,with the recommended condition of thawing at 75 ℃ for 3 s. 13Multidimensional regulation of Ti-Zr-Cr-Mn hydrogen storage alloys via Y partial substitution显示文摘High density and safe storage of hydrogen are the preconditions for the large-scale application of hydrogen energy.Herein,the hydrogen storage properties of Ti_(0.6)Zr_(0.4)Cr_(0.6)Mn_(1.4) alloys are systematically studied by introducing Y element instead of Ti element through vacuum arc melting.After the partial substitution of Y,a second phase of rare earth oxide is added in addition to the main suction hydrogen phase,C14 Laves phase.Thanks to the unique properties of rare earth elements,the partial substitution of Y can not only improve the activation properties and plateau pressure of the alloys,but also increase the effective hydrogen storage capacity of the alloys.The comprehensive properties of hydrogen storage alloys are improved by multidimensional regulation of rare earth elements.Among them,Ti_(0.552)Y_(0.048)Zr_(0.4)Cr_(0.6)Mn_(1.4) has the best comprehensive performance.The alloy can absorb hydrogen without activation at room temperature and 5 MPa,with a maximum hydrogen storage capacity of 1.98 wt.%.At the same time,it reduces the stability of the hydride and the enthalpy change value,making it easier to release hydrogen.Through theoretical analysis and first-principle simulation,the results show that the substitution of Y element reduces the migration energy barrier of hydrogen and the structural stability of the system,which is conducive to hydrogen evolution.The alloy has superior durability compared to the original alloy,and the capacity retention rate was 96.79%after 100 hydrogen absorption/desorption cycles.Haixiang Xiu Wanqiang Liu Dongming Yin Nan Ding Wenfeng Qiao Shaolei Zhao Long Liang Cong Liu Shaohua Wang Qingshuang Wang Bingbing Chen Limin Wang Yong Cheng 2024Nano Research2024,17,5:0
14Exosomal miR-218 regulates the development of endometritis in dairy cows by targeting TGIF2/TGF-βpathway显示文摘Endometritis affects the reproductive capacity of dairy cows and leads to serious economic losses in dairy farming.Clarification of the pathogenesis of endometritis is necessary to improve the reproductive efficiency of dairy cows.Exosomes and their miRNAs have been proven to play an important role in inflammatory regulation.Exosomal miR-218 is a differentially expressed miRNA found in endometrial epithelial cells(EECs)under endometrial inflammation.Therefore,we investigated the expression of miR-218 in the uterine tissue of dairy cows,lipopolysaccharide(LPS)treated EECs,exosomal vesicles,and regulation of exosomal miR-218 by targeting TGIF-2 inducible factor homology frame 2(TGIF2)/transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-β).The expression of miR-218 was suppressed in inflammatory uterine tissues and LPS treated EECs.The expression of TGIF2 and TGF-βin inflammatory uterine tissues and LPS treated EECs was significantly higher than those in healthy uterine tissues and EECs(p<0.01).Interestingly,miR-218 derived from donor cells was found to regulate the expression of the target gene TGIF2 in recipient cells through the fusion of exosomes.Concurrently,the expression of its target gene TGIF2 was also suppressed by miR-218 in donor cells resulting in fewer TGIF2 being transported into recipient cells with exosomal fusion.This may be a novel mechanism of miRNAs-mediated regulation and provides a new reference for analyzing the pathogenesis of endometritis in dairy cows.CHANG CHEN LIMIN QIAO KAIJUN GUO YINGQIU WANG MENGYI YUAN BOFAN FU XIAOBO GAO HEMIN NI LONGFEI XIAO XIANGGUO WANG 2022BIOCELL2022,46,11:0
15Effects of Transport,Storage Temperature and Time on Parthenogenetically Developmental Competence of Sheep Oocyte显示文摘This study was to investigate the effects of transport,storage temperature and time on parthenogenetical developmental competence of sheep oocyte. The ovaries were collected and randomly immersed in physiological saline at( 10- 15) ℃,( 20- 25) ℃ and( 30- 35) ℃ and transported to the laboratory for culture.They were divided into three groups randomly in an optimized transport temperature,kept in physiological saline at 4 ℃,( 14- 18) ℃ and( 25- 30) ℃ respectively; 15- 17 h later,the ovaries were cutured for the maturation and parthenogenetic activation of oocytes. The results showed that the optimal transport temperature of ovaries was 20- 25 ℃,when the maturation rate and blastocysts rate reached 67. 44% and 35. 93% respectively. Incubating sheep ovaries at( 14- 18) ℃for( 15- 17) h did not reduce the maturation rate( 61. 81%) and blastocysts rate( 29. 03%) of oocyte significantly. However,incubating sheep ovaries at 4 ℃or( 25- 30) ℃ significantly reduced the maturation rate( 41. 90%,18. 40%) and cleavage rate( 9. 09%,13. 04%),and the ovaries could not develop into blastocysts at these two temperature ranges. 16Spontaneous decoration of ionic compounds at perovskite interfaces to achieve 23.38% efficiency with 85% fill factor in NiO_X-based perovskite solar cells显示文摘Inorganic hole transport materials, particularly NiO_X, have shown considerable promise in boosting the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells. However, a major barrier to commercialization of NiO_X-based perovskite solar cells with positive-intrinsic-negative architectures is their direct contact with the absorbing layer, which can lead to losses of photovoltage and fill factor. Furthermore, highly positive under-coordinated Ni cations degrade the perovskite at the interface. Here, we address these issues with the use of an ionic compound(QAPyBF_(4)) as an additive to passivate defects throughout the perovskite layer and improve carrier conduction and interactions with under-coordinated Ni cations. Specifically,the highly electronegative inorganic anion [BF_(4)]~- interacts with the NiO_x/perovskite interface to passivate under-coordinated cations(Ni^(≥3+)). 17Proton pitch angle distributions in the Martian induced magnetosphere: A survey of Tianwen-1 Mars Ion and Neutral Particle Analyzer observations显示文摘The pitch angle distributions of ions and electrons can be affected by various processes;thus,they can serve as an important indicator of the physical mechanisms driving the dynamics of space plasmas.From observations from the Mars Ion and Neutral Particle Analyzer onboard the Tianwen-1 orbiter,we calculated the pitch angle distributions of protons in the Martian induced magnetosphere by using information from the magnetohydrodynamically simulated magnetic field,and we statistically analyzed the spatial occurrence pattern of different types of pitch angle distributions.Even though no symmetrical features were seen in the dataset,we found the dominance of the field-aligned distribution type over the energy range from 188 to 6232 eV.Maps of the occurrence rate showed the preferential presence of a trapped-like distribution at the lower altitudes of the surveyed nightside region.Although our results are more or less restricted by the adopted magnetic field,they indicate the complexity of the near-Mars proton pitch angle distributions and infer the possibility of wave–particle interactions in the Martian induced magnetosphere.TaiFeng Jin BinBin Ni LingGao Kong AiBing Zhang Lei Li Song Fu Xing Cao WenYa Li BinBin Tang LiangHai Xie YiTeng Zhang ShuYue Pang XiaoTong Yun HengLe Du FuHao Qiao LiMin Wang JiJie Ma 2023Earth and Planetary Physics2023,7,5:0

19Effects of reproductive experience on paternal behavior,levels of testosterone,prolactin in serum and dendritic spines in medial prefrontal cortex of mandarin voles显示文摘Maternal behaviors and brains change dramatically with pregnancy,parturition and other mothering experiences.However,whether paternal behavior,brain plasticity and levels of relevant hormones also change along with fathering experience and pups’age remains unclear.Using socially monogamous mandarin voles(Micro-tus mandarinus),we found that experienced fathers exhibited more active paternal behaviors,such as licking,retrievals and nest building,but less paternal care,such as huddling,than new fathers.The high levels of licking and nest building appeared in the earlier days of their mate’s lactation.Experienced fathers retrieved 9–13-day-old pups more frequently.However,these paternal behaviors did not show significant changes with age of pups in new fathers.In addition,experienced fathers had dramatically higher prolactin levels than new fathers but had similar concentrations of testosterone to new fathers.New fathers had lower levels of testosterone but higher levels of prolactin than new paired males.The fathers had higher prolactin levels in the earlier days of their mate’s lactation.The new and experienced fathers had similar dendritic length and spine density on pyramidal neurons in the medial prefrontal cortex but displayed higher levels than new paired males.Taken together,these results indicate that reduction of testosterone levels and increase of prolactin levels may be associated with initiation of paternal care.Fathering experience significantly affects levels of parental care and paternal behaviors toward different aged pups,and brain plasticity can also be enhanced by transition to fatherhood.Bo WANG Laifu LI Zhixiong HE Limin WANG Siyi ZHANG Hui QIAO Rui JIA Fadao TAI 2018Integrative Zoology2018,13,6:0
20Hierarchical polypyrrole@cobalt sulfide-based flexible on-chip microsupercapacitors with ultrahigh energy density for selfcharging system显示文摘Herein,we prepare the unique hierarchical polypyrrole@cobalt sulfide(PPy-hs@CoS)hollow sphere-based nanofilms as interdigitated electrodes for flexible on-chip micro-supercapacitors(MSC).Benefiting from the excellent flexibility and high electrical conductivity of PPy-hs combined with the great electrochemical activity of CoS,such PPy-hs@CoS composite material can not only inhibit the volume expansion of PPy but also promote the diffusion of the electrolyte ions.The PPy-hs@CoS filmbased electrode delivers a greatly improved specific capacitance and small resistance.Density functional theory calculations infer that OH−prefers to bind to PPy on CoS@PPy and confirms the synergistic effect of each component for enhanced reaction kinetics.A quasi-solid-state on-chip flexible asymmetric MSC based on PPy-hs@CoS and activated carbon(AC)microelectrodes exhibits large areal-specific capacitance(131.9 mF/cm2 at 0.3 mA/cm2),ultrahigh energy density(0.041 mWh/cm2@0.224 mW/cm2 and 25.6 mWh/cm3@140.6 mW/cm3),and long cycle lifespan.We demonstrate the possibility to scale up the PPy-hs@CoS nanofilm microelectrode by arranging two of our asymmetric MSC in series and parallel connections,which respectively increase the output voltage and current.A self-charging system by connecting our asymmetric MSCs with a piece of commercial solar cells is developed as a potential possible mode for future highly durable and high-voltage integrated electronics.Yan Zhao Jihua Zheng Jing Yang Wenjie Liu Fen Qiao Jiabiao Lian Guochun Li Tao Wang Jiangwei Zhang Limin Wu 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:0
