1The recommendations of Chinese Parkinson’s disease and movement disorder society consensus on therapeutic management of Parkinson’s disease显示文摘Background:Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a chronic,progressive and debilitating disease,which affects over 2.5 million people in China.PD is characterized clinically by resting tremor,muscular rigidity,bradykinesia and postural instability.As the disease progresses,additional complications can arise such as non-motor and neurobehavioral symptoms.Pharmacological treatment and surgical intervention for PD have been implemented in China.Until 10 years ago,there was lack of standardization for the management of PD in different regions and among different physicians,leading to different treatment levels in different regions and different physicians.Since then,the Chinese Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Society have published three versions of guidelines for the management of PD in China,in 2006,2009 and 2014,respectively.Correspondingly,the overall level of treatment for PD in China improved.Objectives:To update the treatment guidelines based on current foreign and domestic practice guidelines and clinical evidence,and to improve the treatment options available to physicians in the management of PD.Summary:A variety of treatment recommendations in the treatment guidelines have been proposed,including physical activity and disease-modifying medication,which should be initiated at the early-stage of the disease.The principles of dosage titration should be followed to avoid acute adverse reactions to the drugs,to achieve a satisfactory clinical effect with a low dose and to reduce the incidence of long-term motor complications.Moreover,different treatment strategies should be considered at different stages of the disease.Importantly,treatment guidelines and personalized treatments should be valued equally.A set of treatment recommendations has been developed to assist physicians to improve and optimize clinical outcomes for patients with PD in China.Shengdi Chen Piu Chan Shenggang Sun Haibo Chen Baorong Zhang Weidong Le Chunfeng Liu Guoguang Peng Beisha Tang Lijuan Wang Yan Cheng Ming Shao Zhenguo Liu Zhenfu Wang Xiaochun Chen Mingwei Wang Xinhua Wan Huifang Shang Yiming Liu Pingyi Xu Jian Wang Tao Feng Xianwen Chen Xingyue Hu Anmu Xie Qin Xiao 2016Translational Neurodegeneration2016,5,1:23
2Efficient Carbon-Based CsPbBr_3 Inorganic Perovskite Solar Cells by Using Cu-Phthalocyanine as Hole Transport Material显示文摘Metal halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have attracted extensive research interest for next-generation solution-processed photovoltaic devices because of their high solar-to-electric power conversion efficiency(PCE)and low fabrication cost. Although the world's best PSC successfully achieves a considerable PCE of over 20% within a very limited timeframe after intensive efforts, the stability, high cost, and up-scaling of PSCs still remain issues. Recently, inorganic perovskite material, CsPbBr_3, is emerging as a promising photo-sensitizer with excellent durability and thermal stability, but the efficiency is still embarrassing. In this work, we intend to address these issues by exploiting CsPbBr_3 as light absorber, accompanied by using Cu-phthalocyanine(CuPc) as hole transport material(HTM) and carbon as counter electrode. The optimal device acquires a decent PCE of 6.21%, over 60% higher than those of the HTM-free devices. The systematic characterization and analysis reveal a more effective charge transfer process and a suppressed charge recombination in PSCs after introducing CuPc as hole transfer layer. 3First results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from CDEX-1 experiment显示文摘We report the first results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from stage one of the China dark-matter experiment(CDEX).A p-type point-contact high-purity germanium detector with a mass of 994 g has been installed to detect neutrinoless double beta decay events, as well as to directly detect dark matter particles. An exposure of 304 kg d has been analyzed over a wide spectral band from 500 keV to 3 MeV. The average event rate obtained was about 0.012 counts per keV per kg per day over the 2.039 MeV energy range. The half-life of ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay derived based on this result is T^(0ν)1/2>6.4×10^(22) yr(90% C.L.). 6A joint call for actions to advance taxonomy in China显示文摘Taxonomy plays an important role in understanding the origin, evolution, and ecological functionality of biodiversity. There are large number of unknown species yet to be described by taxonomists, which together with their ecosystem services cannot be effectively protected prior to description. Despite this, taxonomy has been increasingly underrated insufficient funds and permanent positions to retain young talents. Further, the impact factordriven evaluation systems in China exacerbate this downward trend, so alternative evaluation metrics are urgently necessary. When the current generation of outstanding taxonomists retires,there will be too few remaining taxonomists left to train the next generation. 9Triggering dynamics of acetylene topochemical polymerization显示文摘Topochemical reactions are a promising method to obtain crystalline polymeric materials with distance-determined regio-or stereoselectivity.It has been concluded on an empirical basis that the closest intermolecular C⋅⋅⋅C distance in crystals of alkynes,d(C⋅⋅⋅C)min,should reach a threshold of∼3Åfor bonding to occur at room temperature.To understand this empirical threshold,we study here the polymerization of acetylene in the crystalline state under high pressure by calculating the structural geometry,vibrational modes,and reaction profile.We find d(C⋅⋅⋅C)min to be the sum of an intrinsic threshold of 2.3Åand a thermal displacement of 0.8Å(at room temperature).Molecules at the empirical threshold move via several phonon modes to reach the intrinsic threshold,at which the intermolecular electronic interaction is sharply enhanced and bonding commences.A distance–vibration-based reaction picture is thus demonstrated,which provides a basis for the prediction and design of topochemical reactions,as well as an enhanced understanding of the bonding process in solids.Xingyu Tang Xiao Dong Chunfang Zhang Kuo Li Haiyan Zheng Ho-kwang Mao 2023Matter and Radiation at Extremes2023,8,5:1
10Corrosion behaviors and kinetics of nanoscale zero-valent iron in water:A review显示文摘Knowledge on corrosion behaviors and kinetics of nanoscale zero-valent iron(nZVI)in aquatic environment is particularly significant for understanding the reactivity,longevity and stability of nZVI,as well as providing theoretical guidance for developing a cost-effective nZVI-based technology and designing large-scale applications.Herein,this review gives a holistic overview on the corrosion behaviors and kinetics of nZVI in water.Firstly,Eh-pH diagram is introduced to predict the thermodynamics trend of iron corrosion.The morphological,structural,and compositional evolution of(modified-)nZVI under different environmental conditions,assisted with microscopic and spectroscopic evidence,is then summarized.Afterwards,common analytical methods and characterization technologies are categorized to establish time-resolved corrosion kinetics of nZVI in water.Specifically,stable models for calculating the corrosion rate constant of nZVI as well as electrochemical methods for monitoring the redox reaction are discussed,emphasizing their capabilities in studying the dynamic iron corrosion processes.Finally,in the future,more efforts are encouraged to study the corrosion behaviors of nZVI in long-term practical application and further build nanoparticles with precisely tailored properties.We expect that our work can deepen the understanding of the nZVI chemistry in aquatic environment.Chenliu Tang Xingyu Wang Yufei Zhang Nuo Liu Xiang Hu 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,1:1

163D printing of personalized polylactic acid scaffold laden with GelMA/autologous auricle cartilage to promote ear reconstruction显示文摘At present,the clinical reconstruction of the auricle usually adopts the strategy of taking autologous costal cartilage.This method has great trauma to patients,poor plasticity and inaccurate shaping.Three-dimensional(3D)printing technology has made a great breakthrough in the clinical application of orthopedic implants.This study explored the combination of 3D printing and tissue engineering to precisely reconstruct the auricle.First,a polylactic acid(PLA)polymer scaffold with a precisely customized patient appearance was fabricated,and then auricle cartilage fragments were loaded into the 3D-printed porous PLA scaffold to promote auricle reconstruction.In vitro,gelatin methacrylamide(GelMA)hydrogels loaded with different sizes of rabbit ear cartilage fragments were studied to assess the regenerative activity of various autologous cartilage fragments.In vivo,rat ear cartilage fragments were placed in an accurately designed porous PLA polymer ear scaffold to promote auricle reconstruction.The results indicated that the chondrocytes in the cartilage fragments could maintain the morphological phenotype in vitro.After three months of implantation observation,it was conducive to promoting the subsequent regeneration of cartilage in vivo.The autologous cartilage fragments combined with 3D printing technology show promising potential in auricle reconstruction.Xingyu Gui Zhiyu Peng Ping Song Li Chen Xiujuan Xu Hairui Li Pei Tang Yixi Wang Zixuan Su Qingquan Kong Zhenyu Zhang Zhengyong Li Ying Cen Changchun Zhou Yujiang Fan Xingdong Zhang 2023Bio-Design and Manufacturing2023,6,4:0

19Alkaline-lacustrine deposition and paleoenvironmental evolution in Permian Fengcheng Formation at the Mahu sag, Junggar Basin,NW China显示文摘Alkaline-lacustrine deposition and its evolution model in Permian Fengcheng Formation at the Mahu sag, Junggar Basin were investigated through core and thin-section observation, geochemical and elemental analysis, logging response and lithofacies identification. Six lithofacies are developed in the Fengcheng Formation. The Feng 2 Member(P1 f2) is dominated by lithofacies with alkaline minerals, while the upper part of the Feng 1 Member(P1 f1) and the lower part of the Feng 3 Member(P1 f3) are primarily organic-rich mudstones that are interbedded with dolomite and dolomitic rock. Paleoenvironment evolution of Fengcheng Formation can be divided into 5 stages, which was controlled by volcanic activity and paleoclimate. The first stage(the early phase of P1 f1) was characterized by intensive volcanic activity and arid climate, developing pyroclastics and sedimentary volcaniclastic rocks. The secondary stage(the later phase of P1 f1) had weak volcanic activity and humid climate that contributed to the development of organic-rich mudstone, forming primary source rock in the Fengcheng Formation. The increasing arid climate at the third stage(the early phase of P1 f2) resulted in shrinking of lake basin and increasing of salinity, giving rise to dolomite and dolomitic rocks. The continuous aird climate, low lake level and high salinity at the fourth stage(the later phase of P1 f2) generated special alkaline minerals, e.g., trona, indicating the formation of alkaline-lacustrine. 20Tartaric acid additive to enhance perovskite multiple preferential orientations for high-performance solar cells显示文摘Perovskite film quality is a decisive factor governing the performance and long-term stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs). To passivate defects for high-quality perovskite films, various additives have been explored in perovskite precursor with notable achievements in the development of highperformance PSCs. Herein, tartaric acid(TA) was applied as additive in perovskite precursor solution to modulate the crystal growth leading to high quality thin films with enhanced multiple preferential orientations favoring efficient charge transport along multiple directions. It is also noticed that TA can improve the energy level alignment in PSCs, which effectively accelerates both carrier extraction and transportation with non-radiative recombination suppressed at the perovskite interfaces. Based on the present perovskite films, the fabricated PSCs achieved an excellent champion power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 21.82% from that of 19.70% for the control device without TA additive. In addition, a PSC with TA additive was shown to exhibit impressive operational stability by retaining 92% of its initial PCE after~1200 h of aging at room temperature in ambient air with a relative humidity of about 10%–25%.
